Brennan's was a beautiful setting for my small wedding and they handled the rainy weather with grace.

Brennan’s of Houston was a wonderful venue for my wedding. I liked the idea of having my wedding at a restaurant, so my mom and I decided to tour a few. When we got to Brennan’s and met with Kelly, one of their event coordinators, we were immediately impressed. Kelly is absolutely amazing. He painted a picture of just how things could work, with the ceremony taking place in the beautiful courtyard, and the reception taking place upstairs in the ballroom, which is also very beautiful. He is easy to talk to and work with. He is flexible, aims to please, and is quick to answer any emails/calls/concerns. He makes you feel like you are his number one priority. I never felt like I had to worry about anything, because I knew I was in good hands. The day of my wedding, everything went so smoothly. Kelly, the wait staff, and everyone at Brennan’s did an excellent job. The food was delicious, from the hors d’oeuvres at cocktail hour, to the amazing entrees and the bananas foster. I wouldn’t change a thing. I highly recommend Brennan’s of Houston, if you are looking for a venue to get married.

Words can't describe how wonderful my experience was working with Brennan's. Kelly was AMAZING to work with. His customer service is top notch! He responded to emails immediately and was willing to help me in any way that he could. He always made me feel special like I was his favorite bride :) He makes you feel as though you are his #1 priority. He went above and beyond to make my wedding day great. Kelly is truly the best! My wedding was WONDERFUL. The courtyard and entire restaurant is soooo beautiful! My guests raved about how good the food was! I HIGHLY recommend Brennan's to anyone planning a wedding. Please ask for Kelly and I promise you won't be disappointed. Thank you Kelly for all of your hard work! Job well done!

I cannot say enough great things about the exceptional service Brennan's gave us throughout my wedding planning and on the day of. Nicole and Kelly were beyond wonderful to me, my husband and our guests. They offered not only rented the space, they provided quality service, gave solutions and ideas to things that my husband and I were either clueless about or stressing over. On the day of the wedding they were pros. Nicole was EVERYWHERE as she had several events going on at the same time and Kelly was AMAZING! When I couldn't breathe, he breathed for me. They truly are professionals as they do this nearly every weekend. I could not be more happy that we chose them for our special day as THE WHOLE STAFF, from the coordinators to the waiters, were on board as to what needed to be done, especially when we had to move to Plan B when it started to rain towards the end of the ceremony. And may I add that Nicole and Kelly were gracious enough to stand in the rain covering my fiancé and I with umbrellas as the ceremony came to an end. Throughout the night, anytime I needed something someone was there. Not to mention the Courtyard was gorgeous and for this reason I chose to keep it quite simple. My photos came out beautiful. It was truly romantic. Our guests were very impressed with the food. One of our entrée selections was the Gulf Fish Pontchartrain and it was delicious! I am truly thankful to them for helping make my day successful.

My Wedding Dreams came true at Brennan's of Houston! I knew whenever I got engaged that I wasn't a traditional bride, however, I wanted to be. Brennan's gave me the perfect opportunity to be both classic and unique. I had a brunch wedding on a Saturday. We served mimosas as guests entered the courtyard and had a beautiful ceremony there. We also rented the entire upstairs for our reception and had a sit down meal. The staff was exceptional with coordinating the details from start to finish. They were easy to work with during the planning and were so calm and efficient on our wedding day. They kept me at ease all day and allowed me to truly have fun because I knew I was in good hands with them. Nicole helped me with most of the planning, however, their team is very on top of the details and whenever Nicole was out and I had to talk to someone else, they knew exactly what was going on with my event. I had 110 guests but invited 175, so you can fit a lot more people at this venue than you think. The only thing that I would have done differently, and they did recommend this, was to rent a dance floor and set the band up there. I used the beautiful Wine Room for my band and dancing and although it opens up to the main room, it doesn't open up all the way. It was still a lovely day for my husband and I, but that's just a little tip for future brides-especially for an evening wedding. I am so, so happy that we chose Brennan's for our ceremony and reception. I can't imagine our wedding turning out any better than it did and a lot of that is thanks to our contact at Brennan's, Kelly Helms. He was seriously THE BEST. Any time we had a question, he was quick to answer, and since we didn't hire an outside coordinator, he was one of the only people providing us with suggestions and help. He made sure everything went off without a hitch and was the main reason we decided to have our event there! Other than Kelly, the food was amazing, as you would expect. Our guests even complimented the salad! I mean, how exciting can a salad be? But we had several guests comment on it. The courtyard was the perfect spot for our ceremony and the ballroom/wine room combo were beautiful as well. In fact, the only decoration items we had were the flowers on the tables. We can't wait to get back to Brennan's for our anniversary (or hopefully even sooner!). It means so much to us that we'll be able to visit again and again any time we want, and relive our beautiful wedding day!

I was so happy to have chosen Brennan's of Houston for my wedding reception. I know it seems like a lot of money, but it was all worth it. The service was top-notch, the quality of the food was some of the best food I have ever had, and you are not wasting a cent on anything you receive. Brennan's is a very well-known restaurant in Houston and we have been eating there since I was little. I was afraid that the food would not be as great serving 165 people, but the food was INCREDIBLE. Many people said it was the best food they have EVER had at a wedding. My husband and I never had a chance to do the tasting, but we trusted Brennan's. You cannot go wrong if you book with Brennan's. Brennan's has three wedding coordinators, and I am pretty sure we had the best one (because I don't know who could be better) Linda Pham was so accommodating, so relaxing, and I knew I could trust her with all of my wedding concerns. We booked the entire upstairs, which needs very little decorating. Just a few center pieces, and it is perfection. I know that it seems like a lot of money, but if you book with someone else, bringing in tables, table clothes, menus, dance floor, etc., it will end up costing this much. With Brennan's, they do everything for you, and then they treat you with the utmost respect. The waiters were perfect, Linda, the wedding coordinator was excellent and professional, the venue is beautiful and classic, and the food is the best you could ever have. Without any reservations, I recommend Brennan's of Houston for your wedding reception.

We wanted to stay within our wedding budget and have a nice wedding with good food and beautiful venue and did a lot of researching, calling, and checking out venues and pricing. We were coming up pretty empty on choices and were seeing that we would have to compromise on things. We decided to take a look at Brennan's thinking it was going to be far from our reach, but we had nothing to lose by going to look and dream. We were so wrong!!! We were able to have such a beautiful wedding with amazing food and service within our budget by having a day wedding, but not really compromising anything but the time of day. To this day we are still receiving compliments about our reception venue, and food!!! The ballroom was so beautiful that there was no need to rent linens or cover the chairs. The help we received from the staff was beyond the 5.0 I gave them. From the moment we were shown the ballroom, Kelly the event planner was amazing!!!!! We felt like they had everything covered, and even when I had questions he was always there to help. The day of our wedding we didn't have to worry about anything that had to do with our reception. They went above and beyond by making our menus for the tables, setting up our cake table with linens, setting up our sign in table, putting favors on the tables, and putting flowers on the cake. We were so blessed to find this venue!!!!

We LOVED Brennan's for our reception! We loved the quaint feel and felt like we could connect with the staff. The food was awesome, as expected, as well as the drinks, decor, and service. Just a great memory to have as well as place to go to year after year for our anniversary!! Thank you Brennan's for such a wonderful evening!!

Brennan's of Houston is the perfect venue for the perfect wedding! Our wedding was October 6th, and it was just how I imagined my wedding day being. Nicole is a delight to work with, and can pretty much make anything happen. The staff and the food is impeccable! We have received tons of compliments from our friends and family about how that was the most beautiful wedding they had been to, and the best food they have ever had at a wedding! One of our grandmothers even said "I could get used to this place!" Don't hesitate, go have brunch and meet with Nicole while you are there...you wont be disappointed. If the price range for an evening wedding is out of your range, go for the daytime like us, huge savings!

My mom dragged me to see Brennan's even though I thought it was out of our price range. When I saw the venue I fell in love. The ballroom was exactly what I imagined my wedding to be, simple, classic and elegant. Brennan's from the booking to the wedding was impeccable. Nicole W was amazing to work with and had incredible ideas to make the day go off perfectly. Our tasting was (obviously) delicious and our waiter gave us a personal tour of the kitchen and the inner workings of the restaurant. My only regret is that the wedding went by too quickly! Many of our friends and family said our wedding was the best wedding ever and we have Brennan's and our planners (Event Solutions) working so well together to thank for that! Meredith K.

I cannot say enough positive things about Brennan's and Nicole. She worked through all the details, recommended the cake, and arranged the room. She truely knows how to throw an amazing event with minimal stress on the bride and groom. Brennan's food is always fantastic and that night was no exception! If you're foodies, I would highly recommend having your reception here.

I ate here before it burned down, and haven't gotten a chance to try it again. Food was always exceptional when I went before and you can't beat the quaint old feel of the building and its location.

The food was equisite. The event coordinator was very easy to work with and answered all of my numerous questions. The room was used was beautiful. The event coordinator recommended a jazz band that was also wonderful.;Make sure you know who your head waiter will be for the day and coordinate your schedule with that person... this was something I failed to do & would've benefitted from allowing the head waiter to usher everyone to their seats after cocktails which I did myself.
