The ability to work with Brielle and her team was a gift in and of itself. Brielle was instrumental in helping us navigate the chaotic, uncertain, and stressful months leading up to our COVID-era wedding. Due to local restrictions we ended up having to scrap our original plans and re-imagine our day with a little more than a month’s notice from our date. Brielle hustled to identify the decisions, limitations, and provided recommendations and options at every turn, while still respecting our needs and expectations. We most appreciated Brielle’s organization, transparency, and proactivity leading up to and during the event. All of our guests raved about her and her team too. She’s a great communicator and true advocate for her clients and is constantly looking for ways to put the bride and groom at ease and allow them to experience their event and vision. Brielle Davis Events facilitated a memorable and special event, and we would very strongly recommend them. They produced an extremely special COVID-era wedding, which requires a new standard of skills and knowledge this team definitely has.

Brielle was our day of coordinator for our January wedding. But she was so much more than the day of. She gave us great leads for vendors and then every vendor that we reached out to also had amazing things to say about her! She was constantly on top of things, even in the midst of "wedding season" and when our wedding wasn't until January. Even as we got close to the wedding day and we had some hiccups with our venue (to the fault of the venue - NOT Brielle), she made me feel so calm through it all because she knew that it would work out. Brielle was the best investment we made throughout the whole process. Looking back at it now, we couldn't have done any of it without her. A fond memory I have when working with Brielle was on the wedding day I began to lose my voice - without even saying anything to her and just giving her a look from across the room, she walked over to me in the middle of a conversation with family members and just handed me a cough drop. Brielle is THAT good.

I do not even want to imagine what our wedding day would have looked like without Brielle! When I got engaged, my mom and I contemplated whether we wanted to get a wedding planner or try to handle it ourselves, and we can both honestly say that a wedding planner was the best investment throughout our entire wedding planning process, and Brielle was the BEST choice. Brielle asked questions about everything to make sure she had the best understanding of our vision for the day, and then she made it happen! Our day ran so smoothly thanks to Brielle's thorough planning and her awesome staff there to make sure we had everything we needed. From the table settings, meal options, decorations, florals, doggy treat bar, pictures, etc....Brielle made our day absolutely perfect and we could not be more grateful!

I cannot possibly say enough positive words for Brielle. She was a total lifesaver at our wedding. WHATEVER we needed, or any questions we had, Brielle was there to solve the problem and help us feel calm the entire wedding process. Not only did Brielle help us with "Month of" things, but she helped us the entire wedding process answer questions and help with guest lists. If you are in the least bit wondering, "Do I need to hire a planner?" YOU DO. Brielle and her team were so fun, polite, and professional and did whatever they needed to do to help our wedding run smoothly. They set up all the decorations we brought, they were in constant contact with vendors, they even put blankets on the chairs for guests for our chilly ceremony. To top it off, Brielle even got out her sewing kit to butle my dress when a button popped off. Brielle made us feel comfortable and relaxed and helped make our vision come to life.

Oh my gosh where do I even start with Brielle?! Hands down, hiring Brielle as our day-of coordinator was the BEST decision we could have made for our wedding!!! As an extremely type-A, OCD control freak, I knew we needed to hire Brielle the first time I met with her. Throughout our entire first meeting all I felt was a sense of total calm while talking to her and listening to her planning stories and experiences. After hiring Brielle, she was extremely involved throughout our process. Any question I had I could ask her, and receive an answer within a day. She became a “friendor” to us and we loved talking to her! She had incredible recommendations about everything wedding-related, and great advice for any question we could think of. We had several meetings with her and always had so much fun! Brielle handled all of our logistics on the wedding day and put together perfect timelines that each vendor was able to follow. When I say that literally not one thing happened on our day that was unplanned for, I mean it. Brielle was an absolute rockstar, and our family and friends still cannot stop talking about how amazing and on her game she was!!! If you are on the fence just trust me, Brielle is absolutely the right coordinator for you!!! I would hire her again any day of the week for any event with zero hesitation!

there isn’t a character limit large enough to stop me from writing how fantastic and amazing it was to work with Brielle and her team. My husband and I live in New York and got married in DC. We had no idea how much work was needed to make our wedding day as seamless as it was. Brielle was on phone calls with us, emailing our vendors, reading our contracts, coordinating loading times with vendors/pick up times, and a long list of other behind the scenes items that don’t cross your mind immediately when planning a wedding. I could not be happier that we chose Brielle- she is spunky, fun, full of energy, always smiling, and genuinely loves the hospitality industry. She gives more than 100% and delivers beyond what is expected. We had a semi Orthodox Jewish wedding with several traditional elements that she went above and beyond on to take the time and learn the meaning behind the details. This certainly wasn’t required of her but she knew it would help ensure the best day possible. We are so thankful we found her and we can honestly say that the wedding of our dreams would not have been nearly as spectacular without her. She and her team came prepared with everything possible from bandaids to water to tide to go pens. I can not recommend her enough!!!!

My #1 piece of wedding advice is get a planner and if you can, make it Brielle. When my husband and I left our wedding, we spent the entire drive just gushing over how PERFECT our entire day turned out. And that’s because we had Brielle, who handled every problem without ever letting us know it even happened. To this day, I don’t even know whether anything actually went wrong or not. Brielle made sure that my husband and I got to enjoy every moment of the day that we worked so hard to create. She even stood there and gave me champagne and snacks in between family pictures, when I had been to nervous/excited to eat all day. Brielle is incredibly intuitive, respecting the bride and groom’s role as the ultimate decision makers, and doing everything in her power to make the day as personalized as you want it. I could not have made this wedding happen without her. I’m a fairly decisive, organized, and capable person. But Brielle navigated family tensions, made every one feel like she was on their side, and ensured that we stayed on planning schedule even when I got tired of making decisions. She thought of a million details that I would have never considered and handled anything I didn’t have the energy left to do. I could not have had a better wedding planner, advisor and friend throughout this long process. I am infinitely grateful for her constant reliability, attention to detail, calming presence, and ability to always get things done. Thank you, thank you, thank you, Brielle!

Brielle rocks! She's organized and creative - which I think are table stakes for being in this profession. But more importantly, she makes great connections with her clients. She had at least 4 other couples in the room that were all former clients. And you could just see that she knew them all so well, and had a big impact on their lives through being a part of their weddings. It's rare to get be part of so many weddings for an extended family and group of people - and it's a true testament to how great she is to work with!

Brielle was the first vendor we hired and she played a completely indispensable role in making our wedding the best day ever. I cherish each and every moment of my wedding day because I was able to live in the moment, enjoying each second without a tinge of stress. I know she worked her butt off in ways I don't even know. We had a long engagement, so at first I was unsure of the necessity of having a wedding planner, but as the wedding approached it was clear that we had made a good choice. We could not have pulled off the wedding of my dreams without her. I received many compliments from our guests about how outstanding she is.

To say that Brielle and her team exceeded our expectations as our Day of Coordinator is an understatement. Brielle was there for me from day one (leading up to our April 2019 wedding), asking all the right questions to not only meet me where I was at with my vision- but helped me get everything to the next level. She went above and beyond the call of duty consistently in the months that led up to our special day in addition to providing me vendor support and amazing planning tools. Both my husband and I are artist/designers and I have a lot of experience planning events (ladies & gents- you CANNOT do this alone!). I held every decision pretty close and was seriously afraid of letting go at first. I very soon understood that Brielle’s talent was so far beyond my own and felt a HUGE weight lifted off me knowing that she would make sure everything was as perfect as it could be. I really feel like she put her whole heart into creating our vision and supporting every other vendor to do their very best. She was always 200% present and had amazing energy always. Whenever Brielle was involved, I could just breathe calmly and confidently knowing I was in good hands. I was already impressed, and then met her day of staff Sara and Hunter who were equally amazing. Our wedding was a tight ship, which allowed everyone involved and in attendance to have the most amazing time. I got (and still am receiving) so many compliments about them from our bridal parties, vendors, and wedding guests. They were always a few steps ahead (literally, appearing like magic sometimes), anticipating needs and ensuring that everyone was cared for and that we had a great time. I really miss working with Brielle- she is seriously the best. So please, just do yourself a favor and stop looking- just hire Brielle Davis Events and enjoy every second of your perfect wedding. It will be the best money you spend on your wedding. Thank you Brielle and team for making our day beyond our wildest dreams!

Brielle and her team (Sydney, Lauren, and Riley) were the best! We felt so fortunate to plan our wedding with her over 11 months. She provided amazing vendor recommendations, answered all of our questions (many of them which were asked more than once due to nerves), and delivered the most amazing wedding! We feel like we stole something because Brielle was so wonderful and so affordable! We loved her so much when we met her that we wanted to work with her even though she told us up front that her own brother was getting married the same weekend and she wouldn’t be able to be with us the day of the wedding. Regardless, she was with us every step of the way and we always felt like the center of her universe! We ended up only being sad that she wasn’t there because she’s become a friend through it all and we wanted to celebrate, but she sent an amazing team and everything went off perfectly. I wish we could get married every weekend to get a chance to work with Brielle and our vendor team all of the time, but if you’re getting married, you shouldn’t even hesitate to hire Brielle!

Brielle was AMAZING throughout the entire process - seriously one of the best decisions we made! One of the first questions she asked us was how we imagined our wedding day, we both answered with "fun and relaxed" and she did everything to make that happen! Thanks to Brielle we look back at the day and remember no stress or headaches, only the good times! Plus she hooked us up with an amazing calligrapher and really helped us bring our vision to life. Brielle Davis was the glue that held our wedding day together. The day of our wedding went smoothly and was so perfect thanks to her and her assistant. We hired her for day of coordination, but her help was far more extensive than just one day. Her communication, resources, and organization helped us stay on track for planning. Brielle cares so much about making the wedding go the way her clients want them to go and her professionalism is unbridled. Hiring her was the best decision I made when wedding planning!

Choosing Brielle was by far the best decision we made for our wedding. She was incredible throughout the entire planning process, and made us feel like we were truly a team. We decided to use many of her recommended vendors, which we were more than happy with. On the day of our event, Brielle made things very stress-free for us. Brielle made sure everything and everyone was where they were supposed to be, while remaining professional yet fun. I would recommend Brielle to anyone.

I wish I could say something positive here but Brielle completely dropped the ball. After choosing our venue, photographer, and setting up a meeting with the caterer, she emailed my fiance and I out of the blue to let us know that she was retracting her services. There was no indication that this was going to happen. In fact, the day before we had been emailing back and forth about setting up the meeting with the caterer without incident. She has left us in an extremely difficult position, with zero explanation or warning that something was amiss. This type of behavior is completely unprofessional and frankly quite unbelievable given the line of work. Please stay away if you need a wedding planner who will actually make it to your big day.

To say that Brielle was the most important decision we made for our wedding would be an understatement. She doesn't know how or when to put in less than 200% effort and everything she touched was perfect. No task was too big or too small. Her connections to quality, reliable vendors was spot-on and her advice (sometimes in response to emails and texts sent at odd hours!) about anything from timeline to small decor details and everything in between was beyond helpful. From our rehearsal the day before to her helping us pack our getaway car the night of... I never doubted that she had everything handled with the utmost care. THANK YOU Brielle for giving a fairytale wedding :)

If you do anything to save your sanity on your wedding day, hire Brielle Davis IMMEDIATELY!! My husband and I decided to hire Brielle for day-of coordination and honestly don’t know what we would’ve done without her and her husband Josh Davis. They took all of the details we had planned and made everything run SO smoothly. Brielle took care of all details and Josh helped to run the timeline. My husband and I were able to relax and ENJOY our wedding day without being worried once about taking care of problems. We look back and we are amazed at how there was not a single part of the day that we would’ve done differently, and we owe that all to Brielle. Thank you so much!!

Brielle is amazing! She came to us highly recommended by a good friend and from the first interaction I knew we had to have as our day-of-coordinator! On our first phone call (before I was a client), she already helped me to fill in the gaps of our wedding. She guided us in securing an alcohol vendor, so we didn't have to purchase and lug alcohol from Costco (thank you for that!) She also gave us recommendations for highly-rated hair/makeup artists and florists. It was incredible and I immediately felt a weight lifted off of me. During our two meetings about the details, she helped me to iron out our timeline with her immense knowledge about how long each piece would take and reassured me about anything that made me insecure. In the midst of the wedding, she was a calming force. She made me feel confident that everything was handled (and it was!), so I could focus on enjoying the moment. I would hire her again and again! I was an event coordinator for a couple of years early in my career and know how challenging it can be to put together an event, especially when you weren't the one to plan the details, and she makes everything seem effortless.

Brielle made our wedding and planning a thousand times less stressful! We used her for day-of coordinating, but leaned on her expertise and advice throughout the planning process. She always responded quickly and thoughtfully to questions big and small, and pulled together every shred of documentation or list-making we needed to plan the wedding. On the day of, Brielle was a master, making our wedding run seamlessly and letting us fully bask in the day. I love her so much that I talked my best friend into hiring her as well, and I can confidently say that without Brielle that wedding wouldn't have happened. Brielle shepherded a very hard-to-manage bride through the whole wedding planning process, incorporating key details about the couple throughout the whole night. She and her assistant Lauren wrangled a big wedding party, and everything just felt seamless. I really cannot ever recommend Brielle enough.

I didn't think I needed a wedding planner. I'm type A and I love planning my own events. I was convinced that I could do everything by myself and I would just figure it out. I was so wrong. Seeing how other friends fared in their planner-less weddings made me realize there is no way I can have a wedding where I keep my sanity, not only leading up to the wedding, but on wedding day without a planner. Brielle Davis is phenomenal - as a planner, confidante, designer, and to my happiest surprise, friend. Brielle just knows what works, has the connections, experience, and is crafty with her budgeting. I couldn't have asked for more. She is incredible with spreadsheets and has a program she uses to keep all of your wedding needs in one easy place brides can easily access. That tool saved my sanity so many times in such stressful planning moments. Everyone noticed how on-point she was. My wedding truly was perfect from beginning to end. People say something always goes wrong on wedding day, well not with Brielle. She ran a tight ship with her staff. The wedding was individualistic, romantic. elegant, fun, and, most important, me. She captured my vision and knew how to execute it! I highly recommend her to plan your wedding because Brielle just excels at this! I wish I could be more eloquent because Brielle really exceeded expectations and there isn't enough I could say to capture that feeling. She is phenomenal and worth every penny (and more)!

If I could give 10 stars out of 5, I would. I booked Brielle for Day-Of Coordination, since I wanted to plan the wedding myself. I had assumed that she would just handle logistics the day of, but Brielle did so much more than that. She did several meeting with us to make sure we were on top of everything and didn't forget anything, was always available to answer questions, and helped coordinate with my vendors so I didn't have to worry about it. She also was invaluable the day of, keeping everything organized and easy for an anxiety prone person like me. Even when our planned outdoor ceremony got rained out and had to be moved inside, she made it seem natural and go off smoothly. Best money I spent out of my entire wedding budget!
