est working with the Brindle + Oak team. Stefany is a miracle worker and she made the planning process, including design work, vendor selection and coordination, all a breeze and so much fun. In addition to knocking the planning portion out of the park, the day-of coordination was event altering. It was astonishing to be able to show up for our wedding day and not think about anything other than being present in the moment. Stefany handled literally everything - including the arrival of a surprise guest (how fun!). I cannot recommend Brindle + Oak enough. Trust me, working with them will change your wedding day.

joy to work with. I am a very type A person who has difficulty delegating for fear of someone not doing a good job. Before our wedding weekend, I turned to my fiance and said, "You know what, I TRUST Sam!" She was so impressive and clearly a professional, so I finally let go of the need for control and left it in her hands. Boy, did she come through! Budget One of the most commendable aspects of their service was their unwavering dedication to sticking to our budget. Weddings can easily become financial minefields, but Megan and Michelle navigated these waters with finesse, offering creative solutions and alternatives that not only preserved our financial boundaries but also enhanced the overall experience. Their ability to maximize our budget without compromising on quality was truly remarkable. Communication Communication is key in any planning process, and Megan and Michelle excelled in this department. They were not only prompt and professional in their responses but also proactive in keeping us updated on progress and potential challenges. Their transparency and willingness to address our concerns fostered a sense of trust, allowing us to relax and enjoy the journey towards our special day. Industry knowledge Since we felt so in-tune with the B&O team, we leaned heavily into their recommendations, which was 100% the right decision. They would share a short list of vendors that they felt were personality, style, and budget fits (all of which were amazing!), and we could select from there. Every single recommendation was a hit- our florist, band, photographer, were all such incredible recommendations. It’s clear that the B&O team knows the industry well & is able to make the correct matches for couples & people. It meant that we were able to minimize the time spent researching & validating since we really trusted everyone that B&O sent our way. Intangibles :) The B&O team was so wonderful to work with that I want to call out a few special things that best exemplify their excellence: When working through our budget, they were respectful of each expense, regardless of how big or how small the line item They managed an unusual number of fun little surprises (from us to our bridal party, to each other, from our bridal party to us...turns out we were all added more to-dos to the B&O list and they managed it all beautifully and graciously!) When I came to them with a little extra budget to do one last surprise, I asked them to find one little way to uplevel our event (no guidance beyond that). They found a watercolor painter who created memorable portraits of each attendee to take home- such a fun touch! We truly trusted them to use their creativity & wedding knowledge, and they nailed it :) In summary, Megan and Michelle of Brindle and Oak exemplify the epitome of wedding planning excellence. Their genuine commitment to understanding, budget adherence, and stellar communication skills transformed our wedding planning experience into a seamless and fun adventure.
