e thoughtful, flawless, and prompt. Our DJ Nate played the best tunes and brought the energy. Our banquet captain Saoirse kept the night moving smoothly, our chef Michael made THE BEST food, and our bartender Sandy was so polite and skilled. It truly takes a village to put on a wedding, even with a small wedding like ours, and they made us feel so relaxed and special. They never missed a detail! Not to mention the venue is beautiful and their vendors – photographer, cake, flowers – all top tier. Highly suggest this place!

ing from the very first visit with them. When we toured the venue we instantly fell in love. The creek is so beautiful, along with the large trees all along the canyon. For us, the venue was the perfect size. We did not want something that would be too large where our guests were all separated. We had a moderately small wedding (90 people) and we were all together, yet not crammed in. Lyndsey was our day of coordinator. I can't write enough good things about her. She always greeted us with a smile, and walked us through the entire process. She never got frustrated, or failed to be understanding no matter how many dumb questions we asked. She was not only kind to us, but to our families as well. So many of my family members came up to tell me just how nice she was. Lyndsey made the entire wedding run so smoothly and I could not be more grateful. Amber took over after we left and she was nothing but kind! She made the remainder of the night stress free. Lyndsey and I had spoken about doing dirty sodas for drinks in the bridal and grooms suites since my husband and I are not big drinkers. Ultimatley, we decided just to stick with mimosas as we would've had to bring in the soda and I didn't want that extra stress. When we arrived, Lyndsey had set up a dirty soda station with Dr. Pepper (which we knew was our favorite.) This was such a small thing, but it meant the world. Lyndsey went out of her way to do something for us, although she had absolutely no obligaiton to do so. The food at the venue was delicious, I did not dislike anything that I tried! DJ Will was amazing and kept the party going all night! He timed the music perfectly as we were walking out. The venue staff came together and packed up all of our decorations so it was easy to load into cars and leave. Overall, starting out this process I was insanely stressed. I had no clue what I was doing, where to start or what to do next. Boulder Creek completely relieved all stress I had. Besides being anxious to walk down the aisle, there was not a single time I was stressed out during my day. To anyone debating booking this venue, for the price and staff you could not do better. I would highly highly highly recommend!!

ors were absolutely perfect! The process from start to finish with Boulder Creek was fantastic, and they are so buttoned up, which was huge for an extremely Type A person like myself. And the venue even comes with a day-of coordinator, and their coordinators only coordinate this venue, so they know everything like the back of their hand! We had Katie R as our coordinator and she was beyond fantastic! She worked with us on everything, especially our custom requests, was super quick to respond, and was super knowledgable on everything! I'd recommend Katie to coordinate anyone's wedding!!

Even having numerous meetings with different planners, each planner was well versed in us as a couple and our wedding vision making every conversation a seamless transition from the previous. A special shout out to Katie Rivas who we worked with most often and was our day of coordinator. When our timeline got a little thrown off she was excellent in getting us back on schedule and provided such a calm and collected energy. Katie Schultz did a phenomenal job as our banquet captain, and Jonah Chapel and Dalton Deter killed it as bar tenders! An amazing venue and team.

whole time and the ceremony/reception went off without a hitch! In no small part to our coordinator Katie Rivas, and the end-of-evening reception captains Scout and Ashton. We chose to do a Lion Dance for the cocktail hour and they were excited and accommodating!
Wedgewood does an excellent job of setting you up for success with a planning binder, key milestones by month, and several check-in meetings! They also provide credit for preferred vendors- we ended up going with several of these (dessert and florals) and they were excellent! They do require the use of DJ Maestro as a vendor, and we were very happy with our DJ Brandon Williams who knew the space well and got everyone into the adjoining dance hall. Highly recommend!

From touring the venue to executing our wedding day, everything was seamless and helped me stay a total “bridechilla.” The 24/7 text line was so helpful, and the all-inclusive package saved us a lot of money while still feeling luxurious. The Extravaganza experience was beyond amazing—it truly made our wedding feel like a dream come to life. Set in a stunning canyon, this venue exceeded all of my hopes and more. Worth every penny!

The building itself is a little older, but we loved the charm. The location could not have been more perfect - so close to Boulder for hotels and guests to easily feel like they're in the mountains, without needing to drive hours! All of our guests loved the venue too! The canyon views and the creek are truly stunning. We were able to do photos at Chautauquah before the ceremony and it could not have been more perfect!
If you're looking for an outdoor mountain wedding that makes you feel like you're deep into the mountains, but only 10 minutes from a city -- this is the place! Could not recommend them enough!

easy. They were extremely responsive, always available for questions or to offer advice, and we really felt listened to. They thought of so many little details that wouldn't have occurred to me (bringing us appetizers so we could snack quick after the ceremony and before photos, setting us up with champagne to sign our wedding license, helping us pick out special decorations for cocktail hour). The venue is absolutely gorgeous, the staff are all kind and knowledgeable (shoutout to our coordinator, Katie, who was fantastic!), and the food is great. We heard repeatedly from our guests that it was the prettiest venue they'd ever been to. I am so glad we had our wedding here - it was exactly what we wanted, and a fantastic experience.

Jonah) went above and beyond on our wedding day and attended to details I didn't even think of. It rained a bit and they were even ready with adorable clear umbrellas for all of our guests. The drinks and food were wonderful too, and the venue is incredibly beautiful, but the service was the real standout. We were a little concerned about it having a "just another wedding" feel, but Carly and the team made sure our personal touches were throughout, and it felt personal and intimate. We planned everything from out of town via Zoom, only visiting the venue once after we booked it, and Carly made it so easy. We are a queer couple and were very pleased at how welcoming and affirming the staff was - something we were looking for when booking a venue and vendors. I highly recommend Wedgewood Boulder Creek for any couple looking for a breathtaking venue with superior staff.

Ali went above and beyond in making the wedding unique, with helping coordinate wildflowers throughout the tables, making sure we were fed, even to collecting rainwater from our ceremony for us to keep as a memento.

a wedding from several states away. The staff at Boulder Creek completely alleviated that fear. They were able to host all of our pre-wedding meeting via zoom call, were super quick to answer our emails, and we never felt “out of the loop.”
One of my favorite parts of the wedding planning process was attending the “Extravaganza” where we tasted much of the menu, met our vendors, and meet other couples getting married at the venue. Being so far away, it was such a pleasant surprise that we only had to travel to Boulder once before the wedding and could check all the things off of our list.
Yes, Boulder Creek hosts hundreds of weddings a year but at no point did I feel like “just a number.” I love scrolling through their Instagram page to see how each couple transforms the venue to look like their own. Even though they have hundreds of posts, I have never seen a wedding look quite like mine. I love that I was able to customize the day to make it just perfect for us.
Because they host to many weddings, the staff at Boulder Creek are professional, can solve any problem, and are completely cool under pressure. Our day-of coordinator took the time to get to know my husband and I as a couple and really dug into what would make the day perfect for us. On the wedding day, it looked like we were going to have a pop-up storm just as the ceremony started. Our coordinator stayed completely cool and came to me with multiple back-up plans and said that we could wait to make the call just 10 minutes before go time. Although it easily could have become a stressful situation, because our coordinator stayed calm and professional, I never felt stressed. Instead, I felt assured that no matter what, the wedding would be beautiful – and it was!
Since the wedding many of our friends and family have shared with us just how much the enjoyed the day, how good the food was (especially the late night mac & cheese bar), and how awesome our DJ was (also part of the Boulder Creek package).
Overall, I can’t imagine hosting a wedding at any other venue. Wedgewood really knows what they are doing, and I would absolutely recommend to any out-of-town bride (or even a local bride) who wants to avoid the stress of wedding planning.

First, THE EVENT EXPERTS are fantastic! Boulder Creek essentially has a TEAM of people who are ready to answer any questions you have about the venue, the space dimensions, timeline concerns, finances, and more as you plan! This can put any anxious, Type A bride at ease, trust me ;). More specifically, Emma Nalls was our number one supporter and day of coordinator! She is the sweetest human ever! Leading up to the wedding and especially on the DAY OF the wedding, she made us and our day feel as important to her as it was to us and our family - you can’t buy that. Our banquet captain Lindsey was also wonderful! She recorded our end of night get-a-way and sent the video to us immediately! We loved it!
Next, THE VENDORS they partner with: Love & Lens, Belle Terre (florist), Button Rock Bakery, DJ Maestro, Luminance Media (videography), and more are all so incredible! These vendors KNOW the venue, the layout, the flow, and how to make your day special! They were all 10/10 and I would recommend working with each of them! It is a HUGE time saver not having to call/interview vendors for your wedding, plus idk if you can get better quality anyways?!
Last but not least, THE VENUE itself - I mean, come on. The drive up the winding canyon, mountain views, the creek, and all of the beautiful on-site staff makes for a wedding to remember. This experience was priceless for our out-of-state guests who were able to get a true taste of the Front Range. The food was delicious and the drinks were plentiful!
All in all, my husband and I felt truly celebrated on our wedding day and this is all thanks to the incredible staff and vendors at Boulder Creek! We can not recommend them enough! Happy planning!

We cannot recommend Wedgewood Weddings or their Boulder Creek venue highly enough. After speaking with our guests and thinking about it ourselves, we can't find a single thing that...
we would change. Everything went incredibly smoothly; the whole team was responsive, attentive, present, and kind throughout the whole process, but our day-of coordinators Ali and Jensen were particularly fantastic.
From the moment we committed to working with them they made every step as easy and painless as possible, starting with a wedding binder that contained every detail we could want to consider and on what timeline we should make our decisions. As two working individuals with hectic jobs living across the country, we were concerned about making sure everything was taken care of, but their setup gives you a solid structure to build your wedding around to make sure nothing is forgotten. Of course, everything is customizable and you have free reign to make it the way you want, but having those decisions laid out on a timeline and with competitive prices made our lives so much easier.
On the day of, all our requests were honored faithfully and promptly as they went out of their way to make it a special event for us and our friends/family. Aside from people gushing about how beautiful the creekside ceremony and elegant reception area were, the most common comment we received was how startlingly smooth everything went! Every wedding has a few bumps along the way, but the Wedgewood team was so good at smoothing them over you'd think they did landscaping as a side gig. The food was fantastic and they (again) went out of their way to make sure there was time for the married couple to eat food and cake, something that absolutely would have been forgotten had I been in charge.
If you are on the fence about this place, do yourself a favor and book a tour. At the very least you will get to explore a beautiful mountainside retreat and hang out with some cool people, and at best you'll find the venue of your dreams.

Our wedding day was rainy, but our Wedgewood team was able to quickly adapt and provide umbrellas for all of our guests so that we were still able to have our ceremony outside like we had wanted. eting with us over Zoom and giving virtual tours of the venue. Even more than that, having a skilled team of people walking us throughout the planning process and offering guidance reduced our stress and uncertainty IMMENSELY.
The planning meetings in the months leading up to the wedding were a great way to keep us on track and review details that we otherwise would have overlooked. When we first booked this venue we were worried that the packages and specific vendors might feel too restrictive. But it turns out that Wedgewood is super willing to customize most things, and the pre-set options function more as a helpful starting point. Plus, their recommended vendors are fabulous! Belle Terre Floral and Button Rock Bakery knocked it out of the park and we got tons of compliments on the flowers and the desserts. The DJ also completely exceeded our expectations and created a good flow to the night. In the end, I think going with more of an 'all-inclusive' wedding venue really reduced our decision fatigue while planning.
On the day of the wedding, Wedgewood staff (shoutout especially to Haley and Carly) allowed us to enjoy the day while they took care of all the logistics in the background. We were swept away in the emotions and experience of getting married, and only in retrospect did we really think of all the little things that went right on the day!

Having just about everything taken care of all in one place was so wonderful and made the experience of planning a wedding pretty much stress free! After signing up, we got a binder of all the different things to think about with options to consider, from vendors, to day-of timeline, to how to fold the napkins, and all the little detailed things that we probably would have forgotten until the last minute without them. There are so many components in planning a wedding that we didn't even realize when we started, but they made it easy! And we only had 4 months between getting engaged and then married, but that was no problem. And really honestly was super low stress because of the Wedgewood team. All components/vendors that they work with were also excellent and exceeded expectations, including the food & drink, flowers, DJ service, and bakery.

We moved out to Colorado mid-wedding planning and had two months to plan everything. We couldn't have done it without the support and guidance from the planners and staff. The communication was amazing, and they ensured all questions were addressed to relieve some of our stress. Thank you so much to Bree, Carly, and the rest of the team for helping us with everything.
The whole process was smooth, from the first meeting up to the big day. Bree, our coordinator, walked us through everything in our meetings to make sure we felt prepared, while making it a fun process for us.
Everything was stunning and more perfect that we could have imagined. The table settings, cocktail hour, and views at the venue were all so beautiful. We showed some photos of our vision and they met it spot on!
We loved that we could customize the package and they helped organize anything additional that we wanted to add on. I like that you have the option to use your own vendor, but we used all of their recommended vendors - the DJ, florist, cater, and bakery. So happy with all of those. We still have guests telling us how good the food and music was!
The location was also perfect. About 10-15 min away from downtown Boulder so guests have plenty of hotel options and things to do in the area. But the venue feels nice and secluded, which is exactly the mountain-vibe we were going for.

Wedgewood because the thought of coordinating everything for a wedding ourselves was overwhelming. I can't say how happy we were that we went this path because they made everything so easy. We were still able to make the space unique to us and include things that were important to us we just didn't have to worry about coordinating everything! We ended up spending slightly more than we had originally budgeted for but it was completely worth it. We could have not asked for a day filled with more love.

My wife and I were married on September 26th at the creekside ceremony site. Working with Wedgewood and their dedicated staff was a breeze....
They walked us through every part of the planning process, kept us on track and informed throughout, and made sure everything went smoothly on the actual day!
Absolutely stunning ceremony site, literally right next to Boulder Creek, nicely shaded for hot days, and with lovely touches like a gentle waterfall.
We had several guests coming up to us and raving about the venue, but in particular the food. Several said that it was the best food they've had at a wedding in quite some time, and I would agree. We did a buffet-style service, and there was never any wait for food, anything that was low was quickly replaced with more.
Bartending staff was excellent as well, pouring strong drinks and accommodating special requests like our shotski.
The coordinators were excellent throughout the whole process, but special shout out to our day-of coordinators Jensen and Ali. They helped us remain calm and collected the day before the wedding and quickly addressed any concerns we had on the day.
Can't recommend enough!

We just fell in love with the venue immediately, from the gorgeous tent with beautiful chandeliers to the surroundings and being tucked into boulder creek which made the wedding feel very private and intimate, the venue is just stunning. On top of that wedgewood is extremely professional, they have a very organized process for wedding planning. Many vendors are included in the wedding package which makes the planning process extremely easy and smooth! We worked with both Emma and Katie leading up to our wedding and they were incredibly easy to work with and always responsive to our many questions! Every vendor that was included in our package was absolutely fantastic and top tier, I wouldn’t have had it any other way. On the day of the wedding our captain was Carly who did a fantastic job checking on me throughout the night and keeping me updated on what was next in the timeline of events for the night. We were also very pleased with the food, wedgewood provided so many options and our guests could not stop talking about it! I got so many comments about the food and the many salad options! Throughout the wedding planning process as well as on our wedding day I always felt I was in good hands with Wedgwood and incredibly well taken care of. They always made me feel heard and made every single thing I wanted happen to make my wedding day the very best day ever. One of our big values was food and this place did not disappoint! Haley was on point with all of her suggestions throughout the entire process start to finish. The day of I felt extremely relaxed knowing Haley would be there to keep everyone on track, and our banquet captain (I feel like her name was Bree? sorry!!) kept things going after Haley left for the evening. Everyone's attention to detail was fabulous and I didn't have to worry about anything the day of my wedding. Our flowers through bitterroot were unbelievable and smelled amazing!! There's practically nothing we would change and Wedgewood helped ensure we got exactly what we wanted and needed.
