We hosted our wedding (both ceremony & reception) at Brake & Clutch Warehouse in January 2026 and it was an absolute dream. The team (we worked with Andi & Barb primarily) were kind and so easy to work with. The venue itself is already beautiful and doesn't require much decor; we used a lot of greenery and Brake & Clutch was able to assist us with adding greenery to the chandeliers. All of our chosen vendors were already familiar with the venue as well, making the planning and day-of logistics run smoothly. Our family and friends were so complimentary of the venue and how gorgeous it all was - thank you!

Brake and Clutch could not have been more perfect for us! We booked our event two years in advance, and Andi and Laura were available throughout the entire process to assist with any questions we had. It was a priority to us to utilize small businesses and family owned operations as much as possible, which helped make our day all the more special. I absolutely loved getting to watch the Brake and Clutch social media throughout our engagement, they do such a wonderful job showing how the space can be designed, decorated, and personalized. We couldn't be more grateful to have worked with such a sweet and caring family.

If I could leave a one word review, it would be WOW!. But that doesn’t do Michael and the team at CN Catering and Brake & Clutch Warehouse enough justice. What an incredible team...
and experience provided for our daughter’s wedding from Day 1-- nearly a year before the wedding. The constant communication from the team was above and beyond; and flexibility as decisions changed leading up to the reception were met with joy, understanding, and a genuine re-assurance that none of the changes are an issue!! What a relief! The venue is fantastic and food prepared by Michael nothing short of amazing! Guest after guest commented on the venue, the ambiance, the vibe, the food, the attention to detail, and cleanliness throughout the entire night! The catering experience was incredible. Michael is great and very easy to work with, no matter what crazy idea and/or change you throw at him. Without a doubt, this team goes the extra mile. Disaster was avoided as “Dad” forgot to get a bottle of champagne for the “couples toast” to kick off the reception. Not to worry, one of the staff literally sprinted to the local store and was back with champagne before the toast was to begin, all without anyone realizing what had happened (minus the valet team who videoed the sprint—just exceptional). If you’re looking for attention to detail, and those “extras” that separate venues and catering from each other, then Brake & Clutch and CN Catering are your answer. Leave everything to them and have a great time! You won’t be disappointed!

In addition, Laura, the owner, was super flexible and easy to work with! We had a mixed Hindu & Western-style wedding which meant an ALL DAY affair. We added some extra hours to start at 230 PM, had TWO ceremonies with multiple room flips, and everything went off without a hitch! For the Hindu ceremony, there were a couple of items that were on the prohibited list, but Laura worked with us to make some exceptions in our contract so that we could have our Hindu ceremony as planned! In addition, B&C doesn't allow sparklers which to be honest we LOVED because 1. it's better for the environment and 2. we went with ecofetti where we looked like we were exiting while running through snow and made for gorgeous photos! We did end up having to pay to move our wedding due to COVID and unfortunately had to pay a fee, but ultimately Laura was willing to work with us and negotiate on the amount we would have to pay to move the date.

This was a one stop shop for me - first place we looked and booked same day! Laura and I corresponded via email over the months and when I say I felt so taken care of, I mean it! And it was in a manner that made me feel so important and cared for. B&C is family owed and you can feel it. I would recommend them to anyone who asks...our day was perfect, and THEY paved the way to significantly add to that. Wish we could do it all over again :)

The best part of this venue your guests do not have to go outside after the ceremony so they can flip it to be reception. There is a ceremony space and a reception space. The food that is provided by CN Catering is AMAZING!! (I highly recommend the beef short ribs) Laura Webb is so easy to work with and they have so many options to make your day special. We had a blast at the photo booth. I cannot say enough great things about Brake & Clutch! Look no further. You have found your venue!!!

Our wedding is planned for Sep 2020 but due to COVID we have had close family members (sisters, grandparents, parents) that cannot attend. We also do not want to subject any of our...
family to potentially catching the Coronavirus at our event, and potentially dying as a result. Due to the inability to have close family attend and the desire to not put our loved ones in danger, we immediately reached out to Brake and Clutch (in early Jun 2020) to see whether we may be able to get our deposit back, or have some other option. I was immediately told by B&C that there was absolutely no way that our deposit would be returned (~$8,000 for venue and catering). My fiancee and I have been devastated since this money was put down out of our own pockets, for our special day, and despite the fact that we now can't have all of the people that we are close to attend, B&C is forcing us to have the event. B&C has even involved their lawyer who has told us that we must submit to binding arbitration, threatening that if we lose the arbitration then we will also have to cover B&C's legal costs. This venue and caterer (CN Catering) have shown absolutely no sympathy to our terrible situation and I would therefore very strongly recommend you stay away from them at all costs.

f what occurred. We gave this client multiple options to help and we do understand and sympathize with everyone in this pandemic. We could have had their event and they chose to cancel and forfeit their deposit. They threatened to ruin our online reputation or pursue litigation. They are actively reaching out to news portals and continue to post bad reviews.
We are a small family business that greatly cares about relationships with our clients, vendors and the wedding industry. We do everything we can to make sure our clients have a positive experience with us. In this case, it is unfortunate the client and his mother/lawyer have acted in this manner. We have followed all government guidelines for our venue and at the time of their request and these reviews, we are allowed to host events at 50% of our occupancy and this couple’s guest count is under 25% of our total occupancy. We know that could change and we are taking each month, week, and day, as it comes and responding as we can. We are saddened that these reviews are here because our business and reputation is very important to us. It is our hope that clients read past this to the reviews from couples that have had their events at Brake & Clutch.

CN Catering is a required vendor for Brake and Clutch, and they were as amazing as the venue. Their tasting event is so much fun, and gives you a great idea of what foods they can make (and we added several from the event).
We would give Brake and Clutch a 10/10, and would definitely recommend upgrading to the ceremony and reception lights that hang from the wall and chandelier.

From the moment we first visited Brake & Clutch, we knew it was going to be the perfect place to host our daughter's wedding reception. Andi, Laura and Barb were SUCH a joy to work...
with, and ensured that each and every one of our gazillions of questions was answered thoroughly and in a timely fashion. They accommodated multiple "outside the box" requests, and did everything possible to ensure a seamless event. (And two days after the reception, they even helped us track down a missing bridal bouquet and guest's custom jacket!) We loved that the venue was ours all day, as it provided a perfect spot for the bridesmaids to get ready, for a first look, and for vendors to have PLENTY of time to set up. It was also wonderful to be there late morning/early afternoon to see our "vision" begin to become "reality." A few of our favorite things: the exposed brick walls; elephant mural; chandeliers; giant sliding doors; bridal and groom's suites; crossback chairs; CN Catering; wine barrels; comfortable temperature even in the heat of Texas summer; hanging patio lights; and ample space for a 300-person seated dinner, live band, and oh-so-fun dance floor. Reserve Brake & Clutch for your special event. You will be SO pleased you did as you'll be blessed to have the opportunity to work with a one-of-a-kind mother-daughter team . . . and will leave with memories to treasure for years to come. We hope to return when our next daughter gets married in 10+ years. (-:

The B&C team was a pleasure to work with. I have nothing but good things to say! Laura and Andi were always responsive and so kind. Wedding planning can be quite a process and the team was always helpful and accommodating.

to no decorating (because I mean, it looks like a DREAM), and my bridesmaids and I loved getting ready in that beautiful Bridal suite. My husband and I will forever remember the day we got married there. A big thanks to the Brake & Clutch team for making that day so special and so effortless!

ll of my questions, but she was really supportive and made me feel very celebrated. The space at Brake & Clutch is extremely versatile and you can get really creative!! They worked really well with every vendor I chose and reacted positively to last minute timeline adjustments. I also got married in July, but while it was 110 degrees outside, it was super cool inside (thank goodnesss for the AC!!). I had around 250 guests and everyone fit! I had a 14 piece band and all my friends and family were out on the dance floor, so we ended up having to push tables back to make a bigger dance floor, but everyone jumped in to help! This really is the best venue that is operated but the most kind people, a real treasure!

azing and accommodating the entire B&C team was during the entire weekend. From the first time that we met with the Brake and Clutch ladies to the final email correspondence after the wedding, everyone was so incredibly helpful and lovely to work with and I couldn’t imagine a more unique and beautiful place to get married. Those farm tables! Those twinkle lights! That brick wall! That bride’s room! Thank you for hosting us on the best day of our lives!!

made the planning so effortless! Every question, every detail, every request was handled! The bridal suite was wonderful and easily handled the group of 13 of us! And the same for the grooms suite!! During the course of the evening there was always someone there to take care of any request large or small! We are so thankful for the brake and clutch team! It was a night to rememiner!

We had our wedding reception at Brake & Clutch in February 2018 and we could not have a better day!! The ladies who run the venue are some of the sweetest people you will ever meet...
. We had our wedding ceremony at our church down the street later in the evening, but they let us use the venue to get ready and hang out there all day! It's perfect for all day-of festivities! This is, without a doubt, the most beautiful venue in Dallas for anyone who loves the industrial-rustic feel! The exposed brick, high wood-beamed ceiling, iron rod chandeliers, stained concrete, etc. It's gorgeous! The first time we saw the venue it was in June 2017 and it was still completely under construction, but we could see the vision and direction this family was headed so we took a chance and we were not disappointed. I wish I could relive the day over and over again!

Brake & Clutch did. And that was before they even started construction on it. I had so many questions throughout the planning process and Laura/Andi were always so happy to help me and very prompt in getting back with me. They were very accommodating with all of our needs and had everything setup perfectly when we arrived the day of our wedding. It turned out to be absolutely perfect!

I cannot speak highly enough of the entire crew over at Brake & Clutch! My wedding was held labor day weekend and was one of the first handful of weddings at the venue.

e probably thought I was crazy for booking my wedding when the venue was yet to be completed, however, from the start, Laura and everyone at the venue made me feel completely at ease. Every email I sent over tiny details was promptly responded to and the team let me visit the venue multiple times to see the progress. The end result far surpassed anything I could have imagined. The venue is absolutely stunning!
The wedding went on without a flaw and I could not have asked for a better venue to have my wedding at.
