The stylist of some gowns was there and he made my day even more special with specific details about the dress and even honored me by naming the gown after me! Such a special day packed into 2 hours! Definitely would recommend to all!

me their honest opinion. They were perfect at communicating and the process of buying and fitting into a wedding dress. In addition, their seamstress did pay a lot of attention to the details of the alterations, which needed to be thorough because I had purchased a dress and sleeves separately, and I wanted two looks for my wedding- wearing the dress with the sleeves for the ceremony at the church and also wearing the dress without the sleeves for the reception. Everything turned out perfect, and I’m so thankful for Bridal Trousseau.

Yvonne was! I genuinely could not have had a better stylist helping me! Often I would like or dislike something about a dress but couldn’t put it into words and Yvonne was able to exactly describe to me what I was struggling to explain. She was able to help me sift through dresses easily and stress-free to the point where, once she had feedback from me, every dress she pulled was something I liked! She was also able to tell when to stop pulling dresses as I was clearly going back and forth between a few. Yvonne made the whole experience easy and fun, and she never put any pressure on me at all! She was so kind, letting me stay far longer than my 1 hour timeslot, which helped give me the time I needed to find my dress! Thank you, Yvonne!

If you're looking for a nice experience with other people while picking your wedding dress I would suggest doing this. When I came back for fittings I fell more and more in love with my dress each time. Their tailor is also excellent and by the end my dress fit me perfectly. They listened to any concerns I had throughout the process and made me feel beautiful for my big day. I would definitely suggest them if you're looking for a great one-on-one experience in a shop that isn't huge and overwhelming.

, the zipper had not been attached another, it had not been hemmed correctly... I paid in good faith for an alteration and it was an hour drive each time I had to go try it on. That would be okay if they did what they were supposed to, but each time was a waste of driving and my aggravation. They cut it real close to the wedding date because of their mistakes. Stay away for brides maids dresses! I should have been offered something off for my time.

The lady on the phone was SO nice and accommodating. The day I went in, a different lady helped me but she was just as friendly and helpful! She never rushed me or my party, and patiently gave me multiple options for my look. She answered all my questions and even upgraded us to their VIP area!
