Had the most amazing experience at Bridal Suite. They have a HUGE selection and were very patient with me wanting to try on numerous dresses. Janice worked closely with me and was very knowledgeable on the latest trends, functionality of the dresses, and pricing. They have a great sale rack and I bought some dresses for my honeymoon as well. The staff was very friendly and answered all the questions I had. HIGHLY recommend for any brides/bridal parties seeking a wonderful try-on experience and beautiful gowns. Now that I have my dress I can't wait for my big day!!
I'M BAFFLED!!!!! I feel I MUST respond to Lexus negative review. I was the bridal consultant that worked with Lexus, her mother and bridesmaids for over 2 hours, and have left a message for her to call me to talk about her "awful experience". Since I have not heard from her, I would like to clarify some of her concerns here. The reason why we keep our gowns in plastic bags is to keep them clean and in great shape in case a bride needs to buy off the rack. They will then get a gown that is in excellent condition. The reason we "stand over the top of you" while you are looking at the gowns-is that we can explain to you the features of the gown--since we know our stock and can hopefully, with this special attention,help you find the perfect gown. We don't allow photos for several reasons, one being that sometimes girls will take photos and try to buy the gown online.... this always ends up disastrous for the bride-as they almost NEVER get what they order and frankly we are here to show and SELL wedding gowns.
As far as paying in cash, she was right, who does that? FINAL payments are the only payments that are required to be cash--the other payments we are HAPPY to take by credit card or personal check. I DO want to thank her for commenting about our great selection, but was very hurt by the fact that she would recommend buying at another location after I graciously spent all of that time helping her find a few styles she liked.
I must firmly agree with the below reviews and say DO NOT GO HERE. It appears from the first review in 2007 to our experience in 2015, that there has been no improvement in this boutique's poor customer service. We ordered two bridesmaid dresses in the same style and same color on the same day in December (paid in full) and we were told they would arrive in store mid-April. We were told to call the Suite in late March and they would be able to tell us the exact shipping/arrival date. When we called as directed, Bridal Suite could not tell us the ship date and blamed the manufacturer. We understand that dress boutiques are at the mercy of their manufacturers to SOME extent. So we agreed to call back in mid-April for an update. When we called, we were told that one bridesmaid's dress had arrived, but one had not. The bridesmaid who's dress had allegedly arrived lives two states away and made a special trip to Florida to visit the bride and pick up her dress. When she called to confirm her appointment, she was told that her dress had not come in - the other bridesmaid's dress had instead. When this issue was brought to the attention of the staff, they were completely unwilling to accept any responsibility for the situation. They offered no apology for the inconvenience and instead promised a mid-May ship date. I have zero faith in this boutique to deliver on this promise. We made sure to order our dresses nearly 10 months in advance of the wedding to allow plenty of time for any necessary alterations, and now we find ourselves down to the wire. Bridesmaid dresses are items the bride should be able to check off her list once they are ordered and paid for. This level of negligence is unacceptable and, quite frankly, unbelievable in an industry that revolves around deadlines. I love supporting local business but in this case I encourage you to save yourself a lot of time and hassle, and GO TO DAVID'S BRIDAL. The only way this experience could be worse is if the bride had ordered her dress from this boutique. And I shudder at the thought.
AWFUL EXPERIENCE!!!!! Their dresses are all in plastic bags they don't let you look through them on your own without them standing over the top of you. You are not allowed to take pictures! Very rude! Only can pay in cash, who does that? They do have a great selection of dresses to get an idea of what you want but I would recommend buying from another location.
If the dress wasn't one of a kind and the perfect dress, I would've had no problem going somewhere else. Janice was immediately cold when she found out I was from out of town and it was my first time dress shopping. I told her that if it was the right dress I would buy it and I did. They wouldn't let me pay with a credit card so I could get the reward points. She also wouldn't even try to see if the tax could be taken off since I am from MT which doesn't have sales tax. With that kind of service I am surprised they are still in business.

I came to this store after a visit to the other Bridal Suite location in Port St. Lucie, which was a disaster. The staff at the Port St. Lucie location is extremely rude. I actually found the dress I wanted there, but refused to give them any business. I called the Vero Beach location, and although they didn't have my dress in stock, they ordered it for me from the designers catalog. When it came in, I went to the shop to try it on and the woman working there, Janet, was very friendly and helpful. She recommended a great alterations person nearby. The shop doesn't carry high-end dresses in the store, best for brides wanting to keep the dress budget under $1,500.
