ast year in a half decided to leave and that’s when Amanda stepped in her place! Amanda was a god send and amazing to work with! Any silly questions I had she would reassure me that it wasn’t silly and answered them all in a very timely manner! On the day of my wedding the day went off without a hitch, I had a family member who was sick decide they weren’t coming then last minute they were coming and the switch was not a problem at all! All of the staff the day of was also great! All the servers were very prompt with re filling water glasses and taking away any food plates that were finished! They also had everything done in a timely manner and it was a really special day! If I could plan my wedding day all over again I wouldn’t change my mind at all about the venue and I would pick them 100 times over and over again! Thank you for making my wedding day amazing!

She was always professional and on top of things, always accommodating us even with last minute changes. The day of the wedding the staff was amazing. We had both the ceremony and reception here and the staff made it seamless. Everything was done quickly and orderly. The courses came out in a timely manner and their food tastes incredible! Our guests were very pleased. The list of recommended vendors they provided was very helpful and i was happy with both the florist and cake bakery on the list. Overall, we are extremely happy we chose this venue and wouldnt change a thing! We had an amazing night!!!!

Additionally, the hotel recommended great vendors who were helpful and affordable. We couldn't be happier with our choice of venue and recommend the Holiday Inn Boxborough to any Bride and Groom!

in the Boxborough area that weekend due to storms caused blackouts from the evening of our rehearsal dinner throughout the night. Some rooms lacked lighting and outlets, others lacked air conditioning, others lacked both. Obviously power outages happen and we don't blame the Holiday Inn for this. What was unsatisfactory was the lack of response from hotel management, especially since they knew the special occasion we were there for. These problems occurred during the peaks hours that guests want to enjoy a hotel room, making it all the more surprising and disappointing that, more than month later, we have not been contacted with an offer of compensation or even a good-spirited apology for the inconvenience. Many of our guests traveled across the country, spending limited vacation time and resources to take part in our day, and we regret that the Boxborough Holiday Inn made poor hosts of us. Fortunately we still had an amazing wedding day, but save yourself the trouble and book with the Westford Residence Inn up the road; some of our guests stayed there and had no problems.
