Breaux Vineyards

My husband and I just had our wedding on 10/29/22, and everything was absolutely perfect. We had a total of 134 guests present in the Acadia Room, and it was very comfortable with a good sized dance floor. That building is nestled perfectly between the mountains with the floor to ceiling windows allowing a full view of the beautiful foliage. We had an outdoor cocktail hour, which was absolutely wonderful - being in the mountains was so tranquil and magical. Aside from the beautiful scenery, every staff member I encountered at Breaux was excellent. We worked primarily with Maranda Custer, and she was so patient, informative, and accommodating. She answered all of my many, many MANY questions promptly and respectfully, and gave me guidance throughout the whole wedding planning process. My parents brought a ton of the decor and alcohol for the event, and she was kind enough to allow us to drop everything off between 11-4 the day prior. If we weren’t able to do that, I know the wedding day would’ve been infinitely more stressful on my family and I. In addition to the beautiful scenery and excellent service, we love the wine selections Breaux had to offer for the event. We chose the Merlot 2017, Sauvignon blanc, and Orleans to serve for the event, and I can’t tell you how many compliments we received! All in all, I highly highly recommend this venue as the perfect spot for your wedding day needs. I would relive the day all over again if I could!!

My husband and I had our wedding at Breaux on September 4, 2022 and it was better than we could have imagined! Initially, we envisioned a destination wedding, but with travel being relatively uncertain in 2021, we decided to stay local and toured a crazy amount of wineries and vineyards in Loudoun County to find just the right spot. We fell absolutely in love with the view at Breaux and the rest was history. Maranda and the team at Breaux were outstanding! They worked with our wedding planner and vendor team to make sure things went off without a hitch (well, except for us getting hitched!). The scenery and reception space were sublime and they were very helpful with assisting us in selecting the right amount of wine for the reception. Maranda even helped me get some dirt off of my dress just before I walked down the aisle! The day was absolutely magical and the venue couldn't have been more perfect!

My husband and I booked Breaux Vineyards as our wedding venue back in 2019 for our 2020 wedding. Due to the pandemic, we rescheduled 3x and the 4th time was the charm for us. We were so happy to have finally had our wedding day on Friday, May 13th of this year. The ceremony was outdoors and right next to that was the indoor reception space - It was perfect! It has been a bumpy ride - To plan a wedding before and during a pandemic is a complete nightmare for any bride and was difficult. But the team at Breaux Vineyards was extremely flexible and understanding during the pandemic in making sure that we were informed with COVID updates/regulations, informed about venue safety measures, and ensuring that we were comfortable as we planned our day. They were responsive and easy to work with. We planned with them from 2019 - 2022 and worked closely with one point of contact up until late last year. We were saddened since we had built a wonderful working relationship with the contact. We worked with a brand new point of contact the last 6 months of wedding planning, then it changed again the week of my wedding, so that was the only thing that bummed us out! Regardless, the Breaux team did a wonderful job the week and day of our wedding. The rental fees were fair for us when we rented back in 2019. Since we had to reschedule many times, there were some add-on fees. We successfully retrieved our security deposit back. Despite our very long wedding planning journey, the Breaux team was very supportive through phone, email, and through the [many] in-person visits we had haha (ie, wine tasting for the wedding, walkthroughs, checking out venue space). This place is very special to us and we hope that couples consider Breaux Vineyards as their wedding venue!

Breaux Vineyards hosted our wedding ceremony and reception, and it was absolutely beautiful. The setting is gorgeous - right in the foliage and the vines - and the buildings themselves are a lovely Spanish tile architecture style. The staff were really good about keeping us on schedule, and pre-wedding, they did a great walk-through. They even helped us with our sparkler send-off!

We fell in love with Breaux when we first visited as we were looking at wedding venues. The vineyard with the rolling hills is a truly gorgeous outdoor space. We were at first hesitant as we were planning to have a traditional Hindu Wedding Ceremony there, and it had not been done before. However, Whitney, the events coordinator, assured us that we could pull it off, as she had experience doing Indian weddings at other venues she had worked at. We were originally scheduled for August 2020, and had to postpone to August 2021 due to the COVID-19 Pandemic. Whitney was extremely accommodating while we worked to reschedule our wedding date. They were very communicative and responsive through the pandemic and different wedding plans. The team is very attentive to detail which is much needed in event planning. They do require a day of coordinator, who became the staff’s go to person for communication in the weeks leading up to the event. They definitely run a tight ship at Breaux which at times almost felt like they were being inflexible, but I think ultimately it is for the purposes of ensuring a seamless event. Although we were excited for a wedding amongst the rolling green hills, the call was made to move the wedding indoors to the Acadia Room on the morning of the wedding due to light rain. Ultimately, I think it was the best call as even though it was not raining by the time the event started, it was much more comfortable inside as humidity was high the day of our wedding. The Acadia Room is gorgeous with big windows and high ceilings. While it was not what we originally had in mind, it was stunning nonetheless. We (and all of our guests!) were able to utilize the outdoor space for photos afterwards! Because the indoor space was used for the ceremony, it did have to be turned over for the luncheon we had after. We were told that this could be done in about 15 minutes but ultimately took 45 minutes which did lead to an overall delay in our lunch being served (and led to busses needing to leave later). This was only a mild hiccup in the grand scheme of things. We received a 20% discount on wine which we used at our reception (located at a different venue), and have leftovers so we will enjoy it for many years to come! The venue is absolutely gorgeous and we are so excited to get our photos! I would definitely recommend this venue again. Thank you, Breaux, for a beautiful day!

Breaux Vineyards is absolutely stunning and elegant! We loved having our wedding there, and it was truly a wonderful vendor to work with. Whitney, the Events Manager, was very professional, responsive, detail-oriented, and helpful. Highly recommended!

Breaux Vineyards is absolutely gorgeous. I had so, so many compliments from family and friends on the venue. Truly dreamy, from the rolling hills and vines, to the elegant reception hall with its wall of windows, chandeliers and classic lines. One guest even compared Breaux to vineyards in Sonoma and Napa! Breaux is not one of the cheapest wineries in the area but I truly believe you get what you pay for in this case. Whitney, the events, coordinator, is super detail-oriented and organized. You will be sure she will never drop the ball. They run a tight ship at Breaux, for example they are strict about not letting you on the property any earlier than your stated contract time. But the attention to policy makes for a smooth and organized experience, and everything went seamlessly! Breaux comes with tables and chairs which is nice addition to cross off your list. They do require you choose a caterer from their list, but there are plenty to choose from. Whitney worked with us during COVID to make a Plan A, a Plan B and a Plan C as we nervously waited as restrictions loosened in waves. I appreciated her flexibility during such an unprecedented time. Finally, Breaux's Acadia Room makes for a beautiful rain plan. I was devastated when the forecast for my wedding day was freezing cold and rainy, on Memorial Day Weekend no less! But when we rehearsed the ceremony inside, I felt much better, and knew part of the reason we picked the venue was the beauty of the room would make for a great rain plan. I wasn't able to say my vows among the vines as the rain rolled in right as our ceremony began, but we kept our guests warm, dry, and comfortable, and the ceremony was beautiful nonetheless! We were also able to use the super cool Cork & Key room downstairs from the venue for our cocktail hour, and received many compliments on that space. So don't forget to think about rain plans as you view venues -- and Breaux had one of the best ones we saw.

Gorgeous venue and elegant spaces, beautiful backdrop, fair prices, and experienced, competent staff. Whitney was amazing to work with - she answered all of our questions promptly and even gave us a re-booking discount (pre-COVID) due to changing circumstances. Everything went so smoothly on the day of the wedding and I didn't have to worry about a thing. 10/10 would recommend, and I can't wait to go back to visit!

My daughter fell in love with the view of the vineyard and the beautiful Acadia Room and decided this was the place for her reception in September. Whitney was a joy to work with; professional, knowledgable, and helpful. She responded promptly to our emails. I am so thankful to Whitney and her staff for making our daughter's wedding reception truly wonderful!

I was so disappointed with our experience with Breaux, and would urge anyone looking for a wedding venue to look elsewhere. Matt and I were initially so excited to have booked our wedding here. Unfortunately, in my opinion, the property manager and owner seemed only interested in taking our money and showed no interest in or compassion for their customers throughout this COVID period. We lost a lot of money thanks to this. After some time of reaching out, they provided us with a few options that in our opinion were not fair offers or comparable with our previous arrangement. This was a very stressful time for all of us, and we were disappointed in Breaux's willingness to work with us through this difficult time.

Breaux Vineyards is absolutely stunning! We looked at several venues, but we knew the moment we arrived this was the one. The views were breathtaking and the vibe was exactly what we were looking for. Surrounded by gorgeous vines and mountains made for the perfect backdrop. The Acadia space is gorgeous with crystal candeliers, large windows top to bottom with panoramic views of the vineyards. Whitney and her team were amazing to work with and made sure our special day ran smoothly. Whitney was very professional throughout this entire process, anwsering emails and returning calls in a timely manner. She was extremely helpful providing vendor choices, decor ideas and guided us through the entire process. Our wedding turned out perfect and we are extremely happy we chose Breaux Vineyards for our special day!

I can't say enough wonderful things about Breaux Vineyards and the staff there. I knew upon pulling on to the property that it would be our venue. It's the best of both worlds: gorgeous, rural, vines, and mountains with a modern, sleek, romantic space. You get access to the Acadia Ballroom and the outdoor space directly adjacent to it, and can take pictures anywhere. From the first day, Whitney was FANTASTIC. She was beyond helpful, and nothing but professional throughout the process. Always timely with emails and calls, she got back to us with all our questions and even provided suggestions for other vendors, our day-of-timeline, etc. Her events staff is equally professional and helpful. I would highly recommend this venue for anyone looking for a vineyard wedding!

Breaux is a beautiful venue with great staff. I especially appreciated the bridal suite with a private bathroom!

We honestly can not say enough about Whitney and the crew at Breaux Vineyards. Whitney has a way to make what is a large venue seem small and personable, we could not have imagined our wedding day without Whitney and Jessie. For us the location was the hardest choice, and we are so glad we took the energy to visit more vineyards in the NoVA area, because the Acadia Ballroom fit our vineyard but elegant theme perfectly. We could not be happier. Once we finally decided on location Whitney was instrumental in helping us select vendors and dealt with all of our wedding stress in making our day perfect. Not only is the location amazing, (so many of our guests said that this once one of the nicest weddings they had been to), but the staff is there in full support which really made us at ease. Not to mention, the guests loved the wines as well!

We loved this venue, it was a beautiful back drop for our wedding! Staff was great to work with and the wine is very good. We got rained out which was unfortunate but the indoor backup plan was still amazing. You can’t go wrong with Breaux!

Excellent Venue with stunning views all around! They were helpful in answering all our questions quickly, they even saved hundreds of wine corks for my table decorations. Great venue with various pricing options for the Seasons and Weekends. I would recommend this venue to anyone who loves great wine!

When my husband and I first got engaged, we knew that Breaux Vineyards was where we wanted to get married. We had been to other vineyards, but none compared to Breaux. The wines are fantastic and the setting is breathtaking. We worked with Reagan and she made sure everything went off without a hitch. She walked us through everything and, honestly, there was not a single thing to worry about. The Acadia Room was beautiful! I was slightly nervous that it would be too big for my wedding of 60 people, but they set it up perfectly. It was just lovely, and all night long, people were telling me how stunning the room - and Breaux - was. And everyone RAVED about the wines! I cannot recommend Breaux highly enough for a wedding (or even a wine tasting)! You won't be disappointed!

Breaux Vineyards was amazing!!!!!!! My wedding was on 9/9/16 and it was beautiful! They have breath taking views, beautiful grounds, and wonderful indoor spaces! They let you take pictures in all parts of the Vineyard. The staff is amazing. They are extremely professional and personable! They are also very knowledgeable and helpful. I cannot wait to visit for again! It was worth every penny!

I looked at hundreds of venues, indecisive is an understatement. I was looking for a rustic vibe without going full blown barn chic. The setting is beautiful and the venue itself is everything I wanted, big windows, wood floors and elegant chandeliers...even a beautiful fireplace! Kathleen was a wonderful help and did everything she could to keep me on track. Keep in mind however that when you pick a location like this you are still doing the majority of the legwork...finding your caterer, providing guest transportation, etc. At the end of the day my wedding was perfect and it was completely worth it. One great thing was actually having our guests stay across from the racetrack, they absolutely loved having a place to go out before and after with something to do for everyone.

I LOVE BREAUX! We were recently married there and could not be happy with how everything turned out. We had tons of compliments from our guests about how beautiful our venue was and how it was the BEST wedding they had ever attended. We picked the fall so we could be surrounded by the beautiful hills, covered in the gorgeous fall colors. It was breathtaking! Our planning process started over a year ago and we loved working with Regan, Kathleen and Jen. They were so patient and accommodating. I am forever grateful that they put up with me and all of my questions. They are the consummate professionals, but also know how to make their guests feel relaxed. WE LOVE THEM!

After visiting three vineyards in Virginia, our daughter and her fiancé chose Breaux for their August 2, 2014 wedding. Its beautiful rolling hill setting, the lovely new Acadia Room and the friendly professional staff made Breaux Vineyards fairly irresistible. The clincher was their delicious wines. While there may be less costly venue options, the simple tranquility, the uniqueness of the setting and the splendid vistas made this wedding particularly charming and memorable. We selected one of Breaux's preferred vendors as our caterer. That was a terrific choice. The food was outstanding. Breaux's event managers Reagan and Kathleen were wonderful to work with and always provided helpful suggestions and guidance. Getting married on the lush green Lafayette Terrace in the early evening light was magical for our daughter and her fiance. Our guests were excited and happy and so were we. We highly recommend Breaux.

My Husband and I got Married at Breaux Vineyards on Friday June 20th 2014. It was the most Perfect Day. From the moment we signed our contract with Breaux, both Reagan Morris and Kathleen Britsch were so helpful and informative in the planning process. Anytime I had questions or needed anything I could email or call them and they would get back to me as soon as possible. The day of our Wedding couldn't have been more Breathtaking. Our Ceremony and Cocktail Hour were outside. The weather was sunny and 80 degrees, with not a cloud in the sky, which made for Stunning pictures of the grounds and lush green vines. Our Reception was in the Acadia Room which is Beautiful. The room has almost a 360 view of the Vineyard with large windows, Beautiful sconces on the Wall, Beautiful lighting and décor. The Bridal Suite is Exquisite. It will make any Bride feel Amazing. The Room to me is like a Catalog Page out of the Horchow Magazine. Our Guests were blown away by the Vineyard, just like us our first time there. Now that we are home from our Honeymoon, we have spoken with many of our Guests and they cannot stop raving about how we selected the Best Wedding Venue. We even had one Guest tell us that "It was the Most Beautiful Wedding they had ever been to." If you are looking for a Perfect Wedding Venue in Northern Virginia, look no further because Breaux Vineyards is it. They work with many Amazing Vendors and have all of the amenities that your Vendors will need. I keep catching myself using the words, Beautiful, Amazing, Stunning and Gorgeous. That is because my Wedding was all of the Above and I am very Thankful and Grateful to have selected the best. Our Perfect Day~ Heather Chrisinger
