Working with Bridal Elegance was a dream! The salon is beautiful and they have a big selection of dresses at reasonable prices. My stylist was so helpful when trying on dresses and made myself and my bridal party feel so special! After purchasing my dress, BE was so easy to work with setting up fittings and alterations! My dress was absolutely beautiful ❤️ thank you Bridal Elegance!!

The Bridal Elegance staff are amazing! My initial appointment with Stephanie went so smoothly, and there were so many style options to choose from. The entire process from shopping to purchasing to tailoring was stress-free and exceeded my expectations! I could not recommend Bridal Elegance more for wedding dress needs.

I would recommend Jess at Bridal Elegance over and over again! The customer service is amazing. Everyone there is so so helpful and nice with multiple options of dresses to choose from. This was my first stop and I decided I didn’t want to try any other place and canceled my other appointments!! Highly highly recommend!

The staff at Bridal Elegance did such an amazing job helping me find the perfect dress. I would not have found my dress if it were not for Stephanie who picked something very different than what I thought I was looking for. I truly cannot say how incredible the Bridal Elegance team is! Going into my appointment, I was nervous and didn't know what kind of dress I wanted. The team at BE made everything so warm, inviting, and comfortable that once I walked into the building, all of the stress melted away, and it was nothing but a fun and positive experience. They don't pressure you about your budget, and they don't limit you to what you can try on - you can really tell that their main priority is to make you feel beautiful and have a great experience. The selection of dresses was excellent. There were hundreds of dresses to choose from, and they had one for every single budget. They also had a great selection of jewelry and veils that really added to the look. Lastly, I would recommend Nancy, who was the stylist at my appointment. She was so kind throughout everything, and she picked out the perfect dresses after listening to what I had in mind. When it came down to picking a dress, all of my favorites were ones that Nancy pulled for me. She somehow knew my taste better than I did! Overall, I cannot recommend Bridal Elegance enough, and the team at BE completely exceeded my expectations.

I brought only my mom, but there was space to bring others as well. The dress selection was great! There were dresses of many difference styles, sizes, colors, and price range that really allowed me to try all of the styles I was interested in. Bridal Elegance also has a Pinterest board that they do their best to keep updated with their current dress selection so I was able to look through that before my appointment and ask to try on the dresses I liked. Angie was my stylist, she made me feel at ease and had great suggestions. She gave me space to figure out which dresses I wanted to try and listened to what I liked and disliked. Ultimately her suggestions helped me find the perfect dress! They also offer a couple of different bridal gown packages and insurance that offer a number of different services and perks, like discounted alteration and storage for the gown. Receptionist/stylist Jessica answered all of my questions about those bridal packages and helped my mom and I through the payment process and options. I am incredibly happy with my wedding dress and I trust the staff at Bridal Elegance to help me through this process!

Nancy helped us find perfect dresses for my wedding! She is kind and professional. She listened to what we were looking for and followed through. She is very thoughtful! Nicole helped us with future alteration appointments and made sure we understood our prices and payments at the end of the transaction. Very professional and very nice!

Loved working with Emily! She was so kind and patient and helped me find my dream dress! I had been overwhelmed with trying on dresses and she eased that feeling immediately. So glad I went to Bridal Elegance!

This place is perfect! The staff is absolutely wonderful and the dresses are well priced and they give great discounts! They are super easy to work with and I would suggest them to everyone!! I was so thankful this was the first place I went too to look for a dress, I was blessed with working with Angie! She was a delight! She made me feel extremely comfortable by helping me in and out of dresses and she also took the time to get to know me and my style and help me find the right dress! I bought my original dress online but after Covid happened and our plans changed I began to worry that my dress may not be appropriate for a November wedding in Michigan. I went to Bridal Elegance expecting to buy a new dress but Emily worked with me to try on several dresses before we eventually settled on sticking with the dress I currently had and adding a bridal jacket to it. I then had Nancy do all my alterations and she was FANTASTIC! She was fun, energetic and made the whole process smooth and easy. I cannot say enough good things about these guys. I was literally visiting them every Tuesday for a month and a half to make sure my alterations were perfect and I can honestly say they were. Thank you!

Turns out you can get alterations there, even if you didn't buy the dress there, which worked great for me! Lorraine did my alterations, and she was so nice to work with. I only gave one less star, because my bustle ribbon broke almost immediately upon use.

Brides beware! My sister bought her dress from this bridal shop. I will admit everything was going good until her wedding day. When she put on her dress the cups where sewn in wrong. The stitching was bunched up. My sister was devastated. Her makeup was ruined she didn't get any pictures with her mother helping her put her dress on because she was so distraught minutes before her wedding and her dress was messed up. She spent a couple thousand on the dress! I reached out to the bridal shop and was pretty happy with how responsive they were in the beginning but here we are a month after and still no call from anybody to my sister. I called today and was told that they reached out via email. You would think if someone had such an issue with their wedding dress you would get a phone call and not just some email that doesn't sound like an apology to me. And if you didn't receive a response from that email don't you think you would follow up? That is unacceptable your shop and lack of procedure cause what was supposed to be the best day of my sister's life to have such a dark cloud over it. Very disappointed. Lesson learned if a bridal shop ever tells you you don't need to come to your last fitting because it's just a simple this or that demand that last fitting!!!

From the moment I walked into Bridal Elegance, my experience has been beyond amazing! They have made the wedding planning so much easier. My first appointment was for my dress! As a bride, you want to look amazing on your big day and these girls found me a dress that wasn’t what I thought I’d want but I am in love with my dress and it looks so much better than what I could have ever imagined! There is one alteration I wanted to make, and they haven’t questioned me or tried to change my mind. They actually gave me several options to choose from! Also, with our groomsmen & dads, we went to another business that wanted to charge $100+ for each vest. We asked for options, they gave zero. I reached out to the girls at BE and instantly were there to my rescue! They cut the price in half, over half! The process is also super easy! It’s been a blessing to work with these ladies, they are angels! I would recommend them over and over! Gina, Emily, & Nicole are the 3 I have worked with and they are god sent! Personable, caring, and will listen to what you want and are looking for. The seamstress that I worked with (I think her name was Aubrey, I’m so sorry if that’s wrong) but she was god sent. She didn’t amazing and accomplished everything I had wanted. She totally redid the top of my wedding dress to fit more my style and nailed it! You feel like you’re part of their family! 10/10 recommend!

Everyone loved my wedding dress I purchased from Bridal Elegance! The staff are friendly and accommodating, and sent me a lovely text the day of our wedding. I thought the prices of their dresses were very fair, and they have a lot of really good discount programs if you pay in full, buy a dress cleaning/storage package, etc. Be sure to ask about discounts when you call to make an appointment! I'm actually kind of sad I don't have an excuse to go back to the store anytime soon! The salon has a very relaxing and inviting atmosphere. I hope to be back for a dress to wear for a vow renewal ceremony in a few decades!

Bridal Elegance was my first choice of bridal salons to go to, not just because of their proximity to where I live, but also because of their great selection. In fact, I purchase the second dress I tried on, attesting to the wonderful preparation my stylist had done in pulling samples for me. All steps in the process were made nice and easy for me, from purchase, to alterations, to now sending the dress for cleaning and preservation after my wedding. And if wedding planning is ever a bit too stressful, they even offer massage! Everybody at Bridal Elegance is wonderful to work with and I can't wait to take advantage of yet another service they offer, an on-site realtor, to help my husband and I enter this next chapter of our lives together.

Had an amazing experience finding my dream dress at Bridal Elegance this past weekend. As soon as the doors opened I was welcomed by their receptionists Jess and Sarah. My stylist Angie showed my group to our area, and got all the details of what I was looking for. My dress ended up being the 2nd dress I tried on. Every dress I tried on after I kept going back to the one comparing it. That was how I knew it was the one. With their great discount program I found my dress and stayed on budget. Highly recommend!

My mom, Grandma and I went into Bridal Elegance today. We were quickly helped by Emily, who was wonderful! She was personal, uplifting, bubbly, and kind. I ended up finding my dream dress and Nicole helped us with the final details. The ladies their were absolutely amazing. I would recommend them in a heart beat!

I had the best experience here! Not only did they have a great selection of dress the staff was absolutely amazing.

Wow. I made an appointment through their easy online scheduling process and never returned their call for conformation which resulted in my appointment being cancelled. Nevertheless they were able to fit me in and give me a fabulous experience. Emily even came in early to help me find a dress. They let me pull A TON of dresses and made sure I never felt as though my time there was limited. I ended up purchasing the dress off the mannequin in the front window that I had fallen in love with from the street. They were able to give me a fabulous deal and just made the whole day so sweet. I never felt pressured to hurry or buy. I would highly recommend.

First place you need to go when you’re bridal dress shopping! I found my dress within an hour and the staff was amazing! Would 100% recommend Bridal Elegance to any brides in the West Michigan area. The service and staff are unmatched!

I searched for a bridesmaid dress for so long for my girls. I wanted the something different but classy. I feel in love with basically all of Hayley Paige designs but they were not cheap. I called around and found them to be significantly cheaper at Bridal Elegance than at other stores and we found the perfect dress for my girls here. They had a huge selection of bridesmaid dress in general. My girls are scattered across the world and they were wonderful at coordinating and taking my many calls about timing, even called the warehouse to check on processing my order. I already had my gown by the time I found Bridal Elegance but would have started here for that as well if I knew of them. I had a great experience and would definitely recommend them for your bridal and bridesmaid needs!

The ladies at Bridal Elegance are great. From the desk when you first walk in, to the bridal consultants, and ESPECIALLY the seamstresses, my dress turned out amazing. If you are looking for a personal experience, make an appointment. I bought a full-sleeve ballgown and ended up with a custom spaghetti-strap gown tailored perfectly to my shape. PS: Please put the bridal gowns back in the main bridal salon. They deserve to be on display rather than bridesmaids options. :)

Beyond amazing and outstanding service. We had awful luck at other bridal shops and walked into Bridal Eligance and immediately my experiences were turned around. This place is by far the most amazing place.one of my favorite parts was that they had a huge selection of plus size dresses to pic from!Nicole helped me out and she it literally the best person ever! Truly a blessing and made my experience a great memory! And I said YES to the dress!

I can not say enough positive notes about my bridal appointment. We came to the store by accident- as we had an appointment somewhere with a similar name- and they were more than happy and accommodating to take my large group on the fly. Jessica was great at assisting with dress choices and making me feel comfortable during my first time trying on dresses. I left with the second dress I tried on, plus a veil! Thanks again for a great experience helping me find ‘the one’!

I loved the team at Bridal Elegance - I purchased my dress and veil there (and belt, which is coming later in the story) and got my alterations down with their seamstress team. My seamstress was amazing - while I needed lots of adjustments due to losing some weight, she saved some of the extra lace for me to use in the future (maybe for a child or memory) and surprised me with it in an envelope, such a sweet touch. Also, I changed my mind about wanting a belt around my dress so she suggested making it into a head piece and put clips on it. It was PERFECT. She saved the day! Can't say enough good things about Bridal Elegance.

To say I enjoyed this bridal consultation would be an understatement. To start, I had to be off-script and schedule an appointment outside of their open hours due to my work schedule. They were SUPER accommodating and Jess offered to work with me during that time. We walked through the dresses and myself and two of my bridesmaids literally pulled the most perfect dress off the rack. Although we tried that dress first, Jess walked us through a handful of other gowns before going back to the original. She had answers to all my questions and made the process so easy. Amazing dress and the easiest process I could have imagined, all thanks to Jess and the shop!!

I had an amazing experience here! I was super skeptical coming in as I had heard some mixed reviews but honestly I had the best experience, my consultant was not pushy made sure to have me look in the mirror and give honest opinions in the dressing room before even going out. I did not end up finding my dress here but left feeling confident and hopeful. I can’t recommend them enough!

Overall, we had an amazing experience with bridal elegance! I absolutely loved my dress! Great selection and the staff is so friendly and always provided great recommendations. We also purchased the MOB dress here, which was stunning. We did run into a few issues with the seamstress, but the manager Jamie always made everything right! Jamie and the front desk staff are life savers!

I had been to five other bridal shops before I visited Bridal Elegance and had no luck finding the perfect dress. My first experience here was excellent- I tried on many dresses and finally landed on "the one"! Since I found mine here I wanted my bridesmaids to as well and this experience was not as pleasant as my own, but we loved the variety of options offered and both of my girls found a dress they were happy wearing all day long. My June wedding was more than I could have imagined! I visited Bridal Elegance many times leading up to the wedding and whenever I saw Nicole was working, I knew the experience would be just what I wanted! Thank you for all of your patience and kindness during this exciting time!

Heidi and the whole crew at Bridal Elegance, were all amazing. Heidi listened to what I was looking for in a dress, then threw in some options I never knew that I wanted. I don’t think that there are enough kind words to say about all of our experiences at Bridal Elegance! My father and myself came in on a Thursday and found my dress which Mrs Carol made to fit me like a glove! My fiancé at the time (HUSBAND NOW) came in and picked out the perfect tuxedo! Our little Flower girl loved her dress! And our entire wedding party also had amazing experiences! The entire staff is friendly, helpful and puts up with goofballs like my fiancé and two little boys! I love them and would recommend them to everyone!

My experience at Bridal Elegance was great. The folks there were very kind, and I happened to find my dress the first day I visited. I had picked a private designer (heads up brides, that might mean it’s one of a kind and you can’t order in your size, which I wish they would have told me!), so my alterations request was significant. I was bringing a size 8-12 down to a 2 and there was a lot of lace involved!! However, their seamstresses are also awesome and my gown shocked and amazed my family and friends on the big day. I definitely recommend this place over a David’s bridal or any regular retail store!! Experience is night and day.

This was my first time shopping for a dress. I am a plus size woman and there were dresses I could actually try on that nearly fit where I felt comfortable enough to show my party. Taylor was my stylist and she was so great. I was nervous when coming in and she made things much easier and more comfortable. Completely fantastic experience! I came in without an appointment hoping to find my particular tea length wedding dress. We walked right in and the first dress I tried on was my perfect gown! Since I was coming from an hour away, we made alterations appointments closer to home. When my seamstress suddenly passed away before my appointment, Bridal Elegance was happy to quickly make appointments to get my dress altered before the big day. They went above and beyond for me and my mom’s dress! Go there!

I absolutely loved my experience at Bridal Elegance. This was the second wedding shop that I went to, and the first dress I put on, was the won I bought at Bridal Elegance. A lot of the staff at this salon are volunteers, and you truly wouldn't know that. I say that because they are all so nice, accomodating, and love their time spent at the store! So much so, that my consultant started crying when I said "Yes to the dress" and she made me ring the bell! Nicole was her name, and she was such a sweetheart. I continued to see her for my follow-up appointments for alterations, dress fittings, etc. and she remembered me every time. That is customer service! That is what every bride deserves when they are trying to find their perfect dress. You don't want to feel like you're just another bride, because you aren't. You are THE bride in that moment, and it's your day. This is why I would highly suggest Bridal Elegance to anyone that asks!

Bridal Elegance was very professional and I enjoyed working with them, although to get a discount on anything you need to have three ways to pay! My dress was beautiful and delivered on-time, and they also made a bustle for me which was finished in good time. I would give them five stars if their services didn't feel a bit overpriced!

Bridal Elegance did an amazing job helping me find THE dress. My stylist, Sarah, was very attentive and understood my style perfectly. She found a dress that was exactly what I was looking for even though I didn’t even know what I was looking for. She helped me realize it was the one by asking me which one would I want my fiancé to see me at the end of the aisle in and that was it, I knew.

Just got my dress! Megan was so great and very helpful with everything. She was extremely informative but NOT pushy which made things a lot less stressful. I was referred by three of my friends who bought their dresses there over the past 8 years, and I would recommend them to anyone else.

THIS PLACE IS AMAZING! They are so patient, so kind and truly care about each bride they work with! They do everything in their power to make your experience exceptional, and they take pride in having happy customers! I got my wedding dress there and all 6 of my bridesmaids dresses and the service on each one was amazing! They also have amazing seamstresses on hand and will store tour dress for you for as long as you want besides your wedding! Highly recommend!!

I could not have had a better experience at Bridal Elegance! I had been to 2 shops already and was feeling a little discouraged about finding THE dress that I LOVED. We had narrowed down the style and look I really liked, but hadn’t found anything I loved that day. The previous shops had their dresses separated by price, and Bridal Elegance had them separated by style, which made it SO much easier! I only had to go to one rack and found a bunch of dresses that were exactly what we had narrowed down that I liked. And guess what.... THE DRESS was there and was the first one I tried on. It was everything I could have possibly wanted in a dress! And the other ones I tried on I liked better than the previous shops! Very high quality, beautiful gowns! Gina was my consultant and she was so fun to work with. I still tried on other gowns just because, but I knew that was the one. At the end, I put it on again and Gina found the PERFECT headpiece and veil and my look was complete!! I said yes to the dress and we had a little party! It was such a relief and such a pleasant experience after being let down at the other shops! Oh and the best part... they had a deal for 30% off in-stock gowns that week and mine was in-stock! Plus I got 5% off everything for it being a weekday, 5% off everything for it being more than 9 months before the wedding, and 5% off everything for it being my first trip to the shop. I ended up getting the gown, headpiece, & veil for under $1400 when the gown by itself was originally $1725!! I could not recommend this shop enough! Beautiful gowns and a great experience! Gina was my favorite consultant of all the shops I had been to and was genuinely fun and excited about me finding my perfect dress.
