I got my alterations done here and I couldn't be happier! Sharon was so easy to work with and made sure I had all my questions answered. Highly recommend for all your bridal alterations needs.

I got my wedding dress alterations done through here, and it was fairly priced and turned out amazing! I wondered if the alterations would be delayed because of COVID-19, but they were right on time and fit me perfectly! Sharon was so nice and great to work with. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

So this is a smaller store, but the woman who worked with me was so kind and she knew her stuff about wedding dresses. She perfectly guessed my size and the hemming was limited. She was honest about pricing and was open to helping me find my perfect style. She also gave me a lot of nifty tricks for the wedding day and how to keep the dress in mint condition. Overall, good price, and AMAZING service! I highly recommend this store.

Sharon is so experienced and knows exactly what to do. As a perfectionist, she was exactly what I needed. She has great taste and suggestions. She keeps it real, but is also so kind. I looked at probably 20 dresses elsewhere before I finally found Bridal Designs and got the assurance I needed. The prices are fair too.

Your wedding day only happens once. Some people want to explore different options with dresses and colors. As a bride it was stressful till I found Bridal designs and Tuxedos. Sharon was kind and very professional. I have not been to many weddings, but she took the time to educate us. I went to David's Bridal and other boutiques, but the quality and designs in dresses was subpar compared to Bridal Designs and Tuxedos. We got my ceremony and reception dress from Sharon. Since they have their own private partnerships with their designers, you can be sure you won't see anyone else with your dress. The alterations were perfect, sharon sized me like a glove. I was worried because the dress was heavy with 8 layers, but she is a veteran. So proud of our experience with my dresses, we decided to get all the tuxedos and bridesmaid dresses with Sharon as well. This was a no brainer for us. It was a one stop shop, but it was personalized. She never rushed us and even helped with our venue shopping. Sharon is like family. Thank you so much for making the best day of my life beautiful, classy, just timeless. I cant wait to see you for my anniversary dress.

I got married in September so I am late at posting, but I loved my experience here! From the very first day, I was given great attention when selecting my dress, the choices selected were all perfect for me until I found the right one. I also came here to buy dresses for my 11 bridesmaids and they all loved how quick and easy it was to try on sample dresses and make the order. If you come here, you will be well taken care of! They have so many dress options and so many beautiful ones at that. I love my dress, it was almost perfect! Only downfall is that a couple times I made appointments to try my dress and I ended up having to wait. One time it was about an extra 30 minutes, which is no big deal to me but for people who make appointments, heads up. And this is not an all the time thing with them. I did have a good experience. I would not choose any other dress but the one I bought.. I just love it!

I purchased my dress from here and it was beautiful. Due to the fact that my dress was discontinued, it was on sale. The dress itself was a size 12 and I am a size 6. I should have been informed of the high cost to alter the dress to my size, rather purchasing a dress thinking I had a great deal. Other than that, the service I received was good. She was very professional.

My experience was great. This was the first shop that I went to, and honestly didn’t think that I would find my dress here. But my dress was literally the first dress I put on and didn’t feel like I had to go anywhere else. Sharon answered any questions I had and they’re were many phones calls. My dress came in earlier than my estimated delivery date and when she gave me a date on when my alterations would be complete they were also on time. I was very happy with my experience and would recommend this shop to any bride looking for their wedding dress.

Absolutely amazing dresses, prices, and service! I was immediately welcomed by Sharon (the owner I believe) and shown around the store. She let me look around and browse the store and pick out some dresses to try on. She was amazing at making me feel heard and finding things she thought I would like. She was very helpful during the entire process and put me at ease thought my experience. Bridal Designs and Tuxedos is the best place to go for amazing selection and service. There is also a huge selection of sale dresses and even the dresses not on sale were reasonable prices. I had many alterations to be done on my dress and my dress was transformed when I got it back! I was shocked at the quality for the price I paid! Absolutely wonderful!

I had a great experience at Bridal Designs. It started when I made my first appointment They were willing to listen to what I wanted when I went to try on dresses. Once I found "the one" they kept me posted as I was waiting for it. I was able to quickly make an appointment for alterations. They costs of alterations very reasonable. My dress fit perfectly after the first time it was altered. The dress arrived early both times I was waiting for it. The ladies at Bridal Designs are so helpful and friendly. This experience was stress free and I would highly recommend them to any new bride!

Although I didn't buy my wedding dress at bridal designs and tuxedos I was referred here from a friend for my dress alterations. I could not have been happier with my results. Yes, we thought the alterations were a little pricey. But the result proved it was worth every penny, and the pricing was based on how many layers my dress had and what needed to be done . My wedding dress had a ton of layers and was covered in designs, and in the end it fit like a glove and was more beautiful than I ever thought it could be. Sharon was professional, helpful, and efficient. Definitely suggest this place for all of your bridal needs!

I walked in with my mom and sister and honestly, did not get good "vibes," it felt disorganized and like we were being watched around the dresses. I almost wanted to walk out, however I saw my dream dress and started trying on the mood lifted. They were very attentive after that, and did a excellent job hemming my dress with more than 4 layers, including some delicate lace. We ended up using them for our groomsmen suites as well. A solid option for finding the dress of your dreams!

This was my one and only bridal shop visit during my planning. The store carries many new designer dresses, as well as older ones that are on sale. I walked in with a smaller budget and found options to fit it. The sales ladies were not pushy when it came to picking a dress - they let you make your own decision and let you try on the dresses you selected however many times you'd like. I specifically chose a dress that was over my budget and they reminded me of that, which I appreciated. They truly know their dresses and keep their customers' needs in mind while shopping!

Everyone at Bridal Designs and Tuxedos was extremely nice and helpful every time I went in there. I LOVE my Maggie Sottero wedding dress, and wish I could wear it every day. They offered in-house bridal alteration, the seamstress did a phenomenal job and it fitted like a glove! There was a lot of work involved with taking my dress in, and they made it look as if the nothing was changed and the dress was made specifically for me. I am still receiving complements on how beautiful the dress was and how well it fitted. It is even more amazing that I only needed one alteration! I would highly recommend Bridal Designs and Tuxedos to any bride looking for the perfect wedding dress!

Do I have an option to pick 0 stars?... I have no idea why anybody would give this bridal shop a good review. I rented a tux from this shop for a wedding that I attended in the area. My measurements came from a Men's wearhouse which have never faulted me in the last ten times I've used them. Right before arriving to the shop, the groom had already told me that his fit was awkward and the shop owner wasn't going to do anything about it. (The shoulders were very tight and waist was loose to the point it flared out.) He informed me that the owner said that this was the design of the suit and that is how it was supposed to be. As I arrived, I ran into similar problems in which the jacket was very loose and the shoes were too tight. When asking the owner if there were any tricks of the trade to tighten up the jacket, she got wise and stated that if I wanted a perfect fitting suit then I should buy one for a thousand dollars then have it tailored. I then stated I'm sorry that I spent $200 (actual $189) and want it to fit. Guessing this would only cause stress for the bride and groom I didn't create a scene. I normally don't write reviews except this lady quite possibly has the worst customer service skill set that I have ever seen. It was actually comical how bad she was to the point of making reference to the camera in the corner above front counter and asking if we were being punked. Of it all, the worst part of the entire interaction was during the Sunday (returns between 1-3pm only or you get charged another day) she kicked one of the other groomsmen out of the store because she did not want to partially reimburse his suit that he never received the pants. She stated to him very snotty like "There is the door, thank you for your business." No way in hell would I recommend this business to anybody that I care about. Generally you get what you pay for but in this case we paid top dollar for piss poor quality and service. Do not put your special day in the hands of this lady.

I was a groomsman for a good friend of mine. His bride chose Bridal designs as the vendor for us to rent our suits from. Of the groom and the five groomsmen, only two people had suits that fit even remotely well. The groom was fitted there, and when he went to pick his suit up, he was unhappy with the fit. The arms were incredibly tight and the lapels lifted around three inches off his chest at rest. He was told that this was normal and that this was the style of suit he chose. According to him and his bride, he was not given any options to get a different style. The shop owner told me that he was not telling the truth. A local tailor measured me. When I arrived for a fitting, everything was ok except the pants were incredibly large. With the pants tightened as much as possible, I had about 8 inches between my stomach and the button. The shop owner then measured me, and told me that I was 2 inches smaller than my tailor had measured. When she measured me, she pulled the tape so tight that it was cutting into my skin. All instructions on Google say to leave a finger under the tape to be sure it is not too tight. Also, the shoes, which were my normal shoe size were way too small. The owner then informed me that it was my tailor’s fault and that she could order the pants based off her measurement of two inches smaller, but I would have to pay an additional $15 in shipping. She promised me that they would arrive via UPS the next day. This was Thursday, and the wedding was Saturday. Texas was hit by a massive storm that week, and the package never arrived Friday. She said that she was told by UPS that it would arrive on Saturday morning (wedding day), but that her suit vendor was sending another set. I don’t blame her for the shipping delay, but I never received the replacements before the wedding. I had to buy pants a Kohl's and wear old shoes. The shop owner refused to refund anything, even the additional shipping. My issue was that she showed no empathy and her attitude was horrible. She provided poor service, blamed others for everything, and claimed the groom and bride were lying. I would never recommend her to anyone.

Bridal Designs and Tuxedos is an absolutely amazing bridal shop! I purchased my wedding gown, bridesmaid dresses, mother of bride dress and my accessories (veil, earrings, headband). The quality of all the products was excellent, and the customer service was exceptional!!! I always rave about this gorgeous boutique and the wonderful ladies that run it! Anyone who can visit and buy from here is truly lucky and will have an unforgettable experience!!

I found the most beautiful dress at Bridal Designs and Tuxedos after looking at 4 other dress shops previously. The staff was so helpful and had a great eye for picking out dresses. The fitting process was easy. I received numerous compliments on the uniqueness of my dress! And the price was very reasonable. Highly recommended!

They are truly a one-stop shop! I purchased my wedding gown with a free groom's Tuxedo package, 7 bridesmaids and guys in wedding party all got awesome discount, also got perfect alterations. Not only did they have unique gowns that are reasonably priced, but Sharon and staff are wonderful! They went above and beyond for me and truly cared about making my dress perfect. Would recommend them to anyone!

Bridal Designs and Tuxedos is amazing. I knew I wanted to buy my dress here because both of my sisters bought their wedding dresses here. I also like supporting local vendors. I was not disappointed at all in my decision. It was never hard to schedule an appointment and staff is amazing. They were always kind, offered honest advice (which I desperately needed). Planning the whole wedding by myself is stressful, being able to do all my wedding attire at Bridal Designs and Tux is really a blessing. They also made my whole experience fun. Highly recommended!

From start to finish, Bridal Designs and Tuxedos delivered an amazing, friendly, professional, helpful experience. I purchased a beautiful Maggie Sottero gown, my bridesmaids all had elegant Jasmine bridesmaid dresses, my wedding party rented Tuxedos all at Bridal Designs and Tuxedos and had my bridal alteration done. They have great selection, reasonable prices, and great bridal package discount for my wedding parties. The staff is amazing! I highly recommend them.

They have a wonderful selection of quality dresses at reasonable prices and the consultants are not snobby. My dress was sized perfectly with minor alterations. Since they have in-house alteration services, it was really convenient for me. I was lucky to have everything done in this reputable store, saved me so much time, needless to say, reduced lots of stress putting everything together. My experience at Bridal Designs and Tuxedos was amazing. They have a ton of variety of wedding dresses at amazing prices. We have gone to several bridal boutiques before this one, we wish we were here first. I found my perfect one. The consultant was very patient and accommodating. She made suggestions and showed me things I might like. I have my bridesmaids and groomsmen ordered through them as well. They were on the top of everything making sure everybody order in time. And everything turned out perfect. I recommend all brides to go here.

The incredible ladies at Bridal Designs truly take their time in making sure your dress shopping experience is extremely special and all about you! I felt as if I were the only one in the store, and walked out with a beautiful dress that suits me perfectly. They took the time to listen not only to my thoughts, but to my body language as well. I had such a positive experience at Bridal Designs! The experience was very personalized as I was introduced to the dresses and the price ranges and then I was able look through the entire selection of dresses before trying things on. I really appreciated this as I am not a fan of the shopping where the associates are putting you in dresses you did not select. The dress selection was amazing. I had appointments for other places the same day and I cancelled those after picking my dress here because of the great experience. I highly recommend Bridal Designs!

I can't say enough positive things about this store. Bridal Designs team is simply amazing. I had bought a dress and freaked out after the purchase worrying that I made the wrong decision. The team did everything in their power to help me in my dress purchase and they truly and genuinely want to make your day perfect. They have such a great selection of beautiful dresses. Bridal Designs was phenomenal. The one on one experience they provide is unlike any other bridal store. They treated myself and all of my guests with the utmost respect and class during my bridal fitting. Bridal Designs is a must when shopping for your dress. Not only is the store absolutely gorgeous inside, but the staff are so sweet and the inventory is fabulous! I loved my whole experience. There were so many gorgeous dresses to choose from! I would definitely recommend visiting this store.

I loved the whole experience of shopping at Bridal Designs for my wedding dress. They made my wedding party and Mom feel right at home as I tried on gown after gown. After only a couple of minutes of looking at dresses and talking about what I wanted, they knew exactly what to put me in. I absolutely love my dress and loved the experience of shopping at Bridal Designs!

Let me start of by saying I am a plus size bride. I call salons to ask if they have any samples that I can fit into and try on. I had called Bridal Designs and spoke with the manager and she assured me that they had plenty of samples size 18 and up that I could try on. I was excited because I had read other reviews on here about their prices. So I told her I would call back to make an appt when I knew who from my bridal party could attend. About a week later I called to make an appt, I spoke with another employee and before I got off the phone I asked again about the plus size situation, she also assured me that there would be plenty for me to try on. When I arrived I was first taken to the 2 discount rooms, these rooms are where they had dresses from previous seasons at REALLY good prices! The only 1 in my size was not at all my style (ugly) in the other room there was also only ONE in my size range so I grabbed it and said I would try it on. The third room is their designs and they had already pulled a couple from there. The final room, was their biggest room only had samples in sizes 10 or 12 so anything I liked in their I wouldn't be able to try on, just hold up. Who wants to do that with their wedding dress??? I tried on the one that was in my size range in the entire salon (who over the phone told me they had plenty) and I did not like it at all. The dresses they had pulled for me ended up not being big enough only a size 14, so I had to have my bridesmaid try them on. At that point I was done but I decided I wanted to see what some of the dresses looked like on humans not hangers so I had my bridesmaids try on 2 of my favorite dresses. I of course loved them but how could I commit to getting a wedding dress without even trying it on? It looked great on my size 8 sister but IDK how it would look on me. We then look at bridesmaid dresses, which they did have a wide selection of, I will give them that. I just thought they were a little over-priced $250+. ***If you are a size 10-12 this is a great shop with a lot of dresses on discount. They had 2 rooms where most of the dresses were under 1000. They also had 2 racks of bridesmaids dresses on clearance. ** If you're plus size do not even bother.

They have a good selection of dresses. The set-up is a little strange, because there is like 7 different rooms of dresses to explore. It is a little hard to navigate but I ended up finding a dress in a style that I wasn't going to try on. It fit perfectly and I was so impressed by the quality of the dress that I went above my budget for the Maggie Sottero dress. The dress arrived when they expected it to, about 6 months later I picked it up.

I bought my wedding dress from Bridal Designs and could not be happier. I didn't have much of an idea of what I was looking for, but after a short conversation with the staff they picked out several dresses that I loved in my price range. The trying on experience was in an intimate setting and I didn't feel pressured or rushed to make a decision. The dress arrived promptly as they quoted and when it did arrive the staff was almost as excited as I was to get it :) They did fantastic alteration job on my dress, the fitting was amazing! For as much stress and pressure as planning a wedding has been, my experience with Bridal Designs was like an oasis of simplicity.

I thought they were great, but my bridal party had difficulty working with them. They had trouble getting in to get measured and make payments, and they said they were rude to them.

I ended up choosing Bridal Designs to purchase my bridal gown because the design I was looking for was only available at this store to try on and I didn't want to purchase blind. They had it, it looked great so I ordered it same day, never visited another store. The price is what I expected for the dress and while the people working with me were nice, they weren't super enthusiastic. All my bridesmaids got their dresses here and all of their dresses came back huge so they fitted them into inappropriate sizes hoping for alteration opportunities. My dress came back needing minimal alterations (2 inches in at bust, 4 inches off the length, bustle) and the cost they quoted me was over $800. They tried to get me to pay this cost up front and only were going to have a final fitting after altering. After being concerned about the price, I decided to take my dress to see if I could find a less expensive place to alter my dress, at which point I was required to pay a $75 fitting fee. I ended up finding another bridal place in Frisco that was 10x as nice and professional that is going to charge me just over $300 to alter my dress that will let me see it with "stay stitching" before making final alterations and giving me 4 fittings all included. If you find your dress here, get it but DO NOT try and get it altered here, take your dress and run!

I found shopping for my wedding dress to be an odious task, at best, with the singular exception of Bridal Designers. I wanted a simple dress with clean lines, no poof. With that description, neumerous bridal consultants, at other stores, proceeded to bring me dresses that were massive enough to walk out of the store on their own very puffy feet. The bridal consultant at Bridal Designers was a gem! She spent about three hours helping me try on every non-puffy dress in the shop. The dress I eventually selected was one of her suggestions. I strongly recommend Bridal Designers for unsurpassed service!

I purchased my first wedding gown at this dress shop and had great service. When I came back to get my dress, they were trying to charge me $600 for alterations on a $700 dress! Which I feel they made me get a size too large to begin with. I ended up getting my final dress from Ann Taylor, but used the sash I purchased from this shop (which was over priced, $200! I have a friend that got a similar sash on Etsy for $40!),

I purchased my dress here as well as got the alterations completed here. The Dress was absolutely beautiful! However I wish that I would have gotten the alterations done elsewhere. For $600 worth of alterations I expected the dress to be perfect. The dress ended up being too short in the front so, I couldn't wear my peti skirt with it.

My dress was amazing of course but you can find beautiful dresses anymore. The customer service was what sold us. Every time I came in they knew who I was and what I needed. They took great care of me and my dress. Strongly recommend them!

Being a slightly larger woman, I do not tend to fit into many (if any) sample sizes. However, I was never made to feel uncomfortable about this at this salon, and was able to try on many different styles. I ended up finding and purchasing a Maggie Sottero dress I loved. I also bought my veil, tiara, jewelry, and petticoat from this salon. Every time I went in there I was always treated as the priority and given every courtesy. The delivery of my dress was prompt, and all my fittings went very smoothly. They even had to take the dress in 6 inches! The alterations were done perfectly, and my dress looked beautiful on my wedding day.

Great prices! They seriously offer great prices on wedding dresses. I got an all lace dress for super cheap. They have a ton to select from. What I liked about them the most and that I got to actually look through the gowns one by one and select, unlike other stores where they have you look at a catalog and then slect a dress....sometime the catalogs just dont show all the details you would see in person. Other stores get mad at you when you roam their dresses, but not this one! Their pricing on altering are kind of expensive....but that was kind of to be expected. I could have gone somewhere cheaper to do that, but I liked having it done in house just incase something got messed up, which that did NOT happen. :)
