Borsheims has been amazing from the very start, when my fiancé purchased my engagement ring there. We then set up our registry, purchased wedding rings, and even purchased a few gifts for attendants and parents there. They are always friendly, attentive, and helpful, and we've been more than pleased with the quality of our purchases. The registry is so easy to find, manage, etc. so it really takes stress off of us when sending thank yous!

My Husband had nothing but wonderful things to say about Borsheims. Monica helped him pick out and customize my engagement ring and it is exactly what i wanted. It's beautiful and better than I could have ever dreamed of. Monica has been super helpful and when it came time to find our bands, she made sure we were aware of their designer showcase in March. It's an event where they bring in their designers who showcase rings that Borsheims doesn't normally carry. Again, we ordered custom rings and everything turned out beautifully.

My fiancé and I picked out my engagement ring with Deborah McAtee. I will forever be grateful for Deborah and everyone at Borsheims. We had the best experience and I can't imagine going anywhere else. We can't wait to go back in a few weeks to pick out our wedding bands. We found our wedding bands as well as her engagement ring here. The staff was very helpful as we searched all over for the perfect style. IT was very affordable compared to a lot of other stores for the style and cut we wanted for everything. Her ring was a vintage style band and their selection for what she wanted was amazing, and I easily found a modern ring for myself that fit my style. It was also quick and very painless in the process.

We had THE BEST experience with Borsheims. From my husband getting my engagement ring here to selecting our wedding bands, it was just awesome. Cheri has been my mother's favorite employee at Borsheims for quite some time, so when my (now husband) told her he was going to propose to me but still needed a ring, she was practically on the phone with Cheri instantly. Cheri directed him/us to Monica Eby because special sales-people work the wedding/engagement portion, and the engagement ring she helped him with was perfect, so we made sure to find her for my wedding band. We went in one time before our actual final selection, and she was happy to help us while we looked at (what felt like) every ring in the cases. She was never pushy, and we didn't actually wind up going back to purchase a ring until many months later. When we did go back (with a much shorter timeline), she directed us to a clearanced ring that was legitimately a third the original cost! It was perfect and so was the price! My husband's ring was a designer piece so we still got to utilize Cheri to purchase his. They cleaned my engagement ring at no cost before the wedding, and they would have soldered my rings together at no cost, except my wedding band has diamonds on all sides, so it would wear funny. Seriously, if you are looking for an engagement or wedding band, no where can beat Borsheims prices, service, or overall excellence!

I wanted to pick out my ring since I will be wearing it forever. However, I had no idea what I wanted. Luckily I had the help of Ryan who was amazing. He sat and talked time for some getting to know my style, likes, and dislikes. We looked at a few options but didn't find anything that looked right. We parted ways but within the week Ryan emailed me several rings that they didn't offer in store but he'd be able to order. I couldn't decide between 3 so he ordered them all in my size and allowed me to try them out. If it wasn't for Ryan I'd probably still be looking for a ring!

If you're looking for a wedding/engagement ring in Omaha Borsheims is the best place to go! My husband got my engagement ring during Berkshire Hathaway days, and then we went back and got our wedding bands the next year during Berkshire Hathaway days. If you're able it is definitely the best time to go because the discounts are great. Deb at Borsheims was so easy to work with and worked so hard to make sure my husband and I got exactly what we wanted. She knew so much about jewelry and our rings and was able to answer all of the questions she had. She made my husband feel so much better about a potentially very stressful buying process. If you are able to work with her I would definitely recommend it.

I came to Borsheims to inquire about a wedding band for my soon to be wife. Her engagement ring had a very unique shape, so I was worried I wouldn't be able to find a band to match. We were about 3 months out, and I wanted to get it taken care of. I was greeted by a SUPER associate by the name of Cathy Kruse while looking through their cases. She loved the design of the engagement ring, and asked where I got it. I purchased the ring from a competitor in the area, and was provided all the detailed information about the ring, so I thought everything was good at time of purchase. My wife is pretty active and I was told there was a SMALL chance the smaller diamonds down the band could pop out of the mount if she wasn't careful. I liked the design, so I purchased it anyway. Sure enough, I had to replace 6 of the small diamonds around the band of her engagement within our year and a half engagement. During the inspection with Cathy, she pointed out the reason for the issue with the band being the prongs holding them in place being very small. Long story short, she had their custom Jewler make a completely new ring mount using all the diamonds from the engagement ring that was NOT purchased from there and created a custom wedding band to match, in 3 months, at a price that was within my budget. Amazing team with the definition of customer service! I will recommend all my boys to you guys for sure!! Couldn't be happier with Borsheims!!

I bought my husband's wedding band from them and only had 1 issue. We requested to not have their engraved "faith" inside of it and when it came it had that. Luckily, our contact got a new one shipped out the next day and we had it in a few days. They even took some money off for the trouble. Overall, it wasn't their fault for the mistake so I would use them again.

Absolutely fantastic. My fiance has been a loyal Borsheims customer and after getting our wedding rings there, he and Holly Lewis have successfully converted me into one, as well. They have knowledgable service reps that don't try to push their products. Go in store - their prices are way less than those listed on line. They will clean your ring extra well (for free) before the wedding so that my engagement ring looked like new!

I used to live in Omaha but since moved to Colorado. When my boyfriend (at the time) and I started talking about engagement, I mentioned that Borsheims was the BEST ever. I thought he may be hesitant because he would have to do it all over phone/email, but the salesperson made him feel extremely comfortable about buying the big purchase without even stepping into the store!! We had a rough start with our wedding bands. Less than a month away from the wedding and I still did not have a band. I was informed that it was never ordered and it would have to be hand delivered the day before my wedding. We went back several times to resolve the issue. We like to use Borsheims for our jewlery, however we will be careful next time of our salesperson

My fiance and I first went to Borsheims 3-4 months before we got engaged. I was initially intimidated because I consider Borsheims the highest-value jeweler in Nebraska and I had no prior knowledge of how to purchase diamonds. I was greeted quickly by a jeweler but felt no pressure. My fiance and I took a few rounds around the store before we reached out to a jeweler with questions. She was very knowledgeable and gave good advice for first-time diamond purchasers. My fiance met with her a few times after that initial visit on his own and, when finally made the purchase, was confident in the quality of the diamond he was buying. I'm absolutely in love with the ring he got me, a classic solitaire that is still unique and reflects my aesthetic perfectly.

We went to Borsheim's to purchase my fiance's wedding band because we had a $50 off coupon from a bridal even we had previously attended there. We went in the evening after work one night and it took a little while for someone to come over and help us, but once we were assisted, the employee was extremely knowledgeable about the men's bands and narrowed in on what he wanted right away. We appreciated that she didn't push us to look at things that weren't in our price range, she would even tell us when something was more than what we wanted to spend and wouldn't pull it out for us to try. We got the ring in quickly and are good to go!

Deb has gone much above and beyond the call of duty in helping my husband and I with all of our jewelry shopping related to the wedding. We purchased our rings, some gifts, and watches. Deb even helped on her days off to make sure everything was perfect! We LOVE shopping here because of people like Deb!

Julie helped us the couple of times we went in. Well Brian went in to get the engagement ring and she helped him. He was so impressed we had to get her when we went in to get our wedding bands. I agreed when I met her...she was so knowledgeable and patient. She also was very informative on the timeline for when I needed to get it in to get soldering and cleaned for the wedding day. Wouldn't have gone anywhere else!

Borsheims carries a jewelry designer that I love and was able to get the ring I wanted for the lowest price anywhere in my area. Very high quality products. Offers a free plating on your ring before the wedding so it looks nice and new for the pictures.

Borsheims started at 5 with the buying process! My husband (then boyfriend ;) went in with his sisters and had an amazing experience! I loved the ring from moment one. The first valley was the re-sizing process. We live out of state and had to send our ring into Borsheims to be sized. It took WAY too long, and only to find out "it would need to be shipped to the ring designer due to my finger size". The cost was going to be outrageous and I would have been without a ring for over 2 months and we had engagement photos scheduled so we opted out. They sent back my ring back in a plastic baggie, without the sizer or Borsheims box we sent it in. SOOOO disappointed. When we were in town next, we asked to speak with the manager, Scott, who is the sole reason our experience turned around. We spoke with him only to find out that they COULD resize the ring in store. Are you kidding me? 6 weeks without my ring for no reason? Anyway, we got the ring back and it fit and was gorgeous! Then came the second valley, the wedding band. We could not find a band that matched the character of the ring so we opted for a custom designed band. We were promised a sketch & updates. After a couple of weeks I got worried, tried to reach out to our new contact, Rachel, only to find out that it had been sent to Borsheims vendor, which is absolutely fine, but we were not aware. The vendor "could not have contact with us" so we had to do the whole middle-man routine throughout the process which was more time-consuming than it should have been. We did not receive a sketch of what it would look like complete prior to authorizing the design, and the price was also more than we were told originally. However, the final product was perfect. Our diamond-buying process with Rachel was superb. She did a fabulous job comparing diamonds and matching our budget! Highly recommend working with Rachel! So all in all, would I recommend Borsheims? Yes. But it seems like you have to push a little to get quality customer service.

Carrie was very nice and helpful with helping my husband pick out my ring. Also they did a great job on getting my rings sautered in 4 days so I could have them for my honeymoon!!!

We worked with Holly Lewis and we couldn't be happier with our rings! Even though as former Nebraskans we live in Colorado, we got my engagement ring and both our weddings rings from Borsheims. It is so hard to make decisions about such big/expensive purchases and she was very patient with us during the decision process. I am so happy with our final selection! I actually find myself staring at my ring while I am driving around - I will put all the fingers on my left hand up while my hands are on the steering wheel to get a good look at my ring, so people probably think I am waving at them - no, I am just looking at a great Borsheims purchase!!

Our experience at Borhsheims wouldn't have been nearly as great without Deborah. My husband said he was like a deer in headlights when he walked into Borsheims for the first time to look at rings. She spent literally hours with him helping him find the perfect ring, and really made us feel like family every time we came in for something before the wedding. She has done so much for us since the wedding and always makes sure we are well taken care of. I can't imagine going to Borsheims and working with anyone else!

My husband purchased my engagement ring here and right away I realized this was not your typical jewelry store. Although Borsheims is an Omaha staple, we were new to town and I wasn't quite sure what all of the fuss was about. Now I know! They cleaned it, polished and inspected it before the big day - free of charge. We also purchased our wedding gifts for each other here - he bought me a diamond necklace that matched my ring and I bought him a watch. They gave us Berkshire Hathaway pricing even though Berkshire Hathaway Days was aways away. They took the time to talk to us about them and make sure we knew what we were doing. I imagine we will be purchasing things there for years to come!

High quality items and the employees are easy to work with.

My fiance and I picked my ring out from Borsheims. They make you feel very special and take much better care of you than a mall jewelry store would. Their diamonds do seem to be more expensive than I have seen at many of the chain jewelry stores, but I am sure the quality is also much better. The only problem we had with them was that they lost our check, so we had to write them another one a couple days later. They paid to cancel the missing one, but it was still an inconvenience to us, and my fiance did not love having to hand the big of a check over twice.
