Brandermill Country Club

We had a great experience working with Brandermill - my husband and I are so glad we booked with them. Afla is fantastic - he is helpful, responsive, organized, flexible and so easy to work with. He truly took stress out of wedding planning. He was there from the beginning to the end, helping us decide on our menu, communicating with our other vendors, coordinating the day-of set up, being present and helpful during the reception, and everything in between. In addition, Brandermill is affordable, the food is good, and the ballroom is beautiful. Our only issue was that the dance floor was not as large as we were anticipating - space was a little tight for a wedding with 106 guests. However, our table layout may have caused that and Afla and his staff were very accommodating by moving tables around before our guests arrived. I highly recommend Brandermill!

My husband and I looked into Brandermill after doing lots of research on VA country clubs and found this was easily the best option, worth way more than it's price. We had our ceremony and reception on site in early November and everything about it was absolutely perfect; from the weather, to the staff, to the beauty of the course!! With it's excellent price and the wonderful, helpful service, Brandermill is a great location! We loved the food and on the wedding day the staff did a great job of making sure everything my husband and I needed was tended to, all the way to the end. Afla is great to work with and I really valued his hard work throughout the entire process.

Afla is the most amazing and helpful person EVER! He makes the decision making process stress free and calm and is very knowledgeable and will provide tons of assistance (if needed). He also has an amazing personality. I am so happy we chose BCC & would recommend it to all my friends.

Brandermill Country Club was a decision we made early on in the process and I am SO thrilled we did. The pricing is AFFORDABLE (around $30 per meal and tons of bar options) and the place is so elegant! Afla who runs the events is amazing to work with, he is passionate and really cares about the couple. I emailed him way to may times to count and he was always prompt, kind, and professional. The food, drinks, everything was really great!

Our reception was beautiful, the staff was very helpful and the food was amazing! So happy with our choice to have our reception at Brandermill Country Club.

Perfect venue for a special occasion!

This was a pretty place. Affordable but still a little to much for my budget. Wish I could have afforded.

Our reception there was wonderful. Afla (the manager) was awesome to work with - He always responded quickly to questions and his staff was flawless on the big day!

Everyone was very pleased with their meal as well. We found them to be very reasonable and easy to work with. The staff did an excellent job with our sit down dinner. We were running a half an hour behind, but nothing was cold or overcooked. They offer cake cutting for free and you can decorate however you would like without an open flame. We were really impressed with the service overall.

Our reception went perfectly at Brandermill Country Club. The dinner for 90+ guests was absolutely delicious; a guest who has been a chef complimented BCC.

Brandermill CC was phenomenal! They took care of all the details, offered a GREAT rental price, and offered to let us use there vases and such for centerpieces. Afla, the director, was so comforting, very personable, and answered all of my questions. They really were a dream to work with! Their food was reasonably priced and DELICIOUS and they work with your budget.
