She kept a thorough timeline for the entire event, updating it as plans changed. I can't tell you how many times I referenced that sheet while coordinating exactly how I wanted our wedding day to go. I really appreciated the cadence of her communications as well. She kept me on track without making me feel overwhelmed with all of the moving parts.
We had an issue where a guest showed up, and they were not accounted for in the table plans (turned out to be an online RSVP issue). Needless to say, I didn't even know it happened until the next day because she worked with my Man of Honor to make sure the guest was taken care of while I got to focus on enjoying the big day. My husband teased me about needing a day-of coordinator, but with Mandy's help I was able to enjoy my wedding to the fullest without any stress.

There was seamless communication throughout the whole process and with the number of problems that can pop up while planning a wedding, Mandy’s services were one of the items that I NEVER stressed about. The day of the wedding I felt so confident that Mandy was going to execute our vision perfectly and she absolutely delivered! The setup was perfect and looked absolutely gorgeous and better than I even hoped for. She made sure our guests were getting to their seats, coordinated timing with the music and our officiant, and saw us off down the “aisle”. After the ceremony she directed our guests to the cocktail hour and then coordinated our entrance to the reception. I have 9+ years experience working with venues, room layouts, A/V, food & beverage, rentals, flowers, transportation, budgets and more.
