Best place to buy a dress. Sofia was amazing a helping pick my dress and my girls dresses. Tracy, the owner, was extremely accommodating and the seamstresses did a wonderful job with the alterations.

Sophia and the entire team at Bridal Suite of Centereach was absolutely amazing! They went above and beyond to make me feel so special and so comfortable and beautiful when I tried on dresses! I was very nervous that I wouldn’t find the right dress but Sophia reassured me that won’t happen and the minute I tried on a dress that very minute I would know that was the one and boy was she right! The dress I found was absolutely gorgeous and I wanted to add sleeves to it! Sophia and I talked about what I was looking for with adding sleeves and they exceeded my expectations when the dress arrived! It was more than I could have ever imagined! I was nervous that my husband wouldn’t love my dress and the minute he saw me his face just lit up completely which made me feel so beautiful! I highly recommend Bridal Suite of Centereach! I can’t thank them all enough for making my dress shopping experience amazing!

After visiting 4 bridal shops, I stumbled upon Bridal Suite of Centereach. Stacey was my consultant and was amazing. She really made me feel special. I also had my alterations done here and the women were lovely. They made sure the dress fit absolutely perfect. This was an overall great experience and I highly recommend giving the shop a visit.

Went yesterday to get my veil- they had an amazing selection with beautiful reasonably priced veils! My bridesmaid ordered their dresses through Bridal Suite of Centereach, the ordering process was flawless! They were extremely patient and kind. This is the one stop bridal stop that everyone should put at the top of their list for bridal needs! Truly lucky to be working with them for my wedding.

staff here is amazing! I found a dress within my budget and didn’t feel pressured at all during the first appointment. I messed up and didn’t bring my shoes to my first fitting. 🤦🏻‍♀️ I had just moved into my apartment that week and literally broke down crying because I could tell the seamstresses were annoyed either with me or the front desk for letting me come back there. They were halfway through alterations and almost started with the bottom of my dress when it finally hit me. They let me come back later in the day to finish and needless to say I never forgot my shoes for another fitting again 😂

I had such an amazing experience at the Bridal Suite at Centereach. They were so easy to work with. When I first started looking at dresses, I wasn’t entirely sure where we were getting married. I came in with a ton of pictures on my phone and they pulled as many dresses as they could that matched what I was showing them. Everyone at the salon was so patient and kind. They took the time to help me try on as many dresses as I wanted until I found my dress. Once I purchased my dress all of my fittings and other appointments went so smoothly. They really took the time to make sure we enjoyed our dress shopping experience and that I was comfortable in my dress. They have such a wide selection to choose from. I went to a few bridal salons before going here and I would say this was by far the best experience! I would highly recommend this salon to any bride starting to look for dresses. All around we just enjoyed the entire experience. I’ll be getting my dress preserved there as well because I’m confident that they will do a beautiful job!

From the very first visit in Nov 2020, to my final fitting and pick up Nov 2021 -- there isn't a better place to trust your dress with. I had been to a few places, some big box and some small mom/pop -- From Sophie to Deb (and bc I'm not great with names) the entire team helped me (and my mom!!) find our PERFECT dresses! We had personalized visits everytime. Their seamstress, Rosie, has such a special touch that has the dress fitting like a dream. It was a my first time ever going braless -- and I never feared falling out of my dress. They really made you feel like family. I can not thank them enough for taking my dress dreams and knocking them out of the park!!!!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Tracey, Sophia, and the Bridal Suite of Centereach Team. I am so happy I found my perfect dress there because they made everything after that as easy as could be! Everyone was so kind, generous, flexible, prompt, and professional. Their seamstresses worked magic on my dress alterations and Bridal Suite of Centereach also took care of my dress cleaning after my small May 2021 ceremony so that I could wear it again at my large September 2021 reception. I would recommend them in a heartbeat!

Dress shopping advice : I would not recommend going to Bridal Suites in Centereach. I had an absolute awful experience. I ended up having to buy another dress 3 weeks before my wedding from another bridal shop. Here is the story - Im a Covid bride but my dress didn’t come in until 3 months after my wedding date. I did postpone but still, I might have wanted my dress for a small ceremony. I picked up my dress and then came back for alterations. The dress didn’t fit. They told me I gained weight. 1. All brides love to hear that a month away from their wedding 2. I lost weight They attempted to let the dress out (after being extremely rude) but it didn’t work. They claimed they ordered the correct size. The sample size fit originally and I ordered a size larger. Now it’s too tight yet I lost weight. I asked to see the sample dress. They pulled out a larger size then what was there when I tried on the dress - The sample dress was also a different color but they claimed it was the same. I believe they forgot to order my dress and gave me the sample. I bought a new dress, off the rack, at a different shop. I asked the shop what size they would have ordered for me with my exact measurement I had back when I ordered and they would have suggest 2 sizes up from what they “order”. I went to try and sell my original dress after my wedding…the lace had holes in it, there are still pins on it and most of the appliqué wasn’t even attached. Just be careful if you bought or are buying a dress there.

The owner picked out my dream dress for me! After trying on various dresses that my mom, sister, and I had picked out, Tracy snuck in one that I loved! Based on my feedback from other dresses, she was able to find a dress that was absolutely perfect for me! She was so attentive at the salon and was highly responsive via email before and after my appointment. The salon is set up so nicely so brides to be have their own private section to try on their potential gowns without peering eyes! I had been nervous about the experience, but Tracy and her team made me feel so comfortable! The prices were also amazing and Tracy really worked to make sure she stayed within my budget while still giving me plenty of options! I am so excited that I said yes to the dress here!

First off, I cannot say enough good things about this place. My mother and law purchased her dress from here a few years ago and referred my sister. When shopping for my sister I knew that I would be coming back for my own dress. My sister and I both picked out amazing allure dresses with the head of Jessica, who is amazing, knowledgable and patient! I never felt rushed or pressured even though we spend a ton of time in there. She was also nice enough to show us bridesmaids dresses and mother of the bride dresses! If you are on Long Island and dress shopping do not pass up this location!

Bridal Suite of Centereach was amazing. Cassandra helped me find my dress. She was great. The seamstress was great too. I only had to have 1 alteration. My mom and sister both went there after getting their dresses elsewhere. Both of them were so happy with the results of their altering as well.

I never thought finding my gown by would so easy! My consultant, Lynsey, kept pulling out amazing gowns and knew exactly what I wanted! She was so patient and attentive, once I told her what I wanted she immediately knew what dresses to show me, and I found my gown during my first trip! I had been to other salons before coming here, and I'm not sure why I didn't start here in the first place! I can't wait to come back for my bridesmaids!

Perhaps it’s my fault for not looking at other salons, but after promising to add straps and make the dress my own, I settled. When I first walked in, I told the girl that I wanted an A-line with straps or sleeveless, she showed me every other style, assuring me that they would look good, and they were all strapless. After trying on 10-15, I settled on my dress with the promise of adding straps with specially ordered material. Fast forward to two months before at my second fitting, and the seamstress made the most god-awful straps that made this very expensive dress look like something my 14-year-old step-daughter put together in her home ec class. Not to mention that when I complained it was too tight, they refused to make it looser – telling me that ‘everyone has armpit fat’ and ‘don’t worry – you won’t sit anyway.’ Fast forward to two weeks before, and the straps are a better material, but snapped to the dress and too loose, not to mention that the hem was still too long. The seamstress fought me tooth and nail on every request, until a week before when I finally said OK just press it and give it to me. Fast forward to the wedding, as we hug as husband and wife, the front straps unsnap, forcing me to pray that no one sees as I walked back down the aisle. I had the bridal attendant stitch them so they’d stop unsnapping, but half-way through the reception, the back strap completely rips from the snaps, so I can’t even put it back. Luckily, the attendant was around to stitch me up literally on the dance floor. I do NOT recommend Centereach Bridal Suite.

Centereach Bridal saved the day! I ordered my gown in July 2017 and it came in to the shop around March of 2018 (my wedding was in August so I had plenty of time). When it arrived I went into the shop to try it on and was less than enthused when I saw my dress had arrived in "clean white" because the dress I had ordered and wanted was ivory (it was the same dress, just the wrong color). I tried on the dress and knew the color was not the right fit for me. The staff quickly involved the owner, John, who pulled the contract to look into the discrepancy. It turns out, there was some sort of miscommunication when the dress was ordered because on the contract the dress was listed as "clean white". My mom had been the one to order the dress and likely didn't realize the mistake. Any other shop would have pointed to the contract and likely said since I had signed it, there was nothing the shop could do. Not Bridal Suite of Centereach! The owner, John, immediately put a call into the designer and requested a new dress be shipped in the correct color. I was concerned the new dress would not arrive in time for the wedding, but it did!!! There was even time for alterations which Bridal Suite completed and the dress was perfect! I can't speak highly enough about Bridal Suite and everything they did for me to allow me to get married in the dress of my dreams. They were truly willing to go to any length to make sure I was happy and took full ownership of the issue with the color of the dress by fixing the problem and having a new dress shipped at no extra cost to me. Casey was someone I worked with a lot through this process as well and was super friendly every time I saw her for a fitting. Everyone should shop at Bridal Suite of Centereach!!!

I found the gown at Bridal Suite! I tried on roughly 15 gowns and the last one I tried on was the one! I went back several times for fittings and measurements and picked up my gown the day before the wedding. Everything fit wonderfully. The morning of the wedding, I went to put on my strapless gown and the banding that held the cups up broke. Unfortunately, I was showing more than I anticipated. When I bought the gown back to Bridal Suite and showed them the broken cups, they were very apologetic and said that they should have offered straps onto the gown, which would have been helpful. Overall, the staff were very helpful and the gown was beautiful.

They were great, no issues. Alterations were a bit pricey.

I did end up buying my dress here but I HIGHLY recommend Casey to help you pick a dress she made it so hard for me to choose because she picked perfect gowns !!! She’s young and educated about the brands.

I will start by saying I have been to many bridal stores and this is by far the most UNPROFESSIONAL staff that could really use a lesson in customer service. Long story short I originally ordered a bridesmaid dress in October for my brothers wedding in April, the wedding had then been postponed until August due to unforeseen circumstances. You would think a dress that was ordered in October would be in at the very least by the date of the original wedding however I never received a call regarding my order. I called up in June to find out the status of the dress knowing I would need a good deal of alterations as the consultant told me I needed to order a plus size dress (it was a fitted dress and I have wide hips) from the time I ordered to April I had lost 30lbs and knew the dress would need a lot of work, when I called to find out the status of the order I got nothing but attitude on the phone "what do you mean the status of your order?" I explained the situation and the girl replied "It is on order and we call the bride when it comes in" I asked if they could please call me as I will need to set up an appointment for alterations, the girl said sure read back my number and that was the end of that call. The wedding is now 3 days away and I receive a voicemail today stating "we want to REMIND you that your dress is here" I call back and explain to the girl I never received a call and would like to know when the dress came in because the bride never told me. She tells me to hold on the manager will come to the phone, someone picks up I go through the whole story again for that girl to say let me get the manager, whom I thought I was already talking to, finally the manager gets on the phone I tell the story for the 3rd time and she replies with "it is store policy to call the bride" So basically I am shit out of luck for this wedding in 3 days, they did say they could squeeze me in for alterations however I have work the next 2 overnights and it is extremely inconvenient considering the dress had come in at the end of July which could have given me a few weeks to make it work. All in all horrible experience, I am now responsible to pay the balance of this dress that I cannot wear as it is clearly TOO BIG. Very upset with the service and how they are unwilling to work with their customers due to store policy and their overall lack of communication and understanding. It might be time to change that store policy to keep ur CUSTOMERS happy, it's not the bride who will be paying for the dress so they should really think about that when talking to their customers, I am so glad that I found my gown at Fantasia Bridal and have had nothing but the best experience with their staff, at least I won't have to deal with this nonsense for my own wedding. Bride/bridemaid you have been warned, steer clear of this shop, it is nothing but a headache.

Let me start by saying Bridal Suite of Centereach was my last stop on the journey to finding my dream wedding gown.The attendants were helpful and threw in a headpiece and veil free of charge when I ordered my gown which I did appreciate. I tried on a size 14 sample which was clearly way too big. The attendants suggested I order a 12.We went back & forth on the size. I wanted a 6 or 8. They INSISTED on the 12. So I trusted them.(I am 5 feet tall & 114 pounds) When my dress arrived- I was absolutely drowning in it. There was at least 4 inches of extra fabric at my waist, bust and hips. This upset me and when I brought up the sizing of the dress along with the concern of how much my alterations will cost me- I was told “You must have lost weight”. It wasn’t until my fitting a month before my wedding that the seamstresses made mention that my dress was very big. They measured me one last time and to their surprise my measurements had not changed at all.Someone FINALLY admitted that my dress was ordered incorrectly.When I spoke to management I was only given a run around explanation of the current cost of alterations and that I wouldn’t be charged anything additional. They just kept giving me the run around and basically saying they would do nothing to help me out with my alterations cost regardless of the fact that Bridal Suite made an error. After getting nowhere with management I asked to speak to the owner John, who I had met and dealt with while ordering my bridesmaids gowns. I left a few messages for John. Over the Course of 4 weeks I received phone calls from management & other employees relaying messages from John. They were not accommodating me- I needed to speak to the Owner. I went for 3 Fittings 2 weeks before my wedding for the dress to finally fit me correctly. When I would come in for those fittings and ask for the Owner John, he was never there. I was told he’s very hard to get a hold of. He was very easy to get a hold of when I was placing orders for 5 bridesmaids’ dresses and a bridal gown? The man totally avoided me for over a month. My father had to stop by 3 days before my wedding and ask for John to settle this issue. He was told that John was not there. When my father said “Well I am not leaving until I speak with John”- John suddenly appeared from the back of the building. I would say that’s an Interesting coincidence. In the end Bridal Suite delivered my gown with alterations at a discounted price. But I would be more grateful had I been given the customer service and courtesy to begin with to avoid the nightmare this place put me through. This place will order your dress too big & try to make you pay for their mistake. & the owner is a coward who is only available when his establishment is making a sale. & a side note- one of my bridesmaids who is a plus sized woman was charged a $60 fee because her gown was over a size 14. They never mentioned the charge to either of us until I noticed she had paid more than the other girls. We were given rude, insensitive attitudes from Management when discussing this issue. Absolutely Disgraceful. As a bride one of the most exciting details of planning is your Wedding Gown- your experience should be fun & stress free. Unfortunately mine was not. It would have been less stressful & time consuming to travel to RK Bridal in Manhattan for the same dress

Samantha was incredible! In just a few moments of meeting her she understood what I was looking for. I visited the store twice and I selected my gown during my second visit. What I selected was a suggestion by Samantha which was completely different than the inspiration images that I had showed her but it was a perfect fit for my personality and body type. Great service and great selection, highly recommend this place!!

I purchased a bridesmaid dress here and found the experience to be very frustrating and unorganized. There were many errors in the ordering process for several of the girls in the bridal party, which led to a lot of wasted visits for fittings and stress for the bridesmaids and bride. I would not use this store again and would not recommend.

I said yes to the dress at the Bridal Suite!! The staff was so attentive and helped me find the right dress for my preferred style and then made sure it fit perfectly. They also took it a step further and let me know exactly how to care for the dress. They taught my sister-in-law how to lace up the back of the dress for the day of the wedding. They also threw in a free garter with my dress and veil, which I thought was a nice touch. Thank you for helping me find the dress of my dreams!!

I loved my dress, but the service here was pretty bad. I went in for 2 fittings and the seamstresses didn't even speak to me or ask how I felt about the dress. Luckily my dress happen to fit pretty well so they didn't have to do many alterations, but at my 2nd fitting I was told they would put a bone in the bodice to fix a wrinkle/sag, they said it was an easy fix. I went to pick up my dress the day before the wedding and it wasn't done. They proceeded to argue with me about it, until I pointed out it was written on the tag in the woman's hand. My bridesmaids dresses were all ordered way off size (i'm assuming so they could make money off altering them) and then the alterations were horrible, my mother ended up taking a few of them apart and re-altering them a few days before the wedding.

My best friend is getting married, and we found a beautiful dress at this shop for the bridesmaids. When I called to order my dress, they told me that at my height (roughly 5'7"), I NEEDED to order my gown with extra length, which was $30 extra. I kept insisting that the extra length wasn't necessary, but they wouldn't take no for an answer. Fast forward to when I go to pick up the dress. It was way too long!! I paid $30 extra for this dress that now needs alterations. When I was there I tried it on with 4in heels. The woman, who I assume was the manager, told me that with 4in heels on I was 5'8". Absolutely wrong. She then measured me flat footed and said I was 67". That is equivalent to 5'7", but she kept insisting I was 5'4", 5'5" at best. I live four hours north and this was the only time I could get the dress, so I had to sign the satisfaction sheet. I am absolutely NOT satisfied and I plan on calling the owner to tell him about my poor experience. Just be careful shopping there, youve been warned

Bridal Suite was incredible. From the first day our attendant Aileen was perfect. She was helpful and patient as I tried on dress after dress and retried on dress after dress. She was the one who picked THE DRESS but was patient as I was unsure if I was ready to stop looking. She was the one who told me I didn't have to say yes that moment. Meaning she'd give up commission for multiple hours of work to make me happy which was everything to me. They allowed me to come in and try on the dress when it came in (so me-crazy bride- could confirm it was the dress in the right size!) My fittings were great and the seamstresses were so great! You always hear terrible seamstress stories but these women were spectacular! I recommend this place wholeheartedly!

Great selection of dresses and helpful with finding the right one. A little disappointed with the alterations, but for purchasing the dress they are phenomenal!

I loved this bridal salon. I found my dress the first night I went to the salon and the seamstress was on point and made my alterations exactly as I wanted.

I went to Bridal Suite of Centereach to try on a dress that I had found online and thought was "the one." I worked with Bernadette and she encouraged me to try on other dresses while I was there. As we started pulling dresses, I worried that there would be some sort of limit, as I had experienced at another bridal salon, but Bernadette reassured me that this visit was all about me, and I could try on as many dresses as I wanted to. She made me feel very comfortable and I had a great time trying on all the dresses. The dress I thought was "the one" turned out not to look as great as some of the others! The whole experience was very positive, and Bernadette especially was very knowledgable and informative without being pushy at all. I definitely recommend them!

This was the 5th store I went to look to get my bridal gown. I worked with Aileen, she was so kind and accommodating. She was never pushy and asked me what exactly I was looking for. She picked all the dropwaist ballgowns and I tried them on. I finally found one I liked but wanted to get more opinions. She never made me leave a deposit she was sweet about what kind of dress it was. I came back the next weekend and bought it. She has helped me with 2 sets of alterations. Every time I come in she helps me in my dress and she is so catering. I have also worked with 2 other ladies there that have ALL been nice. My dress came in on time, with no issues. My fittings went all, needed 2 last fittings to finalize the dress. Picked up the dress the day before the wedding, with no issues! Everything was great, I highly recommend. My dress was about $1,600 veil and I cathedral veil for $400.

Stopped there when I first got engaged just to look. Their non pushy friendly helpful service made me go back when it was time to buy my gown. Wonderful experience.

I was engaged previously and had purchased my dress. They were fully understanding and I took my dress home with no alterations. It sat in my closet for years. My fiancé this time knew I bought my dress because it was my dress not for the previous wedding. He was ok with me wearing it for our wedding. I went back to the shop and tried on different dresses. Still they weren't my dress. I bought my dress back to the shop. They honored the original contracted price for alterations. The alterations were perfect. I felt like the retro bride I wanted to be.

First, I must say that Mary is one of their best workers! I had gone to a few shops before coming to the Bridal Suite and was having a hard time finding the dress I wanted. Mary took her time listening to what I wanted and letting me look through all the dresses as well as making some suggestions based on what I wanted. I must have stayed in the shop for about two hours, but Mary never made me feel rushed or like I was taking too long. She was so sweet, attentive, and supportive. She really made the experience for me. My dress was gorgeous and I got so many compliments on it. I love it so much that I hope if I have a daughter she will want wear it one day! Mary even made sure to order extra lace so I could make straps for my dress, something I mentioned on my first visit and then totally forgot about! The staff at the Bridal Suite was always so professional and attentive and took their time with me and my mom when we would come in, regardless of if we had an appointment or not and regardless of how busy it was there. I was so impressed with the staff and how smooth everything went. Plus, they have such an wonderful selection of dresses for brides, bridesmaids, and mothers of the bride.

When my girls ordered their dresses, one of them asked the associate if she was sure on her dress size. The associate told her she knew the number seemed big but she needed it for her bust. When she tried on her dress it fell to the floor. She took it somewhere else to attempt to have it fitted. The dress was 3 sizes too big and bunched. My mother's dress was never pressed when we went to pick it up before the wedding and no one would be back in the store who could press it til after my wedding. When they went to bustle my dress, the mid point button broke in half and had to be nail glued back on otherwise I wouldn't have been able to bustle my dress. I missed my cocktail hour while they tried to fix it.

They were awesome, timely and professional at centereach bridal suite. They ordered me a sample of a gown I could not find anywhere with no problem. It was perfect and I also ordered my bridesmaids gowns from there as well. I was very happy with my experience there.

They have the perfect combination of helping you with their own suggestions once they learn your style, but they also give you space to talk with the people you brought. They were helpful in every single way possible. They have my highest recommendations.

I was lucky enough to find my dream wedding dress the first day I went looking. The Bridal Suite of Centereach was my second stop that day (after David's Bridal). After trying on about 7 different dresses, I finally found THE ONE! I also purchased my veil and bridesmaid dresses from them also. They were very attentive, I never had to wait a long time at any of my fittings, and Effi (the seamstress) is so adorable. Thank you for making my wedding dress buying experience very easy and stress-free!!!!

I was really happy with the dress selection. Two of my bridesmaids had dresses too tight- they went within fays of the wedding so it wasn't weight gain. I gained 8 lbs due to pregnancyand was annoyed that they didn't honor my cap b/c I was pregnant. If I was a stressed bride that gained 8 lbs they would have honored it but b/c of the "pregnancy" label they charged me a lot more. My bustle didn't hold up either. the staff is very pleasant though.

Incompetent staff, rude, obnoxious, was left alone for an entire hour while they watched tv in the back room. were not helpful at all, when i asked a question about a fabric noone knew the answer, they could not find me the dress that I had tried on the previous day and went back to try on to show friends, even though they wrote down the dress name and style. We left the salon and were followed out by hooligan employees who chased after us and threatened our lives. NO JOKE. we almost had to call the police on these incompetent fools. STAY AWAY

Ok ladies I have to post my experience because I don't want anyone to go through what I dealt with today. I decided to go to Bridal Suite of Centereach today since I heard they have a large selection of plus size gowns. DO NOT GO THERE!!!!!! Plus sized brides BEWARE. I asked to use the restroom prior to my appt and my moh was waiting outside the restroom which happens to be very close to the workers breakroom. The receptionist walked into the back, unaware that my moh had followed and was standing by the door waiting for me and said to the saleswomen "Your 12 oclock is here. And she's fat." OMG!! I wear a size 14 street clothes and last I checked the avg size women wore a size 12. My moh was floored. I came out of the bathroom to the saleswomen apologizing to my moh and my moh just looked PISSED which is so not like her. It took them a few minutes to finally tell me what had happened and I asked to see the women who had made the comment. She REFUSED to come out from the breakroom. At that point I told them I was sorry but had to leave because I was obviously not comfortable trying on dresses there. What a horrible thing to say, and what a negative way to start an appt. She told us she had a plus size bride earlier in the day who didn't like ANYTHING she had shown her. Um so? Not my problem and I'm not the same bride. There was no excuse for their behavior and short of making me cry (once back in the car of course) what had they accomplished? Venting because they obviously dislike their jobs? Not someone or someplace I want selling me my dress for my special day. On a brighter note, I went to Helens right after and had an amazing experience! Liz was awesome and all the ladies were SO supportive and phenomenal. I'm going back with my mom in a few weeks to show her the dress I fell in love with.

I loved loved loved my dress!I had one day to find a dress, my sister (MOH) was visiting from California and I was determined to find a dress while she was here. Prior to her visit I had gone to David’s Bridal, there was one dress I liked and it was in budget at about $1,100, however I wanted to see what else was out there. I made two appointments for the day my sister was out; one was at Paradise the other at the Bridal Suite. Since my engagement I dreamed of a lace gown, very elegant and fitted. My original budget had been $3,500, however due to unfortunate circumstances, (mainly a pick-up truck rear ending my future husbands car); I wanted to try to stay under $2,000 including my alterations. When we arrived at Paradise they picked gowns for me (I didn’t like this) based on the pictures I had shown them. I tried on several lace dresses, it was evident my body type did not lend it’s self to lace. I looked like a little girl in her mom’s wedding dress not the 28-year-old siren I pictured in my head and most of the dresses where above budget or cheap looking. I then tried on a trendy ball gown, my sisters pic, it was beautiful but out of budget and not what I had pictured. After six dresses they said no more, we had to make another appt. We left there empty handed. In the car I had a mini melt down, my vision was ruined and I was confused. After a much needed lunch break we went to the Bridal Suite. Our Sales Assistant listened tentatively as I relayed the day’s events. She smiled and said let go pick dresses. She gave us free rein; every now and then she would say not that section (too expensive). In the end there were 18 dresses, all in or under budget and beautiful. As I tried on the 18th dress I knew before I even left the dressing room, it was the one. I had tried on a drop waist Enzoni earlier that I had loved (his dresses are amazing). My associate insisted I re-try both on just to be sure. I’m so happy I did because then when I picked my much lighter, fun and fluffy Demitrios gown I was certain. I got teary-eyed picturing my future husbands face the first time he saw me in my gown, so different then anything I had shown them. I traded in my lace vision for a fitted a a sweet heart halter with rouching over the bust then fitted flat bodice with darts that flowed out at the hips and gave way to soft asymmetrical ruffled layers through the skirt, on my right hip the first layers was accented by a cluster of rosettes, all in silk organza, light and airy perfect for a June wedding, it was a perfect combination of retro and modern in one. I loved it! The bridal suite altered it to fit me like a glove. I have never felt more confident and happy with my figure as I did the day of my Wedding wearing that dress. Every Bride should feel that way. The Bridal Suite has tons of beautiful dresses under $2,000 and is deff worth the trip. In the end my dress was $1,500 after alterations and so worth it. They lose some points on the bridesmaid dresses, because they were all swimming on my girls and could have been ordered a size or two smaller and required much less alterations. With that MY Dress was perfect!!! And I had so much fun trying on all the dresses there and felt so comfortable knowing they where all in budget! I truly felt beautiful in my wedding dress and my bustle lasted all of the Dancing!!!!!!! And trust me the groomsmen and groom certainly put it to the test ☺

The Bridal Suite of Centereach was the very 1st place I went shopping for my dress. From the very beginning Mary listened to my thoughts and ideas about what dress I wanted. I tried on 3 dresses and I knew the 3rd was the one for me. The bridal suite was very friendly and helpful in the process of picking and choosing my dress and the bridesmaids dresses. I would recommend the Bridal Suite to other brides.

I got all of my bridesmaids dresses here. The dresses were beautiful and the staff was super friendly. They're prices were a bit much and I had to find a different store for my junior bridesmaids, as they're prices were unreasonable for girls under 10. Overall though, I was very happy with them.

They were great with finding me the perfect dress and helping me accessorize. The alterations were expensive though, but still well done.

I bought my wedding dress and bridesmaid dresses from Bridal Suite of Centereach and had a horrible experience. Before ordering my bridesmaid dresses I requested that they order me a swatch because I wanted to make sure it was the right color. The swatch came and it was eggplant which I wanted so my bridesmaids ordered their dresses. The dresses come in and they are "purple" not eggplant", now I know this may not sound like a big deal, but I based all my wedding colors on these dresses being eggplant. When I question what happened, they said they'd have to contact the vendor and get back to me. They never even called me back, so a few days later I called and they told me that the vendor had sent an old swatch and they do not make the "eggplant color" anymore, this is their new eggplant which is was purple. So I asked what could we do and they said we can't do anything. I said it wasn't acceptable can we order new dresses, no we couldn't, we were stuck with them. So finally the manager Kathy who is very unprofessional says we'll work with you on your alterations. So now onto my dress, my wedding dress comes in and I ended up having to go for an extra fitting because they just weren't alerting it how I wanted it. So I go to pay the final payment and they took $75 off my $500 alterations, since they wouldn't work with me my father called and they were extremely rude to him and wouldn't return his calls. Lastly I take my wedding dress home and hang it up and I see that they didn't finish sewing one of the seams, so the morning of my wedding my mother has to sew my dress. Are you kidding me? Bottom line is the staff is rude here, the shop is old and they are overpriced for the services they provide. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Spend a little extra money and go to Bridal Reflections or Macys Bridal.

I was very happy with Bridal Suite of Centereach. They are very accommodating, and helpful to work with. Kathy the manager couldn't do enough for us. They accommodated my bridal party of 8 girls, my mother, my flower girl, as well as my dress and veil.

Ive been looking for my dream dress for months and I knew it would be hard to find since I wanted an all red dress. Every shop I went to tried to put me in white dresses with red trim until I walked into Bridal Suite of Centereach. Rachel saw that I wanted a red dress and the first dress she put me in was perfect!

It is definitly hit or miss when it comes to the person helping you, we had a lady that was perfect for us, she did everything we asked and she found a perfect dress for me. Price was higher, but it was the perfect dress. There is something for EVERYONE... Not all of the people that work there are as knowledgeable or caring though, so that is a bad thing... Huge selection too.

My experience was wonderful.

This was the last place I went to get my dress. We were down on our luck when Danielle found my dress! I absolutely LOVE this dress and I would wear it more it more if I could. Not only did we get my wedding gown from here, but we got my mother's dress and my bridesmaid gowns from here too. These dresses were absolutely amazing. The service was awesome and there was always someone there to help!!!

After going to two different places, I took a shot and went to the Bridal Suite b/c it was on my way home. I met Marie and Jeannie after 5 dresses Marie found me the perfect dress, I purchased all my bridesmaid dresses and once again the girls helped me so much, I was stress b/c some of my bridesmaid were being difficult but Jeannie so sweet and helped me with all my desicions and actually acted as a bridal therapist, they also helped me with the guys tuxedos eventhough I did not get them there b/c at the time of my wedding they did not have a tuxedo store(they do now) the seamstress were great. my overall experience was amazing. oh by the way the have lots of different wedding gowns and bridesmaid they have a great selection

When I originally went to this shop, the people were really nice and a woman helped me pick out gowns that were suitable for my body. I didn't really know what I wanted, so she helped me pick out a few gowns. Soon I found a gown that I loved, and I put a deposit on it using my credit card. I would pick up the gown once it came in (my measured size). Many months later when my dress came in, I went to go pick it up. I had my credit card with me to pay the balance for the dress. They told me I had to pay the balance in cash, which was about $800! I told them I wasn't aware that I had to pay cash, and they informed me that it was written on the bottom of my receipt IN SMALL LETTERING. They never told me when I paid the deposit that the balance was to be paid in cash. Even when they called to tell me the dress was in, they didn't say anything. My sister ended up paying about $150 in cash and I paid the rest with my credit card. It was such a hassle trying to take the dress home!
