I had a great experience at Bridal Gallery when searching for my wedding gown! The consultants were friendly and educated with all things bridal and helped me choose the perfect gown for me and my big day! The selection that they have is incredible and very well organized. It was super easy to find what I was looking for with out breaking the bank! The prices are fair and the quality of their gowns are phenomenal. The seamstress that they work with also did a great job on my wedding gown to make it exactly how I wanted it to fit! Easy and comfortable atmosphere, they did not make me feel super pressured into buying. They were transparent and truly had my best interest in mind when helping me select my wedding gown! I would definitely recommend all brides check out Bridal Gallery for their bridal needs!

I am completely turned away from this shop, and am even more nervous about finding my dream dress and not settling. I was looking for a very specific, discontinued dress, in a plus size. I clearly stated I needed a 26 (or around) and then asked if they had any other styles similar in my size if not that specific gown. I was told that "although she didn't know my size, the designer has a size 6, 8, and 10 that could be ordered but would be final sale". Which means blindly ordering a dress. No other options or similar styles were recommended. Being plus size, I have been extremely nervous about not settling on a dress and to be told that the one dress I am looking for, that is discontinued, could be ordered in sizes I wouldn't even remotely be able to fit into by the time my wedding comes, let alone even try on now was infuriating and heartbreaking. The assistant manager at best skimmed through my email. At this point, ready to just give up on dress shopping and a dream dress.

I was SO nervous to look for wedding dresses. It seemed like such an overwhelming experience and I was so anxious about it. My experience at Bridal Gallery was everything I needed! I felt so relaxed and felt attended to. I ended up buying a dress my first day of searching! I highly recommend them, especially if you’re feeling nervous like I was :)

Being a plus size girl I was very nervous and really not looking forward to dress shopping. The girls at Bridal Gallery were amazing, I had so much fun, found my dream dress and felt amazing! Bridal gallery by far had the best selection of dresses and kindest people while I was dress shopping. I went to many different shops in the Grand Rapids area and ended up seeing many of the dresses again at Bridal gallery, making me wish I had started here. The consultants asked great questions and really let us lead the appointment. They were able to hear what we were looking for and guide us to the right dresses. Even though I didn't get my dress here, it was a great experience!

I got my dress at Bridal Gallery and loved the experience and the dress. I went to David's bridal as well and hates the experience and dress selection. At Bridal Gallery, I had one on one service the whole time, very friendly, personal, and their attention to detail was amazing. They listened to what I wanted, made suggestions when I needed but I didn't feel pressured or rushed. They were considerate of my budget and of what I wanted and found a dress that fit both. My friend got married a few years ago and got her dress there my bridesmaid dress so when I was looking for my wedding dress, I started there. I got so many compliments on my dress and my husband cried when he first saw me in it on our wedding day.

We went shopping for bridesmaids dresses and found the one at the Bridal Gallery. I made an appointment with them and we were able to pick out dresses that we liked and have different girls try them on to look at pros and cons. They were extremely helpful through the whole thing! We ended up with some beautiful dresses that had pockets!! A couple of the girls had to take their dresses to get tailored but for the most part everyone’s fit and looked gorgeous on wedding day!

Bridal Gallery was so helpful and amazing at providing bridal gown services right up until the week of my wedding! Highly recommended both for dress purchases and alterations :)

Bridal Gallery was my first stop in searching for a wedding dress. I didn’t have a terrible experience by any means, but I did feel like it was kind of lackluster. There’s a lot of the same kind of lace in every shape of dress, and it seemed like there wasn’t much of a variety in size of the styles that I ended up liking. My consultant, Laura, was helpful in finding more options when I finally decided on the fit and style that I liked, but I didn’t feel like we really jived. She didn’t ask me any questions about my wedding, my fiancé, or even who was with me at the appointment. I was a little disappointed in the overall lack of energy of the store, as it was pretty quiet and a little awkward being so close to the other groups in the salon. This being my very first time dress shopping, I was pretty disappointed in the experience. I was hoping for something a little more fun and upbeat. I did have another appointment at a different salon the very next day, and I felt like it better reflected what I was looking for in my dress shopping experience. It could just be a difference in the type of crowd at each place, but I do think it’s helpful to know what the ambiance is like, and that everywhere is different.

I love this place! Katelyn my consultant was super helpful and passionate. Never felt rushed once.

We had used Bridal Gallery before to find bridesmaid dresses for another wedding, and came back to look for my dress remembering that they were so helpful and willing to accommodate. I can only say more of the same after my visit. Our stylist, Samantha, was upbeat, fun, and continued offering honest advice and help throughout the whole appointment. She was never more than a few steps away to button, clip and tie dresses and gather trains. She also was considerate of my budget and did not offer dresses I could not afford. All in all, she was a wonderful person to work with and I will be looking to Bridal Gallery again for my won bridesmaids, flower girl and will continue to recommend them to brides looking for a stress-free experience.

I absolutely loved my dress! So many compliments. I had to drive from Traverse City to Grand Rapids but they were so accommodating to my schedule and time frame. Always helpful, always professional, and I will always recommend them.

Bridal Gallery was very helpful in helping me find my dress. From the moment I walked in someone was there assisting me and learning exactly what I wanted. loved my experience. this was my first and only bridal appt. i cancelled the other two because i found my dress at bridal gallery. they have you pick out dresses you would love to try on and it was like katelyn knew what i was looking after the ones i picked that i tried on wasnt working for me. i also loved getting a thank you card after purchasing my dress and them letting me know that it has been ordered. cant wait til it comes.

This was our second stop in bridal gown searching. I was weary due to the location being further out than others but I am so thankful. Everyone was more than pleasant! We had a larger group, which they accommodated gracefully knowing that this is already a once-in-a-lifetime day for a bride. The assistant , Katie, was perfect. She knew how to make me comfortable, have fun, really look at each area I loved and didn't love and we found the one! Honestly the day, and Bridal Gallery, couldn't have been more than perfect. I was so sad when the appointment was over because it truly was the most amazing experience! Thank you ladies!

I visited Bridal Gallery from Chicago for a Maggie Sottero trunk show. During my first visit to the store, my consultant Katelyn was phenomenal. She pulled all the dresses I wanted to try on. When I found my dress, she then assisted us with finding a veil and the perfect belt for the dress. The sample size of my dress was very large, and Katelyn made the dress look like it fit me using the clips. I chose to have their seamstress Aubrey complete my alterations, and she and Katelyn made things so easy for me knowing I was coming from out of town. The dress turned out exactly as I had pictured, and I would recommend Bridal Gallery, Katelyn, and Aubrey to anyone looking for a wedding dress. I received compliments on my wedding dress all night long, and it was all thanks to Katelyn, Aubrey, and Bridal Gallery.

One and done! This place was amazing and I didn't have to go anywhere else! With 3 months until my wedding Bridal Gallery had a large assortment of 'off the rack' dresses to choose from. I ended up with a gorgeous dress within my price range better than I could have ever imagined. I also got my dream mantilla veil which they were able to quick order! The staff were all helpful and kind, ask for Samantha she is awesome!

I had such a wonderful, easy, and fun time finding my dress. Throughout the whole process to finding my dress, the first fitting, alterations and phone conversations, all the staff has been super helpful! They couldn’t have made the process any more smooth. They were flexible with my times as we were coming from out of town, yet still made it work. Katelyn specifically made me try on dresses of all different types to make sure I knew what I wanted. (Even a ball gown , fun!)

While looking for my wedding dress and having the alterations done , the staff were very helpful! They were very knowledgeable about the dresses and what would look good for me. The dress was out of my budget by a bit; instead of just insisting/encouraging the sale they let me know there was going to be a trunk show for that designer that next week. To be that was amazing. I would recommend this place for every bride

I went to other 2 bridal shops and this is by far the best in terms of variety and quality of dresses, and professionalism! I worked with Paula. I chose a few dresses that I wanted to try on, she immediately understood my style and suggested one dress that I had not selected... I tried on her suggested dress and as soon as I tried it on it was clear: that was my dress! Ordered it that day and can’t wait to get it! Dresses are very reasonable and the expertise of the consultants is definitely the reason to chose this bridal shop!

I loved my experience at Bridal Gallery! My two aunts, mom and I made an appointment last minute on a Saturday to try on wedding dresses. I loved how they let me choose the dresses I wanted to try and they didn't push me towards any certain style. They didn't rush me when I tried on probably 20 dresses until I finally chose the one! I also liked how they allowed my mom to help me in/out of dresses whereas other places would not allow that - it made it more of a fun experience for my mom and I to share together. Have nothing but good things to say about this store!

My sister bought her dress there and she loved it, but my consultant was older and wasn’t the greatest with customer service. Felt rushed. They do have tons of dresses though!

When I went to buy my dress I was expecting to shop around for awhile. This was the second place I stopped and was so impressed with the professionalism of the stylists. They were very knowledgeable of their product and found the perfect fit for me. I didn’t like the top of this one dress but loved the bottom, she found me a dress with the same bottom and a beautiful top! She also fitted me with some straps because she knew that was important to me. After purchasing my dress I received a thank you card with a hand drawn picture of my dress and I thought that was a great personal touch! I would definitely recommend Bridal Gallery to anyone lookin for a dress!

I was thrilled with my experience at Bridal Gallery! After purchasing a dress in Toronto, only to have it come in sized so wring (I am a DD and the cups came in as an A), I had 6 months to get a dress and I was scared. My girlfriend recommended me to come and try out Bridal Gallery and set me up with Kate, who took SUPREME care of me! I was treated with respect, attention to detail, she made wonderful suggestions based on my tastes and I found the most lovely gown. Once the gown came in (close to the time we left but she was on it contacting Allure about shipping and updating me) and the fittings began, we had some challenges with the fabric itself (crepe) and it took 3x of fittings before we got the fit. Aubrey was outstanding in understanding the delicacy of the fit and my nerves surrounding using the dress for both a beach wedding and a formal, high-heel reception. They brought me peace of mind, and THAT is worth its weight in gold when it comes to bridal shopping. Thank you, Bridal Gallery, and especially Kate and Aubrey! Skip David's bridal and shop these guys - you won't be disappointed (which is why all the reviews are 5 stars) A+A+A+A+A+

Good selection of dresses with a good amount of designers. I had a great experience buying my dress, but the issues came when it came time for alterations. I specifically picked The Bridal Gallery for their onsite seamstress. When I picked up my dress I inquired about scheduling alterations before leaving and was told to call later since they didn't schedule appointments that far ahead (this was about 6 months before the time they suggested I call back to schedule an appointment). No big deal. I called the shop specifically when I was told and was informed that the seamstress' schedule was full and wouldn't be able to accommodate me. So not only did I waste my time traveling to Grand Rapids for an in-house seamstress, but I was turned away by every other seamstress I called from their list and others in my area because it was too close to my wedding date. So if you choose to check The Bridal Gallery out, make sure to double-check the "advice" they give you.

Bridal Gallery was everything and more for my bridal dress experience. I went in with somewhat of a mind set of what I wanted and what I didn't want. The lady who helped me (I am horrible with names) gave me what were like shower rings to walk around the store and put them on the hangers of the dress I wanted to try on. After I picked out about 5 dresses I started trying one by one on. When each one was on she would ask me what I liked and didn't like about it, from there she would find a dress that fit more of the criteria that was looking for. When I had "my" dress on I was standing in front of the mirror with tears in my eyes and as much as I wanted to say yes something was holding me back. The employee saw that and went to grab a belt and veil for me to see it all together. My dress came in before they said it would, and the alterations were great!! I got them done at Bridal Gallery and I would not have changed one thing. I was a little picky when it came to fit and the seamstress took her time, listened to what I had to say. Due to me living out of town and my wedding near GR they worked with me at every step and getting closer to the wedding I never had to worry about my dress. I recommend Bridal Gallery to everyone because you get the true bridal experience and more.

Where do I begin?! All of the ladies at Bridal Gallery are awesome. The consultants are extremely helpful in helping you find your dream gown. They were organized, helpful in scheduling appointments, and knowledgable. The store is neatly organized and labeled, which was helpful when choosing a gown. I also used the alteration services at Bridal Gallery and I was ver pleased. Aubrey, the seamstress, made sure my dress fit me perfectly and did a fantastic job. I would definitely recommending getting your gown from Bridal Gallery!!!

Loved loved loved my dress! Got it on a great deal in their clearance section. Some of the dresses there were a little out of my price range, but the clearance section still had beautiful dresses that fit my price range perfectly! The people there were incredibly nice and I had a great experience picking out my dress. The seamstress was also wonderful! I lost a lot of weight right before my wedding due to a medical condition and the seamstress was so willing to be flexible and to work with me. Would definitely recommend to a friend.

Love this place! I can't say enough great things about it. I found my wedding dress at Bridal Gallery - it was the first shop I went to and am so glad I did. I brought in a list of dresses I wanted to try, and ended up choosing one that the sales associate recommended and wasn't even on my list. After finding my dress, I had my alterations completed by their seamstress, who was amazing. I always felt welcomed, never rushed, and it seemed that everyone at Bridal Gallery was genuinely excited for our wedding. I would absolutely recommend Bridal Gallery!

My wedding gown was beautiful and everything from purchase to alterations to pick up was seamless and stress-free. The issues came more with the bridesmaid's gowns. Every girl that got their measurements taken at the store had a dress two to three sizes too big for them and had to get them significantly altered. I understand that alterations are almost always necessary, but if the dresses are consistently running as large as they did for my bridal party there is an issue that needs to be addressed with how measurements are being taken.

I found the Bridal Gallery last minute online one day as my mom was unexpectedly in town and I wanted to try on dresses while I was here. I worked with Amanda and Judy while there and it was such a wonderful experience. I LOVED my dress and their in house seamstress was amazing. I couldn't have been happier with my dress or experience.

I had a great experience with Rachel at Bridal Gallery. I liked their "ring" system where you tagged the ones you wanted to try on and they brought them to the room for you. I also really liked that the dresses were organized by style and not by size. Made it very easy to see all of the dresses in the style I was looking for. Rachel was also not pushy and was able to help us with an outside opinion when asked. I just purchased my dress and am looking forward to returning in November to pick it up!

Excellent collection of dresses. This was the only place in the area that had a wide array of the wedding dresses I was interested in trying on: classy, elegant, unique dresses WITH sleeves. They had my favorites from Mori Lee, Maggie Sottero, and Allure. I contacted them several months early to reserve my appointment and they still had all of those samples by the time of my appointment, whereas other stores had sold all of them before I arrived. They ended up being out of power due to a totally random storm, but were apologetic and squeezed me in the day they opened back up and never made me feel rushed. My consultant was professional, would help me get in and out of dresses quickly, and wasn't pushy. They even had all the dresses I'd inquired about ready to go in my dressing room by the time I arrived! They did a good job with the clips, and though I'm not a tiny size, they made me look good in every dress I tried on. They were knowledgeable about potential alterations and even found the perfect veil for the dress I chose. I'm glad that they provide alterations on site. When I was deciding between 2 different dresses, multiple staff members voiced their opinion in a very helpful manner, discussing the style/theme/appropriateness for the venue.

I worked with Rachel on the day of my bridal appointment and she was so sweet and amazing! Their team gives you rings to mark which dresses you'd like to try on and then they pull them and help you in the dressing room. The floor is very organized, by style of gown and then by price so it's easy to target your search if you know what you want. Rachel was so helpful in finding styles that fit my body and personality. She was honest with what looked better on me and I really appreciated that! To top it off, she sent me a thank-you card with my dress drawn on the inside:) So sweet and personalized! I highly recommend Bridal Gallery:)

My experience at Bridal Gallery was fantastic--I cannot say enough great things. I had not gone dress shopping prior to going to Bridal Gallery and brought four of my family members with me for a scheduled appointment. Katelyn assisted us with everything and spent plenty of time and attention with us. She listened to all our feedback and ended up picking out the perfect dress! It took trying on different color variations, styles, etc after thinking we had picked the one. Eventually with the subtle changes we found the perfect combination and I love my dress!

Bridal Gallery was exactly what I was hoping for in a bridal salon. You get personalized attention and you don't have to deal with a big corporation. I had heard horror stories from people going to big name stores and having bad experiences, so this was the first and only store I visited and I found my dress within two hours. Don't be scared off by the small size--there are still plenty of dresses to choose from. I also used the in-house seamstress with great success, and my bridesmaids all got their dresses there as well.

Everyone is very nice and very helpful would come here again but this is the only time I'm getting married but I will let my friends know for sure.

I had an amazing experience with Bridal Gallery from start to finish, and not just because I ended up choosing the first dress I tried on! Their customer service is phenomenal - I never felt rushed or unimportant. And I loved the hand-written card I received to let me know my dress had arrived! My bridesmaids also purchased their dresses from Bridal Gallery and their expert seamstress did all of my alterations. From the moment I started shopping to the day I picked up my pressed, perfect dress, I have nothing but great things to say about Bridal Gallery!

This place had just what I was looking for! I worked with bridal consultant Amanda and she was amazing! I had an idea of what I wanted and she had such a great eye for what would look fabulous on me. They also have a great price range of dresses there, very affordable! I would highly recommend Bridal Gallery for any newly engaged bride to be!!

I can’t say enough about the wonderful service I got here! The people are helpful, friendly, and work with your schedule. I had a relatively short engagement and was worried about getting my dress and veil in on time and still be able to have alterations completed as well. But to my surprise my dress and veil were in early and they worked me in right away for alterations. Very happy with the service and my dress fits perfect and at home ready for my wedding this weekend!!

Bridal Gallery is the best! They have the best selection of any store I had been to. They are constantly updating the selection and keep everything in style. The seamstress is amazing! She did my alterations perfectly. Couldn't have hoped for a better experience.

I can't say enough good things about Bridal Gallery! Every single person in the store was incredibly kind and helpful. They use a ring system so you can walk around the store and tag dresses you want to try, which my mom and I loved! I worked with Katelyn who was super sweet, and one of my favorite things about her was that she kept her opinion about the dresses I tried on to herself until I said how I was feeling. At the first store I went to, my consultant commented on every dress, so I felt like she was just trying to make a sale and didn't truly care about helping me find my dream wedding gown. Not so at Bridal Gallery! I found my dress, and I would recommend this place to anyone! Thanks to Katelyn and everyone at Bridal Gallery for making this bride's dreams come true!
