We hired Sara & Nick to coordinate the day of our wedding and I couldn't have been happier with their service and work. While I had nearly everything planned and organized already for my big day, Sara's advice and suggestions on everything from the timeline, photo checklist, decor to seating was invaluable. She thought of things I had never considered and truly made a difference in our overall layout and schedule.
Nick and Sara with BrightStar are fabulous! They put a ton of attention to detail in their work and are very helpful with placing a rental order. The quality is amazing and the price is afforable! Wonderful people and business!
We get our linens every week from Brightstar Events. We switched to them a few years ago because we love the colors available but more importantly how they come nicely pressed and hung. And they deliver! They are just awesome and we are very happy!
I am a repeat customer with Brightstar Linens and they are fabulous! Their delivery is prompt and on time. They have many color options and the linens have always come pressed and stain free! I would highly recommend their linen services!
My daughter and I started planning her wedding and very quickly realized we needed help. Thank goodness we found Brightstar. Sara and Nick were great to work with. They met with us several times before the wedding and kept us on track. They offered a variety of packages and were very reasonably priced for their services. We haired the vendors but Brightstar (Sara and Nick) made sure they were at the venue and set up on time. I was very impressed with the the way Brightstar handled the day of the wedding. Sara and Nick had established a timeline for every aspect of the event and did a fantastic job of making sure the evening went as planned. Sara and Nick were everywhere taking care of everything . At one of the meetings prior to the wedding, Sara asked me what my expectations were. I told her I wanted to be able to enjoy the evening and not have to take care of anything. Sara and Nick made that happen. Everything I asked them to do, they did. Everything they said they would do, they did. I wanted my daughter to have the dream wedding she wanted. and she said she did. What more can you ask for?
Nick and Brightstar were very easy to work with. I always received a response within the hour. Linens looked brand new, ironed, and were the correct sizes and quantities ordered. Cost was cheaper than other competitors in the area. Will certainly use again if I need to rent linens in the future.
Nick was great to work with. Linens were perfect for my brides reception tables. And I love the drop off and pick-up service.

If you are looking for a rental company then Brightstar is fantastic. If you are looking for a bar service then I would look elsewhere. For how expensive the bar service was I wish I would have had a serve yourself bar. The bartenders that came were very rude/ grouchy to my guests. The guests that ordered mixers complained that there wasn’t enough alcohol, though this could just have been my guests. Unfortunately, the bar tenders were complaining that they weren’t getting enough for tips. I think if they had been a little friendlier that wouldn’t have been the case. I’m happy other people had good experiences with this company but after the wedding I just regretted hiring them to do the bar in the first place.
I had mostly everything planned out so I only needed a cleaning crew for the wedding so that my family could be at ease. Bright star Events was awesome and I would recommend them to anyone. If we had more room in our budget we would have probably have also gone with a day of wedding coordinator. Sara and her team were great to work with. Thanks so much again for making our day easy !

These guys are amazing. Super easy to work with. Nick was very responsive when I messaged him. They dropped off linens when they said they would and even picked them up, this made the process very simple and stress free. Pricing was good and linens came clean and wrinkle free. Loved the professionalism & flexibility Brightstar had to offer! We used them for our wedding linens, and they turned out beautifully. We set our official linen list 2 weeks in advance of the big day, but I forgot to account for a few additional tables! I emailed them & they had it added to my order within hours! No questions asked!

As a wedding venue we love working with Brightstar Events! We usually use them for linens as they have great prices and service.
Brightstar provided linens and centerpieces for the fundraising event for 200 guests we hosted two weeks ago. The presentation was professional and the room looked great. Guests were commenting on how perfect the centerpieces were all night.
Nick was great to work with and so was Sara. We had a couple of last-minute changes based on higher-than-expected attendance and a change by the caterer. Nick caught the details in an email I hadn't even noticed and made those changes happen for us.

I was so happy to hear about BrightStar Events!! They had many colors of linens to choose from so my simple basic color was easy to find. They were super easy to work with and were quite helpful. Emailing, phone calls and texting made everything less stressful. The cost was also less than other places I had checked on so that was a huge help to my wedding budget.
These guys will take so much stress off of your shoulders! We hired Sarah for planning and Nick for alcohol. I can't even tell you how much money they saved us on alcohol and how efficient they were on the day of.
Nick and his team provide chair covers and sashes for my son's wedding on 9/22/18. They were fabulous to work with! Very friendly and professional. They made sure i had everything I needed!
Bright star Events was really a pleasure to work with! I ended up changing my order 3 times, and they were always understanding. They had great employees who worked the bar and I heard nothing but positive things about them. I would definitely recommend them to anyone! Price is so reasonable too.
