One word to describe Brandywine Manor House is perfect! We had our wedding on 4.26.24 and the day was a legit dream. This venue has it all. Multiple ceremony sites (including rain options), a beautiful barn and gorgeous tent. You have endless options when booking there. Plus, the staff is amazing! We were fortunate to work with Aimee the past 1.5 years and she was a rockstar! She made planning the wedding a breeze. Everything went so smoothly, I could not have asked for a more perfect day and everyone raved about the venue! Book here for your wedding!

My daughter got married here in November. Aimee was wonderful to work with and helped guide us through the entire process. The day was perfect and many of our guests remarked how beautiful the venue was. We would recommend Brandywine Manor House to anyone looking for a more rustic but elegant venue in the area. We could not have asked for a more perfect wedding venue. We had our ceremony and reception at Brandywine in early September. From day one, Aimee and her staff were excellent--they worked very well with our wedding planner, made us feel comfortable and ready, and flawlessly helped us through an unexpected heat wave, helping us move our 260-person ceremony inside without a hitch. Dan and Jen were amazing coordinators as well. Thank you Brandywine!!

The venue is beautiful - it ended up raining on my wedding day and we had so many back up plans. We were still able to have the ceremony outside! Aimee was awesome as my day of coordinator. She texted with my MOH and my MOH relayed information I needed to know. We had our ceremony outside, our cocktail hour in the barn, and the reception in the tent. I truly got to experience the full venue. The grounds are beautiful. 100% recommend this venue!

Brandywine was the perfect venue for us. We worked with Aimee, who was absolutely amazing! Even with maternity leave in the middle, she did not miss a beat, and we were taken care of the whole time. The venue is gorgeous (our wedding was in June), there are so many different spots to hold your ceremony, and many more to take photos at! We had plenty of room in the tent for our reception with a 220 person wedding, and everything was set up exactly how I envisioned it. Our day ran so smoothly from start to finish thanks to Aimee. We picked all of our vendors from their recommended list as well, and could not have been more thrilled with all of them. Highly recommend this as a venue!!

I cannot explain how wonderful this venue is ! From the family that owns it to the staff that work the grounds and the coordinators. We worked with Aimee from the day we first saw the place to our wedding day, 6/16/2023. Planning was amazing and no stress at all, Aimee kept us on track with everything and made it so simple. And the day of the wedding went extremely smooth. I was so happy with the day off, I can’t stop talking about it. Per our guests they also spoke to us about how easy the transitions were and how smoothly it went for them as well. We had tornado warnings the morning of our wedding with crazy wind and rain in the morning but Aimee and her team kept their heads up and it turned out to be an even more beautiful of a day then I could have imagined! This venue and this day will be apart of our story forever and I’m so happy we had our wedding here!

Beautiful grounds, coordinator was happy and helpful to work with. All other suggested vendors were wonderful to work with which helped with the ease and flow of our day. Some confusion on event insurance- would suggest using whomever the venue suggests and not wasting time with your home owners.

Our wedding at BMH was perfect. The venue itself is beautiful with so many options…. We got married on the brick patio under the gazebo since I wanted us to be a little elevated for everyone to see us which worked out perfectly. A ceremony in the barn was just as comfortable for me as a backup plan. Either would have been beautiful and that’s why I chose this venue to begin with. Our cocktail hour was upstairs downstairs and under the barn and it was everything I’ve ever dreamed of. The reception in the tent was dream like with the lighting the globes and the gardens in the background. Really important to note the bathroom & bar situation as well as the bridesmaids suite- there was never a line which was very important to me. Plenty of bathrooms and we were able to have 2 bars at cocktail hour and 1 HUGE bar at the reception. The bridesmaids suite was so big and having my own private bathroom as the bride was extremely important and helpful to me. Last but not least Aimee took all of my anxiety off of me. From the beginning she is super super responsive. Setting up the tables on all seated helped me visualize the room. They let me visit the venue a year out to date and a few other times before to just figure out where I would like things since I am so visual. She led the rehearsal like a true champ and gave me so much confidence. This gal knows what she is doing!!! Last but not least the night of Aimee problem solved a few minor mishaps that occurred due to other vendors the night of & is my true wedding hero. I will always remember her and how Brandywine Manor House helped make our wedding the best night of our lives

We LOVED having our wedding at Brandywine. Due to weather, we had to change our plans to move the ceremony indoors to the barn, but it was probably even more beautiful that way! The spaces available are all incredibly beautiful and comfortable, and the staff knows what they are doing to make the day go smoothly. Highlights of the venue- the picture windows in the barn, the fireplaces in the barn and patio, and the fact that both the tent and barn are fully climate controlled so no need to worry about uncomfortable guests! We are so happy with our day at Brandywine.

We absolutely loved our venue! It was beautiful, and loved having our pictures taken on the grounds. Would not recommend hiring the wedding day planner, as we felt it was an unnecessary expense. We also had multiple complaints from our guests involving the wedding planner. Overall, Brandywine itself is a great wedding venue and would definitely recommend having your wedding here!

We got married at BMH in July 2022. The venue was absolutely gorgeous and just what we had envisioned for the day. Having the entire property for ourselves was a huge plus, made it feel much more intimate and relaxed. Ample parking space for our guests who drove and also 3 shuttles. Also meant tons beautiful and private photo opps by the lake, the woods, the farmhouse, etc. It was a bit wet, so we had our ceremony on the patio and got married with the arches and lake in the background which was such a romantic and beautiful spot. My only wish would be that there was a carpet or something similar in the actual aisle space, because my dress was dragging and ripping a bit walking up the brick. There’s also other gorgeous outdoor ceremony areas, but there’s no walkways to them so we unfortunately weren’t able to use any of them since it would mean having to walk 100+ ft. in the grass in dresses and heels. If the venue had more walkways that would have been a huge upgrade accessibility-wise. We had our cocktail hour in the barn which was setup perfectly- plenty of room for our 190 guests with bars upstairs and downstairs, gorgeous decor for an elegance with wooden barn rustic look to complement it, and appreciatively air conditioned for our July wedding weather. We also had a huge bridal suite with private bathrooms for each the bride and groom side, which was awesome for taking breaks throughout the night and having a place to stash all of our stuff and retouch makeup. Reception tent was also perfect setup - huge dance floor, roomy table space, and (my favorite) all the side tent flaps up so you felt like you were sitting right in a garden for the whole event with a lovely breeze and birds chirping in the background. A few of our guests walked the property throughout the night taking in the romantic setting. My only other feedback would be that the venue did stress us out quite a bit with Covid rescheduling, understandably an unpredictable situation but the venue told us we’d need to get someone else to take our original date in order to book a new date, and we had a very tight timeframe to figure all that out otherwise we were stuck with a date that the government at the time said no mass gatherings for. Luckily it worked out, but I felt like that could’ve been handled better so we weren’t in a situation where we felt like we had to panic. That is the only reason I didn’t give 5 stars. Overall, would say it was an absolutely lovely location and would highly recommend!!!!!!

We just had our wedding at this venue and it was PERFECT. Aimee and everyone at BMH were so helpful from start to finish. The venue is absolutely gorgeous with so many options to hold your ceremony/reception at. We got so many compliments from our guests and we had an amazing time!

Brandywine was the first venue we visited shortly after getting engaged earlier this year. We met with Amy, who went through their packages and gave us a tour of the venue and answered any questions we might have had. Once the tour was done, we both knew immediately that this was the venue we wanted for our wedding! Everyone at Brandywine was so friendly and accommodating! When we had questions about the logistics of what's allowed onsite, they made sure to answer quickly and with more than enough information! We had Amy as our wedding coordinator, and we can't say enough warm things about her! She was so helpful with coordinating our vendors and making sure our wedding was the way that we wanted it to be! She gave helpful insight with how things can be done during the ceremony/cocktail hour/reception, and made sure we were kept up to date with important things! After the reception was done, Amy helped load things into our car and made sure we were all good before we left! Amy made our lives so much easier and helped make our wedding day so special! The venue itself is so beautiful and such a unique find! We had spent hours online looking for the right venue that we could see ourselves getting married in, and the appeal of Brandywine was too great to pass on! The grounds are beautifully maintained and give the perfect rustic appearance! The twinkle lights in The Loft area was so beautiful and perfect for anytime of the year, but especially for a winter wedding! We will forever remember how beautiful and perfect everything was at Brandywine! <3

My wedding was exactly how I pictured it in my dreams! This venue is incredible with so many options and ways to truly make it your own! Amiee was so sweet and helpful she truly made my wedding day flow in the happiest way. She took my visions and helped make them a reality and I'm so grateful that Brandywine Manor house and their staff were apart of my special day!

We reached out to Amy this winter after changing our original wedding date 3 times in Philly when we finally decided to move our wedding out of the city. She helped us replan our entire wedding at Brandywine in less than six months and made our day perfect. Brandywine was even better than we could have ever imagined and we are still getting compliments of how beautiful our venue and day was. I cannot say enough nice things about our experience working with them these past 1.5 years and on our actual wedding day. We had the most magical day at BMH. Our wedding was all that we could have dreamed of and more.The venue is so stunning and there are so many different options/back up plans for each stage of the day. Every single photo has such a beautiful backdrop outdoors and indoors. Aimee and her team did so much work behind the scenes to make sure that the day turned out perfectly. We would not change a thing. As our coordinator, Aimee was responsive, flexible and knowledgeable throughout the entire process and especially on the big day. Although the day was stressful and chaotic, we always knew that we were in good hands with Aimee and the BMH team. Aimee, Nacy and BMH even worked with my Mom to plan surprise fireworks!! They were outstanding and our guests had so much fun watching them. We had such a wonderful wedding at BMH. We would recommend them a 1000x over. The venue and the people are just spectacular.

If you are looking for another reason to choose Brandywine Manor House, this is it! The staff is out of this world and the venue space(s) are incredibly beautiful and well kept. There are multiple indoor and outdoor spaces to choose from for your ceremony/reception- we chose the barn and the ballroom! With brandywine the entire planning process from start to finish was easy and seamless. We chose to hire Aimee as our coordinator and I don't know what we would of done without her! She was there every step of the way during the planning process and made sure we did not have to worry about anything on the day of. She was extremely organized, knowledgeable and we cannot thank her enough! Last but not least, Aimee (and Nancy!) not only helped us navigate through a postponement and the tough year of 2020, they also went above and beyond to make sure that everything was going to be perfect for our new date in 2021. There are no words to truly describe how much we appreciate their patience and kindness. Not only was the barn and entire grounds absolutely stunning, but Aimee and everyone that we worked with was absolutely amazing. The wedding day (and everything leading up to it) could not have gone smoother and our guests were all gushing at how beautiful everything was. I would 100000% recommend the Brandywine Manor House.

This venue is BEAUTIFUL. My wedding day was perfect. From the minute I got there Meg was amazing and so helpful all day. I can’t wait to see all of our pics bc the grounds are so lovely. Plenty of different locations for pics AND a golf cart to get you to all of them! To hear my guests tell me “we aren’t just saying this bc we love you, this was the best wedding we’ve ever been to”, just melts my heart. Those memories will forever be the best day of our lives and we will always recommend the BMH as the perfect location for an unforgettable day!! The bridal suite was roomy and inviting. We were married under the pergola and had our cocktail hour under the barn. Reception was in the barn. Aimee and Meg made every request possible and had impeccable communication skills prior to the wedding so I felt confident the day was going to go right. Afterwards, all of our things from in the barn were packed up and loaded into our suv for us! It made the day all that much better to have someone making sure we didn’t forget anything. After 3 wedding dates, a new venue, and new caterer, we ended up having our wedding at Brandywine Manor House and I couldn't be happier with that choice. It is a breath-taking venue and offered tons of great photo opportunities (and even places to hide and still take photos as guests arrived early!). Our guests were blown away with how gorgeous it was. Brandywine was absolutely amazing to work with. From start to finish, they were flexible and accommodating. Meg was there the day-of and she was wonderful! She made sure my husband and I were taken care of all night. She even went above and beyond to help with my complicated bustle! She made me feel comfortable and calm, even if things weren't exactly on schedule! I highly, highly recommend having your wedding at the beautiful Brandywine Manor House.

Our Wedding was amazing a little cold but it could not have been better. Aime worked with us and help our day be special, unfortunately she was unable to be there the day of but Meg was a great step in and Aime came in the morning to make sure everything was just right. This place is truly beautiful and I love everything about it and how the day turned out. They worked with us during Covid which was great!!

Our wedding was truly magical. Everyone kept asking us where we found such a scenic and stunning venue. There are so many locations on the property to take beautiful photos with great variation. The vendors that work with the venue are very professional and I would highly recommend hiring Aimee as your coordinator. She will make sure you select vendors who will best fit the specific ideas of your perfect day. We have only positive things to say about our experience. Our photos were gorgeous and Aimee made the day very easy, so that we really got to enjoy the time with our friends and family. How do I even begin to review this amazing place. From the moment you go to visit you are going to feel like you’re part of the family. And then once you book them the process is so easy it’s almost unbelievable. I was lucky enough to have Aimee as my day of coordinator and everything was PERFECT. She is one of if not the sweetest person I’ve ever met and I am thrilled to have had her help out on my day. The property is also the most beautiful venue I’ve ever seen. If you don’t have a venue yet I’m telling you Brandywine Manor House will not disappoint. ❤️

YOU WILL REGRET NOT BOOKING THIS VENUE!!!!!! This venue (and the family that runs it) is incredible. I swear every guest called me the day after my wedding to tell me it was by far the most gorgeous venue they have ever been too. I wish I could give them 10 stars because this venue deserves it. My day was so perfect thanks to Aimee as well who helped coordinate the day so it was flawless. Of course my original wedding was scheduled for May 16th and needed to be postponed because of the pandemic but Aimee & Nancy even made that part of the process a dream. For something that should have been totally devastating, they made it enjoyable. I'm actually sad I won't be talking to them so often now that it's over. WONDERFUL PEOPLE, BREATHTAKING VENUE.

I had my wedding there a couple days ago & my husband and I cannot say enough about HOW PERFECT it was! Aimee is lovely to work with. She helped us change our venue due to the pandemic in less than 30 days!!! The venue is breathtaking, so well cared for & was so much fun! So many of our guests said it was the best wedding they've ever been to! The fireworks were the icing on the cake! We are so grateful for BMH for making our dream wedding come to life!!!

Where do I even begin… BWM was a dream come true. We decided to use Aimee of our day of coordinator, and I’m so grateful that we did. We had our ceremony lake front, used the open hearth patio for our cocktail hour, and the barn for the reception, and all of the bridal party also got ready on-site. The team was amazing to work with – I knew I wanted a rustic barn wedding, and the second I stepped foot on the property I knew I had to get married there. They had no Saturday dates available, which is what we wanted, but I wanted the venue so much that we decided to go with a Sunday – and I’m so glad that we did! The planning process was incredibly easy with BMH, and anytime I needed to come on-site with a vendor they were super flexible in making it happen. We met with Aimee a few weeks before the wedding and she took care of everything for us. She had so many helpful suggestions for us and everything ran perfectly the day of the wedding. Aimee was so on top of everything, the day was everything I could have possibly imagined, and I can’t thank them enough for executing everything so seamlessly! I wish I could do it all over again! Our guests are all still raving about how beautiful the venue was.

I would give Brandywine Manor House 10 stars if it would let me. We had an amazing experience with this venue and the entire BMH team. Aimee was our coordinator and helped bring our dream wedding to life. The venue is stunning - we immediately fell in love with it the first time we visited it. It is on the expensive side but well worth it in my opinion. We added on the additional coordination services which I would highly recommend. They take care of contacting all of your vendors and they make sure everyone is where they are supposed to be so you don't have to! Aimee was very responsive to all of my miscellaneous questions along the way and so kind to me and everyone in my wedding. We lucked out and had sunny weather but the venue offers a lot of good options should the weather not be on your side which was important to us. Be sure to book well in advance as this venue fills up extremely fast! Thanks again to BMH and the entire team for an amazing experience!

We fell in love from the day we saw this venue. We were looking for a different feel from traditional country clubs they we were used to attending, and wanted a rustic, warm vibe. This hit the nail on the head. It was easy to work with Aimee and Meg, and the property is just beautiful. We did our engagement photos on the property, in fact! If you want a rustic barn feel any time of the year (we did in the cold), this is your venue :)

We celebrated our daughters wedding on November 9th. Brandywine Manor totally exceeded our expectations. Aimee our coordinator was amazing she handled every detail. We could of not asked for anything else. The place is absolutely beautiful. Although it rained all day my daughter was still able to have beautiful pictures due to the gorgeous venue. Coming from NJ we were a little nervous about what to expect but everyone is still raving about what a fun amazing time they had. We owe it all to Aimee and Brandywine. Brandywine Manor House was exactly what my fiance and I were looking for while we were searching for wedding venues. From beginning to end they were on point with reminding us about payments, giving us a heads up on good vendors, hosting events where we could come look at the venue again, and answering every question I had. Without a doubt, I could not have gotten through my day without Aimee. She was so detail oriented and probably handled a thousand things behind the scenes that I had no idea about. During our walk through she thought of things I forgot all about and helped me to make them possible. She's sweet and fun to talk to and handles the whole day beautifully. This venue is what dreams are made of. It's perfect for any bride's ceremony and reception. It's completely customizable, with several different locations to choose from. The bridal suite and grooms room on site made for a stress-free morning as well. Coordinating the day with Meg was a joy, and she made the entire process so much fun. They offer officiant services and I can't recommend working with Ryan enough. He is professional, eloquent, and my guests are still raving over his ceremony. I fell for Brandywine Manor House before I was engaged and knew I had to get married at this hidden gem in Chester County.

We could not have been more happy with Aimee and Brandywine Manor House. The day was absolutely beautiful and everything went off with any issues. Aimee was so helpful in coordinating the vendors the day of. As the bride, I was able to be so calm because I knew everything was handled. Thank you so much for everything!!

Absolutely perfect and beautiful in EVERY way. The thing I most value about BMH is the vast options for ceremony, cocktail, and reception sites.... even the rain option locales were simply beautiful! It was one less thing to worry about... and these areas weren't just "nice"... they were EXCEPTIONAL I'd always dreamed of a "tented" reception set up with beautiful chivari chairs and sweeping curtain ceilings, but I looked into renting tents and other tent venues-- they just didn't offer anything for the price it went for. BMH's ballroom not only had chivari chairs as its standard without any up charges, but also had beautifully curtained ceilings and walls, and wall sides that opened up down to the terrace where we had cocktail hour, a HUGE dance floor which was a big must for us, built-in CHANDELIERS, ceiling lights that changed colors, hanging lanterns, so much space that our guests didn't feel crowded, spacious bridal suites and a separate changing area for the men with large bathrooms for both parties, gorgeous landscaping areas for photos + first looks, a lake area, a terrace, a "wooded" area, a barn, an open hearth, a koy pond, I mean... I can't. The list goes on. We had BARE MINIMAL decor to worry about and still had a mind blowing set up BECAUSE of how beautiful the venue is.... and that's how a wedding venue SHOULD BE. My guests are still raving about how beautiful the venue is... I had guests planning their now-middle school aged daughters' weddings in the future to take place here. On top of that, it is a family owned business and I had the pleasure of speaking with Nancy (the lady of the property) and the family couldn't be more gracious and loving. They just want to do the best for their couples.... they're such good people. Her husband Gordon landscapes everything himself and tends to the property, while their daughters help to manage and coordinate-- Aimee was a GEM to work with!! Another added surprise was that my husband and I got home and started getting into our cards and gifts to prep thank you notes, and we saw a random gift..... it was from Nancy and Gordon! All I can say is that it was literally THE most perfect gift my husband and I could've asked for. It brings me to tears because it is truly a gift that was tailored for us as a couple in every way shape and form (they probably don't even realize), and we just couldn't be more grateful for everything that the Eck family has done to make one of our most memorable days even more memorable through their love and kindness. Though the gift itself is so perfect, it was the gesture that moved us so deeply too. Thank you, Brandywine Manor House and Nancy, Gordon, Aimee, Meg, and the entire Eck family. We had our wedding 12/23/17 and it was so perfect! The setting is beautiful (worked really well with Christmas/holiday theme) and even though it rained most of the day there were still ample places to take pictures and enjoy the day. The packages are pricey, but totally worth it. All the little details were taken care of with the day-of-coordinator and I did not need to worry about anything that day. Everything was set-up how I asked and also packaged up at the end of the night for us to take home. The prep areas they have for the bride and groom are also a very nice addition. I had all hair and make-up done on-site. Thank you to the Brandywine Manor House for having an amazing venue and amazing staff!

We can’t say enough about Brandywine Manor House. Everything about the planning, the rehearsal, and the day of was absolutely perfect. This venue is gorgeous, helps with EVERYTHING, our coordinator Aimee was the most amazing to work with, and it was like a dream. If you want “barn”, “ballroom”, “woods”, whatever it may be, BMh has it.

We booked the barn at BMH 2 years prior to our December 2017 wedding date. It was the 4th or 5th venue we visited, and we both knew right away that it was the one. I cannot express how gorgeous this venue is, and how perfect it was for our Christmas theme. Our guests are still commenting on how stunning it was! Many stated it was the most beautiful venue they’ve been to! Compared to the venues we visited prior (barn, winery, inn, and country club), Brandywine was pricey for what is included in the package, but we felt the beauty of it was worth it. We were happy that they only book one event a day – unlike other locations we visited. From booking our event to the wedding day, the employees at BMH were amazing at answering/returning our emails and phone calls. I specifically remember speaking with Nancy, Meg, and Aimee – all of which were wonderful. We chose to also book an officiant (Ryan) and coordinator (Aimee) through BMH, and we were happy that we did! Ryan worked with us until our ceremony was perfect and made sure it felt personal. Having Aimee was a huge help in making sure everything went smoothly. I HIGHLY recommend hiring a coordinator. She helped to make sure vendors knew where to go and what to do, keep us on time, and to also help setup/take down decor. The only issue we had was that we received multiple complaints about Aimee being pushy/rude – especially towards our photographers. We feel as though it was partially our fault as we really stressed to the photographers how much the photographs meant to us but didn’t inform Aimee. We understand it’s her job to keep us on time, but we wish she would have come to us and asked what we would like to do instead of becoming so flustered. We booked the vendors for a set time regardless, and we know our guests wouldn’t have minded waiting as they knew we won’t have another chance for those photos. In the end, we are incredibly happy we chose BMH as the venue for our big day! It was even more beautiful than we could have dreamt! :)

The Brandywine Manor House is a gorgeous location for a wedding! The property is well kept and the wedding coordinator was well organized and so helpful! The family that runs the Manor House is not only kind but so easy to work with. We would highly recommend this venue!

Brandywine Manor House is a beautiful spot, no doubt about that! Unfortunately, the coordination of our wedding was not done as we had asked/planned. Tables were set up wrong at the reception tent and when I mentioned this (3 hours prior to reception!) no one moved them or accommodated my request. We hired a band and the tables in relation to dance floor were wrong. It was an easy fix and it wasn't done. At the end of the night we felt like we were being rushed out. Reception was to end at 11:00. By 10:00 they were packing our things up and putting them by the door. Then we had 2 shuttle buses that were to take guests back to hotel. Because of miscommunication, one bus left early to take a small group back which was fine. Unfortunately, the coordinator didn't let our guests know that bus would be coming back, so all guests were crammed/standing on the one bus that was there. Waste of money.

My husband and I truly had our best day ever here at Brandywine Manor House! The entire experience from start to finish was seamless! Aimee was our coordinator and made us feel like we were the only wedding she was planning all summer :) We used most of their preferred vendors and they truly know what they are doing! Everyone was so accommodating and pleasant to work with! The grounds are so beautiful and romantic, I want to do it over again 100 times. I would not change a thing! Thank you so much for giving us our dream wedding!

I first fell in love with Brandywine Manor House when I saw pictures of a colleagues wedding that was held there. Upon seeing the pictures, I immediately asked her where she got married and then stalked the availability page. When my husband and I got engaged, I sent an email immediately to BMH and set up a meeting to pick a date. When I finally got to see BMH in person, there was no questions about it. I HAD to have my wedding there. It was love at first sight and thankfully we were able to book the last open Saturday of the 2017 wedding season! Throughout the entire planning process, Nancy was extremely helpful and answered all my questions almost immediately after I asked them! I also chose to have the day of coordinator which ended up being Aimee. I honestly don't have enough positive things to say about Aimee. I would highly recommend choosing a day of coordinator because she took the stress completely away from me that day! All I had to worry about was marrying the man of my dreams and enjoying our wedding day with our friends and family. Everything fell into place perfectly and my dream wedding came to life and Aimee had a lot to do with it! We continue to get compliments about how beautiful Brandywine is how much people enjoyed our wedding. I would recommend this venue to everyone!! It's the absolute best =)

Attended a wedding here and although, the ambiance and grounds are beautiful...the cocktail hour lacked immensely. They only send out 4 servers with trays at a time and there were less than 5 finger foods/appetizers to choose from. With an hour and a half of the wedding left, they already cleaned up all of the glassware, coffee, water pitchers, and utensils; when we asked for coffee and a spoon to eat dessert with, they refused and said they were already put away for the night. We ended up eating dessert with ours hands without anything to drink. I've never experienced anything like that before. The grounds and charm of the place didn't make up for the poor service.

Brandywine is beyond stunning. Every picture from our wedding looks like it belongs in a magazine and our guests loved the uniqueness - we got many comments all night about how Pinterest everything was. Aimee was also a pleasure to work with and very prompt at answering questions. It does seem like they should provide more day-of services and be available to troubleshoot given how particular they are about everything and the cost of renting the place, but they are up front about this from the beginning and you can pay extra to have them there.

This venue is absolutely BEAUTIFUL and has many sites around its property for indoor/outdoor ceremony options, as well as a barn and permanent fixture tent (looks more like an upscale ballroom.) My husband and I married next to the lake for a ceremony, and then had our reception in the barn. It was so romantic, rustic, and naturally stunning. I could not have asked for a more perfect venue based on what we envisioned for our theme and aesthetic.

Brandywine Manor was the absolute most stunning location for our wedding! We had the best time and all of the staff was professional, kind, and bent over backward for even the smallest request and to make sure we had smiles on our face at all times. Aimee was our day of coordinator and was so communicative and helpful! I'd recommend them to anyone!!

One of the first things all my guests said (and still say) about my wedding was how beautiful the venue was. This is obvious enough just from any of the pictures you'll find online, but even more so in person--even for my wedding in early December when the landscape tends to look dreary and bleak, it still managed to look stunning. More importantly, it's very well managed by the family who owns it. Not only were they very professional and knowledgeable, but they were very available for the entirety of the planning process, very easy to reach and always willing to answer all of my questions. They actually turned out to be an essential resource for me, and gave valuable advice at every turn. They know their business best, and the fact that I was able to work with them to best make use of their experience definitely contributed to my peace of mind in the months leading up to the wedding, as well as to the execution of the day itself--which was PERFECT.

Brandywine Manor House was perfect for my husband and I. It is a large estate that holds only one wedding at a time, so our guests had the ability to walk the property and enjoy all the beautiful scenic views. With several locations to have the ceremony and reception, we were able to have our cake and eat it too! We had a reception outside with an amazing water feature as our background, and our ceremony inside a rustic-looking barn. We were able to to still have a cocktail hour in an open hearth area. The staff was understanding to the stresses involved with planning a wedding, and provided excellent advice for different aspect of planning. They provided great programs for designing our seating chart, keeping track of guests, and the vendors we contracted. My husband and I are extremely happy with the venue and would highly recommend them.
