At first, I was really excited to visit because I heard such great things about them, from reviews and the wedding expo. When I booked my appointment, they said they had dresses that would fit the style of what I was looking for within my budget. When I came in, they had nothing like what I wanted at all. I ended up buying a sample dress, which in hindsight I wasn't saving any money on, but I felt pressured to get it from the staff. They wouldn't let me take pictures of myself in the dress so I couldn't compare it to other dresses I had tried on, even when we checked out and I was literally buying it. When we were checking out, we were being rushed by the staff essentially to hurry up and get out, even though we were still within our appointment time. In the contract it said I could return it if they're preferred seamstress couldn't repair damage. Took it to the seamstress, and she wasn't going to be able to repair it well, and even then it was going to be multiple $500+, not including any other alterations (hem, bustle, make it actually fit me, etc). Took it back to the boutique, showed them the quote and notes from the seamstress, and Monica the owner basically bullied me into keeping it, not at all honoring the contract we all signed. I could've been much more understanding and flexible of it all if everything else hadn't gone so poorly. So now I have a $1300 dress no one can wear, since it's unrepairable, and since I couldn't return it, I had to buy another dress online for cheap to stay even remotely close to in budget. 100% would avoid and I tell every new bride to not even bother with an appointment.
