Breathtaking Events

**BRIDES BEWARE** Think twice about working with this company .... IF YOU WANT YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION TO BE SHARED WITH OTHER COUPLES AND OR HAVE MONEY BE KEPT WHEN NO WORK WAS EVER DONE ....then by all means go right ahead ...you' ve been warned. Im going to speak on our personal experiences working with Andrea. Red flag should've been on our first meeting with her. She was very informative and extremely nice ....with that being said shes extremely gossipy about other clients .Stories like this would continued to happened. Wedding date was set for March 2020 and we've made payments every month until recently. Unfortunately due to circumstances that were beyond our control we reached out to her in hopes to lower our monthly payments Only temporarily . No response ...2 weeks later we get an invoice for the full amount. I reached out via text asking her to please call us. I received a text no phone call (very professional) . I would assume paying close to 700 a month a phone call can be made. Fiance calls her an explains current situation to what he receives a nasty response ....giving attitude and blowing him off ...her response "i see what i can do" ! Mind you our wedding is still 17 months out and we are ahead of schedule on payments. Working in customer service your client comes first! We waited friday for her to see what we can agree upon ....friday past... Saturday past.... Sunday past ....Monday Past .... Tuesday midday i received another Automatic reminder stating if i dont pay by today the money given will be forfeited and contract cancelled.. funny how she has yet reached out ...fiance emailed again asking her why she hadnt reached out and that we just wanted our money back. Emails were sent back and forth with her continuing to be ugly (for no reason). Long story short we are taking legal action. I have the time and i truly believe evil greedy people like that will eventually get their time. Also please know the only thing she did was book appointment 2 separate times for venue viewings and reaching out to get a contract and that was it ! And she wants to keep over 6,000...noone should ever go through what I'm currently going through. The added stresses she has caused me is unreal. The lack of communication ... the lack of sympathy ....truly unprofessional. Brides please be careful !!!

Andrea and her team where nothing short of amazing. I started out as a DIY bride and I quickly became over whelmed. After finding Andrea I knew that my wedding would be everything that I had dreamed of. I like Not only did I get a wedding planner/designer but I also gained a friend. She constantly educated me on wedding industry trends and provided alternatives to get all the things I wanted within a reasonable price. Although I didn't have a budget for my wedding, she encouraged me to set one (my fiancé was thrilled to say the least). Words alone can not express my gratitude. I am truly honored to say that I was a Breathtaking Bride!

I can't say enough about Breathtaking Events! Every little detail was taken under consideration and my experience was without a doubt one of the best. I interviewed many event planners before making my decision as I had many ideas for my big day, together we managed to stay in budget and still make everything come true for me on my big day, with lots of style and elegance. I can't wait to use Breathtaking Events for our next celebration! Andrea, thank you so much! You were super thoughtful, caring and professional!!

Andrea and her team are truly the best! They definitely made the wedding planning process stress free and smooth sailing! I am so blessed to have had her as my wedding planner and floral designer for our special day. Everything was breathtaking and we received so many compliments on our wedding. I couldn't have asked for a better wedding planner, she knows what she is doing! I would definitely recommend her to anyone in need of a wedding planner and floral designer. If I had to rate her from 1 to 10...it would give her a 20! Whenever we needed something or had a question, there was never a time when she didn’t respond in a timely manner. She was always professional and made us feel like our wedding was her top priority. She understood our vision and it turned out beautifully! Thank you so much again Andrea! I would highly recommend her to any engaged couple!
