Jen was perfect to work with and took a lot of stress out of wedding planning. We HIGHLY recommend her floral services particularly the FULL FLORAL package. It was one of the most complimented-on aspects of our wedding and we were extremely pleased with it!!
Jen was our day-of coordinator, helping take on tasks 1 month prior to our wedding including attending our planning meeting with our venue, coordinating our rehearsal, and helping to coordinate our created schedule with our vendors. She always asked the right questions that we may have missed during meetings, thanks to her expert guidance and experience. My husband and I were truly able to enjoy our special day to our fullest thanks to Jen, and everything really went more smoothly and better than I had anticipated. We essentially created the detailed outline and mostly handled communications with our vendors since we had an existing relationship with them as we worked together, but Jen did an amazing job of execution and we are super grateful to have had her partner with us for our wedding. Thank you Jen!
We hired them for month of plus coordination, as we were doing a destination wedding to Boston and wanted the extra support. I feel they are too busy and take on too many clients. Our venue coordinator handled most of the details and vendors contacted us directly. When we did ask for a few special requests they were answered very abruptly and with attitude. So many little things that were not included that seen obvious for a wedding planner? There were no touch up kits, scissors etc for day of coordination, and no concern that they did not have things to help the bridal party. Their service was very pricey for what we received. My main issue was the overall attitude and the lack of communication. Our other vendors voiced their concerns that communication was not consistent or timely. We were a very easy wedding, all vendors were already chosen and venue had a planner. Maybe for their area they are good, but for Boston proper, there are tons of other options. Personality matters! Go with someone who is excited for you and wants to help you have an amazing day. Sadly, this was not our experience.
We as so glad we had Jen doing our florals! She was so professional, responsive and easy to work with. She totally understood my vision and executed even better than I could have imagined!! Thank you so much for making our wedding so beautiful!!
Jennifer and her team made our wedding experience so easy and stress free. On the day of, they set up everything at the reception venue and were ready to pivot and help guests when there was rain. They thought of all the details on the day of so we didn’t need to.
Leading up to the wedding, Jennifer was helpful with making vendor recommendations, checking in to make sure we had everything we needed ready for the wedding day and reception, and was available to answer any and all questions we had. We had a wonderful experience and highly recommend the Divas!
I found Boston Event Divas through The Knot, when I was looking to see who provided the draping at my wedding venue, Peirce Farm in Topsfield. When we met with Jen, she was incredibly nice and made sure we had nothing to worry about in terms of florals for the wedding day! I showed her an inspiration picture from a bridal bouquet she created, and she immediately knew who’s bouquet it was and said she would be able to create something similar! A few months before the wedding, we decided to add on having Jen decorate the mantle for the wedding, which was an easy add in. So many people commented on how beautiful the flowers in my bouquet looked! Please hire Jen for your floral needs, she is absolutely amazing!!
We could not say enough good things about Jen and Tara. They made sure we didn't have to worry about anything going wrong on our big day. They were super communicative throughout the build up and took so much of the work off of our plate. Seriously I can't recommend them enough. If you want a worry free wedding day, hire Jen!

I found Boston Event Divas through my wedding venue when I was looking for a florist! I contacted them and got a response from Jen right away. I showed her my vision for what I wanted and since it was for a micro-wedding it was so nice that there wasn’t a large minimum to meet. She was very professional and helpful throughout the process and everything was delivered on time and set up beautifully! The flower arrangements were flawless and exactly how I envisioned them! I couldn’t recommend them enough!
I highly recommend using Boston Event Divas for your wedding. My fiance and I had concerns about managing all the different pieces of our wedding leading up to and the day of our wedding.
Jen was incredible. We could not have done it without her. We went over all the details with her ahead of time. She understood the vibe we were going for and helped make sure we got the dream wedding we had envisioned. She handled everything from vendor coordination to the setup & take down of decor. It was so nice not having to worry about the little hiccups along the way. I can't stress that enough.
We also used Boston Event Divas for our floral arrangements and bouquets. We received so many compliments on those. Every little detail was so perfect.
We couldn't have imagined making our wedding day possible without the help of Jen and Boston Event Divas. Jen went above and beyond to make sure our big day ran smoothly, gracefully navigating rain plans down to the last minute, and most importantly she put us at ease and really made us feel taken care of during the most hectic weeks leading up to the wedding. A few weeks before the wedding we made the last minute decision to hire a day-of coordinator, and Boston Event Divas stepped up to the plate and did a great job! They executed our plan and delivered on the promise to relieve our day of stress. Notably they also made a mid event pickup of a dessert in town, and packed up the decor and delivered it to our hotel the next morning. We would recommend anyone looking for a coordinator to go with Jennifer and her team.
Jen was our savior, our sanity and our magic maker!! She is the best wedding coordinator one could ask for and we were so glad to have her on our team. She was patient, professional, creative and so much fun to work with! She understands weddings and was able to help us overcome every obstacle that we faced.
We hired Jen to be our month-of coordinator. She coordinated everything between all our vendors, from photography/videography to venue to catering both before and throughout the wedding day. Knowing that we had her to tie up loose ends and to make sure that everything we needed was in place gave me a huge peace of mind!
We also håired Jen and her team to take care of all our floral arrangements and decor. We had a limited budget, but she worked with what we had and created a gorgeous and smooth wedding day with flowers/decor that matched our theme and fulfilled all our wishes. If you see our wedding pictures, you’d think we’d had a much higher budget! Jen truly made magic on our fairytale themed wedding, perfect right? :)
Our serving company threatened to cancel on us 4 days before our wedding and we called Jen in a panic. She didn’t even break a sweat, made some phone calls and we were able to let go of that serving company and still had a fully staffed food/bar service with passed hor d’oeuvres on our wedding day and even lowered our cost!
Every time I called/texted Jen with a problem, she understood how I felt and was able to calm me and provide me with solutions; and every time I told her about a crazy idea, she would get excited with me and helped me assess the situation and gave me suggestions to help achieve it. Her response to me was always “let me see what I can do” and she came through every time in the best possible way!
I cannot stress how much we appreciate Jen and her team for what they’ve done for us. Because of them, me and my now husband were able to FULLY enjoy every moment on our wedding day WORRY FREE! All our guests had a wonderful time and the whole event went flawlessly. Hiring Jen and her team was the best money we’ve spent!
My *now* husband and I came to Boston Event Divas with no clue where to begin, overwhelmed and stressed. Jen and her team created a perfect wedding weekend from scratch. We also used Boston Event Divas for our florals and we were blown away with how beautiful they came out. Jen was the calm to my wedding anxiety storm. I can’t recommend them enough!
We used Froth and Foam for my daughter's wedding. Jen was lovely to deal with and helped us all along the way. The bartenders were also wonderful and very professional. The converted horse trailer was such a lovely way to have a bar at the wedding. The look is incredibly charming. Would definitely recommend them and use them for future parties.
Jen and her team did a wonderful job at my wedding this past August. She did my flowers, helped with table florals, and provided some decoration for my venue. Everyone was in awe of her work. She is easy to communicate with too which was really helpful!
Jen and the Boston Event Divas team were great to work with as our Day-of Coordinator.
Jen re-arranged her schedule to attend our final walkthrough at the venue, which we really appreciated.
She juggled all of the various moving pieces and extras that come with a wedding ceremony and reception, and helped made sure everyone was where they needed to be at the exact right time on the day.
After the event, she went out of her way to ensure everything was packed up and delivered back to the hotel that night, so no one had to go to the venue early the next morning to finish clean up.
Boston Event Divas is worth every penny! Jen and Tara assisted my wife and I for day-of coordination and she did so much more! From reaching out to the vendors to coordinate delivery, working with the venue, setting up, and even providing us with some vendor recommendations, Jen went above and beyond!
We also worked with her on our floral arrangements which were one of the most complimented aspects of our wedding! Her pricing was literally unbeatable, and the flowers were absolutely gorgeous!
We cannot stress enough how happy we were with Jen's services!
We are so happy we hired Jen at Boston Event Divas for our wedding! If you are on the fence about hiring her, do it!!! We were on the fence about hiring a day of coordinator and looking back, hiring Jen was one of the best decisions we made for the wedding. We also used her team for our bouquets and flowers at the venue and it all looked fabulous. Her and her assistant made sure everything went off without a hitch during the wedding day and our venues/vendors all told us how much they enjoyed working with her. Jen was there for our rehearsal the night before and helped us get organized, then was back bright and early in the morning to bring the flowers and help get me to the first look while her assistant organized everything at the venue. They helped the day go smoothly and thought of everything. We can’t thank Boston Event Divas enough for everything and HIGHLY recommend you hire them!
Jen was a great help - I needed a DOC since I was planning my wedding from another city, and was having my ceremony and reception at two different locations. My biggest stressor was the coordination between the two, and she did a great job handling that.
Jen was an absolutely pleasure to work with on our wedding. My husband and I felt a bit lost when it came to florals, and Jen was so friendly and down-to-earth while guiding us through the process. We chose a few pictures from Pintrest to send to Jen and she made it happen, even down to custom ordered vases! I was stunned when we walked into our reception, everything was so beautiful and beyond what I had imagined. I also deeply appreciated how no-nonsense Jen was about what we needed and what we didn't, without her insight we could have easily been talked into a lot of things we did not need. Could not recommend Boston Event Divas more!
Jen was responsive and professional throughout our time working together. On the day, she and her team truly kept my mind at ease and I didn't worry about details once! Everything looked beautiful and I received so many compliments on her florals!
We worked with Jen at Boston Event divas for our wedding at Peirce Farm in July 2022 for our flowers. Jen did a beautiful job with the draping in the barn, all the bouquets and boutonnières, and arrangements for the arbor and mantle. She also worked with us to order flowers so my husband’s mom could put together centerpieces for the tables that would be the same as the flowers she used for the other arrangements and bouquets. The only reason she isn’t getting 5 stars is that there was a little miscommunication and she was a little late arriving with the flowers to our venue. However, everything worked out and was absolutely beautiful!
Jennifer and her team are fantastic! Our venue recommended Boston Event Divas and we hired them to do our flowers and coordinate our wedding ceremony. We couldn't have been happier with the result. Jennifer really took the time up front to understand our vision and then was able to run with it without much back and forth, which we greatly appreciated. Jen was always willing to set up a call to answer any questions we had. I was not stressed at all the day of the event-- we did not need to worry about when flowers were going to be delivered or when vendors would arrive because we were confident she would handle it. And I was right! Everything went off extremely smoothly and the flowers were gorgeous! And to top it all off, their prices are very reasonable for the Boston area. We would recommend them to anyone.
Jen and her team helped us with day-of coordination at our wedding and they were fabulous. They went over all the details with us multiple times before the wedding, and on the day of, they left us nothing to worry about. They made sure everything/everyone was in the right place at the right time, and they even loaded our car for us at the end of the night. They made everything easy!
This company was absolutely fantastic to work with. We got into a bind where we needed a company to set up 2 weeks before the wedding and Boston Diva did everything they could to fit us into their schedule. They did a beautiful job setting up for our wedding, it was exactly what we had wanted! Jennifer at Boston Diva was amazing to work with!
Our expectations for the wedding were completely blown away. Our wedding was done at a private residence and we decided to hire Boston Event Divas for Day-of Coordination and to help with the planning process. Jen did SUCH an exceptional job; it was above and beyond what I anticipated or could have asked for. Jen displayed exceptional attention to detail, professionalism, and flexibility while honoring our desires and plans for the wedding. Jen asked us all the right questions through the planning process, helped keep us on track, and connected us with some awesome vendors too. The wedding went off completely without a hitch! I can admittedly be a bit of a control freak and have a tendency to get obsessive over everything going perfectly; Jen's work up-to the day helped assuage all my concerns, and most importantly, on the day-of I was able to truly relax and enjoy myself thanks to her capability in making sure everything ran seamlessly and without disruption. We enjoyed the day without any stress, anxiety, or concern. That is an amazing accomplishment and we were in awe of your ability and skill. We also did all our floral arrangements through BED and they looked phenomenal! We received so many compliments on the flowers. Thanks to Boston Event Divas, our wedding was a day that ran seamlessly, as we desired, and will be memorable for the rest of our lives!
Jen was amazing to work with as our florist! We booked her fairly late as our first florist didn’t work out, and she exceeded our expectations. She was willing to talk things out with us over video calls, deal will our indecisiveness, help us cut costs and was so flexible and easy to work with. We trusted her with our vision and the flowers turned out so beautiful as well as the draping they did for our ceremony and reception! My mom was back and forth about a corsage so Jen turned up with one anyways even though we hadn’t discussed it! She definitely went above and beyond and we would recommend Boston Event Divas to anyone!
Jen was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! The most beautiful flowers I’ve ever seen at a wedding, she was a DREAM to work with - so warm and caring and got my vision immediately without needing lots of explanation. From the moment I first spoke with Jen I knew I wanted her by my side for our event. She’s a wonderful listener, advocate and a talented florist and designer. Jen and her team went above & beyond to ensure our favors and decor were at the venue when she realized the logistics would be difficult for us to manage. Jen listens. She’s creative, supportive and knows how to bring a “vision” to life.
Jen and the Boston Event Divas team were absolutely fantastic to work with for our November 2021 wedding! We originally hired Divas for their day-of coordination services but soon fell in love with photos of their floral designs, so we hired them as our florist too! Jen and her team were easy going and great to work with through the whole process.
In the month leading up to the wedding, they helped ensure that all vendors were on the same page and were super flexible and patient with us through a few last-minute timeline changes. On the day before the wedding, Jen went above and beyond to deliver our bouquets and boutonnieres to our hotel (so we would have them for photos the next day) and then be at our rehearsal, where she helped make sure everyone in the wedding party knew how they were going to enter and exit during the ceremony.
Jen and her assistant, Shannon, truly helped our visions for the day come to life on our wedding day. On the planning side, they helped to ensure that all vendors were where they were supposed to be and that we were right on schedule. Jen's guidance during the day was invaluable to us, and the wedding would not have gone anywhere nearly as smoothly without her efforts! She even helped us navigate a small miscommunication about the wedding party's reception entrances with our DJ later in the night to make it a seamless evening.
On the floral side, the flowers Jen & Shannon provided were absolutely stunning! We had given Jen rough ideas and general inspiration pictures at our consultation but were very open to the overall designs, and the Divas team took those and ran with them to create arrangements beyond our expectations! We got so many complements from guests on the arrangements that they put together and the flowers photographed beautifully.
My husband and I cannot recommend Boston Event Divas enough for coordination & floral needs!
Jen was incredible from start to finish. She was so thoughtful and detail-oriented during our meetings leading up to the wedding. And she was beyond flexible during the day of the wedding. Jen is also a remarkably warm person; it is clear how much she cares that you enjoy your wedding day to its fullest.
We hired Boston Event Divas to provide day-of coordination for our wedding and they did a great job. The night ran smoothly and if there were any problems, they must have handled them because we didn't hear of any.

Jen and Jose were an amazing day of coordination team! They set up on my wedding day exactly how I had envisioned, made sure my husband and I were where we needed to be, corralled our family for pictures, and directed our guests to our multi location wedding. Jen was so responsive to all my questions and took multiple calls/video calls to help coordinate with my venue. She also was able to rent extra tables for me very last minute to ensure I had the exact seating arrangement I was envisioning when my venue couldn’t provide what I needed. Not to mention her and Jose always had a drink and food waiting for my husband and I after a long day of pictures! I was very much on the fence about hiring a coordinator but I have ZERO regrets, I never could have had a stress free day without Boston Event Divas. Hire Jen for any of your wedding needs, you will not regret it!
Where do I even start!? From the second I called and spoke with Jen I knew I was hiring Boston Event Divas. I called on a whim while driving one day and what started out as a few questions turned into an hour conversation and by the time I was done I was like where do I sign. I just had to work with them. Tara was beyond amazing to work with from putting out all the small "fires" the day of the wedding to making sure we had drinks in our hand whenever we were empty. I have so many good things to say. If you are looking for constant support and extremely quick response times they are your team!
It was wonderful working with Boston Event Divas! Jen was super friendly and excited to work with any and all of our ideas. We didn't know much about flowers, but she was able to show us lots of examples and help us figure out what we liked. She was always ready on time for our meetings too. Most importantly, the bouquets and decorations turned out more beautiful than we ever imagined! The pricing was very reasonable as well. We highly recommend Boston Event Divas!
Jen and her team did an amazing job for my niece's wedding! I sent her pictures of bouquets and arrangement we liked with the color scheme. She sent pictures of what they would look like so we could make changes. When we arrived at the Lyman Estate for the wedding, Jen was arranging the flowers on the table and the bouquets were in vases and I almost began to cry. They were so gorgeous and perfect, better than we ever expected. Jen is so easy to work with and listens to exactly what you want and makes it happen! I would highly recommend her.

Jen was fantastic. I started working with Jen and Boston Event Divas in 2019, pre-COVID. She handled our day of coordination as well as our flowers. She went above and beyond with day of coordination, was always willing to chat or meet in person during the planning process, and executed the vision for our venue set up and floral arrangements perfectly! Jen exudes confidence and shares her knowledge of the event and catering industry willingly. She kept things on track the day of the wedding and I didn't have to worry about anything. The flowers and venue setup looked even better than the inspiration photos. I would HIGHLY recommend Jen and Boston Event Divas for all of your wedding needs!

The flowers were absolutely beautiful and she was willing to work with your budget. When I look back at my wedding photos and see all those flowers, it makes me so happy. I would definitely recommended Jennifer and her team, you won’t be disappointed.
I am very glad we went with Boston Event Divas for our wedding. We got married just when Covid restrictions started to ease up, so things were constantly changing. The venue also changed our plans because of an event that happened the day before our wedding, and to top it off, hurricane Elsa was forecasted a week before the wedding. Even though we had many changes and not a lot of time to plan, Jen helped us and adapted to every change very fast. On the day of the wedding, she and her staff kept everything on track, and they were very attentive and nice. Jen is also very sweet and fun to talk to, so she will make you feel at ease during the stressful planning.
Plus, she does a marvelous job with her flowers. We only gave her a color scheme, but she already had an idea for what to do, and the finished product was stunning. My bouquet was also perfect, so much that some of the flowers in it became my favorites. Jen really helped make that day magical.
Hiring Jen at the beginning of my wedding planning journey was the BEST decision I could have made! All couples have budgets and some may consider a planner an extra expense you can forego, but Jen's service is not just reasonably priced- it's INVALUABLE. Our flowers were BEAUTIFUL. (We highly recommend Diva's for both planning and floral services.) I have always loved Winston's flowers, but their costs are laugh-out-loudably expensive. I showed Jen their website and I asked her to incorporate some of the signature elements of Winston's designs and she NAILED it! I wish I could post photos as a part of my review; they speak for themselves. Despite the lack of punctuality and professionalism of some our other vendors (not vendors Jen recommended or knew), Jen set up a reception tent that took my breath away. Without her there, we would have had literally no choice but to put our guests to work in the heat of mid-day in June, all rushing to make the ceremony on time. I love my family; it's also fair to say that they have high expectations since all other family weddings have taken place at a "prestigious" country club (eye-roll). Family and guests RAVED about the flowers, the decor, and the seamlessness with which the event took place- totally clueless as to the numerous last minute "surprises" that Jen managed. I don't know how I would have handled the sadness, stress, and extra work of postponing our wedding for an entire year without Jen's support and expertise. I would give her six stars if I could.
We feel so fortunate that we were able to work with Jen and her team at Boston Event Divas. We hired Jen as our wedding coordinator, and from the very beginning she was so responsive, helpful, and detail oriented. She asks all the right questions and knows what plans need to be in place in order to make events a success! For our wedding, I was worried because we had to hire so many different vendors and I was not sure how seamlessly everything would come together. Luckily, we had Jen there to help ease any stress and to make sure everything ran smoothly. Jen was able to provide us with the wedding experience of our dreams! I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for wedding planning or coordination.

We had a very small and intimate wedding this past February at my parent house. I wanted someone to there to take care of all the details so my parents could enjoy the day. So happy to say I met Jen. In discussing the day of plans, I discovered they did flowers as well. Their pricing was so reasonable and the arrangements were beautiful. Everything was perfectly on point. It was so nice to be able to enjoy the day and not worry about the details. Thank you Jen! You really made the day enjoyable and stress free.
I emailed Jen for her availability to help provide florals for my COVID wedding (which also coincided with the Thanksgiving holiday). She was very responsive to my request and created a beautiful bridal bouquet (red, burgundy and coral) perfect for my petite frame and supplied fresh greenery that I used for my reception tables. I could not have been happier with my wedding so thank you!!
I rarely do reviews but Boston Event Divas deserve it! I had them create bouquets and a a arch piece that was amazing! The bouquets were so beautiful and the arch piece was better then what i imagined it to be. The flowers are in all of my wedding pictures because they were such a beautiful touch to the day.
Boston Event Divas was the best florist team ever. Jen was easy to work with and responsive to all changes. Jamie and AJ, the day of did AMAZING and were so sweet. Everyone complimented how awesome the flowers looked and how beautiful my bouquet was. Boston Event Divas sure made my greenery/succulent dream come true! Jen is fantastic! When I was planning the flowers for my wedding, I was having a hard time finding someone to work with whom was genuine, trustworthy and actually wanted my input. Jen and Tara were absolute all stars for our wedding! My husband and I hired them a few months out for day of coordination and as our florist. We got to meet with them in person to at their office as well as on site and they were extremely responsive through email and phone. Everything the day of turned out beautifully. I wish I could post photos of the flowers - they were beautiful. They were also willing to do draping within the venue as well as create items that were multi-purpose such as our chuppah flowers that got moved to the mantle piece in the reception area.
Our wedding ran perfectly on time ( I credit part of that to myself, my husband, and our extremely cooperative families but mostly that was all Jen and Tara). Everything was organized, planned out, and I think I was asked a total of two questions the whole day which is spectacular based on the million things that were happening behind the scenes. Also I should just mention that Tara was my right hand woman all night and helped me with my bustle, carrying my train during photos, and not only retrieving but also putting on and tying my dancing shoes. I don't think we could have asked for a better team. Happy, genuine, experienced, helpful, and affordable. I would recommend them to everyone!
This team was the best to work with! We hired Jen probably only a month before our wedding because we just knew we needed it - and everything was seamless. Being from out of state especially it helped so much more than we could have imagined. If you are looking for a day of coordinator/planner.. look no further! Jen and her team were so helpful and thought of so many things I never would have. We are so thankful!
We used Boston Event Divas for florist services. They were great with communication, timely with flower delivery, and very understanding of my multiple requests for changes. They also worked very well with our budget, which I appreciated! The bouquets and boutonnieres were absolutely beautiful, and I would highly recommend their services to others.
We used Boston Event Divas as our wedding day coordinator for our wedding in September 2019. A month prior to the wedding we met in person to go over our details and create a wedding timeline. We used their services for wedding day coordination to ensure all our vendors delivered on time, the décor was set up correctly and to help keep the wedding on track. Overall things went smoothly and the tablescapes looked great.

Jen is incredible. There really are not enough words to describe her being there in a time of need for my family and I after my grandmother passed away. She was able to quickly, and beautifully turn around stunning floral centerpieces and a beautiful entryway floral arrangement for the funeral reception on such short notice. It meant to much to my family and I. She went out of her way to deliver and make sure everything was perfectly set up when we arrived. Thank you for making a hard day a little easier on us. 💜
I can’t say enough good things about Jen and the Boston Event Divas. Planning a wedding has been the most stressful thing I’ve ever done, and not having to worry about the flowers made my life a million times easier. From the beginning, Jen was responsive, accommodating, and happy to give advice even on non-flower related issues. She was quick to send us a PDF of our entire floral order, and made changes as many times as I needed her to (being as indecisive as I was) even down to the last week. The day of the wedding, she was on time, quick to set up, and even hung around for hours just to make sure we had everything in the places we wanted them. My flower crown was so lovely- it was secure, and it lasted all night. I still have people telling me her flowers should be in magazines! They were so beyond what I was expecting. I will always recommend them to anyone I know needing exceptional service!
