A huge part of what made our experience so memorable was Lindsay, our venue coordinator. She was outstanding from start to finish organized, responsive, and always one step ahead. Lindsay made the entire planning process stress-free and handled every detail with such professionalism and care. We felt completely supported and at ease knowing she had everything covered. Our guests couldn’t stop complimenting the atmosphere and how beautiful everything looked. If you’re looking for a venue that’s both unique and effortless, The Brick is it. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience or a more perfect place to celebrate our day.

Aside from the actual venue being gorgeous (LOVE the openness and historic look and feel with a modern spin), the staff there are such a joy to work with. We ended up adding on the 3 month coordinator package and I highly recommend it to everyone. Trust me, I am a project planner and there were so many things I didn't even think of when it came to my own wedding lol. It is also just so worth it for the peace of mind and to ensure your day goes as smoothly as possible. Our coordinator Cassidy was SO amazing. She walked us through every step of the way and made it a point to really get to know us and our vision. The monthly calls were super helpful and she even assigned us "homework" as far as things we needed to get done by a specific time (we love a work back schedule and checklist). One thing I really loved about this venue is they have a list of vendors they work with often and all of them had raving reviews. I was absolutely dreading having to go through so many different vendors in the area and hunting people down myself so this made the planning process so much easier and Cassidy worked directly with all of them for all contracts and planning! Overall, 100/10 I would recommend this venue to anyone and everyone!!

actly how we wanted. It was more work on our part than going with a venue that had preset vendors but the entire Brick team made the process seamless and super easy to navigate. It also made our special day more “us” because we chose the vendors we wanted and not every vendor is going to match every couples needs/personality. I definitely recommend doing a planning service with them if you choose this venue as the attention to detail is impeccable and takes alot of the pressure off the couple. From day one I knew that the team had it handled and would take care of any issues that came up throughout the planning process and the day of. They clearly communicated what needed to be done, kept us on a timeline to make sure everything was completed on time and made sure the day of that everything went seamlessly. They have a great list of vendors they provided which allowed us the option to choose what worked best for us and suited our needs. We couldn’t have been happier with the vendors we chose and all in all everything came together exactly how we wanted it too. nd elegant, rustic and enchanting, the venue was stunning, all thanks to Lindsay, our florist Whitney from Whimsy Blooms, and the rest of the BRICK team and vendors. Our family and guests were floored, both by how gorgeous everything looked and by the fact that we'd pulled it off. In truth, the only thing we did right after picking the right venue and florist was to hire Lindsay to plan and coordinate our wedding. Despite waiting to do that until panic had set in just a couple weeks before the wedding, Lindsay managed to take the mess we'd made and turn it into an absolutely flawless event. From start to finish, Lindsay was on top of everything: she jumped in and handled all the details, from coordinating last-minute vendors to getting the decor in place; she even made sure we ate something during our wedding, herding us like drunk cats so that we made it through the night. Her ability to handle everything so seamlessly took all the stress off our shoulders and let us truly enjoy the day. I can't overstate how much of a game-changer she was. BRICK and their team made the whole experience amazing. They went above and beyond, making sure everything ran smoothly and handling anything that came up quietly in the background. We couldn’t be happier with how it all turned out. If you’re considering BRICK for your wedding, don’t hesitate – it’s a beautiful venue, and with their team, you’ll be in the best hands.

r the folks who are looking at the positive reviews, trying to figure out whether they're legit or not--BRICK is the absolute BEST. My fianceé and I chose BRICK because of its flexibility in terms of hosting a large crowd (160+ people), its flexibility in terms of pretty much any preference we had, and a setup we thought would maximize the amount of fun we could have at our wedding (you could dance all night, no noise ordinance, multiple areas to hang out, etc., etc.). We got all of that in spades. For the cost-minded: we chose this venue because we were frustrated by going to a bunch of wedding venues that charged a bunch for food and drinks, with a limited amount of flexibility in the layout, and would end up closing at ~10:00PM. We wanted somewhere that we could fill out the way we wanted it to look, while making sure that we didn't feel overcharged or undercut in any one aspect of the services we were paying for. We spent approximately ~40K in total on the venue, food, alcohol, photography, floral arrangements, furniture rentals, until just about midnight. Given that most other venues in the area cost around there for their base package, we were SUPER happy with this. Plus, we had the added benefit of seeing where every single dollar went. The staff was nothing short of exceptional. We chose the "one month out" option for wedding planning, and were more than pleasantly surprised with that option. Lindsay was phenomenal. My fianceé and I were planning this wedding from the East Coast--Lindsay made our ideas and our vision come to life. She helped coordinate everything we could have asked for. She was at the dang church when we were getting married, helping coordinate! It was like having our own personalized special ops squad. The bartenders were fantastic--we had requested some specialized "His" & "Hers" drinks, and they went above and beyond on them. They're just wonderful people, whose good energy made the evening that much better. The preferred vendors were also incredible--everything they did was exceptionally punctual, professional, and went without any hitch that anyone could have noticed. It's worth mentioning that BRICK's preferred vendors are folks they have longstanding relationships with, and as a result, the vendors know how to operate with one another, and in the venue, seamlessly. They also won't try to nickel-and-dime you; in fact, our florist Mike went so far as to last-minute help us out with beautiful arrangements for our bridesmaids when we realized we had mis-counted the number of bridesmaids that needed a bouquet! This is just one of the many examples of the vendors and staff at BRICK going above and beyond to help us out. Just a wonderful, wonderful experience overall...can't recommend BRICK and the folks there enough!

xibility I wanted as a DIY bride. The location was fantastic, super close to many hotels for my guests to choose from, and the proximity to the airport made it convenient for guests who were flying in (our hotel a 6 minutes drive from the airport and a 3 minute drive to Brick). I was worried that the plane noise would be a distraction on the day, but it wasn’t at all. Our guests got used to the sound quickly and once the reception started and the roll up door was closed, I didn’t even notice it. We were on the fence about adding the month-of coordination to our package and are SO GLAD we did. Cassidy was an absolute dream to work with and I truly don’t know how we would have a managed the day with her. She handled all of the details with vendors leading up to the day, created extremely detailed schedules, and made me feel so so at ease. When I started stressing about the dance floor vibe later in the night, she jumped into action to course correct. Everyone in my family was extremely complementary of the entire Brick staff. If you’re looking for a venue where you can dance late into the night, have vendor flexibility, a great staff, and a premium location, look no further! And if you’re on the fence about adding one of their planning packages, just do it! I would’ve been lost without them! Thank you Cassidy and the entire Brick team. You all are rockstars 🙌🏼

wedding. Lindsay is highly organized and positive. We chose the BRICK's "part-time" wedding planning option which was perfect for us since we wanted to be involved in the planning while still receiving guidance from the expert. We chose lots of the BRICKS preferred vendors but also branched out and chose some that we found so that the day was still a reflection of us. We also loved that we were allowed to choose food trucks instead of catering companies because it saved us a lot of money. Thirdly, the BRICK is very much a blank canvas. The brick walls and natural light are stunning on their own and it doesn't take much to amplify the venue with whatever decor you decide on. Our candle light and wild flowers were the touch we decided on and it was absolutely stunning when it all came together. We would recommend the BRICK to anyone who is looking for a beautiful venue with kind staff and the amazing Lindsay to help make their vision a reality!

ess. We chose BRICK because we did not want to be constrained with our vendor choices, but we wanted to have plenty of options that BRICK and their staff were very willing to share. BRICK's 24-hour rental was another selling point for us as we wanted the option to extend the hours of our reception (which we extended until 1am) and extra flexibility to pick up our items in the morning (which was nicely put together for us to grab and go). We went with their partial planning services and got paired with Lindsay, who was incredible in managing our expectations and extremely valuable in the planning process. She was responsive to all our requests and was quick to provide feedback on what was possible. She was well-versed and experienced with all the BRICK vendors, which made communication feel very seamless. The venue was everything that we wanted! We went for a modern tropical/boho aesthetic that was easy to apply with the interiors of BRICK. Lindsay connected us with a wide array of vendors that included (but not limited to): furniture, florals, signage, catering and desserts. We had plenty of freedom with our layout. With 165ish guests, we were able to fit in a large dance area, a place to lounge, a bar, an ice cream cart, a photobooth and a fry bar. We still had plenty of space to fit in more if we really wanted to. BRICK is BYOB, so you have full control of the type of alcohol and drinks you want to serve your guests. They provide garnishes and extra ingredients needed for the right cocktail, you just need to bring the alcohol. BRICK prohibits serving "shots" of alcohol, which was bittersweet for our heavy-drinking crowd. We avoided a lot unnecessary drinking which is what we wanted for our event. BRICK only has 2 bathrooms, which did create some lengthy queues for our own liking. But Lindsay did give us a fair warning that might happen and even provided a vendor to rent out a portable restroom. Unfortunately it was out of our budget, so we dealt with the repercussions. BRICK is conveniently located in an area where there are public restrooms across the street as an alternative option. Overall the process in booking with BRICK was very fulfilling and if we were to do it all over again, we absolutely would do it at BRICK.

Even the planes overhead became a fun drinking game we kept going all weekend long and you didn't notice once the music got going. Our wonderful coordinator Lindsay was worth every penny and we know she was a big reason why everything went so smoothly. The whole staff at BRICK was extremely helpful and nice and we were introduced to most of our awesome vendors because we participated in a BRICK open house event, such a great option if you get the opportunity. I would definitely recommend hosting any kind of event at BRICK, especially your wedding!

We ended up booking with BRICK for our wedding. We were looking for a coordinator and since we had already been in communication with Lindsay, she had to be the perfect choice so we went with her. From the moment we booked Lindsay to the final moment of closing out the venue she was pure perfection. She communicated, she was efficient, she got the job done, and not to mention has the sweetest heart and constantly made time to video chat me, call me, and email me. Sabrina & her bartenders were GOLD. The drinks were great, they were SO MUCH FUN and they did an absolutely amazing job. I have absolutely no regrets on this venue. From LA County to San Diego County, i’d do this again and i’d pick this venue over and over. Thank you to all of you at BRICK. The Kennedys 🫶🏽
