e says they do minor repairs, that a personal account manager is assigned to you, and the dress will come in “museum quality” packaging.I received 0 updates and when I got my dress back it was crumpled in the box. There were a few loose beads on the bodice I had to be repaired and were not. When I reached out to customer service explaining that I was disappointed with the service and asked for resolution along with pictures of the dress and the description from their website, they simply told me I misunderstood the description of service that they do not do any repairs of beading. This is not stated anywhere on their website or on any other details given. In regards to the way my dress was packaged they said it shifted during shipping and a “shake” of the box would make it look perfect, and that it was no fault of the company. I explained that the way the dress was packaged was poorly done and there was no way it simply shifted during shipping. The box is duct taped closed so if I open it to fix it I’m not sure I can get it back in the box. I explained all of this to customer service and they simply said there was nothing they could do to help and “that is their final position on the matter”.
Do not use this company, it is a bait and switch. You pay for a service that is not actually provided and absolutely no accountability from the company when you reach out for help

They charged me to clean my dress. I never even received the box and when I tried to dispute it, they fought me on it and would not even offer to send a box. I didn’t catch this until after 30 days later which is outside their return policy therefore, my bank would not refund me. I sent a nice email to the company and I received the most unprofessional email I’ve ever received in my life. I beg of you please do not use this company go to your local cleaner where you know that you could pick up your dress in case it never gets shipped back to you!!!!! Run away from this company as fast as you can!!!
