I’m so glad I went to Bridal Closet for my wedding dress. Everyone was so kind and helpful. Sara was amazing and so supportive and helped me find a dress within my budget and style.

Ashley was AMAZING to work with!!! She helped us through choosing the perfect dress then helping to get the alterations done that were needed. She was very caring and encouraging as finding the perfect wedding dress can be very difficult. She also helped with her great advice! My dress is perfect and I feel beautiful wearing it! This dress will make my wedding day wonderful as I will feel confident that I look my best!!! Thank you Ashley!!!

My wedding came up pretty quick after my first appointment and they made it all happen! My dress is 100% exactly how I wanted it and they made the experience amazing!

I love everything about the Bridal Closet! It's a amazing environment to shop for a dress in. The staff is amazing & not pushy at all. They let you pick out whatever you want to try on without limiting you. I looked with 3 different stores & they gave the best experience. Franklin is the best! Ashley the owner is also great & really knows everything! The alterations fitting took some time & they were very kinda to stay until it was perfect despite my late appointment. They worked some real magic to make my dress fit like a perfect glove! I highly recommend The Bridal Closet to anyone dress shopping!

I really enjoyed my experience with Bridal Closet! My consultant/stylist (whatever the proper term is) was super nice and bubbly. I loved her personality. My bridesmaids and I had so much fun pulling wedding dresses! In the end, I found one that I absolutely loved, but I am waiting to order it in. The only reason why I gave 4/5 stars is because there were a few times when my consultant got so caught up in putting back my "no" dresses that she wasn't around when I needed her to zip me into the dress I had on, so I ended up waiting on her. Other than that I loved the shop. They had a great selection and seemed very knowledgable about the dresses and processes.

Easiest part of wedding shopping has been the dress! Ladies do yourselves a favor and start here. Not only does Bridal Closet have a compleatly different atmosphere than most dress stores but the staff is so kind! The store itself doesnt have a stuffy old dress smell like most shops I'd gone to before. The air is light and airy and no weird smells, and is very clean. The staff I worked with is just amazing Franklin got into my head and found exactly the right dress for me! When it came in I went to try it on without scheduling an appointment for a fitting (a misunderstanding on my part, ladies make an appointment for the fitting) the staff worked their magic and fitted me while I was there! I have nothing but nice things to say it was a magical experience working with the staff getting my dream dress! Thank you everyone that worked with me! Seriously ladies start here!

Bridal Closet was a dream to work with! From the minute we walked in they were so fun, nice and helpful. They really make it a personal experience and you feel like they truly care for you, your guests and the dresses you try on and the one you choose. If I had any questions or concerns they were quick to respond. They also fitted my dress the same day i bought it which was amazing because i live out of state. Easily the best bridal salon in Utah county. The staff was incredibly helpful and spent so much time with me making sure I got exactly what I wanted. I cannot say enough good things about franklyn, his help made the whole experience. They have a large selection including a solid modest section and are very familiar with common alterations needed by Utah county brides. I would (and have) recommended this shop to all my friends.

This place was the best!! I've never been the type of girl to get excited about dresses so finding a wedding dress seemed like the most daunting task of my entire wedding planning experience! This place made it so easy! They were honest in their feedback when I was trying on dresses and really helped me to find "the one!" So many of the dresses were beautiful! I was definitely worried that shopping for a wedding dress was going to be an overwhelming endeavor and filled with faux enthusiasm. Instead Bridal Closet was a relaxed and attentive atmosphere with a really broad selection of dresses and undivided attention from a consultant in a semi private area. The whole experience was a pleasure (and a success!) I love my dress and can't wait to see my fiance's reaction at our wedding.

I bought my wedding gown here. Excellent service on two visits trying on dresses. I had the back of my dress altered in house as well, and it turned out great! There was once mix up with scheduling an appointment, but Ashley went out of her way to make it up to us. Would definitely recommend them!

This place is truly perfect! I felt so comfortable and the staff is so welcoming and easy to communicate with! Once I chose my dress I had a panic attack that I made the wrong choice and they immediately let me come back in and put the sample back on to help me calmly realize I love my dress! They even spoiled my little boys when I had to bring them in with me. Don't go anywhere else because this is the place! My best friend, sister, and myself have all found our dresses here!!

I can't say enough amazing things about Bridal Closet! This was the first and last place I went when looking for my dream dress. I'm a very detail oriented person and was looking for a shop that would give me a very one on one amazing experience while also meeting my shorter timeline (3 months!) and the modesty required for the temple. That's exactly what I got at Bridal Closet! They had an awesome selection of dresses that were modest as well! I had emailed Ashley a few times before my appointment and prior to me even coming in the store she was super accommodating. When I came in for my first appointment, Ashley was amazing. I had kind of a big entourage with me and she made sure everyone felt very welcome! I gave her a general idea of what I was looking for and her choices for me were exactly what I had envisioned myself in. I didn't ever feel rushed or like she was trying to force dresses on me or anything along those lines. She listened to my input and was absolutely amazing! I can't say enough great things about her! It's also awesome that they have in-house tailoring so I didn't have to worry about finding somewhere else for alterations. I had 2 fittings and the alterations were exactly what the dress needed/what I wanted. I can't say enough amazing things about Ashley and Bridal Closet! I loved my experience here! I told my representative what I liked, and she picked out a few for me, and then let me choose some. I ended up loving one of the ones she chose for me! She really listened to what I said about what I wanted and each dress that I tried on, and responded by bringing me new dresses and offering new ideas. I ended up buying my dress from here, and it's absolutely beautiful. I love it!

I don’t even know where to begin to explain how helpful this team was. They really went above and beyond!! The moment I walked in the door I felt so welcomed and just knew I was going to find my dress there! I told Franklin the style I was going for and he instantly had ideas for me. He went and grabbed dresses and we just kept trying on until we found the one!! I thought I'd already found my dress at a different store, but I had previously made an appointment at Bridal Closet. I decided to go to my appointment anyway, just to try on a couple dresses and confirm that the dress I'd found was the one. Within 5 minutes of shopping, my friends and I had found a handful of beautiful and affordable dresses for me to try. I found an amazing dress within my budget that I instantly loved more than my original option. Rhuvana even showed me a belt that brought everything together perfectly. Everyone was nice and professional, and it was a great experience!

This place is the best! Franklynn picked out many amazing options for me to try on, and I found the perfect dress almost immediately. This store has such a friendly and inviting atmosphere that makes you feel very comfortable. The alterations they made to my dress made it even more perfect. My experience was terrible. I had practically no help finding dresses or getting into my dresses. There wasn't a single dress in my size, it was discouraging and humiliating.

I love bridal closet! I originally went to the bridal closet for the first time in 2015 when I was the best friend for my maid of honor's wedding and I fell in love with the feel of the store. Every single dress is unique and timeless and unlike anything you can find anywhere. The shop is very small and therefore has a very hands on staff that is able to help you on a more personal level. I went through every single dress in David's Bridal and did not find a single dress I would wear. At the Bridal Closet I found dress after dress after dress that was perfect for me. I ended up with a gorgeous Maggie Sottero dress that I will have for the rest of my life and there is not another gown like it! Thank you to everyone at Bridal Closet for their help with alterations and financing with NO INTEREST and their help along the way!

Franklin the the bomb! Just saying, he was so great to work with and so easy going as I tried on dress after dress. I am the literal worst at making decisions so it was great that I never felt rushed or pushed. I actually was stuck between two dresses and had an appointment at another store later that day and I felt no pressure to make a decision until it felt right to me. I came back later that day and bought my dress, because hi it was the perfect classy bohemian flower child look I was going for! Alterations were timely and perfect! Also I am seriously am obsessed with my dress so that's cool. I highly recommend it!

I had a wonderful experience at the Bridal Closet! Everyone there were always super helpful and accommodating. I found my dream dress at the Bridal Closet, but because it was the first place I went, I wanted to check out a couple other places. I went to a number of other stores, but nothing even came close to what I found at the Bridal Closet - not to mention the employees elsewhere didn't provide anywhere near the level of customer service that the Bridal Closet did. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to make you feel taken care of. I am so happy with my purchase and so excited to show off my gorgeous dress on Saturday, July 1st at my wedding. I definitely recommend the Bridal Closet!

I had an awesome experience here! I went to Bridal Closet in November and it was the first shop I went to. I expected to try some things on but not actually find the one on the first try! Ashley was the perfect associate and helped me find the perfect dress. I didn't go in looking for a specific design, and she was patient as I tried on a variety of styles. She grabbed some she thought I would like based off the little things I liked about each one, and she actually picked out my dress! They didn't pressure me to buy at all which made me more inclined to do so. I bought it on November 5th, and they had it in the store on November 29th. I had alterations started in April and it only took them 2-3 weeks to finish all the obscure things I needed done. I love the staff, selection, and vibe here. They honestly have so many beautiful dresses and I found one that was unique and perfect for me.

I had an amazing experience here at Bridal Closet! The staff that helped me each visit was always so friendly and worked with me on a personal level. Their dress variety made me want to try on everything! (And I'm sure they would have let me). But I found the dress I dreamed of and had all my alterations done through them. The dress was completed on the day they said it would, which I admire a lot! And they always called to confirm my appointments with me which helped immensely considering my crazy schedule. Loved working with everyone there! They weren't overbearing and let me choose at my own pace! I bought my dress, veil and belt there and I love it all! I got the most compliments for my dress on my wedding day! And in the last two weeks we decided to add sleeves and they did! We got the dress safe and sound and loved the sleeve!! They had the best service and I felt really cared for! Great experience!!

After checking tons of stores throughout the state, I FINALLY found my dream dress here! Bridal Closet was the perfect combination of great prices and new, gorgeous styles! I found multiple styles and loved and the employees were SO helpful! It was a very personal experience and they helped me figure out the perfect dress (and alterations) for me. Very knowledgeable staff (especially concerning LDS modesty needs). Would HIGHLY recommend Bridal Closet!!

I wish I could give this store even more stars! It is EXCEPTIONAL! The selection of dresses and the whole experience was outstanding. Ashley gets TOP MARKS! She was helpful & knowledgeable without being pushy. After the dress, came in we had a fitting issue due to weight fluctuations & she remained calm & went above & beyond to make sure everything was perfect. I can't say enough about how great this salon is!

I went to Bridal Closet during the sample sale in July. I was able to find a dress I liked in a size basically perfect for me. There was a wide variety of dresses including some I did not see at any other store that I really liked. I ordered a veil from them to go with my dress which was not in stock and never got a call when it came in. That is the reason they are marked down a star. Their veil prices were so much more reasonable than other locations!

LOVE LOVE LOVE this place! I went here my first time trying on wedding dresses and every single one I tried was beautiful. I lucked out and found my perfect dress that very first visit!! That really helped with my stress load and my dress literally was perfect, no altering needed and i got it within 2 weeks :) They have great customer service and really take care of their brides.

Bridal Closet was great for my wedding dress experience! I had tried a few other stores, and thought I could pick a dress if I had to, but then I came to Bridal Closet and found two that were stunning! Picking one was hard, but the dress made me feel gorgeous. Franklynn helped me the first time and he was fabulous. On other visits, Ashley assisted me and she was also wonderful. Overall, I had a great experience every time I went in, and I would highly recommend them.

Everyone and everything was absolutely FANTASTIC. I told them what I was looking for and they certainly delivered. The fittings went well, and even though I had to send the dress back to the person who did the alterations, they were extremely accommodating and it was done very quickly. I would highly recommend them to anyone getting married! I didn't even need to go dress shopping anywhere else.

But once I walked into The Bridal Closet I was instantly greeted by friendly faces that were more than willing to help! I found two dresses that I absolutely loved but I loved certain elements of gowns and wanted for them to somehow be blended together to make THE perfect dress. I went to multiple shops looking for my dress. I could not find anything that was really unique, good quality, and suited my vision. The second I walked into Bridal Closet I knew that I would find my dress.. and I did. The exciting part about it was that I found my sisters dress before I even found mine. Absolutely FANTASTIC!!!! These girls don't mess around! They were professional and honest and had GORGEOUS dresses of all sizes, styles and prices. I got my Maggie for a fantastic price and the dresses was delivered at to the shop 4 DAYS LATER!! There is no pressure to buy, they spend time with you and let you try on all the accessories you like with your dress. I totally recommend them to anyone trying to find a dress! I wish this had been my first stop! Not to mention, they threw in a FREE $150 veil and $50 towards alterations! So SO worth a stop! Loved this place!

I cannot even begin to describe how satisfied I am with all services provided by Bridal Closet. My dress arrived two weeks after we ordered it giving us plenty of time to make alterations and make sure that it looked perfect. Not only did they help me find the dress of my dreams but they also helped my flower girls, mom, and bridesmaids look and feel beautiful at every appointment and on my wedding day. Ashley and Franklin were very patient and attentive to every one and made sure that we felt good about every decision made. They finished all alterations in a timely manner and allowed me to visit the shop and try on my dress several times. I love Bridal Closet! I was not having any luck with other shops, but Bridal Closet ended up having the exact styles and brand I was looking for. Ashley made me feel welcome and comfortable through the process. A lot of the accessories I had purchased came in way before promised which took a lot of stress off. When it came time for alterations, I had lost a considerable amount of weight in between the purchase of my dress up until my fitting. I was very nervous the dress would not look the same after alterations but it was perfect! The day I came to pick up my dress, Franklin was working and he was so kind and sewed on my belt to my dress although he probably wasn’t expecting to do so. I would recommend Bridal Closet to anyone looking to purchase!

I started my gown shopping at a store in North Ogden and was disappointed in the selection but one of my friends recommended Bridal Closet and I am so glad they did. They have a good selection and I found a dress I love! Franklin was so great to work with and even came in on a holiday to get my fitting done while I was in town. So great to work with!

This has nothing to do with Maggie Sottero's dress! She makes the most beautiful dresses! Just please do not go to this vendor! Every single time we went in they always had attitude the second you walk in. My mom also purchased a dress from them, & she put it on for the first time when Tara zipped it up, she walked out & the zipper broke which there was plenty of room so its not like the dress was too tight & they told my mom she would need to either buy a new dress or pay over $50 for them to fix it which at that point my mom threw down & told them she's not paying for either because she didn't break it. Which they ended up fixing the zipper but would not do any other alterations for my mom so she went to a lady at Provo Mall (she did amazing) they then did my alterations & messed up my whole dress! Beads were loose & falling, they didn't take in my sides like they were supposed to , they also sewed in my corset bra which came undone just by taking it off the hanger. At that point I said screw Bridal Closet & took it to the lady at Provo Mall who did beyond amazing! She took in about 6 to 8 inches (made the dress fit perfect) she fixed all the beads & bra! Bridal Closet charged over $150 for my alterations but the lady at Provo Mall only charged me $90. Oh, & you also get a Certificate of Authenticity with your dress, they 1. spelled my name wrong; like not even close... Mickayle. 2. they put the wrong wedding date, my wedding date was 9/20 & they put 9/5... I picked my dress up 9/12. So I contacted Maggie herself to complain about much Bridal Closet is giving her a bad rep!
