My husband, family, and I all agree that hiring Bridget and her team was the best decision we made in the planning process. She worked through all of the minute details, and helped to make sure everything ran smoothly on our big day, and leading up to it. She was responsive, professional, and a joy to be around during the planning process. She also helped us postpone our wedding to a new date, making sure all vendors were secured for the new date and were aware of any new details. She went above and beyond with her services, and for that I would recommend Bridget to anyone planning a wedding!

I truly do not think I could have been so calm on my wedding day without Bridget. To say she is amazing simply does not do it justice. I am extremely organized and had a clear vision for my wedding day and Bridget took what I had planned and turned it into the wedding of my dreams! Wedding planners are definitely for EVERYONE!! Not only is she incredibly sweet and caring, she also had a solution and answer for everything I needed her advice on. She was extremely prepared and helpful throughout my entire wedding planning process. Because of Bridget, the wedding day went so smoothly for myself and my husband. If there were any issues, we genuinely had no idea, she took care of everything and allowed us to relax and enjoy every moment of our big day. Her and her team were professional, organized, and calm throughout the entire day. She kept us and our very large (and loud) wedding party on schedule while still having fun, allowing for the day to seem like everything was happening naturally. But in truth, she was conducting a huge master schedule behind the scenes. We both cannot thank her enough for what she did for us, it will not be forgotten.

Our wedding would not have been so perfect without Bridget! From the beginning she had a calm presence about her that is so necessary when planning a wedding. She gave me all the faith that everything would run smoothly and she ensured it did! I had her come in about 60 days out where she took over all vendor communication from then until the wedding. She reviewed all contracts and made sure everyone was on the same page about the services. We met closer to the date and she went over our entire timeline with us and thought of every single detail! She listened and helped give ideas from her expertise as well to make sure everything was how we wanted it to go. She even offered to take all of our gifts back to our suite in her own car because we were unsure who's car to put them all in. This was above and beyond what we expected. She was always keeping us updated with any changes or updates to the timeline. At the rehearsal she had detailed timelines for everyone to know when and where they were supposed to be for the wedding which took so much stress off of us having to answer everyone's questions! All of her organization and planning skills definitely paid off because I believe our day truly could not have been more perfect! Not once did I feel like anything was running late, or feel rushed. No one felt stressed or had to worry about a single thing. Our entire bridal party and family were actually able to kick back and relax because she took care of everything! If anything went wrong I didn't know because she handled everything so well! My whole bridal party were in awe at how smoothly the day went and how she had thought of everything. She's extremely professional and knows exactly what she's doing. I can't imagine the work she put in behind the scenes of constant communication with all our vendors, making sure the timeline was perfect, and making sure everything was in place and looking great at the church and reception. She truly brought our vision to life. Without a doubt Bridget made our wedding dreams come true. I cannot recommend her enough. 100% best decision we made was hiring Bridget Davis and her team!

Wedding planning can be incredibly stressful. My husband and I were clueless when it came to what all goes into wedding planning. Bridget was heaven sent for us. We were planning to get married in May, but had to reschedule due to COVID. Bridget did all the communication with our vendors to ensure that they could make our new wedding date. Throughout the process, she communicated with my vendors and coordinated with them so I did not need to worry! She had step by step guides and checklists for me to use as a source, which was incredibly helpful for someone like me who is not organized at all! She was also available whenever I had a question or needed a recommendation. She is super attentive and really makes your day of the utmost importance! As our wedding day approached, we had virtual meetings with Bridget where we reviewed what the day would look like, and what she and her team could do to help make our wedding day dreams come true. At our rehearsal, Bridget and her team were calm, professional, and able to wrangle in our wedding party/get things moving and on track to ensure that everyone knew what they were doing. She even had print out schedules for everyone, which was super helpful. Our wedding day was EVERYTHING and more. It was absolutely perfect, and I really give Bridget so much credit for that. Bridget and her team were helpful, supportive, and did sweet things like carry my dress during pictures, bringing myself or my husband a drink, and then making sure that everyone was where they needed to be throughout the night. She had everything planned and ready to go, down to the smallest details. I mean, Bridget and her team, I cannot stress this enough, were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!! I would recommend her any day of the week to anyone. Neither my husband or I had to worry about anything, because she was on top of it. Bridget and her team made sure that our day ran smoothly and was nothing but special for us. From setting up our decor, to taking it down and packing it up at the end of the night, to ensuring that our vendors were on time and had everything correct, to making sure we stuck to the wedding day schedule, she did it all. I would HIGHLY recommend Bridget and her team. They are professional, caring, and always there when you need them. We have already recommend her to my step-brother and his fiancé who are getting married next year :) She went way above and beyond what we thought we needed for our wedding day. We are so incredibly grateful and thankful for all of their hard work. We could not have done it without them!!!

I've worked with Bridget multiple times, and she never ceases to impress me! She is easily the most organized and passionate person I've ever met. She has a super power of staying calm no matter what and is an expert problem solver. You DEFINITELY want Bridget and her team on your side!

To say that Bridget and her team far exceeded my expectation is a complete understatement! As a former wedding planner, I knew that finding someone who saw my vision with me would be hard to do but from day one, she exuded this calm confidence and I knew immediately we were in good hands. She was 12 steps ahead of me at any point in time, offering creative solutions, negotiating with vendors, and sending email and text reminders for upcoming tasks my fiancé and I needed to be thinking about. She crossed her T’s and dotted her I’s so many times that I knew come wedding day nothing would be out of place. Being able to relax (as much as possible) on my wedding day knowing the setup, décor, tear down and vendors were all taken care of was the absolute BEST GIFT any vendor could have given my control freak self. I loved that I was able to fully enjoy my time with bridesmaids and mom while getting ready and focus on the ceremony while not worrying about if the cake got delivered or the band was set up in the right spot. I am so grateful for Bridget’s upbeat spirit and ability to see and service any unmet needs, all while remaining fun and professional. MY GROUP LOVED HER!! I want to do the day all over again, because in my eyes it was absolute perfection (if anything went awry, I had no clue) and ALL of that credit goes to Bridget and her team. Thank you doesn’t seem sufficient, but truly, THANK YOU from the bottom of our hearts for making it the best day of our entire life.

I hired Bridget Davis to be the day of coordinator for my wedding and she was absolutely one of my favorite wedding vendors I worked with! She is incredibly organized and goes above and beyond prior to and during your wedding to make your day run smoothly. Bridget responds to emails quickly, provides helpful resources to keep your organized during the planning process and is able to anticipate any need you may have the day of ...all while providing the space that is needed in order to allow you to enjoy your special day with your bridal party and guests. She is professional, caring and has a very calming presence that was much appreciated on such a big day! I couldn't recommend her more and know that the other vendors that worked together on my event enjoyed working with her as well! Hire her right away!

I hired Bridget to do day of coordination for my wedding and she was absolutely incredible! From the moment I met her I knew she was going to be great. She is very professional, personable, timely, and goes above and beyond to make sure the day runs smoothly. She provided detailed timelines leading up to the event telling everyone where they needed to be and when, contacted all of my vendors, and would actively engage me in all decisions made. On the day of the wedding her and her assistant did an amazing job helping my venue setup all the details for the reception and got the vendors in order. I was super calm because I knew she had it under control and I was really able to enjoy the day. I highly recommend Bridget and her team for any event. I am not sure my wedding would have ran so perfectly without her!

We had a wonderful experience with Bridget as our day-of wedding coordinator! As a frugal person and the MOB with expenses piling up, I questioned if we really needed a coordinator. When we made the decision to hire her, she immediately went to work! She was so much more than just a "day of" planner. We had unlimited calls and emails with her from the time we hired her. She organized contracts, coordinated vendors, and solved problems. She also had suggestions for the millions of details, and her checklists and timelines were awesome. Another aspect of her work is her calm, kind, but firm-when-needed demeanor. She took charge when necessary, but wasn't pushy in any way. Her helper Keenan was also very friendly and helpful. Both guests and vendors commented on what a fine job she did, and little did they know that there were some near-crises going on! She handled these beautifully and I'm not even sure of what all went on behind the scenes. I know my daughter wasn't aware of problems and this helped her handle a stressful day. We are so glad we had Bridget's services, and there's no doubt it was money well spent!

I cannot count how many times over the weeks leading up to the wedding and on our wedding day I uttered the phrase “I don’t know what we would do without Bridget!” Bridget was a life saver helping plan our wedding and making sure everything was perfect (and it was!) the day of our wedding. She is of course very charming, but just having her steady, knowledgeable presence around made everyone in the wedding party feel less anxious. My mom and I are both organized people, so we originally didn’t think we needed a wedding planner, but there were a hundred little details that wouldn’t have been taken care of without Bridget’s organization, expertise and professionalism. Anyone would be lucky to work with Bridget for any event; she helped make our wedding absolutely perfect!

I will never have enough nice things to say about Bridget....From client referrals, to attending vendor meetings with me, to helping me manage all the stresses that come with planning a wedding, she was there for me 100% the entire time. Bridget was monumental to why our day went so well! I knew the first day I met her with my mom, that I had to work with her! She is such a bright, warm individual that is completely dedicated to bringing dreams to life! Bridget is realistic but also incredibly savvy. She was able to keep me within my budget, but help me find ways to somehow get everything I wanted! She was always available for support, advice, countless meetings, and endless communication! If you want someone to help you create an incredibly fun, creative event and have a blast planning it, then you need her as your team leader!!

I hired Bridget for day-of coordination after doing most of the planning myself, and boy am I glad I did! She made sure all of the vendors were on the same page, and was proactive about getting information to and from each of them leading up to my wedding day. She created a very detailed timeline of the weekend - including arrival and set up times for each of the vendors - and made sure everyone was exactly where they needed to be. If you are like me and thought you could do it all yourself, I would seriously consider talking to Bridget. Hiring her took so much stress off of my shoulders, and I can guarantee my wedding day would not have been as successful without her!

There is no way that this wedding could have gone as well as it did without Bridget. She was superwoman! She handled everything with ease and no one had to worry with her in charge. The bride is pretty picky and the fact she trusted Bridget for the day before and day of setup is huge. I was a bridesmaid and Bridget did everything! She was cool under pressure, she made sure everything hit the time frame (pictures, dance, cake cutting etc..), made the decisions so the bride didn't have to, and handled everything so professionally and always with a smile. I've worked with coordinators for many different events and I've never encountered someone as amazing as Bridget. I wish I had her at my wedding!! Do yourself a favor and call her!
