We specialize in wedding gown Cleaning, Preservation and Restoration. We have been serving brides for over 25 years. All work done locally in-house. We have restored gowns as old as 150 years. Based on our experience and expertise, Hard Rock Cafe felt comfortable in giving us several garments of Rock Stars (that are displayed in all restaurants) with their autographs. We restored them without affecting the autographs. See several garments such as Tina Turner, Mick Jagger, David Bowie, Elton John, The Beatles and more... All gowns are processed In-House.

My wedding gown preservation came out amazing! My best friend recommended I come here and I am so glad I did. They did a great job making my wedding dress look brand new. Very kind people who are passionate about what they do! I drove almost 4 hours there and 4 hours back from Southwest Florida just to get my wedding dresses cleaned with them. They are truly the best. I looked at every bridal dress cleaner and preserver in the state and they had all wonderful reviews and I just knew I had to get it done with them. It’s a bit more expensive but 100% well worth it especially when you read some of the horror story reviews other places have. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my special custom dresses, and you shouldn’t either! It’s something you can never replace so why take the risk. I’m glad I didn’t. They even kept in contact with me throughout the entire process and sent me before and after photos and videos. The preservation boxes they come in have a little clear window so I can look at my beautiful clean dresses anytime I want! They got every single stain out, and it rained on my wedding day and my wedding ceremony dress that I took photos in was too big and heavy to have a bustle put in so it got dragged around in the mud and was very dirty on the bottom. We also travel a lot so I wasn’t able to make it in for about 8 months, I can’t believe they were still able to get everything out after all that time. They did a wonderful job and I highly recommend them! 10/10!!

All I can say is WOW. My mouth dropped when I saw my restored dress. After 5 years of being stored in a closet there was an unknown brown stain all down the front and bottom of the dress. We had taken my dress to another cleaner and they were unsure they would even be able to get the stains out I’m amazed at what Bridal Gown Preservation was able to do my dress looks good as new. I cannot recommend them enough!

Getting my wedding dress cleaned and preserved here was great. It was so dirty -- got married in a hurricane and then didn't get it cleaned for five years. It looks so clean and nice now!!! The owner was very communicative about availability and timelines and overall it was a great experience.

I had my wedding dress cleaned and preserved by Bridal Gown Preservation. Meena and her husband were very communicative during the process and they sent before and after pictures of the dress before it was boxed. My dress had gotten dirty on the bottom from taking pictures and now it looks new again. They box the dress neatly into a box with a window and then into another box, so it can remain preserved. I highly recommend them!

I used Bridal Gown Preservation for my daughters wedding gown. We had an evening outdoor wedding and her dress had a long train that bustled twice. Needless to say by the end of the night her dress was filthy. I didn’t realize for days later when I took it out of the garment bag. I thought it was beyond saving. I’m so grateful that I found Meena and Bridal Gown Preservation. They did an absolutely amazing job on her dress. They sent me pictures of the before as well as videos and pictures and videos of after. Her dress comes displayed in a beautiful box. This is a very professional business and I’m grateful for them. My daughters gown was the Disney Aurora gown with many customizations so it is irreplaceable. It is a large ball down with many many beautiful layers of tule and a long train. Avalon Cleaners did an absolutely beautiful job preserving her gown! It comes beautifully packaged in a gorgeous box with a window. It is displayed prettier than we expected! The people there were an absolute pleasure to work with. Very courteous and professional and when it took longer than expected they kept us up to date but calling us personally to apologize as they had a loss in their family and the gown took longer than anticipated. Highly recommend them.

Meena is wonderful. I dropped my gown off at their location in Avalon a few weeks ago. The entire process was very thoughtful. Meena sent me before and after photos of my dress, before it was put into the preservation box. The owner is so kind and I felt like I could talk to her all day without the need of feeling rushed. From the beginning, Mina and her husband have been nothing but outstanding! The customer service is bar none, Mina takes the time to listen to you and really knows her stuff about wedding dresses. My dress had crystals in it and I was very worried about ruining it. They magically made the dress look brand new! Meena was so sweet and humble, she is wonderful to work with and is really experienced. They did a wonderful job in cleaning my VERY dirty wedding dress from my wedding 1.5 years ago! It seriously came out like new! She was prompt and sent videos and pictures when it was ready prior to pickup. A bit pricey but it’s better than taking a risk for a cheaper place and not getting what you want. How they say in Spanish, “Lo barato sale caro.”

The best cleaners!!!! My husband and I got married during COVID in June 2020, and then had our reception for our 1 year anniversary. My dress has been sitting in my closet since moving to Florida and I wasn’t able to find a place to take it for a cleaning and to be preserved. I took my wedding dress here over a month after my wedding and they were able to get out every stain! The bottom of my dress was pretty filthy from dirt but now it’s spotless. They even replaced some of the buttons that came off on the back of my dress. They were very responsive and very fast! It only took about two weeks between drop off and pick up! They sent me detailed photos and videos of the before & after. The shop is run by a husband and wife and they are both very nice & professional. Highly recommend!

Brought my dress and veil here after my wedding. My dress has the usual stains you might expect at the bottom from walking around outside. After being cleaned here it looked like brand new. The price was a little higher than I expected but my dress was very detailed and she does everything in house so in my opinion it was worth it.

Meena was very helpful and communicative with having my dress cleaned and preserved! I realized when viewing the before & after photos how much dirt my dress actually accumulated during our outdoor wedding, so I’m happy to have my dress clean and ready for someday when it’s vintage! I sadly saw my relatives’ wedding dresses develop staining and yellow over time, so I’m very glad to protect my gown against time and nature. The process was much quicker than I expected and they do all the work in-house, super convenient for central Floridians.

I got a spot on my wedding dress the week before my wedding so I took it in for a spot treatment and it was ready the next day, and then I took my dress here to get preserved after the wedding. The customer service is wonderful and the turnaround time is unbeatable. They also send you before and after pictures to make sure you are happy with the results. My dress looks as good as new!

I was looking all over town for a reputable place to get my wedding dress cleaned and preserved, and am so glad I found this place! Before I brought it in, my dress was super dirty since we had an outdoor ceremony. Even though our wedding was almost a year ago, they did such an amazing job and were able to get all of the stains out — the dress looks like it has never been worn. BRIDES BRING YOUR DRESSES HERE!!! They worked absolute wonders on my w edding dress!! I had an outdoor wedding and my dress had a 12 ft. train, so it was beyond dirty— I thought it was irreparable. When they were done, my dress was good as new and preserved in a beautiful box. We drove over an hour to bring my dress here, and I am so glad we did. They had immaculate customer service and sent so many photos and videos of the progress, so I knew exactly what my dress looked like before they preserved it in the box. They also do all cleaning and preservations in-house so you don’t have to worry about your dress being shipped somewhere else. I truly cannot recommend this place enough!!

I decided to preserve my wedding dress from 2016 after my house flooded during Hurricane Ian. There wasn't additional damage to my dress, but it made me want to protect all the important memory items I had left! They did a great job cleaning the 6 year old makeup and dirt stains from the dress. The customer service was also great, they communicated well each step of the process.

I dropped off my filthy dress after eloping in Italy and the dress looks brand new after trusting them to clean it. I dropped it off without a problem and was sent my before and after photos directly to my phone a few weeks later! I can’t believe how great of a job they did and how good the customer service is. Absolutely take your dress here and trust them to make it as good as new!

Decided to go here for my dress preservation after reading all of the incredible reviews and they did not steer me wrong. Extremely professional. Gave me the cost immediately after assessing the dirt and damage and were thorough about the process. They sent me pictures of before and after prior to packaging it and gave me a call to ensure I was satisfied. Highly recommend! My dress looks like new!!

I had the most beautiful destination wedding but like most brides my dress was extremely dirty and in need of preservation after the wedding. Hesitant on who to use, I looked around and found that they had extremely high reviews. However I was saddened because I didn’t live nearby but really wanted to use them to preserve my dress. However, I called anyway and the owner was so understanding and allowed me to send it to them anyway. She was beyond helpful and made this process stress free. They even called with an update and made any repairs necessary. When finished, she even sent me before and after pictures and always provided an ETA. I cannot say enough and would recommend this company to everyone and anyone: Thank you thank you thank!

I took my wedding dress here to be cleaned after my wedding. There was a bunch of dirt on the bottom of my dress, but they cleaned it and it looks absolutely spotless now! They sent me before and after pictures before they put it in the preservation box and I'm super happy with the results! I highly recommend their services.

I highly recommend Bridal Gown Preservation for getting your wedding dress cleaned after the wedding. I had some stains on the train from our outdoor wedding and they were able to get all the stains out to make the dress look brand new!

These ladies are miracle workers! After my wedding 18 months ago, I packed up my dress and truthfully forgot about it. Until one day when I came across it again and was so sad to see all the dirt stains on the intricate lace train as well as some other stains on the bodice. I brought my dress to these ladies, hoping they'd be able to get it to look at least decent since it had been a while - but they made this dress look STUNNING, and brand new! They were very communicative through the process and sent me lots of before/after photos and videos. I can't wait to cherish this beautiful dress and memories for years to come with it being so clean and beautifully preserved now. Thank you, thank you!

I had my wedding day 7 months ago. After that day I tried to find the cleaners to clean my wedding dress which was so dirty from rain and dirt outside. Most of the place I found didn’t show any review that they had experience about wedding dress cleaning so I wasn’t sure to take my dress there. I found this Bridal Gown preservation from Google and then I saw the review on the knot. They had ‘before and after’ pictures of the wedding dress they cleaned, so I took the chance to this place. The lady I spoke to is very nice and helpful. After they cleanedmy dress they sent me the pictures, and I also checked my dress with my own eyes as well. It’s incredible clean!! It’s look like new, like I never wear it before. I’m very impressd, and think it’s the right decision to choose this place. I got it with preserve box and it’s stunning when I opened the box. I’m so glad that I picked this place.

I waited seven months after my wedding to get my dress cleaned. I know I know. There was a significant amount of discoloration and stains on the bottom of the dress due to the ceremony being outdoors. They were able to remove all of those things and make it look brand new!! I waited so long partially because I could not find a service that I truly trusted and this company showed up in my search and I was thoroughly pleased with the previous reviews they had as well as the proof of pictures from other brides. Definitely glad with my decision to give my dress to them

The second you walk in their store you’re treated like a longtime customer - Meena was very friendly and explained the entire refurbishing process. My wife’s wedding dress is thirty years old - never cleaned or refurbished and still had stains and discoloration around the bottom. We didn’t want to ship the dress out with no guarantee that it would even come clean. We received great communication before, during and after the cleaning process - the before and after photos are nothing short of amazing - the dress looks brand new! We cannot express how pleased we were with the entire process. We would highly recommend Avalon Park Cleaners.

I took my bridal gown here after 20 years of it hanging in the back of a closet. Within just a few weeks, they completely transformed it back to it’s original glory. I had not realized how much it had changed color over time. They are very helpful, friendly and professional. Highly recommend!

I took my wedding gown here after searching for a couple of months to find a cleaner I was comfortable giving my dress to. One of the biggest draws for me was the dress cleaning is done in house, no need to fear it being lost in shipment. They were very friendly and efficient. I received before and after pictures/videos and the dress looks better than it did before I wore it. I would absolutely recommend them to any bride looking to have their dress cleaned and preserved.

This company is well worth a visit. My daughter’s wedding dress is an important keepsake and I would not trust it to anyone else. It is now cleaned and preserved for future generations. Had my wedding dress cleaned and preserved with this company and it was the easiest thing! I was able to speak with both owners personally during the process and they were so sweet and professional. I did not have a specific time frame for my dress but they were able to have it back within 4-6 weeks which was amazing! I also had my veil dropped off and they were able to preserve it in the same box as my dress.

If you are looking for someone to preserve your wedding gown look no further! From the moment I reached out they have been so helpful and kind throughout the process. I was very nervous because my wedding dress had a lot of material and extra glitter fabric throughout. It rained on our wedding day and I was unsure if my gown could be saved or if anyone could fix it due to the glitter fabric used. When I went in they carefully explained how they would treat my gown and the process they go through. I also loved that they do everything themselves and do not ship out the gowns. My gown looks incredible! I am so happy with how it turned out and they are the best to work with. You will not be disappointed!

This place did a great job. I had two different wedding gowns preserved. The prices are very comparable to what I saw other brides saying for preservation costs. Best part is they do it in house so, you don't have to worry about it being shipped somewhere else. They text you before and after pictures also so, you can see for yourself the work that was done. Very nice couple that handles the preservation too. Definitely recommend them.
