Bryce was amazing here. She was extremely patient, friendly and flexible. We enjoyed our tour very much. Space had everything we basically needed it to. Only downside is they dont include a cake but thats not the end of the world. Place was in our budget. Most likely will be booking here for 2018.

Shelly is awesome to work with. She was there every step and always checking in to make sure our night was the best! I was so happy with how everything turned out and the place looked amazing! It was the perfect place for us. We had the ceremony outside and the reception in the ballroom. Also the food is amazing as brier creek caters.

Brier Creek Country Club was the perfect spot for our wedding reception. The staff did a great job and the day went very smoothly. All of our guests said it was one of the best weddings they had been to. It was definitely worth the money. The food was amazing!

We worked with Shelly, and we could not have asked for a better coordinator. She was extremely helpful with all our questions. They day of the wedding went very well and everything we had talked about and requested was done. THe venue was great, food is excellent.

I cannot say enough good things about Brier Creek, and more specifically, Shelly Keeter. We only met with her twice (once to see the venue, another time to do the food tasting). We occasionally checked in to make sure we weren't overlooking anything, and she calmly assured us that she had everything under control. And boy did she ever! She took notes of every conversation we ever had with her. She made sure to include the specialty beer that we mentioned once in passing, having the tables ready first thing in the morning so we could have all day to set up, had fruit and wine waiting for us in the dressing room when we arrived, and placed all of our decorations perfectly. You don't have to micro manage Shelly. She is a well-experienced wedding planner, and Brier Creek is fortunate to have her. Brier Creek's grounds are immaculate. The perfect place to take wedding photos. The reception space is huge (we easily sat 200 people with plenty of room to spare), there's a separate room and outdoor patio for cocktail hour, and an outside veranda for outdoor ceremonies. The food was superb. It literally melted in my mouth! Everyone raved about how great it was. The service was spectacular. At the end of the night, the staff neatly packed up all of our belongings and had them ready for us to pick up the next morning. Top notch event!

I got married at Brier Creek in September of 2014. Leading up to the event, the entire process with Shelly was amazing - she was very punctual, answered all of our questions and truly seemed like she was working WITH us every step of the way. I have a very type A personality and felt very relaxed and calm knowing that Shelly had everything handled. We had our ceremony outdoors under the pergola, which was a beautiful site - we got tons of compliments. We had the reception afterwards in the ballroom. As a bride, it meant a lot to me to not have to worry about coordinating anything the entire night, which is exactly what I got at BCCC. The staff was running around all night making sure all of my guests were attended to and that everyone had what they needed. The food was simply delicious - many guests said it was the best wedding food they had ever had. Shelly also stayed for the reception and made sure everything was flawless. My bustle broke on my dress during the night (very frustrating) but Shelly personally took about 15 minutes to fix it, which was quite a tedious process. Not only that, but she helped calm me down when I was getting anxious about holding up the ceremony schedule. I can't say enough good things about my experience here - I would definitely do it all again!

Brier Creek Country Club did an amazing job for our wedding reception! We chose the location after falling in love with Jasmine Court, their outdoor area. We knew we wanted an outdoor reception with a backup inside option should the weather not cooperate. Luckily we had a beautiful evening and everything from the décor to food and service exceeded our expectations. The space had a built in brick dance floor, we had bistro lights strung across the entire area, and enjoyed a beautiful sunset with the golf course backdrop (talk about picture perfect!). The food was phenomenal and they even brought out a few heaters in case anyone got cold later in the night. The entire team was great to work with and Shelly especially went out of her way to ensure everything ran smoothly. We started working with Shelly after booking the venue and she was direct, laid back and gave advice at all the right times. She was there to help set up, coordinated with our vendors and stayed most of the night through dinner. We can’t say enough about her knowledge, flexibility, and ability to listen and truly understand what we wanted for the night. As soon as we told her we wanted the reception outside she was on board and excited! We absolutely recommend Brier Creek. All our guests are still raving about the food and beautiful venue!

I couldn't have been more pleased with the way my wedding turned out. Shelly and her staff are so incredible to work with. Any questions I had they were always answered quickly. With Shelly overseeing my day I knew it would go smoothly and I didn't have a worry in the world, I got to enjoy my day like every bride deserves to. I heart Brier Creek! xo

The staff at Brier Creek country club is amazing! All I wanted for my wedding day (June 14, 2014) was to enjoy it and not have to worry about the small things and they did an amazing job! The venue is absolutely gorgeous, food was amazing and everything was just perfect!

We recently got married at Brier Creek on March 22, 2014. The entire day was absolutely perfect and so much of that has to do with Shelly Keeter and the staff at Brier Creek! Shelly was so awesome to work with and made sure that no detail was missed and everything ran smoothly. I can't say enough great things about this venue and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful country club with great food to get married at!

Shelly Keeter and the staff at Brier Creek Country Club are simply amazing! The venue is gorgeous, and the food is delicious! My husband and I wanted an outdoor ceremony, an indoor reception, and great food - with Brier Creek we got just that. We were also able to customize our food and beer selections, which was great! Everything was perfect, and our guests had a blast. Working with Shelly was by far the best part of our experience with BCCC. She made everything easy and fun, and made my husband and I feel valued. I would highly recommend BCCC, and especially Shelly!

I was very pleased with the Brier Creek Country Club for our wedding day. Jasmine Court is a beautiful, relaxed, outdoor setting for a ceremony. The reception was great - we had many comments on how good the food was! Shelly, the Catering Director, is awesome!

We went from planning a wedding in one years time to three months! The staff at Brier Creek especially Shelly the event coordinator made the whole process incredibly easy. Not only was the location in the most ideal location in North Carolina (2 miles from the airport, next to 10+ hotels that shuttle), the venue was absolutely gorgeous in the summer time! My husband, my family, all the guests, and myself recommend this venue to everyone, you will never regret it!

The venue is absolutely beautiful and the service is top notch! We immediately knew we wanted to have our reception at Brier Creek Country Club and Shelly, the Catering Director sealed the deal! She was fantastic at understanding what our dream wedding looked like. She always called right back or responded right away to emails. She worked with our budget and was very flexible. On the wedding day, Shelly and the staff were non stop and extremely accommodating to our guests. We had our cocktail hour in the Palmers Cove and our guests were able to use the outside patio as well. The reception was in the grand ballroom which is absolutely beautiful. The food was always hot and our guests are still raving on how good it was and how big their entrees were. We also did a nacho bar toward the end of the reception that was a hit!!! I absolutely recommend Brier Creek Country Club and it was such a pleasure working with Shelly and the rest of the team there!

The moment my husband and I walked into Brier Creek, we knew that we wanted our special day to take place here. We had an outdoor ceremony with our reception in the main ballroom. Shelly was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. She was patient and helpful with all our wedding details. She even helped us plan out a timeline for the entire evening which helped everything run smoothly. The best part however was the food! Every guest could not stop raving about how delicious the food was from the hors d'oeuvres to the entrees to the cookie bar!

Shelly Keeter and the whole staff at BCCC were an amazing bunch to work with!! The property, and the venue its self is pristine, and beautiful. We had an a very small wedding and our room looked beautiful and romantic!!

Shelly was great to work with. The club was very flexible, but also very helpful. They did a great job on the night of the even as well. My husband and I were able to relax and enjoy our big day.

5 STAR VENUE. Brier Creek Country Club provided 5 star service in every aspect. Shelly and her team are fabulous to work with and are very organized and experienced in event planning. Every bit of advice Shelly had for us during the planning process was perfect. The bride and groom had a reception that was exactly what they wanted. The appetizers, food, drink, decor and service were above expectations. We had a photobooth at the reception and guests were writing about the fabulous food in the guest photo book! Shelly was professional, responsive and a real pleasure to work with while planning the wedding. Every detail was handled to perfection.

We had our ceremony and reception at Brier Creek Country club and it was perfect! The convenience of holding them both in the same location was wonderful and allowed us to take advantage of the beautiful North Carolina September weather for our outdoor ceremony and then enjoy the elegantness of the ballroom for our reception. Shelly, the events coordinator at the club was very professional and willing to help tailor our wedding to whatever we wanted and had wonderful ideas of how to incorporate things within our budget. I used Brier Creek Country Club for my wedding and I couldn't have asked for anything more. The ceremony and reception sites were absolutely beautiful. Shelly, the Wedding Coordinator was awesome. She stuck to my budget and took on everything so I didn't have to worry about it. The food was delicious and all the guests were raving about it. Overall, everything was perfect and I would definitely recommend this venue!

We went to several different locations to look for wedding reception venues and this one was the first one. We kept comparing everything to BCCC and it became an easy decision to book them for our wedding reception. They recently had a change of staff and Shelly and her staff at BCCC was so helpful in planning the reception and they do a good job working with your budget. Even many of the vendors had good comments about the staff there. They do a lot of the work for you which is great, because the bride and groom have enough to worry about with wedding planning. We had great comments about the scenery, food and hospitality of BCCC from our wedding guests and they helped make the night go smoothly. Overall, it was a great decision to have our reception at Brier Creek Country Club!

I recently had both my ceremony and reception at Brier Creek County Club. We've received many compliments on how wonderful everything was - from how great the food was to how beautiful the venue was! Shelly Keeter was amazing to work with. She was extremely flexible and offered tons of helpful insight throughout our entire planning process! I would highly recommend this wonderful venue!

When we first looked into Brier Creek, we loved the venue - it is absolutely gorgeous. We wanted an outdoor wedding with an indoor reception so it was exactly what we had wanted. We booked our big day 16 months in advance. A few months beforehand we had a tasting and sit-down meeting with the staff to go through some details. They promised to accommodate a number of minor changes to our original plan (e.g. starting the ceremony 15 minutes early for religious reasons). The food tasted really good and we had a lot of confidence. Six weeks before the big day, though, we got a call saying that there was another wedding occurring just before ours and it would not be possible to accommodate the promised changes. After questioning Brier Creek about the issue, we also discovered that our cocktail hour conflicted with the other wedding's reception in the same room at the same time. Apparently the other wedding was booked before ours, so Brier Creek had known for almost a year that there was a major issue, but didn't tell us until just before our wedding. We also found the food to be simply unacceptable on our big day. It was significantly different from what was promised to us at our tasting, and overall was dry and tasteless. Very disappointing. When a comment was made, the manager simply said "you could have asked for some more sauce." It had also been promised that food would be provided for the bridal parties in the changing rooms while waiting for the wedding to start and during the time between the ceremony and reception. There were leftovers from the previous ceremony left for the ladies, but nothing for the men. Between the ceremony and reception, the women received a plate of food only because my mom asked for it. The men were given nothing. About an hour before the reception was officially over, staff started clearing EVERYTHING off of the tables. This included water glasses and the decorations. Everyone was looking for water towards the end of the night and the bartender didn't have any. He told us to find a waiter. But, the waiters had removed all the glasses from our tables. Something as simple as pouring water for our guests should not have been an issue. Lastly, at the end of the night, my parents and sister stayed to collect the left over cupcakes. They managed to get all of those, but the larger cake that we had cut was nowhere to be found. The staff insisted that they had "wrapped it" and left it for us, but bottom line was that we never received it. We paid good money for that cake and the bite each that we had was delicious. Unfortunately, it went to waste. Advice to anyone using this venue - get EVERYTHING in writing and double check everything. Be super specific (again, in writing). We think that if there was just one wedding that night, things would have gone much more smoothly. The venue representative is very sweet, but obviously, the pressure of dealing with 2 weddings in the same night was too much and it just did not work as planned. Thanks to our amazing DJ, guru, and photo booth, our guests still had an amazing time so it wasn't a disaster by any means. But, some of these things (especially the food) were really important to us and Brier Creek just fell through on their promises.

Our daughter's wedding at the Brier Creek Country Club was fantastic. They are incredibly service-oriented and worked with us on every detail. The food was great, the location was beautiful and we were very pleased.

We had our wedding reception at the country club and it was a dream come true. It was absolutely perfect!!! The club takes care of every little detail down to coordinating the vendors you chose, setting up, to even walking my groom and I through the buffet line and helping us get our plates! I would recommend BCCC to anyone. It is the best, hands down!

Brier Creek Country Club was spectacular! The club was beautiful & the food delicious! The staff was incredibly helpful & attentive. I couldn't have asked for a better venue/caterer.

Everything was handled beautifully. The wedding cooordinator at Brier Creek arranged the drop off and set up of the cake flowers DJ so that I didn't have to. It was decorated beautifully. Just as I had asked/ imagined.

The reception coordinator was exceptional and very organized. I didn't worry about a thing because she kept the DJ and chef on time. The reception is on a golf course which made for incredible pictures and a balcony for guests to be outdoors was a nice plus. The night started with a cocktail hour in a separate room with dark wooden walls and a childhood slideshow of my husband and I. Guests then moved to the main ballroom. Several bar stations were set up in the room making drinks easy to grab. A significant detail about this reception venue was the bargain on alcohol. We decided on a package price per person and therefore saved thousands of dollars on drinks. No other venue in the Triangle offered this package. The venue also allowed us to extend the night as our guests wanted to dance longer. Staff were also very nice and patient. The location was also accommodating for our out of town guests as it was near the airport and hotel where all the guests were staying.
