I hired her very late in the game for our wedding and she stepped in and up to take care of everything I couldn't and helped me add true finesse to our whole wedding. She went above and beyond with planning and nailing down the timeline of our ...evening. Unfortunately she wasn't as on the ball on our wedding day and didn't even make it until maybe an hour in. She had various reasons but I can't help but be disappointed. Her husband Jared however was there early doing final touches and directed our entire ceremony with ease and elegance. I appreciated his calm and easy-going, upbeat attitude. He even was nice enough to help me with my bags and such when I first arrived at the venue. When Byrgundy took over though there was a few mishaps with some family being upset about not being called for photos and a variety of timeline issues that caused the caterer to feel rushed and it just wasn't as smooth as I had hoped it would go. I know I'm partly to blame for it, but we also had no idea it would be so painfully cold and unable to do pictures outside as planned for a full hour. I do feel our photographer was partly to blame with the missed people for photos but I think the final list wasn't provided and I or Byrgundy should have made sure everyone had it. There was also missing announcements for our wedding favors, photo station, and our guest heart frame. Not sure if that's the DJ's fault or what but I felt that was something that should not have been missed. Literally no one knew we had a photo station until the very end when my husband told his friends. I very much understand some of issues were of no fault of her though. Overall Byrgundy was a wedding savior and did more than I had initially thought possible. Our first DJ scammed us and I only realized 2 days before our wedding that we no longer had a DJ and Byrgundy magically found us one! I'm a little conflicted though because I swore she said she would be reaching out to all our vendors and maybe we could have known sooner. That ultimately was my fault though. We were so lucky and impressed with her speed and whole manner with how she addressed this massive issue. For that she's a real Rockstar! Overall my wedding was beautiful and I was satisfied enough with how it all went. My only other complaint is how poorly my wood flowers were handled during clean up, most of them are broken and have to be trashed. Even my bouquet was crushed. I know I can't change it and I should be appreciative with everyone who helped quickly clean up but I wish someone would have took charge and at least tried to box my flowers back up with a little care or let me do it. I know they were delicate and a pain to deal with but I would have easily stayed as long as needed to properly pack them back up by myself. All in all though Byrgundy would be a great asset to any special day, especially with the help of Jared.
