We are so grateful to have had Teagan as our day of planner for our wedding at Suncadia last weekend! While planning our wedding I didn't think we would need a day of person but am sooo glad that we did work with Bridal Bliss. The day would not have gone as smoothly or have been as relaxing for the two of us if Teagan was not there!
Teagan is very organized, great communicator and thought of all the little details! We met virtually a couple times before the wedding to get to know each other, talk through the details and finalize a day of schedule. The day of I felt like I did not have much to worry about, everything and everyone was exactly where they needed to be, when they needed to be.

I cannot recommend Bridal Bliss enough! Especially our planner, Natane. Natane was truly incredible to work with. She was extremely organized, detail-oriented, and kept us on track throughout our planning process. She always had a smile on her face and helped bring our vision to reality. She made us feel calm and in-control in what can be a very overwhelming process. My wedding weekend was truly perfect and I attribute that to Natane! Ari was my wedding planner and to say I wouldn't have been able to plan this wedding without her help is an understatement. She answered every one of my questions promptly and with ease. She made my fiancé and I feel great throughout the entire process of planning the wedding, which anyone who has planned a wedding knows can seem like a daunting task. After each one of our meetings, I immediately felt less anxious and more excited as the big day approached. On our actual wedding day, Ari and her Bridal Bliss assistant made our wedding run like a well oiled machine. I could not imagine planning a wedding without a professional. My husband was previously married and did not have a planner during the first go around. He expressed how much of a difference it made for the entire experience, not only as the couple but for the family members as well. As two working professionals, the amount of time and energy we needed to put into planning was limited and it was all thanks to our planner, Katy Haley. She made the process task oriented with due dates and kept us informed on the essentials as this was my first (and hopefully only!!) wedding to plan. We would recommend Bridal Bliss to anyone getting married as they were able to provide fantastic vendor options, provided guidance and recommendations, and handled all of the logistics! I do not think the day of the wedding would have gone so well without a full planner. Well worth the expense for the peace of mind and for the full enjoyment of the day as the married couple.
I really enjoyed our day of coordinator and the assistants. Mollie was supportive and encouraging of all our non-traditional ideas. Having the day of support made it very relaxing for me as the bride!
It seemed so surprising that you sign up so early for the services of a wedding planner plus you pay for the whole services $10K
almost 8 months ahead of the wedding. Bridal Bliss (Katy) was very helpful with recommendations for a DJ, photographers, videographers, Hair and Makeup, Party Rentals, Floral, caterers, and the easiest decision for us was choosing the venue as we knew we wanted Lake Oswego. She really was knowledgeable about the constraints that Lewis and Clark had as well and other places outside of Portland (winery and such). Initially (early on) communications were not heavy but it picked up as decisions were being made. We of course have a budget and did a fairly decent job of trying to stick with it. But the Bridal Bliss contract then added 3% above the initial contract price when it went over costs. Service was just top notch the day of the event. As the mother of the bride, I did not have to worry one bit over ANYTHING. Of course I was most worried about the sit down dinner and it was truly amazing. I felt the total cost of the wedding planner was high but so was the photographer and the videographer and the caterer so bottom line everything is expensive nowadays!!
I recently had the opportunity to work with Mollie at Bridal Bliss - Portland. Mollie was great at recommending vendors as needed and helped us find our wedding transportation. On the day of my wedding, I was able to fully let Mollie lead the day. My venue was setup beautifully and Mollie helped let me and the groom know where and when we had to be for the flow of the timeline. My day was perfect with no hiccups and Mollie was a huge part of that.
We had a wonderful experience working with our wedding planner Charlotte Bell at Bridal Bliss. She provided excellent recommendations for local vendors, was our master organizer, and absolutely showed UP day of. I anticipated needing to do more the day of our wedding, but she 100% took care of everything. The attention to detail and general flow to the day exceeded every expectation that I had. Our guests had a fabulous time and I know that much of that was due to all of the work behind the scenes. Very thankful!
I cannot rave enough about Charlotte Bell!!! We hired her to help us put together our vision for a fabulously well planned out wedding (like one that would take at least a year to plan) in a very short amount of time (six months) - SHE NAILED IT!!! She was there for us every step of the way and guided us through it all!!! I would absolutely recommend Bridal Bliss and Charlotte Bell for your upcoming wedding!!!
We used bridal bliss to help plan our wedding and we had a phenomenal time working with them. We met Mackenzie, one of the senior wedding planners, at a friends wedding and requested to work with her for our wedding and she was available! From start to finish, every step fo the planning process was well-organized and well thought out. She was extremely professional and organized, and very flexible with my busy work schedule when it came to planning meetings. We loved her so much and we were truly in awe of how the wedding day turned out. It was absolutely stunning and everything from the ceremony to the reception to the dance floor looked flawless and spectacular. The flow was perfect and we could not stop receiving compliments from guests about it! We've heard multiple times that it was the best wedding they've been to! I strongly recommend working with bridal bliss to help plan your special day - well worth it!

Bridal Bliss, and more specifically, Candida was incredible to work with. She brought a high level of knowledge, organization and enthusiasm to our wedding planning process that was much needed. She made herself available to us at every step of the way and made sure that my wife and I stayed on track throughout the wedding planning process. She offered suggestions and asked lots of questions to help us mold our vision for how we wanted the day to be. She was clearly focused on helping us create a magical day through our lens. She was always a step ahead and was instrumental in making sure we were prepared for the big day. On the wedding day itself, she and her assistant were prepared and executed the wedding to perfection despite the 100+ degree weather, taking care of last minute adjustments and communicating with all the vendors which took the stress off of us. I would highly recommend Candida to anyone looking for a wedding coordinator.

We chose Bridal Bliss as our wedding planner for our wedding in July and couldn’t recommend them enough! Our planner, Catherine, was an absolute dream to work with and became a close friend after knowing her for two years of planning (we had to delay a year due to COVID). Catherine understood our style and vision for the day, which was amazing given we planned it from overseas! We would highly recommend Bridal Bliss for weddings or other major events.
Kelly at Bridal Bliss was such an amazing partner and helped us accomplish our dream wedding! She was responsive, organized, dedicated and so so helpful. The night before the wedding we were at the venue and I noticed we were missing one of the table signs, I was stressed about it but at that point had to leave it alone. The next day, on the wedding day, Kelly had printed the new sign (which was a unique design) and had it all ready on the table. It is little details like that, that really make a difference and I appreciated SO much. Not only did we have a great vendor-client relationship but we built a friendship to where at the end of the night I was so sad we wouldn't be working together anymore!! Their ads say "best wedding ever" but they should really say "best team ever." Bridal Bliss knocked it out of the park in every possible way. Don't think twice--hire them immediately! They will make your wedding exponentially better than you could imagine and you will enjoy every second of it.
Working with Stacy was a dream! Bringing on Bridal Bliss to support the day of coordination was 100% worth it. Our day went so smoothly—our guests even commented on how the pacing of the evening moved so naturally and how Stacy & team were all over it. It wasn't just our actual wedding though where I saw the value of BB. Stacy provided the gut checks I needed throughout the entire process and I'm so grateful for her guidance and support!

Katy is truly the best in the business. We engaged Katy ~18 months before our original wedding date, but due to COVID this became ~30 months, so we got to know Katy well. We live out of state and didn’t have context on the local wedding scene. Our venue also provided very little - we had to bring in generators, tents, furniture, etc.
We are the type of clients that wanted to explore all options and vendors in the ecosystem. Our only regret is that we didn’t trust Katy’s guidance 100% of the time early on, because it turned out she was always right. She has excellent relationships with all the vendors and will get you great rates and service, while making sure the wedding is personalized, creative, and unique to the couple. We unexpectedly had to change venues for our rehearsal dinner 5 days before the event due to covid, and she managed it all with ease, securing new decor, transportation etc, always staying on top of the smallest details. Despite the crazy times, she maintained a positive attitude and kept us as calm as possible.
Bridal Bliss also uses Rock Paper Coin, which makes payment tracking and vendor management easy.
We simply could not have done it without Katy and Bridal Bliss. They are worth every penny and more. We would be happy to be a reference for any prospective clients.
Most balls were dropped the wedding day from the ceremony to the reception. The planner should have asked more questions. There were a lot of incorrect assumptions made the ruined the wedding. Looking back, I realize I should have doubled checked everything which isn’t something I didn’t think I would have to do hiring a wedding planner. There was a lack in attention to all the details.
We had a unity candle ceremony planned, and the planner forgot to have the candles in the pews for us. We had to pause during the ceremony as she ran to find them and then passed them out as we awkwardly waited. The doors in the front were also left open, so all the doors are strangely open in our wedding photos.
There were a lot of things we purchased that our planner didn't ask about and in some cases didn't even use, like a hanging photo garland and our cake knife. My mom had to continue tracking down the planner for rose petals that we wanted to be thrown after we exited the chapel, but when we got out of the chapel no one was there. She eventually found them and said she felt like the planner kept ignoring her while she was looking for them. Some of the things we passed to the planner are still missing and were not returned to us.
The layout of the room was so wonky that people kept getting confused on where to look and the flow of things. Childhood photos that were supposed to hang on the garland were put on our guest book table, which confused people and they started pasting them in the guest book, instead of taking photos at the photo booth and putting them in the guest book. My family had to pull them out of the guest book and almost moved the table themselves. When I asked the planner about it to see if she would fix it, she just shrugged.
The biggest thing was that they got the table layout wrong and split up the families on different sides of the room. I asked about it to see if we could switch, and she said there was nothing to be done. I had specifically said all our families and us on one side, and friends on the other. I even labeled the table names with “bride’s family” and “groom’s family”. We had relatives fly from out of state and abroad, so it was a rare occasion to get them all together. It ended up causing a lot of hurt feelings that even a week after we are still trying to soothe. Looking back, I wish I had pushed to get the tables changed to the right seating arrangement.
It's entirely upsetting to look back at our wedding day and all the things wrong were due to a lack in day of coordinating.
She barely apologized saying I was laid back so she didn’t think was a big deal and that her assistant was who messed up the tables. They didn’t over a partial refund or anything. She forgot to give me something from the venue and didn’t even offer to get it mailed to me or anyway to make anything up. So disappointing. DO NOT HIRE THEM!
I could not possibly ask for a better experience when working with Bridal Bliss. As a type-A, organized individual, I went into wedding planning confident I could do it myself - I quickly figured out I was in over my head and how thankful I am I decided to go with Bridal Bliss to help me plan the most amazing day of my life.
I was fortunate enough to have Mackenzie Shoemaker as my wedding coordinator, and she went above and beyond in every way. She did a fantastic job making me feel like I was her one and only client (heaven knows that was not the case for the busy 2021 wedding season) from our very first conversation, which at that point my wedding was still AGES away. She was so warm, easy to talk to, organized and gave wonderful advice. She has an exceptional aptitude for balancing the vision of the bride with peppering in recommendations/changes to accommodate for the larger logistical picture.
I constantly would send her one-off emails with details that randomly popped into my head or questions I needed answers to and she was always SO responsive, even reaching out when she wouldn’t hear from me to make sure I was knocking out big important to-dos and staying true to the timeline.
When I say she went above and beyond, I mean it. She drove all the way out to my house to pick-up my items for the wedding day, returned rented items to vendors the day after my wedding, and even took home presents/ leftover items after the big day for me to pick up later.
The day-of was a continuation of the work she put in all year long. I went into the day feeling so at ease, mainly because of her positive, stress-free energy that made the day that much better and how organized, communicative, and on top of everything she was. I can’t even tell you the number of compliments I received from friends/family about ‘my AMAZING wedding coordinator.
Being a covid bride is STRESSFUL. Mackenzie made it a wonderful, stress-free experience - absolutely worth every penny.
We LOVED working with Bridal Bliss! Our Wedding Planner, Mackenzie Shoemaker, was professional, fun, and super organized. I don’t know how we would have navigated planning a wedding (let alone during COVID), without her guidance and expertise. She did an awesome job up front providing us with a monthly checklist to keep us on track and made herself available throughout the entire process to answer questions, attend vendor meetings, and ensure our vision came to life. Our vendors all adored working with her, and her day of orchestration was flawless! We never realized how much went into that – literally hour by hour, minute by minute. It was unbelievable – and her efforts allowed us to be present on one of the most important days of our lives without worrying about the logistics. We came to Bridal Bliss 2 weeks prior to our wedding (it was 2020, need I say more) and Mollie stepped up to take on the huge task of bringing our wedding vision all together on our big day. Mollie was extremely professional, warm, detail-oriented, and committed to providing us with a celebratory, stress-free day. We felt so comfortable and confident going into our wedding weekend knowing that she would be in charge!! Any nerves or worries about the details went away as soon as we hired Bridal Bliss and Mollie handled all the logistics like a champion. We could not have dreamed of a better company to hire and better coordinator to work with!! We also loved that there was an assistant day of! We cannot speak more highly of Bridal Bliss! Katy did our day of coordination which was extremely helpful! Even though we had a very revised guest list and a revised venue due to Covid, Katy was there to organize everything. As the bride, I was not worried about anything! Neither was my Mom. We let Katy run the show. Despite the smoke which changed some plans, Katy came through and made sure everything was perfect. She is friendly and organized and can pretty much work miracles! I highly recommend Katy and Bridal Bliss for any wedding.
Hiring Elizabeth at Bridal Bliss as a full service wedding planner started out as a nice luxury my daughter and I decided was worth the expense. We just wanted to have fun planning her dream wedding and not deal with the stress. Then the pandemic hit. Elizabeth put on her super hero wedding planner cape and came to our rescue. She planned THREE weddings: the original one for 200 at the Cathedral followed by a reception at a large venue, a different parish wedding followed by a garden reception for 70 and finally a beautiful, intimate church wedding for 12 followed by an amazing dinner and reception in our home. Elizabeth was a champ. Always professional, flexible and upbeat. She negotiated with our vendors to secure refunds and or credits and insulated us from most of the stress caused by planning a wedding during a pandemic. We were so impressed by her can do attitude that we ended up hiring her to plan a FABULOUS rehearsal dinner at a winery and a sojourn to the beach the day after the wedding. We are so grateful to Elizabeth and Bridal Bliss. They were a joy to work with and we look forward to hiring them again when my youngest daughter walks down the aisle.

Who doesnt want that right?! These ladies know how to take every aspect of this amazing but also can be very stressful event and guide you down a path that completely eliminates any issues. Catherine (my personal wedding planner) met us right away super early in the planning and immediately made me feel like she was me personal friend. I trusted her implicitly. She made everything so smooth and easy. She guided us towards the best vendors for us and our budget and did her best to get us the biggest bang for our buck and did a GREAT job. I got to make the decisions but she did all the leg work and stress. Even while we were going through the family crisis of tragically losing my soon to be father-in-law to cancer suddenly she was there for us emotionally and took care of all wedding related events, moving/canceling/rescheduling everything. She put us first and took care of everything behind the scenes so we could get through that horribly tough time. She did a marvelous job. Even with everything that happened to us personally our wedding was EXACTLY what we had wanted. She learned who we were and listened to our wishes and made our dream day come true. My now husband, who is very laid back guy said that the day was the most fun day of his entire life. If you want that truly stress free wedding planning experience I believe everyone wants... do yourself the favor and work with Bridal Bliss. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Bridal Bliss. My coordinator, Katy Haley, made my wedding absolutely perfect. She made sure every detail was in order and that the wedding day went off without any hiccups. I cannot recommend them enough! They are professional, kind and extremely detailed. They think of everything! I felt calm and knew I was in good hands with Katy and the Bridal Bliss team. So thankful for them!

We decided to have a “full” wedding planner given the extent of logistics and details that go into planning a 250-person wedding, and we are so glad we did. Nora has probably planned more weddings than anyone else in the Portland area, and is the owner of and lead of an amazing team at Bridal Bliss.
Right from the first meeting, we knew we were in good hands. Her carefully curated vendor suggestions were on point, and it was evident how highly regarded she is by vendors in how smoothly the process in working with them went.
Thanks to her strong attention to detail, great industry relationships, and ability to orchestrate a lot of different people involved, our wedding went off without a hitch. Despite us discovering 3 days before our outdoor wedding that it was expected to rain, Nora didn’t even flinch and quickly jumped into action to ensure that our dream day was reimagined with tents to keep our guests dry. I knew we wouldn’t have much time to help given we were entertaining some of our guests who were already in town, but I fully trusted Nora to design and manage the last minute changes without my involvement.
The day-of couldn’t have gone more smoothly. We were able to be fully present in the moment and enjoy being surrounded by friends and family as Nora worked magic in the background.
We couldn’t recommend Nora or any of her team members (several of whom have planned our friends’ weddings) more highly! Our dream day simply could not have happened without her.
Carrie was our day-of coordinator, and she knocked it out of the park. Often she went above and beyond her call to duty and helped break down difficult and confusing processes so the entire planning process was seamless. On the day of our wedding, her team was professional, tremendously helpful, and exceptionally organized. With so many moving parts, we thought for sure something would go awry, but Carrie's team was always there to assist. The entire night was FLAWLESS! We owe it to Carrie and the entire team at bridal bliss for that. They allowed us to focus on having the most memorable night of our lives without a single issue throughout the entire planning process. Recommend highly!
Bridal Bliss made our wedding day and reception run seamlessly! Our coordinator helped bring all of the final details together and took much of the stress off of our plates when it mattered most. I cannot recommend them enough!
The theme for our September 7th wedding was “Mid-summers night dream”—without our team at Bridal Bliss, it could have been a “Mid-summer nightmare”.
My husband and I could not have dreamed of a more magical day, and it would not have been possible without our ‘dream team’ at Bridal Bliss, our wedding planner, Katy Haley, and all of our amazing vendors.
Due to an unforeseen circumstance at our original wedding venue of choice, which was selected a year in advance, we were forced to find a new venue just three days before our wedding. This was what nightmares are made of! We had 500 guests in attendance, 150 of which came from out of town.
After shock of the situation subsided, Katy immediately snapped into action and found another venue within 24hrs. If it wasn’t for Katy, and the Bliss team, I don’t know how we would have managed.
The switch was seamless, and Katy made sure every vendor was notified with a new plan of action in the new venue space.
Katy was an outstanding wedding planner, and we felt lucky to have her! In the months leading up to our wedding she arranged and attended vendor meetings, worked with us to find the right match, and helped us to stay within our budget. She is very well connected to vendors in the industry, and was able to recommend a variety of people who adhered to our style and taste. In addition to coordinating meetings with vendors, she executed our ideas, and helped us stay on track.
On the day of, Katy and the Bliss team ensured that everything ran smoothly, which allowed my husband and I to fully enjoy ourselves.
Beyond being so impressed by Katy, Bridal Bliss is definitely at the top of their industry, with amazing vendor relations, expertise and overall professionalism.
They turned our Wedding day, in what could have of been a disaster, into the best day of our lives, and with that, I cannot recommend them more highly!
Bridal bliss was amazing to work with. They helped us bring our vision to life. They were very professional and helped us think through every detail. Our specific planner, Alexis, was incredible! She was on top of everything and made the wedding planning process so much more enjoyable. She also had the perfect demeanor especially on the Wedding day. My husband, family and I had an amazing experience working with Katy Haley and Bridal Bliss to plan our wedding last August in Portland. Most importantly, Katy seamlessly handled a last minute vendor cancelation and a dress alteration schedule mishap. Her attentiveness and super fast communication, her attention to all the details, and her amazing creativity made her the absolute perfect fit as our coordinator! The months leading up to the wedding never felt rushed or crazy with timelines because we were able to thoughtfully organize vendor and venue meetings around our schedule. The team at Bridal Bliss also helped with our RSVP's which was a task I didn't even think about, but am so grateful they assisted. I'm a type-A person that suffers from anxiety issues, so having Elizabeth step in, share my vision, and take away my stress was amazing! Because of her I was able to stay grounded on our special day and take it all in.
We hired Nora and her team to plan our daughter and future son-in-law's wedding and they exceeded our expectations! From the first meeting, Nora and her team were outstanding; and there aren't enough superlatives to describe their knowledge, empathy, professionalism, sense of urgency, and experience in "all things weddings". They listened well, understood what we wanted and immediately began turning our concepts into reality. They were personally involved and committed from the start to making everything perfectly seamless and stress free, while delivering an unforgettable experience.
We always felt apprised and involved. We gave them a budget and a timeline and they came back with a more detailed budget and timeline that even had contingency plans in the event of unforeseen circumstances. (of which there are many). We hit every date and came in under budget.
We'd hire Bridal Bliss again and strongly recommend them. The only mistake you could make in your wedding planning is NOT hiring Bridal Bliss!

We first called Bridal Bliss (Nora) 1.5 years prior to when we were thinking of getting married. Nora took the time to learn about our background, likes/dislikes, and suggested Katy as a good wedding planner match.
From day 1, Katy was always available via email, text, and phone call to answer any questions we had about the entire wedding planning process. Katy is extremely well connected in the industry and was able to suggest vendors she felt would be a great match. She coordinated meetings with vendors, listened to our ideas, and adhered to our budget. While we thought Katy was "The Best" leading up to the wedding, she exceeded our expectations on the day of the wedding. Everything we had discussed, planned, and envisioned came to life - all because of her leadership.
We cannot recommend Katy and the entire Bridal Bliss enough. If you want a team of planners/coordinators who have the best intentions to ensure your wedding day is the best day of your life, hire Bridal Bliss!
