Our team is dedicated to serving delicious food to you and your guests. Since 2017, the culinary team at Briks & Embers has been serving hand-tossed pizzas throughout Alabama at a variety of special events. They provide an efficient service to every wedding they attend, as their state-of-the-art ovens and equipment travel easily with them from venue to venue. The team strives to provide delectable Italian-inspired meals to couples and their loved ones, adding an element of fun and excitement to their wedding celebrations. Briks & Embers also offers a range of delicious treats for you and your loved ones to enjoy. We make our very own pizza dough and sauces. We source fresh, local produce, the team is proud to provide high-quality pies for every event. A variety of toppings are available to choose from, as well as an extensive menu that includes charcuterie boards, appetizers, and dessert pizzas.
