I would highly recommend Bridal Collections not only was their service exceptional their gowns were so beautiful and reasonable!

Bridal Collections was so helpful in preparing for my wedding! We ended up finding my dress, our bridesmaids’ dresses, my husband’s tux, and the groomsmen’s tuxes there, as well as my bridal hair piece and jewelry. We hadn’t planned to buy them all at one store, but as we shopped and compared prices for each different item, Bridal Collections consistently had the best selection and price range. The staff there is incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and helpful. We worked with Cynthia, who had fabulous ideas and knows so much about the industry. Her help was invaluable! I ended up being so happy with all the garments we chose for the wedding. They looked wonderful together, and it was so nice to be able to hold all the garments up together in the store before buying to ensure we were creating the look we were going for. I would definitely choose to work with Bridal Collections again!

The girls at Bridal Collections were AMAZING. Vanessa helped me find the dress of my dreams - she thought outside the box, kept a positive attitude, and had amazing style. The whole experience was delightful, reasonable, and helpful, and I'd recommend Bridal Collections (and Vanessa!) to any bride.

When I made my appointment to find my dress, I was beyond excited. 90% of my friends who have got married in the past few years have found their dress at Bridal Collections. I've been in 13 weddings, not counting my own, and so I've been to pretty much every dress shop in Spokane. Bridal Collections was, and still is, hands down my favorite. The weekend before my appointment, I broke my leg. I refused to move my appointment because my mom & MOH were flying over from Seattle. I showed up at my appointment & Sarah was AMAZING. Crutches, fiberglass cast & all she found THE dress, after only putting me in 9 others. I didn't really have much of an idea of what I wanted when I walked in that day, and she found the perfect dress for me.

Going into the store, I knew what dress I was looking for. We also didn't have an appointment because I had just flown in from out of town the night before. Cynthia was the associate who helped us. We tried on several dresses but in the end I did leave with the dress I had originally had in mind. They worked with me on payments and my dress arrived sooner than I was originally told! I would recommend this shop to everyone! Thank you Cynthia!!

Bridal Collections helped me find a dress last minute. The sales associate was very patient and found me a dress that met all of my needs.

Bridal Collections had a lot of beautiful, quality gowns in my size. I loved all of the ones that I tried on. I was a little annoyed that they brought out several dresses in styles I was not shopping for.

The store was nice, the people were nice, the dressed were nice and the variety of dresses to try on was nice. It really was a lovely experience. Our little town doesn't have much to offer for wedding dress shopping so we went to Spokane. It was a total last minute decision. We called Bridal Collection right when they opened which was right when we were getting into town and they got us right in. I tried on 6 dresses and found the right one and I had my dress very quickly, too. Everything worked out so well!

I walked in with a general idea about what dress I wanted, so the lady who helped me, Cynthia, chose a few different styles and shades to see what I liked and disliked. I decided to choose between 2 dresses and I said I liked certain aspects and she remembered a dress like what I was imagining and it happened to be the one. :) She was SO helpful and my maid of honor wants to go back to her when she gets married!

I came here with my dad to look for dresses. We were not allowed to look through the dresses and were scolded when we tried to anyway. There was also not a great area for my dad to sit as I tried them on. I came back with my maid of honor to look for bridesmaids dresses and we were followed around everywhere and asked a ton of questions. What would have been a fun time with my MOH was a discouraging afternoon.

After a not so great experience at chain bridal store I was expecting another long, fruitless appointment. To my surprise the staff was extremely helpful with out being pushy. I described the dress I was looking for (a Maggie Sottero) and she pulled three or four dresses for me to try on matching the description. I found my dress within an hour (and for a better price). It was such a pleasant experience, I highly recommend this shop.

This one only gets 4 stars because of the service we got. This is the 3rd time I've been there (once for me and twice for friends) and my trip was the only one where the service was lacking. The lady I had helping me would not let me try on anything that wasn't my size (isn't that what the clips are for? What if I would have LOVED one of those bigger dresses?) And she also didn't let my bridesmaids choose more than one dress for me. I did not like it at all, and it had never been like that the times I went before! Except for the one person, I have always been quite happy with Bridal Collections, they have beautiful gowns in all different price ranges, and MOST of the staff is wonderful, nice, and really helpful.

I had a great experience with Bridal Collections! They have beautiful dresses and the ladies there are so awesome. I was so grateful for their payment plan options as well!

They are fairly expensive, but the sales staff is so helpful and kind. I found a beautiful dress that was 80% off because it was a floor model and the dress was no longer being produced.

the ladies there are very nice and helpful. Not once did I have a bad experience going in there.

Found the ultimate dress for me & found some great dresses for my bridal party. Had a few mishaps with sizing for the bridesmaids. One was ordered 2 sizes too big (which they said was normal for their sizing charts). Kind of a load of bs, I think someone can't measure & shouldn't be working there. The other problem was another bridesmaids dress. They had us order extra fabric since she was pregnant, but I specifically got them all empire so that wouldn't be a problem. Didn't even end of needing the fabric, just a big waste!! Wouldn't give me any kind of break for ordering the wrong size dress either!! My dress had to be altered elsewhere, so no problems there!

Good selection of dresses but limited in the plus sizes. Received one on one help, kept me updated with phone calls. Building gives an unwelcome feeling but overall was pleased.

Bridal Collections is in my opinion th best bridal shop in the Spokane area. I really feel like they wanted to help me find my perfect dress, and they did! They didn't mind when I dropped in witout an appointment, and remembered me personally everytime I came in. Thanks to my helpful sales associate, great deals, and their hands-on approach to finding weddng gowns, I was able to get a gorgeous, high quality, unique, lace $1,500 gown for $650! I loved them so much I got my veil and garter there, too! I would reccomend Bridal Collections in a heart beat!

I Found my wedding dress at Bridal collections In spokane Wa. I only tried on a couple dresses and I was very pleased with all the different styles they had. I was the first to try on my dress and I was the only one to wear it. To me that means alot as well as the dress. It was beautiful and just my type!

I purchased my Saint Patrick wedding dress from Bridal Collections and have nothing but wonderful things to say about their service. I am petite, 5'0", so all of the sample dresses were too large, but they did their best to give me a good idea of what it would look like in my size. They also have a huge selection of dresses. The ladies also gave their honest feedback about what they thought looked best on me and what styles wouldn't overwhelm my small frame. All the other dress shops I visited raved about how every dress looked on me even though some were clearly awful. Their honest feedback at Bridal Collections made me feel like they had my best interest in mind instead of just trying to make a sale. I live in Seattle and was visiting family in Spokane around Christmas. For a very small fee, they opened the store on Christmas Eve morning so that I could go dress shopping with my mother. I know something like this may not work every time, but we were so thankful that we were able to go shopping together! Bridal Collections also works with a fabulous alterations shop! I had to have about 15" cut off the bottom of my dress that had multiple layers of tulle and lace applique. They said it was the most complicated hem they had had to do in a very long time. After three fittings, you could never tell that they had cut off that much of my dress - it looked amazing! They also came up with a very creative way to bustle my dress that looked beautiful and was never a problem the night of my wedding. Plus they offer a small discount for alterations on dresses purchased at Bridal Collections.

As the only boutique that carries Sophia Tolli they were really my only choice for the dress I wanted. They were great about ordering the dress and calling as soon as it came in since it was close to my wedding date. My only problem was that they ordered the dress about three sizes too big so I had to take it in a lot and it still didn't fit along the top.

The girl that assisted me in picking out wedding dresses was very professional. I told her what I was looking for (mermaid fit) and she picked dresses out in my size. She pulled a dress that I thought looked ugly on the hanger (it wasn't what I was looking for). She insisted that I try it on... It was absolutely beautiful on! It was the 4th gown I tried on and the one I purchased. I am extremely grateful for her patience.

Went there with out an appointment looking for dresses for my bridesmaids. They went above and beyond my expectations. I did not end up buying from them, but I really wish I had.

I found the perfect dress, and was lucky enough that they had it in my size and I was able to receive a discount. I would highly recommend Bridal Collections. They are very down-to-earth and not at all snobby.

Bridal collections had great customer service. They were not too pushy nor over the top. They were very professional. I got a great deal on my dress and a discount on alterations.
