BridgeStreet Gallery and Loft

I don’t have words to describe how over the moon happy we are with Bridgestreet. From the start Jennifer and Nichole were over the top accommodating. All of my texts/emails were replied to promptly, and they let us in the venue whenever we needed to through the planning process. They played a HUGE part in making sure everything was in place and everything went smoothly day of. If I could give them a 10/10 I would!

We absolutely loved our venue from GoPro. We had our ceremony and reception at Bridgestreet Gallery & Loft. It was so perfect for us and the venue staff was amazing!

My husband and I absolutely loved the look of the venue space! The brick walls, large windows, and beautiful stair case were the reasons we selected the venue. We booked the location roughly a year out and were super excited to work with a coordinator for the space, which was a huge selling feature. Unfortunately, the day did not turn out as planned from a coordinator perspective. The space was set up beautifully, but many things were lacking when it came to the coordination. Our wedding coordinator quit about a month and a half out and the new coordinator working our wedding had done floral before working for Go Pro and this was his second wedding with the company. While very friendly, he was MIA most of the evening. We asked for our guests to be in the downstairs area until we got there and were able to take photos. Which could have easily been done by blocking the stairs, but 90% of our guests were upstairs and we were unable to take posed photos of ourselves with all of the beautiful aspects we loved of the venue. Our coordinator was missing most of the evening. We couldn't find him for help with closing the bar downstairs and moving the bartender upstairs where everyone was for dinner (which was the plan all along), to get the throw bouquet from downstairs, to get more alcohol from downstairs, and help facilitate parts of the timeline. My husband and myself had to take care of it. We could have easily had others help us if we understood he was going to be downstairs when we needed him. When I met with him 2 weeks before hand, I told him where everything was supposed to go. While not entirely his fault, our parents should have remembered as well. But when they stayed back to grab the things they were responsible for and my husbands family was confused on what to take, he should have helped instead of allowing all of our leftover food to be thrown away. I mean, we talked about this during our meeting while he was taking notes. There were a couple other small things he missed that helped taint my memories of the reception, but those were the big items. Simply, the things he missed I would have had no problem with getting outside help for but he and the previous coordinator promised these things and he didn't deliver. I called and spoke to someone at Go Pro to express that I was upset with the service I was provided and felt like I didn't get exactly what I had paid so much for. I explained that I knew he was newer, but more help should have been provided if he was not ready. She took my concerns and said that she would take it back to their meeting. I asked numerous times if I would hear back from her and I never did. Overall, the venue is beautiful and my wedding day looked exactly how I wanted it to! And only a couple of guests had some issues with the coordinator which I didn't list. 98% of my guests didn't notice anything different. And, the photos my photographer were able to take in the building turned out beautiful.

This venue is so beautiful! Doesn't need decoration, perfect wedding venue with the exposed white brick and ceiling lighting! Amanda was great in pulling everything together, very organized! We didn't have to worry about any wedding day chaos! Great venue!
