My wife and I hired Mandy from Breathe Easy Events as a day-of coordinator for our wedding this past summer, to facilitate the events of our wedding day. We had a rather large wedding with the ceremony and reception located at two different sites, so our needs and expectations were high from a wedding coordinator. Mandy not only met our expectations, but completely exceeded them at every step of the relationship. She was immensely helpful to us, not only on our wedding day but in the many months leading up to our wedding. Her consultation and advice was invaluable to us, and the schedule of events on our wedding day was run ‘to a T’. I would highly recommend Mandy to anyone else interested in her services; it was probably the single best investment we made in our entire wedding.

Mandy is the best! We hired her as our day-of-coordinator and it was the best decision ever. She asked me all the right questions about the things I would've never thought of. The process was great, from meeting her in person to having open communication. She made me feel so comfortable on my wedding day when I was an absolute wreck. I was on the fence about hiring a coordinator, since I typically try to do things myself to cut costs, and because our venue had a day-of coordinator. However, I am very glad we enlisted Mandy's services. We checked in with Mandy multiple times before the wedding, and her guidance helped keep our preparations on track. This meant that even the week before the wedding, we weren't scrambling over anything. The day of the wedding, it was an immense relief to know that I could just focus on myself and my family, while Mandy managed decor, vendors, etc. (Including when the shuttle bus was terribly late; Mandy promptly worked to get more information, present us with options for next steps, and adjust the rest of our timeline to keep things smooth.) Our wedding day was incredibly low stress because we used Breathe Easy events, and I would recommend these services to anyone.

If you're looking for a wedding coordinator who is an absolute rockstar, look no further than Mandy! She's incredible - a true 10/10. From the very beginning, Mandy was a lifesaver. Her detail-oriented nature and organizational skills kept everything running smoothly throughout the planning process. This was especially evident on the wedding day itself. We had a minor scare with rain in the morning, and our florist was understandably stressed about moving everything indoors (Plan B). Mandy, however, remained calm and collected. She expertly diffused the situation, made the right call to stick with Plan A (outdoor ceremony!), and ensured all the decisions were made with minimal stress and maximum impact. Beyond her organizational prowess, Mandy is an absolute pleasure to work with. She's incredibly kind, respectful, and warm, fostering a collaborative environment with all the vendors – DJ, florist, photographer, you name it. Communication was a breeze with Mandy. She's easy to reach, proactive, and always up for a quick question or adjustment. In fact, she even came up with fantastic ideas we hadn't considered, like the mini carajillo cocktails at 9pm after dinner – a total hit! Throughout the entire wedding planning process, both my mom and I felt supported and stress-free with Mandy by our side. She truly went above and beyond to create my dream wedding at SRV in Boston. She wasn't just a coordinator, she was a partner, and I can't recommend her highly enough. Mandy and her team were so amazing to work with for day-of coordination and the months leading up to our wedding! From when we first reached out to Mandy and spoke with her about our vision to having Beki there on the day-of making sure everything ran smoothly, we knew we were in great hands. Mandy and Beki were both so organized - they kept updating our timeline as we added more vendors and details to it and kept us on schedule with the decisions we needed to make. And on the day of, the weather could not have made things more difficult for Beki but she was such a trooper and everything looked amazing despite the high winds attempting to blow away/ruin all our decorations. They're a great team - definitely book them if you can!

I can’t say enough good things about Mandy and Hannah from Breathe easy events. From day one, they have displayed professionalism and kindness. They made me feel like I was the only person that they were helping with their wedding (and I know they were very busy!) The main reason I hired a day of wedding coordinator was so I would not have to worry about how things would get set up on the day of, and Hannah/Mandy took my worry away! From setting up a timeline over the past few months, to doing a on site visit at my venue (which they had never been to), to communicating with my vendors, everything was covered. I am mostly thrilled will their quick thinking and willingness to change things last minute. Unfortunately the day of my wedding there was a hurricane that was supposed to hit, Mandy and Hannah set up a call the night before with the site and myself and worked out all options and settled the nerves of my anxious vendors. I couldn’t appreciate their help more. On the day of our wedding Hannah was with me. My venue and reception space was better than I could’ve ever imagined thanks to her! Hannah and our venue director had to make last minute arrangements regarding outside versus inside with the storm and they did everything behind the scenes on my wedding day as to not stress me out! I cannot recommend another DOWC more! You will not be disappointed with this combo. I would hire over and over! My husband and I cannot say enough amazing things about Mandy! We just got married this past weekend 9.16.23 and had the most incredible wedding. Throughout our wedding experience we were faced with many obstacles & curve balls, even having to change our wedding venue 6 months before our date. Mandy was professional and extremely reasonably priced for all of the help she provided. For someone that is NOT a planner, she ensured our wedding was exactly what we had hoped for. There were many times that I was confused, unsure of answers, panicking that things may not be done and every single time Mandy had it handled. Mandy's response to everything was "No, this is your wedding. How do YOU want it done an we will get it done that way." I am a people-pleaser and to have someone be your voice was amazing! Mandy answered all of my questions almost immediately (every time). The day of could not have gone smoother. Truly a life saver!

Mandy did a wonderful job at our wedding in May. She was our day-of coordinator and did great work during the day, and before the wedding. She was very organized and constantly updated our schedule and to dos and other information relating to the wedding and vendors. On the day of, she coordinated our reception hall in the church afterwards. Even though we finished our ceremony and got to the reception much earlier than we thought, things were already in great shape at the reception. We had a wonderful wedding, and are very happy we got to work with Mandy. Thank you Mandy!

Working with Mandy was honestly one of the best decisions we made for our wedding day. I had very little experience or knowledge when it came to planning a wedding and after one conversation with Mandy I instantly felt better. She created detailed and up to date timelines for us and answered all of my questions quickly and thoroughly. On the day of our wedding she showed up prepared and ready to go. Our wedding day had rain in the forecast, and with an outdoor ceremony planned, Mandy reassured us of all the contingencies in place, and let us know we could make the call to move indoors or stay outdoors as late as we needed to. Her flexibility and organization allowed us to wait as long as possible, ultimately making the call for an outdoor ceremony when the forecast shifted just two hours before the wedding. We would not have been able to do that if she was not so on top of things. She organized and communicated with all of our vendors and got everything set up, with no stress. I was relaxed and able to focus on my excitement knowing she had everything under control. I am so thankful we had Mandy in our corner throughout the whole wedding planning process!

There are no words to describe how incredible Mandy was. From our first meeting with her we felt utterly comfortable, and we just clicked. Being an event planner myself I have very high expectations, and Mandy blew us away! We had to make the very last minute decision to move the wedding indoors—and Mandy quickly got in contact with every vendor, and the wedding went off without a hitch. Mandy is amazing, if only I had found her sooner in my planning process. When I first started planning my wedding I did not plan on hiring a coordinator, but after our first initial phone call I was so much more at ease. Mandy was a life-saver. I had no idea so many decisions went into every part of a wedding -- microphones for the officiant, welcome tables, movement of floral decorations, songs for every part of the process. It doesn't take much to feel incredibly overwhelmed with everything you need to think about during planning. Mandy made sure I knew what decisions I needed to make and how best to execute on each detail. She kept a thorough timeline for the entire event, updating it as plans changed. I can't tell you how many times I referenced that sheet while coordinating exactly how I wanted our wedding day to go. I really appreciated the cadence of her communications as well. She kept me on track without making me feel overwhelmed with all of the moving parts. We had an issue where a guest showed up, and they were not accounted for in the table plans (turned out to be an online RSVP issue). Needless to say, I didn't even know it happened until the next day because she worked with my Man of Honor to make sure the guest was taken care of while I got to focus on enjoying the big day. My husband teased me about needing a day-of coordinator, but with Mandy's help I was able to enjoy my wedding to the fullest without any stress.

I originally was on the fence on whether or not I wanted to hire a coordinator as I do a lot of event planning in my job. I am SO happy I made the decision to hire Mandy. Her pricing is super reasonable and so worth it! I hired her for day of coordination but we were in contact for months before the wedding and she gave so much guidance and advice. Where to start with so many amazing things to say?! Mandy was such an integral part of our planning process from our initial convo to the day of our wedding. Mandy with Breathe Easy Events was our day of coordinator for our August wedding. I cannot say enough how amazing she was! She helped us with all of our planning to make sure we stayed organized and on track. She was so kind and very responsive to questions. She stayed in touch with us in the months leading up to our big day to make sure we had everything we needed to make our wedding perfect. She created a timeline and was in touch with all of our vendors to make sure everyone was on the same page. On the day of our wedding, there was no task too small for Mandy to do. She even carried our wedding cake over a hilly, grassy area to place it where it needed to be - which was a risky task! Mandy was the day-of coordinator for our September wedding at Whiteface Hollow in NH, and she was an absolute delight to work with! In the months of planning leading up the wedding, she was amazing about keeping in touch with us and checking in on where we should be in our planning stages. She helped us to create a detailed day-of timeline and to think through all of the different details and elements we might not have thought of otherwise. On the day of the wedding, she was wonderful at keeping us & our families organized, and helped to resolve issues before we even had to worry about them. Mandy was the coordinator for our wedding on 7/24/21, and she was great. We had 2 planning calls with her before the wedding and unlimited emails and texts. Throughout the planning process I would throw some notes in an email or take emails with other vendors and forward them to Mandy so she was aware and she kept everything super organized and because of it had everything under control day of. I put all our decorations in bins and left them for her and she did a great job setting everything up. Mandy was great about taking care of things without asking and worked behind the scenes to make our day go flawless. Hiring her was a great decision and made things so much less stressful.

We hired Amanda as our day of wedding planner and she was so great to work with! We had scheduled meetings ahead of the wedding and multiple check ins the week of the wedding. Amanda was great with asking us all the questions we hadn’t thought of, provided a detailed timeline of events, contacted and worked directly with vendors, assisted with reviewing contracts and legal documents for vendors and ensuring we had our wedding the way WE wanted. Amanda was available anytime we called or emailed, which was extremely convenient for those planning a wedding during a pandemic. We were fairly lax during the planning process, but Amanda was able to keep us in check and make sure we were on schedule for the wedding without any hiccups. Would absolutely recommend her for wedding planning!

I booked a day-of coordinator through Breathe Easy Events for my 7/10/21 wedding. I worked with Mandy who did a phenomenal job. We had 2 zoom calls with her before the wedding (a couple months before, and week before) as well as a call when I booked her. She included unlimited calls/emails with the booking so we could have spoke more if needed. Mandy is super responsive, kind, and allows valuable expert opinions and thought partnering. We created a thorough day-of timeline with Mandy for our backyard wedding which set us up for success on the day of and for when we talked with our other vendors. She stayed behind the scenes handling things on our day. Our DJ complemented how nice it was to work with her after our wedding as well. 100% would recommend!!!

What would we have done without Mandy?! Due to COVID, my husband and had a ceremony in 2020 but left the fun wedding celebration for June 2021. We wanted our wedding to feel light and effortless, and not put too much pressure on our wedding party or parents to do any heavy lifting. With Mandy on our team, my husband and I were able to focus on the big-picture. Through her timelines, emails, and phone calls, she helped us keep track of all our vendors and not worry about the little details that always come together day-of. Working with Mandy was amazing from start to finish (2 years for us due to COVID!). She had worked with our venue many times in the past and was knowledgeable about all the little details of the day. She helped up to create our perfect timeline, stayed in consistent contact and was always responsive to our many many questions. The day of our wedding she made sure everything went smoothly even when we had some hiccups. She worked with our families as well as our best man to make sure things went seamlessly. We barely had to even think about logistics. I couldn’t imagine our day without Mandy there!!!

Mandy was one of the first vendors we hired as we planned our wedding and from the first phone call we felt comfortable knowing that she would be a huge help come our big day. Besides just handling all of the small and large details of the day, she was able to help us plan for items that we would have never even thought of for our wedding. On our wedding day, we could not have asked for a better person to handle everything that came up including having to change our ceremony site an hour before the ceremony. Mandy was so easy to work with and really took away all our worries about the wedding day. Leading up to the wedding she was very responsive to any last-minute changes. I most appreciated how she was not hesitant to give us ideas and advice from the many weddings she has seen but also never pressured us and was willing to be flexible and accommodate any special requests we had. She was absolutely there to make the day happen how we wanted it to happen all with a reassuring attitude.

I cannot say enough good things about Mandy! Not only did she make sure absolutely everything went smoothly the day of (even if it didn't I never knew about it), but she checked up on me constantly through the planning process to keep me on tract. Mandy was a lifesaver on our wedding day! We were in a unique situation where we didn't need a lot of decor setup help, but our venue was completely self service - no staff! We had to pull in a lot of outside vendors that Mandy helped manage wonderfully. I found Amanda and Breathe Easy Events at a wedding expo. I plan events for work and was pretty much good to go for the wedding day. With the exception of day of execution. Amanda was fantastic when it came to making sure everything was put out in their places, the venue was decorated as I described, gifts were safe and I could enjoy my special day. I am a very controlling bride so when I found Amanda I knew immediately I could trust her and that made me enjoy my day that much more. If you are in a similar scenario call them- they are the best!

Breathe Easy Events is the best money that you will spend on a day of event coordinator. Beki and Mandy were both extremely helpful and professional. The day of the wedding went off without a hitch and everything went well beyond my expectaions thanks to Beki.

Mandy was amazing. I had her as a day-of planner, and from the first day we spoke she was so helpful. We had a 20 minute conversation before even booking, where she asked a bunch of questions to get an idea of my plan so far, and even provided some pointers before any money was exchanged or anything was booked. Before the wedding we communicated regularly, and she provided a detailed timeline I could share with my vendors. I strongly recommend doing a site walk through with her as well. It was so worth it. She emailed with my vendors also the week prior to my wedding for last minute planning and coordination, which took so much weight off my shoulders. It was so nice to know she had everything under control, so all I had to worry about on the day of my wedding was getting ready. She is genuinely kind, outgoing, professional, and incredibly organized, and on the day of the wedding interacted with my family and got to know by dad a little bit, which was meaningful to me.
