the biggest reasons we chose this venue was the all-inclusive setup, and it truly made the planning process 1000000000% stress free. Having most of, if not all of our vendors (Florist, DJ, cake, etc.) and so many other details handled for us allowed us to actually enjoy our engagement instead of drowning in planning stress. The staff deserves the highest praise. Originally we had Hannah as our personal wedding planner, and she was amazing and super knowledgable and helpful, but sadly left the venue in June or July. After she left, Elaine and Dave were incredible. The entire staff is organized, supportive, and always a step ahead. They made the entire day run smoothly from start to finish. Robert and Chris, our photographers, captured every moment so beautifully and made us feel completely comfortable in front of the camera. Alejandro, our videographer, was amazing and so talented. With them, we can’t wait to relive our day through their work. And Eric, our bartender, kept the energy up all night and made sure everyone was taken care of with a smile. The venue itself is absolutely stunning. Every corner is picture perfect, and our guests couldn’t stop talking about how beautiful it all was. The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception spaces each had their own charm, and together they created the most magical atmosphere. If you’re looking for a place that truly does it all (and does it flawlessly) this is the venue you want. Our wedding day was everything we dreamed of and more!! eir packages have to offer, a wide range of decor saved that you could use on your big day, and on top of that it was so much more affordable than even smaller venues around Orlando. The Bridal Suite was so spacious and cozy, and their connections with vendors were excellent! Especially their in-house DJ, David, who also helped with a lot of other wedding tasks on the day of, was an excellent MC, and had a perfect read of the crowd that he used to change music at the appropriate time and leave our dancefloor lively for the entire night. He even drove me back to the Bridal Suite in their golf cart at the end of the night when my shoes were absolutely killing me! Elaine was also a gem who was always on our side rooting for us, and doing her best to answer us as soon as possible with helpful information. The day of, she made sure things were in order and did everything she could to make our day special. We love and appreciate her so much. We will never forget this place, and we are so happy to keep these memories forever with the perfect pictures on their beautiful property. If you're in the Orlando area looking for the right venue to hold your beautiful wedding, even if it's fantasy-themed like ours was, this place is worth the drive and absolutely worth your time!

She handled the entire set up of the decor for my wedding and made the whole day as stress free as possible. She treats you like royalty and I couldn’t have asked for a better venue/ day of coordinator. DJ David was also fantastic. He was so helpful and more than accommodating to all of our wishes. He was a great hype man for the reception and got everyone excited to get out on the dance floor and get the party started. The bartender was also fantastic. He was quick and more than accommodating for all of the drink wishes. I am forever grateful for how perfect my wedding was due to the amazing staff at Bridlewood Ranch and would be very quick to recommend them to anyone looking for an amazing venue for their wedding. It is very reasonably priced and well worth every penny spent. 

Elaine answered our questions whenever they came up and Hannah sent out timely reminders of what we should be working on at key points during the planning process. I also love that they always do a decor day for their couples, so they can see all available decor and work on putting together their table designs well ahead of time. The day of Hannah and Elaine were on top of everything, I did not have to stress about a single thing. Hannah even ran through the pouring rain to escort me and my new husband to the barn under several umbrellas to start our reception and even ran back out into the rain to find something my husband dropped. She was the absolute best, she looked after us all night! The whole night was perfect and we really could not have asked for more! I would 100% recommend this venue for your wedding/event - the team at Bridlewood will make sure that is exactly what you want!

We went and toured the venue and were amazed. We loved every bit of it. Esp the ceremony on the lake option. We had another venue to look at but immediately knew Bridlewood Ranch was the one. Elaine and Hannah were great to work with from day one. Come wedding day, I couldn’t have asked for a better day. It was beyond perfect. No hiccups and if there was, I don’t know of it. Everything was on time and went accordingly. Being an all inclusive venue was a life saver & their vendors on their choice list are just as amazing. I can not recommend this venue enough. Also, the groomsmen had a blast, they even came early cause they were able to fish the lake. Talk about everyone being a happy camper ;) the bridal suite remodel was beautiful and will definitely accommodate a large group of people as well as AC being COLD! The whole place is absolutely beautiful!

Elaina was very responsive and friendly from the getgo! DJ Dave hands down was one of the best DJ's. We had so many compliments about him as our DJ. We sat down after the wedding trying to think of anything that could of went wrong and couldnt think of anything. This is because they are not just a venue, they are a full service establishment. They have a dedicated team and group of vendors that have been vetted over the years to ensure you a getting a quality company for each piece of your wedding. Highly recommend!

I could have imagined and then some. Hannah did an exceptional job as the wedding coordinator. She made the whole wedding planning stress-free. I cannot wait to see the photos in a few months, from the 10 highlight photos we got from the photographer (Marsh Fern) they came out beautiful.

Our guests had countless positive remarks, from how special the ceremony space was to how our wedding at Bridlewood was one of if not the best wedding they’ve ever been to. We were positively beaming the entire day from how seamless everything went and are still talking about how great the day was several days later. In terms of cost, Bridlewood was extremely flexible and let us pick and choose what we wanted. They gave us the option to take care of catering, flowers, and more - all of which helped us save a lot of money. Thank you Bridlewood for making this the best wedding we could ever ask for!

I’m not kidding when I say that the day of our wedding was the least stressful day of all for me and that is all thanks to Elaine and Hannah! The package we selected included their decor, the DJ and the bartender. They not only have a ton of beautiful decor to choose from but they also set it up for you. The venue itself feels almost magical with the winding path down to the lake with trees in each side and all the fairy lights The DJ was very helpful in music selection and knew how to get people out in the dance floor! The bartenders did great with all the drinks and make sure that everything behind the bar went smoothly. Bridlewood is a great team to work with and I am so glad that we chose them! I truly don’t think the day could not have gone any better. I highly recommend this venue!

Hanging lights everywhere plenty of space for a small or bigger wedding and that rustic but classy feel. There’s games included for guests to play outside like personalized cornhole and giant jenga (which our guests took advantage of!). There’s PLENTY of parking and clear directions to get to the ceremony area. The team was with us every step of the way and everything was included in our package and it was a FANTASTIC deal. Every vendor partner was incredible and super easy and sweet to work with and really embraced our unique Halloween theme. The Bridlewood team provided sooo much decor that came with our package and it really helped bring everything to life. During the wedding weekend the team decorated our ceremony and reception sites so we didn’t have to and they broke down everything afterward, which we were super grateful for after a long weekend. Hannah was a wonderful wedding planner who we had frequent FaceTime calls with to see progress and ask any questions we had. On the day of, she was by our side for every single one of our needs. She was so kind and really cared about making sure our day was flawless (which it was!). There wasn’t a single thing that went wrong the day of because the Bridlewood team was on top of every single thing. Even things we didn’t even think about. For the care and attention and beauty of Bridlewood and its team for the absolutely INCREDIBLE price we paid, we couldn’t have gotten more lucky with this venue experience (I call it an experience because it was all so encompassing like a cinematic adventure). We were looking for a venue that had space for us to have our ceremony, cocktail hour and reception all in the same location, we had a rather large wedding guest list, so this was important for us and Bridlewood delivered! We had a "destination wedding" so a lot of our guests were traveling from out of state or from another part of Florida, which meant we needed busses and hotel accommodations which Hannah was able to help us with, and made what we thought was going to be a stressful part of planning super easy! We highly recommend the Triple Crown package, which can be modified if needed. The vendors who are included in this package are amazing and so fun to work with! The only vendor we chose on our own was the cake, so we could add in more desserts. Hannah was THE BEST wedding planner, she would answer calls, texts and emails in an extremely timely manner and when we had an idea she would run with it. We had a planner before her, who we cannot say the same for and man are we grateful things turned out the way they did because we never would have met Hannah! Elaine and her husband were the sweetest people to work with and they were super supportive along the wedding planning journey. We cannot wait to celebrate our one year anniversary in the same spot! Our guests have been raving about our wedding since the big day and it's been a few months. We have even heard it was the best one they have been to yet ;)

They are constantly updating and improving the venue to be even better than it already is. Hannah, the lead coordinator is the BEST. We cannot find any better words to describe her other than truly amazing. Hannah is with you every step of the way from the wedding planning process, to during your wedding, and to after the wedding. Any questions my husband, parents, or myself had she would answer very quickly or find the answer quickly. We were so blessed to have her as our coordinator for our wedding. We could not have had a better coordinator. She is punctual, caring, trustworthy, hardworking, and so much more. When choosing a venue everyone has specifics in mind that they would like to see in a venue. The specifics that we were looking for was a venue that was affordable, had a great team to support us, capable of holding 250 people, has A/C, and a southern style venue. We couldn't have found a more beautiful venue for one of the biggest day of our life. Bridlewood Ranch was the best decision that my husband and I made.

From our conversations and getting to know one another she found exactly what I was looking for and ran with it. In addition to the wonderful people, I worked with throughout the year to plan my special day, there is a lot to be said about the Bridlewood staff. They were efficient and tentative to every need I had. As the bride, if there were any hiccups on my wedding day, I am blissfully unaware due to their accommodations. Everyone treated me like family, Hannah was my guardian angel, shielding me from the stress of wedding planning. She took head on every dream and goal I had for my special day and made them a reality. Elaine was my encouragement throughout the day, reminding me to soak in every moment as it flew by. She held my dress as I made my way to the aisle, and you could see that she was just as joyful as the friends and family who had come all this way to celebrate. Dave, our DJ was a mastermind at getting our friends and family engaged and on the dance floor. Not only was his playlist perfectly tailored to who we are as a couple, but he had so many tactics that kept our group entertained and right on schedule. Mike our videographer from the venue was incredible, his shots are so innovative, and I am on the edge of my seat to see the final product. Mike was there from the very beginning of the day to the last song, and you cannot only see the commitment he has for what he does, but you can guarantee the quality of what Mike creates. Last but certainly not least Robert, the only photographer I could recommend moving forward, transcended anything I could have expected from a wedding photographer, which was already a fairly high expectation. This man is dedicated to his craft, he will be as adventurous as you are willing to be, and you can trust that the results will be nothing less than sensational. All in all, these people have wedding after wedding come through their venue every week and I don't know how they do it, but they made me feel like my wedding was the most important one. Through the planning, through the rehearsal through the entire celebration and even the follow-ups after, it felt like I was the only bride to get married at Bridlewood Ranch and that my new family had put everything together for me.

They were able to pivot the day before to bring guests closer to the firepit by the barn for comfort’s sake following the lakeside ceremony. Hannah, their wedding coordinator, went above and beyond, from initial consult to scheduled appointments and all parts in between. She was a wizard the weekend of the wedding! The Ranch was updated from our initial visit, close to a year ago. Day of the wedding, the barn was beautiful and incredibly comfortable, the firepit area was inviting, the bride and groom cabins were well appointed, and the serving staff…simply outstanding! There was a continuous line for the photobooth, DJ Dave kept the party going, and Bartender Ashley was a delight. Can only say great things about the Bridlewood Team. If you’re looking for a rustic, homey, comfortable event venue where your guests will be immersed in the beauty of real Florida nature, THIS is it. The lakeside ceremony location is incredible. The grand oak trees and sandy beach made for the perfect photo backdrop. The way the sunlight beamed through the woods was absolutely magical. Our guests were amazed that such a peaceful, quiet spot could be so close to Orlando. Our guests loved that the cocktail hour was just steps away, where they could still watch us taking bridal portraits under the trees. As soon as we saw the reception barn, we knew this was the venue for us, as it already had the aesthetic we wanted. The farmhouse tables, mason jar chandeliers, and hanging window panes made for a charming and cozy space. One of the biggest benefits of booking at Bridlewood was that they had TONS of decor included in our package. Signs, seating charts, lanterns, table numbers, floral, and more were available for use. The fact that I didn’t have to buy 20 lanterns that I’d never use again was a lifesaver! Our 70 guests had plenty of room at their tables, on the dance floor, at the bar and buffet lines. The team set up our guest book table and wedding favors beautifully. The location of Bridlewood Ranch could not be more perfect. Tucked away in the quiet hills of Clermont, it feels like a different world than the hustle and bustle of Orlando. It’s extremely close to hotels in Clermont, and a short drive from the theme park resort area and airport. Some of our guests stayed locally in Clermont, while others made a vacation out of the weekend and stayed at the theme parks. It really offered the best of both worlds for our guests! Hands down, the best part of this experience was working with the Bridlewood team. From day one, Alyssa, Elaine, and their staff made us feel welcomed, excited, and at ease. They took the time to listen to our vision, while offering their recommendations and expertise. Being able to text Alyssa quick questions throughout the planning process made each step stress-free. During the wedding weekend, they kept everything on time and in line, with clear communication throughout. Our package included the bartender and DJ, both of which were fantastic. The audio and music during the ceremony was perfect, and he kept the party going after dinner on the dance floor. The bartender listened to our vision for signature drinks and gave her recommendations. She even included a blueberry syrup in our signature mojito, made from blueberries grown right next to the barn! It’s those small details that set this venue apart. My family was extremely impressed with the team’s professionalism and caring nature. You can tell this isn’t “just a job” to them, this is their livelihood! We cannot recommend Bridlewood Ranch enough! Their team will create the wedding of your dreams with clear communication, stress-free planning, and creative options, all while keeping it affordable.
