I can't recommend them enough because any time I had hesitations about anything, they answered all my questions. Every time someone mentions my reception to me, they tell me how fun it was and how fantastic the food was! Definitely recommend!

rasa's food is incredible and they have so many good options to choose from. I'm really glad we went with the buffet option because it allowed people to pick and choose what they most wanted. I have a severe nut allergy and Brasa was amazingly patient working through that with me. They assured me there would be no nuts in any of the items and made me feel comfortable on the wedding day. They truly went above and beyond and even worked directly with Linen Effects on our linen rentals. Additionally, we received SO MANY compliments on the food from wedding guests. Some people mentioned it was the best wedding food they've ever had. Highly recommend Brasa to anyone!

Backing up just a bit, the initial tasting that Brasa offered blew us away, even having eaten in their restaurants so many times over the last 10+ years. Indeed Brewing and Brasa catered - set up as a buffet style. I would do this again in a heartbeat! They knew just the right amount of food to order so we didn't end up with a ton of leftovers. They were familiar with the space since they're one of Indeed's preferred vendors, and it made set-up and clean-up super easy.

We went over every detail and the day of timeline. They asked great questions that helped me better prepare for the big day. On the actual wedding day, the staff was awesome, I didn't have to worry about anything, they took care of it. Everything was on time, went smoothly, absolutely perfect. Most importantly the food was AMAZING. All our guests, ages 10 - 101, loved it. Brasa staff packed up the leftover food so we could enjoy it the next day! They even packed two individual meals for my husband and me. I can't recommend Brasa enough!
