I had a wonderful experience at Bridal Gallery & would highly recommend it! My consultant Vanessa was amazing - she was so positive and supportive. She listened to what I wanted and when I wasn’t sure of something, she gave advice that was helpful but not overbearing. I will be recommending Vanessa to all of my Orlando friends getting married. The space itself was great. I loved that it was organized by style.. so smart. It was a great place for my mom, sister & friend to sit on the couch and watch & be involved. And I said yes! :)

3 years ago my twin sister found her dress at Bridal Gallery of Orlando and had a great experience with Yram. When I started planning my wedding recently, I knew I wanted to go there as well and work with Yram myself! I had some insecurities about finding a dress that was flattering on me, but I found such a beautiful dress that I felt amazing in. I can’t wait to wear it! Yram does such a great job at finding the right dress for you and your body type. I appreciated his expertise and his positive attitude and support! I highly recommend him and Bridal Gallery of Orlando.

Had such a wonderful experience with Yram!! This was the first and only dress shop I visited since he did such a great job! He had fantastic dress choices based off my wants! (Editing to add phots of the dress! The seamstress at this location worked her magic and you could not even tell my dress was bustled!!)

Great place to help find your perfect dress! This was the very first place I went to try on dresses. The stylist put me in every style to start off with so I could get a sense of what I liked. Thank goodness she did because I ended up with something different than what I came in for and it was the perfect dress. Staff was so friendly, very clean place, and huge selection of dresses. I even got my dress tailored there and it came out perfectly! Thank you again for all of your help.

I'm so glad I found this boutique! our stylist Brittany was absolutely wonderful. I found my dress because of her. She listened to every detail.

I searched for my dress for over a year. I tried every shop in Orlando multiple times. I had gone to Bridal Gallery Couture in Dr. Phillips with high hopes, but I couldn’t find a dress. The consultant, Anna, refused to give up on me, however. She insisted that I make an appointment with their sister shop, Bridal Gallery Of Orlando for the following day. I showed up at Bridal Gallery Of Orlando the following day and was there for hours. The consultants kept bringing me dresses, refusing to give up. That’s when I found her. They took into account t everything I was saying, and eventually, the clouds parted and the birds sang and I found my dress. It didn’t stop there though. After they made the sale, they continued to know me by name when I called. They’d let me come by the shop to look at the floor model while I waited on the arrival of *my* dress. I’d come in after hair and makeup trials and they’d put me in the floor model. Hiram and Anna made me feel like a celebrity every time I walked in the door They are a very busy store, and do alterations in shop, so they only do one fitting for alterations.

Shay was amazing! I loved when I actually had emotion shown by the representative helping me which I did not find at some bridal salons. Shay was great and helped me so much in finding my gown!

This was my second shop for wedding dress. Let’s just say, the best experience ever!!!! I loved IRUM! I had two hours to find a dress instead of one hour. I can’t wait to put my dress back on when it arrives.

I found my perfect dress thanks to the Bridal Gallery! They were very helpful in recommending dresses that matched my "dream dress" while also recommending their picks they thought I may like, which one of them ended up being my dress!

I have so much appreciation for bridal gallery! They truly are all so friendly and helpful and work as an amazing team. I spent most of my time with Daisy, Ellie and Anna. My process started as a distraught bride Anna took me in same hour same day and squeezed me in. Not only did she go above and beyond she put my dress ideas into full effect. I had all these ideas but no clue what I was really looking for. I ended up buying 2 dresses that day! Both that she challenged me in and I fell in love with. I then bought a third amazing dress. None of my purchases were pressured Anna was so patient and understanding. This ended up being so fun for me to have these different styles. Ellie was there from the first appointment to reassure how perfect I would look on my wedding day and brought her creatively to the table. Ellie I must say is the fairy godmother of wedding dresses!! NOT kidding! She really customized all my dresses to make them more ME! The amount of work she did I didn’t even know was possible but she is an artist and knows what she is doing! She works endlessly and so diligently to make everything so perfect. I also want to thank Daisy for all her help as well she was so delightful to work with! Fast forward to my wedding day all of my choices made me feel so amazing and came out so beautiful! I could not have pulled it off without these amazing ladies! They are so professional and truly care about their brides!

I had the best experience at Bridal Gallery. My appointment was with Shea, and she was fantastic. I never felt rushed, or pressured into purchasing a dress while I was there. She never pulled or recommended dresses to me me that were over my budget. She listened to what I liked and didn't like about the previous dresses I tried on and then picked out my dream dress. I couldn't be happier, the entire process was great, I definitely recommend them.

Best experience ever! I came in looking for a specific dress and they had it out and ready for me when I came in for my appointment! tried it on and fell in love right away! had to come back the next day before saying "yes to the dress"! and then came time for the alterations.... I was able to take home my dress after the second fitting. the first fitting they pinned up my dress in 20-30 minutes (and it was an A-Line dress so lots of layers) and then the second fitting, i tried on the dress and it fit so perfectly!! The full staff was amazing and so helpful and kind and truly have the passion to help those looking for their dream wedding dress!

This was the first experience I had looking at dresses & WOW OH WOW was I blown away from the kindness and patience Tracy had with me. She was so helpful in finding the dress I truly felt and looked most beautiful in for my wedding. I cannot recommend Bridal Gallery Orlando enough, especially Tracy!

I absolutely love my dress and experience at Bridal Gallery! Yram was amazing at helping me find my perfect dress! The second dress i tried on was the one! Even after saying yes to the dress, Yram put on the perfect accessories to tie it all together. I didnt even have to look at other options. The atmosphere of bridal gallery is simply magical and welcoming. I highly recommend!

I absolutely loved my experience here, I found my perfect dress and my experience with the staff was my best experience ever. Before Bridal Gallery I went to four different shops and again the staff at Bridal Gallery made all the difference in the world, friendly, extremely informative and I wouldn’t trade this experience for anything!

While I did not purchase my dress here, the customer service and attention to detail were phenomenal!!! My consultant Shey was such a sweet heart and she listened intently to everything I said I’d like and won’t like. She helped me do different sleeves for strapless dresses, many many different styles, and lots of belts to spice up some dresses. The boutique is very clean and I love the vibes they give off. I would 100% recommend this place!!!

I said yes to the dress at Bridal Gallery today!! It was my first time ever looking for wedding dresses and I had no idea what to expect. Shea was AMAZING. She made me feel so comfortable and let me and my family look around freely, while taking note of everything I was looking for. She knew which dress was “ the one” for me right from the beginning! I found my perfect dress at the very first store and am so grateful to the team. A magical experience and I will recommend it to everyone!!

I had my first ever bridal appointment here on April 10. My consultant was Shea, and she is AMAZING. She took time to explain the dress-picking process, and genuinely seemed to care about my answers to all of the questions she asked throughout the appointment (even the ones which had no bearing on my dress). I never felt rushed or pressured. In fact, I narrowed it down to two dresses I really liked but neither felt quite right, and she encouraged me to try some more on and really think about it, and call her if I wanted to come back to say yes. I ended up finding “The One” at another shop, and if Bridal Gallery carried this designer I know I would have been able to say yes! I HIGHLY recommend Shea and the bridal gallery team. Not to mention the store is just GORGEOUS. Thank you Shea for making me feel like a real bride for the first time! I so appreciate your time and patience with me!

So happy with my dress! We went to several salons and ended up staying at Bridal Gallery Orlando. The team was helpful, professional and truly made the experience great! Alterations were a little more than expected but ended up being absolutely perfect and worth it. Would highly recommend.

I highly recommend Bridal Gallery. Shea was awesome to work with. She took her time with me and showed me multiple options until we found "the one." Any time I went to the store all of the staff was super helpful and friendly. I used the Bridal Gallery for my dress, veil, and alterations. The Bridal Gallery of Orlando was where I found my dream wedding dress from Morilee by Madeline Gardner! Yram was so fantastic and delivered the best customer service. All the positive reviews about Yram are true. I was the last appointment of the day and the store was empty so I had plenty of time and attention. The store was fun too because they were playing all Disney music that day. I was trying to come to a decision on the current dress I was wearing and Yram did the sweetest thing and started braiding my hair. He made made my hair into a little updo and put a veil on me. And with that, I could picture me on my wedding day wearing this dress! The seamstress even came over and helped pin my dress perfectly so I could see what it would look like without all the extra fabric. Needless to say I said yes to the dress!

I SAID YES! From the moment I walked into Bridal Gallery that atmosphere and aesthetic of the store just captured my heart. Yram was so warm, fun and welcoming he made the experience for my family and I very exciting and charming. Yram's decades of experience and attention to detail was nothing short of amazing. He has so much knowledge of gowns and the industry it really gave me so much comfort and trust in him. He asked so many questions to really get to know me as a bride and what I was looking for in a dress. He knew exactly what style I needed based on my body type and photos I brought in. It was even extra special that they let me look at the racks myself so I could look as well. I truly bonded with him and I cannot wait to bring my bridesmaids back to try on their dresses. We had a wonderful experience at Bridal Gallery. It was my second appointment of the day and I had already had a dress in mind. I went in keeping my options open and Evelyn, my consultant, had some great questions to help narrow down our search. She provided me with a mix of things my family or I wanted to see and some of her own. She was helpful, fun, and insightful and made the experience so easy. At the end of the day, I was able to say, "Yes to my Dress" and am so grateful for Bridal Gallery!

I'f I could give Evelyn TEN stars I totally would. I had gone into a few bridal boutiques before making an appointment with the bridal gallery. I am so happy I did! Evelyn took the time to understand me and my insecurities before helping me to select dresses. I had given her a idea of dresses I liked. When it came down to trying them on, she insisted on one dress in particular that she had picked. Once I tried it on there was no going back or taking it off. She picked a total winner and a stunning unique dress I never would of picked before . She truly knows her stuff and will help you every step of the way.

The salon where I bought my dress didn't offer alterations, so I went to Bridal Gallery Orlando when it was recommended to me. Biggest mistake of my life! They nearly ruined my dress and it took me begging for a manager six times before one came running up (and not at the urging of the girl who was doing my alterations). They tried to charge me to fix their mistakes, too! Luckily they fixed my dress, but after being in their store for over 3 hours one day, I would tell any and all brides to STAY AWAY from this place, especially for alterations! I also had them add some extra snaps to the straps on my gown to make sure they wouldn't break day of if I wanted to dance. They assured me the snap they added would be supportive and not go anywhere... but it detached from the strap on my gown 20 minutes before the ceremony and I had to be sewn into the dress.

I loved my appointment at Bridal Gallery Orlando! I loved that I received ample time and never felt rushed. Yram was my consultant and had the perfect balance of pulling dresses he thought I would like while also letting me pull some on my own. I had a situation where some guests who were with a different bride were being opinionated about my final choice and Yram reassured me to be confident in my decision. I love my dress and wish I could wear it for more than just one day!

I took my daughter prom dress here for alteration three months ago and recently I came back to Bridal Gallery to get my gown alter for my son wedding. The gowns always came out so perfect. My husband loves the way I looked on our son wedding. I would highly recommended this place. Nancy altered my gown and the older seamstress altered my daughter prom gown. I wish I could have remember her name. Great place to bring your clothes to alter! This place is very clean, very large show room with so much beautiful gowns, staff are very professional, reasonable price and most of all their skills here are above excellent. I had the most fabulous experience at Bridal Gallery of Orlando. Yram was absolutely amazing and made me feel beautiful in everything I put on. I went to 2 other bridal shops, and I must say, the biggest thing missing from their shops was Yram. Not only did I find the perfect dress, I had the most perfect experience.

They’re the best ever! They didn’t have the dream dress I saw online, so they ordered it from the designer! Yram gave me the best experience; he was very honest and upfront about the dresses I tried on with his professional opinions. I ended up saying yes to the dress! Can’t wait to go pick the dress up!

From beginning to end Bridal Gallery gave me the best dress shopping experience imaginable! I had a disappointing experience at another bridal salon and wasn't feeling optimistic when I came here. The Bridal Gallery did a fabulous job on our wedding dress alterations! My wife and I both had our alterations done there and were very pleased with the results. Nancy took the time to properly fit and measure the dresses and we were both pleased with the results.

I went to the bridal gallery with my mom and my sister and they exceeded our expectations! We were impressed from the get go when we walked in. The building was bright, modern, with large windows and rows of beautiful wedding dresses out in clear view. I had called them a few days earlier to see if they had a dress I was interested in in stock. They were very nice and helpful on the phone and luckily for me, they did have the dress in stock. They set up an appointment for me and soon after that, I got an email to set up an account on their website. Their online system was great. I was able to pick out favorite dresses, including the one I was interested in. I thought it was just going to be used as a reference for them but when we came in, they already had some of those dresses I chose online waiting for me in my dressing room! We were greeted by Yram who took absolutely amazing care of us. He gave us time to look through dresses while my pre-choices were waiting for me. I tried on dresses and he pulled and added dresses based off of my feedback. They had a beautiful variety of dresses and I liked all of them! We saved the dress I was interested in for last and I ended up saying yes to it! We were so grateful for Yrams time, patience, and kindness. We were able to bond through a mutual love of lion king and he even got to experience what my moms bridesmaid dresses looked like:) We popped a bottle of champagne to celebrate me saying YES and even the garment bag for the dress was so fricken cute! 10 out of 10 would recommend the bridal gallery of Orlando and YRAM!!

I accompanied a friend to Bridal Gallery to find the perfect wedding gown. We had previously shopped at another local bridal store and were unimpressed with the dress selection and staff. Our consultant at Bridal Gallery was Yram and he is an absolute dream! His level of professionalism, knowledge of anything and everything bridal and warm personality were a perfect fit for the bride. After chatting with the bride to discover her preferences, vision for her wedding and look she was going for, he told us to pick some gowns we liked and he would pull some as well. Yram hit it out of the park with his selections! Not only did he listen to the bride's preferences but he pulled some options she may have never considered and made the shopping experience so much fun! Ultimately, my friend ended up saying yes to a dress that Yram picked for her. Throughout the appointment Yram made us feel comfortable and did not pressure the bride or push any particular gowns. Arranging my wedding from abroad, I had very little opportunity to travel back and forth to Florida. Because of this, I had to order my wedding dress very early and have my fitting when I was back in town - only a week before the wedding . Unfortunately, despite ordering the dress in March and having it arrive at the Bridal Gallery in July (since it was a Rosa Clara and made to order in Barcelona), my mother and I were shocked to find the wrong dress in the garment bag- only 8 days before the wedding. Despite the mix-up (Rosa Clara had made and sent the wrong dress), the ladies working at the Bridal Gallery of Orlando were very helpful and supportive. They immediately called the designer and arranged for a rush production of my dress with express shipping to Orlando. They assured me it would arrive Thursday, latest Friday before the wedding on Saturday. Thursday came and we were all relieved that the dress arrived. I was so grateful that Ellie and Angelena from the Bridal Gallery offered to drive it down to Bradenton (2 hours away) and do the alterations on-site in my hotel room. They were so calm and reassuring throughout the whole process. Despite the stress I was very happy, the dress fit perfectly and everyone loved it!

Ellie is amazing. After going to a different bridal salon numerous times for alterations I still wasn't happy with my dress. I then took it to Bridal Gallery and Ellie was so accommodating and knew exactly what she was doing. If you want to get your alterations done right the first time, go here!

Ruthie and the staff were so great to work with! They listened to my budget and didn’t show me dresses I couldn’t afford. Ruthie listened to my likes and dislikes and found me the perfect dress! Everyone was very attentive and made an appointment I dreaded a great experience!

My mom and I went bridal dress shopping here. This was our first store we visited and were blown away. We live in the Orlando area and we went to 5 other stores and this was the best one. They have an amazing selection of dresses and staff who are very professional and helpful. I ended up purchasing the second dress I tried on. The alterations here are amazing, the dress fit me perfectly. I also bought my shoes here- loved them- they are manolo blahnik. I would recommend this store to any bride!

I had already gone to 3 different bridal gown stores not finding exactly what I wanted and then I walked into Bridal Gallery and found my absolutely perfect David Tutera dress! It was everything I wanted in a dress, the perfect shape, just the right amount of lace and sparkly to it and it had the sleeves I wanted, just a hint of Great Gatsby! I fell in love with it the moment I put it on and my experience here at Bridal Gallery was top notch! The owner Ellie knows exactly what she is doing when it comes to alterations and making your dress your own! In addition, she is one of the sweetest and most accommodating of people that I have met when it came to my bridal dress journey. Her team there is extremely helpful, especially Brianna! She always made time for me when I needed to come in and check on how my dress was coming along. Ellie, Brianna and her team all helped my bridesmaids as well with their dresses they got from the shop and helped my mother find her dress there too that made her shine and feel great on her daughter’s wedding day! The whole experience was perfect at Bridal Gallery and I felt like a princess on my special day in my David Tutera gorgeous dress! Look no further for your bridal gown needs! -Allison Chick

I went there for my first bridal dress shopping experience and it wasn’t anything special. I felt like I was packed in with 2 other brides with their parties of 4+. We were on top of each other and I felt like I was being rushed through. There dress selection was okay. The store was nice but would’ve loved to have more space between patrons.

I’m a plus size bride and never once did they make me feel bad or that they couldn’t help me. They listened and understood what I wanted in a dress and I not only found my perfect dress but the alteration process was flawless and so accommodating. I was so glad I stumbled upon this salon via google.

Everything was great with this place until I got the dress. Turns out that they either measured me wrong or ordered to wrong size because my dress was HUGE on me (I don't fluctuate weight at all). Of course, they couldn't (or wouldn't) get a smaller size, so they wanted to charge me literally the price of the dress for the alterations. I ended up taking it someplace else who got it fixed by a fraction of what they wanted. They made the dress experience very stressful and the staff wasn't really willing to help, their attitude was... well there's nothing we can do about it.

My one regret is not buying my gown from Bridal Gallery! My mom actually bought her gown here and then we were so impressed with Ellie that we came here for my alterations. When I say Ellie knows what she is doing, she truly does! Go to her for everything, she is fantastic!!

This shop is fantastic- Ellie is wonderful! I bought mother of bride gown - stunning! And we brought our bride's gown here for alterations. The fitting was wonderful- and - the bustle turned out perfect (strong and sturdy and lies nicely!). Go to this shop- you will be amazed!

I came here as part of the bridal party. As soon as I walked in, I noticed the interior design that made the place look and feel classy. There were many beautiful dresses to look through and choose from. The employees were wonderful and helpful every step of the way. I can't wait to come back here to get my bridesmaid dress!

Ellie was fabulous to work with and made my dream wedding dress a reality! Ellie and her team at Bridal Gallery ordered a sample dress that I specifically requested, and even expedited shipping from California so it would be there the day of my appointment. It was the perfect dress! Ellie did my fitting and her team even stayed late to make sure I could pick up my dress the same day. She was wonderful to work with and a highlight of my wedding experiences!

I walked into Bridal Gallery just to begin to get some ideas and I was BLOWN AWAY at the amazing dresses they had as well as the incredible helpful staff. Not once did I feel rushed or unimportant. I soon realized I needed to come back, so I made an appointment and the fun started from here. They let me take all the time I needed and try on every single dress I wanted, even if it wasn't what I had previously said I had in mind. They were never discouraging only pointing out details and positives of each dress. I did go to another store, only to make sure I was choosing the correct dress and they never made me feel bad about it. The services and attention I received at the other place was incomparable. I returned to Bridal Gallery the same day and tried on the dress again! Not only did I find my dream dress, it was something I never could have imagined was out there! I have received endless compliments on it! Best part was all of their dresses were extremely reasonable on price. They had all ranges of prices, but all felt reasonable for what I was trying on. They also alter in store. Her attention to detail to fit my body was amazing and appreciated. She listened to my concerns and did everything to accommodate them; my dress fit like a glove after 1 fitting! I cannot say enough positive things about this shop. Thank you bridal gallery!
