Leading up to the wedding, Hannah sent our vendors the planning document we had finalized, helped us manage some last minute questions, and also joined our last meeting with the venue before the rehearsal. Day-of, Hannah managed any vendor questions and ensured our ceremony and reception spaces were set up the way we wanted them. She also helped all the boys pin their boutonnieres on their way to the ceremony :) Through our reception, Hannah continued to make sure the schedule was flowing properly, and made sure that my husband and I always had food/drinks whenever needed. We felt sheltered from all of the logistics of set-up, coordination, scheduling, and guest questions on the day-of because we knew Hannah had everything under control. It was such a relief knowing we had someone there to support our day who was truly focused on making sure my husband and I had the best day possible. We loved our experience with Breathe Easy and would recommend their services to future couples!

We had a minor scare with rain in the morning, and our florist was understandably stressed about moving everything indoors (Plan B). Mandy, however, remained calm and collected. ur vision to having Beki there on the day-of making sure everything ran smoothly, we knew we were in great hands. Mandy and Beki were both so organized - they kept updating our timeline as we added more vendors and details to it and kept us on schedule with the decisions we needed to make. And on the day of, the weather could not have made things more difficult for Beki but she was such a trooper and everything looked amazing despite the high winds attempting to blow away/ruin all our decorations. They're a great team - definitely book them if you can!

The main reason I hired a day of wedding coordinator was so I would not have to worry about how things would get set up on the day of, and Hannah/Mandy took my worry away! From setting up a timeline over the past few months, to doing a on site visit at my venue (which they had never been to), to communicating with my vendors, everything was covered. I am mostly thrilled will their quick thinking and willingness to change things last minute. Unfortunately the day of my wedding there was a hurricane that was supposed to hit, Mandy and Hannah set up a call the night before with the site and myself and worked out all options and settled the nerves of my anxious vendors. I couldn’t appreciate their help more. On the day of our wedding Hannah was with me. My venue and reception space was better than I could’ve ever imagined thanks to her! Hannah and our venue director had to make last minute arrangements regarding outside versus inside with the storm and they did everything behind the scenes on my wedding day as to not stress me out! I cannot recommend another DOWC more! You will not be disappointed with this combo. I would hire over and over! Mandy's response to everything was "No, this is your wedding. How do YOU want it done an we will get it done that way." I am a people-pleaser and to have someone be your voice was amazing!
