There are not enough words to explain how crucial this vendor was in achieving our dream wedding. From the Friday rehearsal to kick off the wedding weekend, to the design aspect for the entire wedding, to curating an individual experience for every guest, to designing a reception that looked like it was out of a movie - I can go on for days.
I understand some couples believe they can handle planning an entire wedding and I am sure they can - but I will stand by what I say in that if you want something specific and you want to wake up everyday with 0% stress leading up to your wedding - hire Briggs & Co. I never once felt stressed - it was a beautiful experience from the moment I hired this team. Amanda, the owner, also recommended additional vendors that she felt would mesh well with our personalities and what we wanted out of our wedding weekend.
Please look at the photos of when my husband and I saw the room for the first time. The emotion was raw and real and yes I ugly cried. I knew I was able to trust her and her talented team but it was beyond every expectation I ever had. Looking back, our wedding weekend was not only perfect but we were fully present in the moment knowing Briggs & Co. took care of it all. I think there is something to be said when guests are still calling/texting daily to let you know how beautiful your wedding was, but also how well executed each moment of the day flowed. Being a bride was a beautiful experience for me and I know that can be the same for others with this dream team !!
Amanda is truly the best. Our wedding would have been impossible without her unwavering time, energy, attention to detail and expertise. Working with her was hands down the best decision we made throughout the entire wedding planning process.

FIVE THOUSAND STARS for Gavin, Susan, and the entire ECE team! Where do we begin? They brought order to a unique and busy summer camp wedding weekend -- helping us communicate with vendors and bring a vision to our wedding. We were planning our event from across the country, with no local connections or information, and they provided guidance, insight, and recommendations when we needed it most. They continually went above and beyond, even for portions of our celebration outside of the actual wedding day. While one of us is actually an event planner, we seriously could not have done it without you. Our wedding was truly the best weekend of our lives, and we're indebted to the team for the magic they created. Thank you thank you!!
This is easily THE best team to work with! Gavin was hands down an integral part of the entire planning process. We were married in Islamorada, FL and live in Tampa, FL. For a team located 11k miles away, to be so "on point" with every detail was nothing short of astonishing. Every guest was well aware of how organized that ECEC was and they went above and beyond expectations. Our guests enjoyed an easy, fun and comfortable day. As a bride, I was never worried or stressed. Whether you are in the NEPA area or are interested in a destination wedding, I would recommend Electric City Event Co every time!
It's impossible to find the words to describe how incredible ECEC was in helping with my wedding. Amanda and her entire team are professional, kind, organized, and determined to give you the wedding of your dreams. We had monthly meetings with Amanda leading up to the wedding that helped my husband and I stay organized and on top of all of the planning. Amanda and her team were timely with answering any questions we had. On the weekend of I was so grateful to have them there helping with everything behind the scenes. I never felt stressed because I knew that I could count on them completely. Every idea and vision we had came to life through ECEC. I can't recommend them enough and am so grateful that we found them!
I don't have enough words to explain how amazing working with ECEC (Amanda and Tiffany) was. I went into the whole engagement thinking I could do it on my own but my mom quickly convinced us that it would take so much stress off of us, if we hired someone to help with the planning. I have to say it was the best decision we made in all of our wedding planning process.
From the minute we started working with Amanda we knew we made the right choice. She was extremely knowledgeable when it came to any questions we had. She shared with us ideas we hadn't thought of, she opened our minds to different ways of doing things, and she was a pleasure to work with every single step of the way.
The Aisle Planner app that ECEC uses was one of my favorite websites throughout the last few months of planning. I probably visited it multiple times a day. When it came time to do our seating chart, I couldn't imagine an easier way to do it! All the aspects of the planning app helped tremendously.
When it came time to start our meetings with Amanda we expected our first to be short, sweet, and to the point... it ended up being a little over 2 hours long! We went through every little detail, she answered all of our questions, she made suggestions, and when we hung up, my now husband and I were blown away!
The closer we got to the wedding, the more communication we had! We were able to meet Amanda and Tiffany (our day of coordinator) a few weeks before, at the venue to go over everything and ask any last min questions. They again reassured us that we made the right decision.
Wedding week I almost talked to the two of them on a daily basis. They were always so quick to respond and made me feel so comfortable bringing anything going through my head to them.
The day of the wedding is where Tiffany really shined! I can honestly say that my wedding day would not have been what it was without her assistance. Every one of my bridesmaids would say the same. We watched her SPRINTING around New Leaf Farm to ensure we had everything we needed or wanted. When we ran into issues with the Photographer/Videographer/DJ, she was there to jump in and take charge. I cannot say enough good things about her. She made me feel so much better and I am sad that it is all over and we don't get to continue working with her and Amanda.
If you're thinking about working with ECEC, stop thinking and just hire them... I guarantee you will not be disappointed!

Point blank, I don’t know what I would’ve done without Gavin. This company is fabulous and I couldn’t recommend them more. Gavin is an incredible person and he was so instrumental in making our day so absolutely perfect. I met Gavin as a fluke and when he mentioned he was a planner/coordinator, I then realized this was no chance meeting. He was MEANT to be my Day of Coordinator, but the greatest part is he has also became so much more. I will consider Gavin a part of my heart and a true friend for life. I’m pretty sure Gavin immediately picked up on my nervousness and made sure to make me feel at ease and confident with my ideas. Gavin went out of his way to constantly calm my nerves and help me make the best decisions for our day to be perfect. I relied on him A LOT and he never faltered to figure it all out for me. He is a true gem who will do everything to make your vision come to life. More importantly, he does so much for you so that you can enjoy the process and celebrate your special day to the fullest. Again, I could not recommend this company more. They will go above and beyond for you! They are the best!
Working with Electric City Event Co, specifically Gavin was one of the best decisions we made in our wedding planning process! He is very knowledgeable and efficient, saving my bridal nerves on quite a few different occasions. He helped us to stay organized and created the perfect day of schedule that kept weight off of our shoulders and things running smoothly. Beyond that, he quite literally saved the day with less than 24 hours to the wedding after a lot of stress from my wedding dress designer falling through, Gavin found me a dress to wear within minutes the night before and it could not have been more perfect! You will not be disappointed if you choose to work with electric city event co, I 1000% recommend!
Electrics City Event Co. is the absolute best!! I hired Amanda as a day of coordinator and it was by far the best choice I made for our wedding day. My wedding was on my husbands family’s golf course. There were a ton of moving parts (since we were building a venue in a field) and I become very overwhelmed. Amanda and her team were amazing throughout the entire process. She was great with communication and went above and beyond in every way. Electric city Co. was so professional and personal. I felt that Amanda was one of my close friends who would do anything to make sure my wedding day was perfect. I highly recommend anyone who is planning a wedding to hire Electric City Co. She will take soo much stress of your plate and will give you great advice throughout the entire process!!
Amanda was amazing. Our original wedding date was in 2020 and Amanda was there to help us through the disappointment of having to cancel everything. We were able to have the wedding of our dreams this year thanks to Amanda and Electric City Event Co. We live in another state and Amanda kept us on track and helped with so many things we couldn’t do. Our wedding day was absolutely perfect and Amanda was there every step of the way. We were able to completely enjoy our day with our family and friends. I highly recommend Amanda and her company!
I could not recommend Electric City Event Co. enough! Coming from someone who has previously worked in the event industry, Amanda’s team is 10/10. We had the most perfect day, and we owe it all to Amanda. I can’t tell you the number of times she reassured us and took away all our worries. She truly wanted us to enjoy our day and not get caught up in any of the stress; she never let us forget the true reason we were there. Gavin and Tiffany were the added cherries on top, DREAM TEAM! Seriously do yourself a favor and hire Amanda and your team, you are guaranteed a SEAMLESS wedding day and experience, and it will be 100% thanks to Amanda and her team! Amanda was more than just our wedding planner - she was our #1 fan & supporter, she was someone to vent to, and she quickly became a friend.
We loved working with Amanda! We used her full service package, so we spent over a year planning our wedding with her, and can't recommend her enough. A few points that stood out:
1. Vendors- we weren't from the area where we were getting married so this was huge for us. Amanda had an incredible network of vendors and was able to tailor them to our budget. They were all incredibly nice, and easy to work with, and went above and beyond to make our wedding incredible.
2. Day of coordination- we didn't really think about this until the day of the wedding itself, because it was just part of the package, but Amanda and Gavin were INCREDIBLE on the wedding day itself. They truly took any worrying, planning, and problem solving off of our plate so we were able to relax and enjoy the day, confident they were crushing it.
3. Peace of mind- we were anxious about planning our wedding, and the timelines and workload involved. We left every call with Amanda with palpable senses of relief- she was great at keeping us on track, and telling us to relax when we were worrying about things too early in the timeline or unnecessarily. The resources (checklists, timelines etc.) she provided made the workload seem manageable when spread out over a year. When you spend as much time with a person as you will your wedding planner, it helps when they're kind, patient, and funny. Go with Amanda- you won't regret it!
Amanda was hands down the ultimate wedding planner!! I wish I could give 10 stars. She answered every question I had with a speedy response all throughout the wedding planning process. She has all the answers!! She is extremely professional and easy to work with :) We got married at New Leaf Farm and she constantly put my mind at ease with all the moving pieces that come along with a barn wedding. Organized, patient, and attentive are the words that come to mind when I think of Amanda. The day of our wedding, she made sure things went according to the timeline and my wedding party continues to reach out to me telling me how amazing she was!!! She made my wedding day so stress free and was checking in often to see if I needed any little thing. Don't think twice about hiring her, she is THE BEST!
It didn’t surprise me at all when I saw Amanda has nothing but 5 star reviews on The Knot. She absolutely is amazing. She does so much work and pours her heart into the event she’s helping with. You can tell that she loves what she does, it shines through in her conversation with you.
We used her company throughout our wedding planning process. She sends documents and timelines to help you stay on pace. She asks wonderful questions to help you plan your day and bring your vision to life. Our wedding was 100% perfect.

We hired electric city event co., as the day of coordinator for our wedding in July 2023. We had Tiffany as our day of coordinator and she was great! We had an initial phone meeting to discuss details and she helped set up a timeline. She was very responsive to emails and helped coordinator vendors!
Amanda and her team were absolutely fabulous to work with! Their organizational skills and ability to keep every single detail straight is unmatched! They went above and beyond for me and I couldn't have had a better experience. My day was stress free because I had all the confidence in the world that they had everything covered and it would all be perfect! They are a must have to any wedding!
We worked with Electric City Event Co. for our day-of wedding coordination. Although we worked primarily with Gavin, Amanda also assisted in the beginning stages of our planning and throughout. Gavin is a dream! He made the process fun, worked very hard to get to know us and our vision, and made it all happen for us. Even though we only opted for day of coordination, we had several meetings leading up to the big day to iron out the details. Gavin answered all of our questions, offered to reach out to vendors when there were some unexpected challenges, and made sure we had thought of all of the smaller details that often get overlooked. On the day of our wedding, Gavin went above and beyond to be sure he supported both myself and my husband throughout the entire day ensuring that the day was perfect. We even had additional help from Gavin’s husband, Ron, at the venue on the morning of our wedding. Ron was able to assist with overseeing the set-up at the venue since we were fortunate enough to have some family members double as our florist. Overall, we are so thankful to have meet Gavin not only for his work as a part of Electric City Event Co., but also just as an amazing person! We highly recommend the entire team at Electric City Event Co.!
Amanda & Gavin literally brought my vision to life in a better way than I could have myself. I opted for the most comprehensive package because I was planning my wedding from another state, and it was such a great experience. I couldn’t have had my dream wedding without ECEvent Co. Communication was excellent as well.
I first met Amanda in 2019 at the Radisson in Scanton PA where she was the wedding consultant. The Radisson was our 1st stop in our hunt for a venue. We went to go look at a few more but the other wedding consultants I met just didn't have the spark that I felt when we spoke with Amanda. While the Radisson is a beautiful venue, I still say that my ultimate deciding factor for choosing this as my venue was knowing I'd be working with Amanda leading up to my big day. So when she called me to tell me that she would be leaving the Radisson, I panicked and immediately felt a pit in my stomach. Thankfully, she was venturing off on her own to start this company.
Amanda literally had an answer for every question I had and calmed every worry I came across. She got to know me and adapted to my personality on a level that I don't even think my own friends have!!! :) She knew exactly what to do in any and every situation that came up. Her timeline was spot on and every vendor agreed!! She's super organized, had the best suggestions for the day of (especially for some one on one time with your hubby), and was just the easiest person to work with.
I'll say one last thing. My wedding was pushed back due to covid (I had three dates but it finally happened on Oct 22nd) Leading up to my final date, I didn't feel like it was all actually happening, it wasn't truly "real" for me even as I was meeting Amanda the day before the wedding to inventory items for my day. She took a moment to show me the tables being set up the since it was the night before. This was exactly what I needed and she knew I needed this without me even knowing it.
I could truly go on and on about how great Amanda is, she deserves it, but I'll end with this, if you are in need of ANY of the services she provides, please choose her!! You will NOT regret it!!
Amanda and her team are FANTASTIC!! she is the best. She is so organized and on top of everything. She has made my wedding planning extremely easy and stress free.
We hired Amanda and Gavin based on our venue recommendation, we had been planning things ourselves but then work started to get too busy so we thought we needed an extra hand sorting details as the day got closer. We had no idea that we were going to get so much more than that. From the first phone call, we were thrilled. They were both so much fun to chat with and immediately put us at ease. We hired them on the spot. Months before the event they had us thinking about details and coordination that we hadn't thought of and completely removed all of the wedding stress from our lives. Not only did they make the planning fun, but they completely saved us. Two weeks before the wedding one of our main vendors was unable to fulfil their commitment, Amanda hooked us up with a vendor she had worked with before and they completely hit it out of the park.
The day before they wrangled the crew in the middle of a monsoon to get through the rehearsal and created our weather backup plan. Amanda even swooped in with her EMT skills when the flower girl ran full speed into a table.
The day of the event was perfect. The whole party raved over Gavin. I felt like I didn't see him except exactly when I needed him, but I know he worked all day long behind the scenes making sure everything was perfect. It rained most of the morning so we prepared for an indoor ceremony. Gavin knew we really wanted to be outdoors, so when he saw a window of opportunity an hour before the ceremony, he worked with the crew to move everything outside. I couldn't be more grateful for the whole process. My only regret is not hiring them sooner. If you are lucky enough that they are available for your event, hire them.
Amanda and her team were truly unbelievable and went above and beyond to make our day perfect! I had nothing to worry about day of because they took care of everything for us and made the day run so smoothly. From coordinating times with vendors, to pep talks, to making sure the decor was what we wanted- they did it all! I truly could not recommend a company more, I couldn’t have gotten through the day without them!
Amanda was hands down *THE BEST* decision we made when it was time to start planning our wedding. We live in New York and my husband and I decided that we wanted to have our wedding in a simple, beautiful, and rustic setting in Lake Ariel, Pennsylvania. I am a type A personality who wants my hands on everything, yet in the same breath, also a perfectionist who has a genuinely difficult time making final decisions.
Amanda was the perfect Yin to my Yang. She knew when to offer advice, when to stand back, and when to stop me in my tracks and tell me which choice I was going to pick haha. Throughout the process, she became a new best friend that I truly didn’t know that I needed! Her family and friends even participated in our day in big ways too! I literally couldn’t be more thankful to have found Amanda!
She brought me a sense of peace throughout my two years of planning, she listened intently to my needs delivering perfect results, and was my shoulder to cry on when I was simply having a rough day! She listened to my crazy, laughed with me when I ranted, provided answers when I was genuinely stuck, and was readily available to manage all of my needs.
I was shocked to learn that there were other weddings she was planning as it always felt as though I was the most important person in her world. That simply says it all!
On the day of my wedding, the minute she walked in the door, I was immediately at ease. I knew that no matter what happened, I could trust that Amanda had it all under control!
Amanda’s ability to stay calm, problem solve, and play damage control made my, let’s just say, “slightly chaotic” (haha) day appear flawless to myself, my husband, and my guests. If it weren’t for Amanda I truly would have been lost! Amanda navigated through several hiccups that I only found out about after the wedding. Without her, the hiccups would have absolutely been catastrophic.
I am beyond thankful to say that I not only picked *the perfect person* to help me navigate through the ups and downs of planning the most important day of my life, but to also know that I gained a new friend that feels more like family too! If you are hesitant about whether or not you should add a planner to your budget or about who to choose (like I was in the beginning) SERIOUSLY…. Choose Amanda. I promise you will thank yourself and Amanda for all the years to come! <3<3<3
*** I would also like to add that I not too long before my wedding date, Amanda expanded her business and added Gavin to the team! Gavin was, yet again, another blessing that I did not know that I needed! While Amanda was helping myself and my wedding party get ready, Gavin was setting up the entire barn for all to arrive. His attention to detail and creativity absolutely did not go unnoticed. I let both Amanda and Gavin know that I wanted to be surprised when I walked into the room and WOW was my breath taken away! Amanda and Gavin will take your day and make it far exceed any of your expectations. Trust me.. you should trust them… I simply cannot say enough!
Amanda is truly an expert and amazing at what she does. We hired Amanda as a day of coordinator for our wedding, and when we received our first email from her I felt assured that we were in good hands. She is incredibly organized and was instrumental in helping us plan final details for our wedding. She helped us stay on track and remind us of details that we would not even think of ourselves.
I also appreciated how communicative Amanda has been with us during the months leading up to the wedding. She patiently and frequently answered all of my questions, addressed all of my concerns, and offered really helpful advice when making decisions about the wedding day. Not only is she a professional, but she is also really compassionate toward her clients. She cares about your concerns and wants to make sure that you have a wonderful day.
On the day of the wedding, Amanda was seriously like my Fairy Godmother. When there was a missing boutonniere, she got a replacement. When we returned from taking photos, she was ready for us with water bottles at hand. She was so attentive to us that if we needed her for anything she was there to fix the issue. One of the things I am most grateful for was she made sure to schedule time throughout the day for my husband and me to take a break and just enjoy the moment. Under her coordination, the day ran perfectly. As a bride, I felt incredibly calm because I knew that everything would go smoothly, because Amanda was there.

Amanda is the fairy godmother all couples need. My husband and I met Amanda early on in our planning process, and knew we needed her in our life. Amanda celebrated with us when we picked our day, cried with us when we had to cancel due to Covid, cheered for us when we decided to have a small civil ceremony, and supported us when we had our big wedding day June 25th. She is extremely knowledgeable and organized...so you don't have to be lol. She has this amazing timeline literally down to the minute of planning for the day of the wedding. Seriously, if you are feeling stressed talk to Amanda and she will take all your worries away.
Amanda was phenomenal! She is a bona fide wedding expert, seemingly having answers to any and every question as well as making recommendations for things we hadn’t even considered. From the moment we met her, she brought a sense of comfort to the whole process. You can tell she has extensive experience in this space. She met with us regularly, meticulously documented everything, and truly went above and beyond what we could’ve asked for. Our wedding day was literally flawless and Amanda was at the center of it all. She has a secret weapon too - her assistant, Gavin, and he was awesome! Choosing Electric City Event Co. was the absolute best decision we made throughout this wedding process. We worked with Amanda. She was extremely professional and friendly. Amanda is detail-oriented, and really listened to what we were hoping for. When things became overwhelming, she talked me off the ledge and provided solutions to any concerns we had. When our venue fell through at the last minute, Amanda came with me to find another venue. She even worked closely with our vendors to make sure our centerpieces and decor were perfect.
On the actual day, we were able to enjoy every minute because Amanda dealt with any issues that arose. I cannot describe in words how grateful we are to Electric City Event Co. My husband and I would recommend them to anyone who is planning anything.
Electric City Event Co. was a God sent! I hired them from a vendor recommendation about 3 months prior to my wedding for coordination the day of. Amanda was our point of contact prior to the wedding. She was very helpful and had wonderful recommendations to keep us organized and on track. She made an amazing timeline for everything that was going to happen on the wedding day, which was very helpful (I was not good at the small details thing). They contacted all the vendors and got everyone on the same page for us with the timeline. Gavin helped us on the wedding day and he was wonderful! He made sure my husband was going to be ready on time, was in contact with all the vendors for whatever they needed. I was barely needed so I could relax and enjoy the day! Even when the ceremony got moved inside because of rain they did everything to make the set up absolutely beautiful on short notice. Gavin was the guide through the wedding day and all I had to do was follow, leaving me with less of the stress. So thankful for all they did!
My husband and I could not recommend Electric City Event Co. enough! Friends & family told us prior to the wedding that things WILL go wrong on your wedding day - we heard all the stories, but I don’t think they knew how AMAZING our wedding planner was, because things don’t go wrong with Amanda in charge! We had the most perfect day and we owe it all to Amanda. I can’t tell you the number of times she reassured us and took all of our worries away. She truly wanted us to enjoy our day and not get caught up in any of the stress; she never let us forget the true reason we were there. Wedding planning is A LOT and wedding planning during a pandemic is even worse, but Amanda was there for us every step of the way. Shortly after the launch of Lovely, she purchased her wedding venue New Leaf Farm located in North Eastern Pennsylvania where she resides with her husband, two daughters, and an ever growing population of animals.
