Brasa provided the most delicious food!! We got so many compliments from guests about how much they enjoyed it. They were so easy to work with from day 1 and communicated very well throughout the entire process. Highly recommend!!

Having Brasa as our wedding caterer was one of our best decisions! They were incredible to work with during the entire planning process and had professional staff who were efficient during the set up/tear down and kept our buffet clean and full. The catering team also packaged up all the leftovers that they could, which was a real treat to enjoy the following days! A month later and we are still getting compliments from our guests on how incredible the food at our wedding was. Highly recommend them for any wedding or event you need catering for - the quality is just as great as it is when you dine in their restaurants!

Brasa was one of the preferred vendors at The Machine Shop and we are SO GLAD for this!! The feedback we got from everyone when we said Brasa would be catering was "Brasa is the best" -every single time, high praise to Brasa from our other vendors and our friends and family who have enjoyed eating at the restaurant. The catering menu was fantastic, we ended up selecting appetizers, dinner buffet, and desserts! It was so easy to make choices and we were well-guided by the staff during our consultation phone calls and emails. We got a hand written thank-you note from the staff the evening of our wedding, and a complimentary bottle of bubbly which was just so kind of them to go the extra step in making our day so special. We have enjoyed eating all of the leftovers and look forward to future meals at the restaurant to try all of the other exciting food options that we didn't have at our wedding!!

I had over 50 wedding guests tell me it was the best wedding food they have ever had! It is filling, customizable to every diet and just different enough that it’s memorable. Their customer service is top notch and they very clearly know what they are doing. Turned what could have been a standard part of the night into a favorite part of the night for many guests!

DO BBQ!! I had no clue how a buffet would be executed for a wedding, but it couldn’t have gone better. Rave reviews from all the guests, including Minneapolis natives who have been to the restaurant. The catering is SO GOOD. I worked with them on a custom dessert option which turned out perfect. Absolutely book Brasa if you want food that’s made with care and love.

Communication before and during our wedding was fabulous, the food was amazing (per usual!). Every guest (150 people!) has had something wonderful to say about how smart we were to go with Brasa. Selections for the gluten free and vegetarians among us, which was appreciated greatly by guests. The food stayed hot and fresh, which can be a major downfall to plated meals for those of you still searching! Staff was hardworking, consistent, and personable. Everyone who attended was blown away - and we are so fortunate we decided to go with Brasa. Wouldn't change a thing. Book early (we booked a year and a half in advance) - you won't be disappointed!

When we started planning our wedding we knew right away we wanted to have Brasa as our caterer! Brasa has a restaurant location close to our house that we really enjoy eating at. Brasa's food is incredible and they have so many good options to choose from. I'm really glad we went with the buffet option because it allowed people to pick and choose what they most wanted. I have a severe nut allergy and Brasa was amazingly patient working through that with me. They assured me there would be no nuts in any of the items and made me feel comfortable on the wedding day. They truly went above and beyond and even worked directly with Linen Effects on our linen rentals. Additionally, we received SO MANY compliments on the food from wedding guests. Some people mentioned it was the best wedding food they've ever had. Highly recommend Brasa to anyone!

The food at our wedding could not have been better! It is nothing like the same old food you have wedding after wedding. We got so many compliments about how incredible it was! The team at Brasa really went above and beyond with their service - they made menus for each table including all the dietary restrictions for each menu item, they packed a meal for us to take at the end of the night, and even surprised us with champagne and a card signed by the whole team at the end of the night! We wouldn't have wanted any other caterer at our wedding!

When we began planning for our wedding, we both agreed that we wanted a meal that people would love and remember for all the right reasons. If you’re gonna have a massive party with all your family, friends, co-workers, etc. why not feed them something amazing, right? Brasa was an absolute no-brainer. And that’s exactly what we got from them for our wedding, but on a much grander scale. The portions provided through the buffet setup were beyond generous. And the service was terrific. Heather and her team were amazing. Efficient, friendly, and hard working. Backing up just a bit, the initial tasting that Brasa offered blew us away, even having eaten in their restaurants so many times over the last 10+ years. The planning with Heather was easy, and they were able to answer all our questions about everything we threw at them. We knew we wouldn’t regret our catering choice, and we were so right! Brasa is our favorite restaurant in the Twin Cities so when we saw they had a wedding catering option, it was a no brainer. Their catering team is AMAZING. Heather was wonderful to work with ahead of our day and had all of our details locked down. The staff day-of was nothing short of incredible. They were on-time, constantly helping out with clearing food & pouring waters and even packed my husband & I a meal and some wine to take back to the hotel with us along with a signed card!! Such a nice touch and a great way to end the night. Everyone said the food was the best wedding food they had ever had!! I also appreciated that they printed menus for us since it was one less thing for me to have to deal with week-of. We love Brasa and would recommend them to anyone and everyone!!!!

We worked with Heather from Brasa, and she and her team just knocked it out of the park. They went above and beyond in helping to flip the ceremony space to the reception space of our dreams, the service was incredibly professional and kind, and most importantly the food was outstanding! Folks still talk about how good the food was, and I was especially impressed at the wonderful gluten free and vegetarian options available for guests with specific dietary needs. They were also very understanding and flexible as we navigated planning a wedding during the most uncertain times of the pandemic. We would absolutely recommend their services!

When I say Brasa was an amazing part of our day, I mean it! The food was phenomenal! We received so many compliments from our guests telling us how it was the best wedding food that we had ever had! On top of that though, as the couple, the service was outstanding! They were timely and professional, incredibly helpful, thoughtful and very safe given the current state of the world. When they left for the evening they gave us a wonderful card signed by all our staff from the night and packed us up two separate small to-go containers to take back with us to our hotel room at the end of the night which was just about the most perfect way to end the evening when we were tired and starving!

Hands down this was the best food we’ve enjoyed at a wedding, and a number of our guests relayed the same message. There was food for everyone (delicious vegan and gluten free options, too!). Even during the pandemic, Brasa was able to accommodate a tasting event through take-out. The portions were generous and the food was hot for everyone. Additionally, they were flexible in being able to accommodate the venue and the group size, and were responsive to last-minute guest-count changes. Brasa was an excellent decision.

Could not recommend Brasa more for catering. They were flexible, responsive, and extremely helpful leading up to our Wedding and day of. They wen't above and beyond to make sure that everything was set up properly, were on top of serving and refilling the family-style meal, and quick with clean up. They even gifted us a special bottle of bubbles that we will enjoy on our anniversary!

Brasa is the BEST food and we had rave reviews at our wedding! The staff was so great and on top of everything, they even helped clear tables after dessert because they had a little extra time. They also sent us to the hotel with 2 meals which we enjoyed that night reminiscing about how much fun we had! We can't recommend them enough!

We are so happy we went with Brasa for our wedding! Planning a wedding in the middle of the Covid-19 pandemic had many challenges. They quickly adapted to our needs as MN regulations changed over and over. Heather was so easy to work with and her entire staff was super helpful on the wedding day. I think the only topic that might have been discussed more than the fact that we got married was how great the food was! The meal was SO delicious. Brasa went above and beyond by having some take-home meals ready for us as well as giving us a nice note and a bottle of champagne to congratulate us. Super classy. We’d recommend them to anyone for any event!

Brasa came right on time on the wedding day and set everything up. If you don’t have any fried dishes everything transports and holds beautifully.

I cannot tell you how many guests raved about the food, both during the wedding and in the weeks after. Brasa was very easy to work with before the wedding, and were very flexible in providing options for allergies/diet needs despite us choosing a buffet style. The team that worked our event was incredibly kind and attentive. The sweetest part was that they packed my husband and I meals for the next day! How thoughtful?! DELICIOUS! Brasa catered our rehearsal dinner and the food was amazing! We had heard and seen the positive reviews and the menu looked amazing but it was so much better! Equally as important, Daria and here team were so great to work with! From timely communication to ensuring we had all of the details in order so that everything worked best with what we were looking for, Daria was on top of it all. They day-of team was equally as amazing and we would be more than happy to get to work with any of them again, and would recommend them all for ANY event that needs good food!

Brasa played a pivotal role in ensuring our wedding was a success - and it was! It was truly perfect. Daria from Brasa made the planning process so easy and seamless with prompt and clear communication. We had so many compliments from our guests on the food, which I already knew was going to be awesome. :-) The staff was very attentive during the whole event. At the end of the wedding day, they went the extra mile and packaged up our food really nice and even made boxes for me and Sean, which was a sweet gesture since we didn't get to eat much that day! 10/10

Brasa catering was the highlight of our wedding! Excellent value for such high quality food and service. Food was almost better than in the restaurant, with generous portions for the buffet. Service was amazing - never an empty water glass for 100 people. They even made a to-go bag for the bride and groom, which meant we actually got to eat dinner in our hotel that night. So thoughtful! Planning process was easy, too. Marina responded quickly and clearly to emails, and helped us craft a perfectly balanced, high value menu.

Brasa was an amazing caterer for our wedding! Marina (catering & events manager) was great to work with through our entire planning process. We made quite a few little tweaks & changes to our needs for the evening, but she was really flexible & responsive through all of it! Our dinner was served buffet-style & it went so smoothly & quickly! The staff day of was really friendly & went above & beyond to help with set up & clean up at the venue. And of course the food was amazing! We loved Brasa already, but can definitely understand why they were recommended by our venue & raved about by other vendors & wedding guests!

I have to say, we had our rehearsal dinner catered by Brasa back in April and our guests still won't stop talking about the food. We had maybe 50 people at our rehearsal dinner at Indeed Brewing and Brasa catered - set up as a buffet style. I would do this again in a heartbeat! They knew just the right amount of food to order so we didn't end up with a ton of leftovers. They were familiar with the space since they're one of Indeed's preferred vendors, and it made set-up and clean-up super easy.

I have nothing but good things to say about having Brasa cater my wedding! Before I was even engaged I knew we would have Brasa cater our wedding. If it's important to you, too be sure to check availability right away as our first date was already booked. The wedding took place at my parent's home. Marina and Katie came out to the house to check everything out. We went over every detail and the day of timeline. They asked great questions that helped me better prepare for the big day. On the actual wedding day, the staff was awesome, I didn't have to worry about anything, they took care of it. Everything was on time, went smoothly, absolutely perfect. Most importantly the food was AMAZING. All our guests, ages 10 - 101, loved it. Brasa staff packed up the leftover food so we could enjoy it the next day! They even packed two individual meals for my husband and me. I can't recommend Brasa enough!

Can’t say enough about Brasa! The food was awesome, staff very professional, and they made the entire process throughout the planning and reception stress free. Guests continue to rave about the food. We had our ceremony and reception at one venue. The way the Brasa team flipped the room so quickly was amazing, and the transformation of the space was absolutely beautiful! We were able to totally enjoy the day and not worry about anything.

We were so excited to have Brasa as our caterer because it's one of our favorite neighborhood places to eat. We knew that the food was amazing in store, and were fairly confident it would also work on a larger-sized catering scale (150 guests.) And it did!! The food was phenomenal and guests are still raving about it. They nailed little details as well, the wedding party missed cocktail hour due to taking photos, and Brasa saved us our own platter of chips, guacamole and salsas. They were on top of dismissing tables, making sure everything flowed smoothly, and that the groom and I had everything that we needed through out the night. And always with a smile! The entire team that night went above and beyond my expectations. Previous to the big day, we met with Marina a few times to talk linens/dishes, timeline, menu, etc. and she was extremely helpful and accommodating. Her experience led her to address questions we hadn't even thought of, which we so appreciated. Marina is bubbly and personable and so much fun to work with. I would recommend Marina, her team, and Brasa to anyone who wants to have amazing food and top notch service at their reception.

I'm a wedding planner and have worked with BRASA several times. They are always amazing. The food is always delicious, hot and plentiful. The team is so friendly, attentive and dependable. They are timely and provide a high level of service. I would recommend them to anyone without hesitation.

We had Brasa cater our wedding at Aria in Downtown Minneapolis on October 26th 2018! They were amazing! We had so many compliments on the food, the staff, and everything! Brasa was on top of everything, on time, and they were so ever polite & kind! We would have them cater an event of ours in a heart beat hands down! Brasa was an excellent partner for our event. From the moment we met with them until the next day when we found a gift of two nicely boxed lunches in the stuff we brought home from the reception, they did everything they could to ensure we weren't stressed or worried on our day. Add in the fact that the food was delicious, we got so many compliments, and they took care of all the little details such as setting out dessert and late night snacks, and we would use them again.

Brasa catered our Lowertown St Paul wedding and it was absolutely incredible. Their food is outstanding. It's comfort food that all of your guests will love, but elevated to a different level. Brasa is hands down the best. They catered our wedding for nearly 300 people. They went above and beyond to ensure the day (even things unrelated to the food) went perfectly. They are top professionals, so friendly, and the food is AMAZING. I can't tell you how many people came up to us and said it was the best wedding food they've ever had. In fact, it's now been almost a year since our wedding, and people STILL tell me that all the time. I can't recommend higher.

Everything went smoothly and my mom (mother of the bride) said how friendly and helpful the staff were approaching her multiple times to be sure she had everything we needed. We cannot explain how great Brasa was to work with! Kim made the planning incredibly easy, and the day of our wedding, the catering team was AMAZING! The head catering staff checked in with us through the night, ensuring everything was going to plan. The food was absolutely fantastic...many people commented that it was the best food they’ve ever had at a wedding. We love Brasa!

Kim and the whole Brasa team were beyond amazing to work with. Our questions were always heard and answered, but they were usually so good about knowing what we might ask and what information they would need that we rarely had questions. The day of went flawlessly and the food was amazing. All our guests raved about it. Kim went above and beyond making sure that my husband and I were taken care of the entire night, including getting me a bowl of mac and cheese when my nerves were getting the best of me. I cannot recommend them enough and don't have a single complaint or negative word about working with them.

Brasa is the best. They did fantastic family-style service for ~200 people at our wedding reception. Kim was so easy to work with. We were planning a Minneapolis wedding from out of town, and she was so nice about accommodating tastings, meetings, etc. for the times we were actually in town. We didn't decide on family style until a few weeks before the wedding (had planned on buffet and changed our minds) and she didn't bat an eye. Her team made dinner service so smooth, and the food is AMAZING. We are still receiving compliments on it. The Brasa team took such good care of my husband and I on the day of. They put together extra plates for us and packed to-go bags so that we'd be sure to eat, which is so hard on your wedding day.

We had a relatively limited wedding budget, but food was one of the things that we decided to splurge on. Brasa is one of our favorite restaurants, and we'd heard great things from friends about their catering, so we requested a quote. We were pretty excited that they were in our budget. Kim the catering manager was responsive and handled all our questions in a timely manner. On the evening of our wedding, the catering team took care of everything. We heard from multiple guests that said it was the best food they've ever had at a wedding. The team lead, Molly, did an especially excellent job of being accommodating. They even packed up large lunch portions for my husband and I in a bag, and gifted us a bottle of champagne. If they had any challenges at all with set up, serving, or take down, I don't know about them, presumably because they took care of them. I very highly recommend Brasa catering.

We already loved Brasa years before the wedding, but we made sure they were there with us on the big day. So many guests went on about how delicious the food was (people who don't live in the city and have never had Brasa before). Their service was literally top notch and professional. They worked closely with the groom to make sure they excused tables in the correct order, they gave the head table extra green sauce because someone in my family was probably demanding, they did awesome. They helped replenish our snack bar before dinner (not even their food), and cleared tables, served water, and took out garbages all while they were there. We used a DIY space (Day Block) and Brasa made it feel like the space came with true, professional, caterers. We recommend Brasa to anyone. Anyday.
