Andi kept us on track throughout our three-month planning package with her and we had great confidence knowing that she was handling vendor communication. Our vendors loved her, our families loved her, and we adore her!
Andi, I cannot thank you enough for everything you did to make our wedding PERFECT! I went into wedding planning thinking it would be incredibly hard, but you made all of my worries disappear. This is your calling and you are so amazing at what you do! I will miss our calls and texts, but know we will keep in touch! I'll send you the photos and video as soon as we get them back.
Andi came highly recommended by someone I met at a dinner party a few months before our wedding. This former bride told me it was "hands down, the best decision they made." Boy, did Bowties & Bubbly live up to all my expectations and more. From the first interaction she was 100% dialed in, engaged, and extremely organized and professional. She took over all vendor communications and ran with it. On the days leading up to our big day, I felt so stressed about everything!!...the weather, the guests traveling in, my spray tan (lol), big things, little things (who doesn't?) but regardless, working with her gave me confidence that all was under control. On the day of, she showed up in a big way and executed flawlessly. Andi truly was the best decision we made. We cannot thank her and her team enough for all the thoughtful personal touches, amazing communication, meticulous attention to detail, and most of all, PEACE OF MIND. Also, side note, Andi is super cool to work with too, I genuinely enjoyed our daily emails and phonecalls. I would give Andi 10 stars if I could. She's at the top of her game, and anyone who works with her would agree. From the bottom of our hearts, THANK YOU ANDI!!
Andi made our wedding day run as smooth as possible. With so many moving parts, she thought about every little thing and anticipated incidents that we would have never thought about on our own. She kept us on track with monthly check ins and tasks. Wedding planning can be very overwhelming and consuming, but Andi always made sure we stayed focused on getting one thing done at a time. She was always available by e-mail, text, phone calls, and in-person for questions and periodic check ins. She also helped us find a bartender, when our original bartender flaked out on us somewhat at the last minute. Another great thing was being able hand off the vendor coordination/contact a month before the wedding! The last thing you want to do in that last month is deal with texts/emails/calls from your vendors asking you what's going on. That service, alone, was worth it to us. Our wedding venue provided very minimal day-of coordination, so having Andi around day-of was key. We highly recommend Andi to anyone looking for a wedding coordinator/planner in the Bay Area and beyond!
My wife and I worked with Andi to coordinate our wedding. Andi provided tons of help, keeping us on task to make sure we had everything complete leading up to our wedding. Andi was always available via email outside of our meeting times and text/phone if absolutely necessary.
When it came time for our wedding day, Andi had our schedule down to every 5/10 minutes and we knocked it out of the park. Meghann was on hand the day off, which helped ease our stress before our ceremony.
Would recommend to anyone looking for a coordinator/planner!
Meghann and Andi are wonderful, lovely, and such a pleasure to work with! Meghann was our main contact throughout the planning of our wedding. She truly went above and beyond for us in coordinating our wedding and you can tell she and Andi are so passionate about bringing your event to life. My husband and I both have crazy busy jobs in advertising, so we needed someone who would stay on top of us and push us to meet milestones. At the same time, whenever things felt crazy, Meghann was right there to calm us down and offer advice. She's so grounded and really knows how to bring you down to earth when wedding planning feels insanely stressful. She had so many great suggestions and even helped us find our amazing caterer, Full Belly Farms. They also can help you with planning your colors and themes and give input on decor. The month leading up to our wedding, Meghann completely took over with our vendors and handled so many crazy details for us. It was such a relief to not have to worry about emailing vendors leading up to our wedding. She provided us with a comprehensive schedule and made sure to give an even more detailed comprehensive schedule to all the vendors as well. I was so impressed by how detailed and organized their timelines for the day was. On the day of, both Meghann and Andi helped to decorate our venue and to manage all the timing so I didn't have to worry about anything. They were present the whole time and made sure everything ran like clockwork. It could not have been better. I feel so lucky to have had Bowties and Bubbly Events coordinate my wedding. Thank you, Meghann and Andi. I will forever be grateful for all the hard work you have done for me. Would recommend in a heartbeat.
Andi and Meg made my wedding day exactly what I wanted - no drama, perfectly well-managed, while still managing to be a relaxed, un-overly-orchestrated event. We had just about a year to plan our wedding, and Andi was diligent about helping us prioritize the items that had to be done right away, and helped relax us that many of the decisions could wait. Andi gave us monthly homework, and helped my project manager-self not get overly involved in the details in the final two weeks leading up to the event. We had a couple very tricky, non-responsive vendors, and Andi managed them expertly and did what I'm sure EVERY bride wants on their wedding day - gave me the opportunity to enjoy being a bride, and not worry about the details. I couldn't recommend Bowties & Bubbly highly enough - best money we spent (and there was a fair amount of it!)!
Andi and Meg were the perfect wedding duo you could ever ask for! They were so much fun and amazing to work with! Friends of mine have also had their weddings coordinated by Andi and Meg and I would hands down recommend them to anyone looking for a coordinator. Andi kept me on track all the months leading up to the wedding; timeline, goals, being realistic... Andi was more than I could ever ask for in a coordinator! When it came to my wedding day, I truly left at ease knowing Andi and Meg had everything under control the night ran so smoothly and my husband and I were truly able to enjoy every second of our wedding. We love them so much and would recommend them to anyone looking for an organized, hardworking, and fun wedding coordinator!
These ladies were the perfect fit for my non-traditional venue, detail-oriented wedding posing as an 'easy breezy diy - oh what that? we just threw that together' wedding. I tried to take on the task of planning on my own initially and then, a few months prior - very happily - let Andi and Meg take the wheel! They helped us keep things manageable and little by little we chipped away at tasks that were fun and exciting instead of overwhelming. If we fell behind, they gave us a gentle nudge - it was all very easy. Exactly what we needed. On the day of I literally did nothing but BE A BRIDE. I was in the moment thanks to their quick and quiet behind the scenes handling of things as planned and some as not so planned - cough cough - paper backdrop on a windy bridge ;) I knew I was in great hands and you will be too!
Andi was referred to me through a mutual friend and I could not have lucked out with a better wedding coordinator. Andi helped me plan the wedding in less than two months. She kept me on track with weekly check lists and was there for me to answer questions, run ideas by and keep my stress level low :) The wedding was held at separate venues for the ceremony and reception. Andi provided seamless coordination and communication between sites and vendors. I could not have asked for a better wedding day and am so thankful to have had Andi and Meghann there.
