Michelle and Sam from Brindle and Oak did an absolutely stellar job making our wedding dreams come true! They were responsive, thorough, flexible, attentive, and just all around a joy to work with. I am a very type A person who has difficulty delegating for fear of someone not doing a good job. Before our wedding weekend, I turned to my fiance and said, "You know what, I TRUST Sam!" She was so impressive and clearly a professional, so I finally let go of the need for control and left it in her hands. Boy, did she come through! Brindle and Oak (specifically Stefany + team) were the ABSOLUTE best partners in making our wedding day a dream. They were thoughtful, HIGHLY organized, and super responsive. Leading up to the wedding was easy and my planner stayed on top of all of the vendor payments, contracts, etc. They also helped a ton with vendor recommendations (even some out of the box suggestions). The day of the wedding was even better. I didn't have to worry or think about anything for one second. Everything was taken care of and everything went perfectly. We found Brindle + Oak when looking for a wedding planner for our big day. Our venue supplied us with a coordinator, but a wedding planner was definitely needed for most of the planning and details. Brindle + Oak was a dream to work with during the entire wedding process. Stefany was our assigned planner and I'm not sure exactly how to put into words how vital she was towards us throwing a great wedding. Intangibles :) The B&O team was so wonderful to work with that I want to call out a few special things that best exemplify their excellence: When working through our budget, they were respectful of each expense, regardless of how big or how small the line item They managed an unusual number of fun little surprises (from us to our bridal party, to each other, from our bridal party to us...turns out we were all added more to-dos to the B&O list and they managed it all beautifully and graciously!) When I came to them with a little extra budget to do one last surprise, I asked them to find one little way to uplevel our event (no guidance beyond that). They found a watercolor painter who created memorable portraits of each attendee to take home- such a fun touch! From the initial phone interview they were upbeat, friendly and so encouraging. They were just as excited about our big day as we were. We were planned an out of state (destination) wedding and Megan made every aspect of the planning stress free and fun. She was very accommodating to setting stuff up like food tasting and plates, linen etc for when I could be in town. So we had fun weekend packed activities to accomplish all that was needed for the wedding. I HIGHLY recommend them for any wedding event you may have.

We’re so thankful for Brindle and Oak and can’t imagine having planned our wedding without them. Megan introduced us to so many perfect vendors for our day. We hired Brindle & Oak to plan our ranch wedding in July 2022. They were amazing!! Michelle did such a good job on helping us kick start our planning and getting us in touch with the best vendors. Stefany was also partnered with us and she knocked it out of the park! She made sure every tiny detail was accounted for in the month or two leading up to the big weekend as well as was there to help with everything day off. This was a really remote wedding (middle of a cattle ranch with no structures/internet/bathrooms/etc). Brindle & Oak made it a gorgeous wedding that ran so smoothly!! We were intensely pleased with our Brindle + Oak experience. Their Wedding Day Management package was worth every penny, and exactly what we needed for our mountaintop wedding with about 100 guests. The package included wedding planning help from Brindle + Oak starting six months before the actual wedding, and we also appreciated tapping into Brindle + Oak's list of recommended vendors. All staff we worked with at Brindle + Oak, including the two ladies who attended our wedding, were professional, efficient, pleasant and clearly experienced with this industry. Finding Brindle + Oak while planning our wedding remotely was a huge score for us. I called three or four planning companies, and this was the obvious choice. Michelle got back to me promptly, really listened to what I was looking for, and expressed her eagerness to work with us. I adored planning and designing with her, and felt really comfortable leaving plenty of decisions to her, sensing her competency right off the bat. She was available to us throughout our ten month planning period, left us a lot of creative license, but also used her own, and her own experience, to steer us straight. The design of our rehearsal dinner and wedding was gorgeous. It could not have looked more perfect or run more smoothly. Given that we live several states away, it was also priceless to us that she could recommend and connect us with the best vendors. We worked with Michelle and David for our wedding and could not have been more pleased! From day one they helped us define our vision for the day and make that a reality. I am the Mother of the Groom, so my only real job for the wedding was to plan the rehearsal dinner. The bride's family hired Brindle and Oak and got the full service package so Megan was at my disposal, too. Megan and her entire staff were excellent! We had a COVID wedding that was canceled the week before in was originally scheduled. It was then postponed again, and ultimately moved to an entirely different state over a year after the original wedding date. Megan was with me, and the bride's family, the whole time for all the changes and rescheduling. When the wedding was first planned, Megan came along for the dress fittings, and it was very nice of the bride to invite me, too. Throughout the two year planning and re-planning, Megan helped me find the perfect rehearsal dinner venue three times! She worked with the different venues, florists, invitation printers to make sure my ideas for the perfect rehearsal dinner came to be. Megan was confident, experienced, level headed, and kept me calm when I was stressed with all the changes. Megan, Michelle, and all the other Brindle and Oak staff that attended the rehearsal dinner and wedding were friendly, happy to help, professional, and available when I needed them. Best wedding planner award?! We had such an awesome experience with Brindle + Oak. Due to some global pandemic issues we had to make some changes to our wedding and the ease at which Michelle was able to pivot put both of us at ease. When it came to picking vendors, the stellar communication and clear relationships they have formed really comes through. Brindle + Oak is THE BEST planning group in Denver!! I hired them for our wedding when I saw how organized they were at a friend's and I am sooo thankful. At first, I thought it was a little over priced but since I knew the quality of their work, I decided to go for it. And once COVID hit - I couldn't have been more thankful for that! Michelle (one of the co-owners) not only put every bride first, she personally lobbied with the governor for events to be handled separately with COVID legislation so that we could actually have a wedding!! I was so impressed with that and I was informed about what to expect every step of the way. Planning a wedding is stressful enough - planning and re-planning a wedding multiple times during a global pandemic is even worse, but Brindle + Oak took our worries away! As far as the actual day went, Kenzie and her assistant were incredible. They were organized, on time and professional. They made our day perfect and I am so beyond thankful for their hard work. Absolutely the best people in Denver to plan a wedding. We got caught up in the Covid19 mess and had to cancel the wedding . They have been gracious, accommodating and so calming. The wedding planning pre-covid was professional and just plain fun. They are full of ideas and suggestions. They know every vendor and venue in town and are so well respected. When you tell other vendors that you're working with Brindle and Oak, their eyes light up! They know the job will be done well. David is a particularly wonderful planner. Hiring Brindle and Oak to be our month-of coordinator was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. Kristen went out of her way to meet with us early on in the planning process and get to know us and how we envisioned the event. Almost a year away from the ceremony, everything was big-picture focused and she helped us dream and come up with some creative solutions to questions we had. Fast forward to the month of our wedding, and Kristen was the detailed planner we needed her to be. It was a great feeling to have someone we trusted to forward confusing questions from vendors to and ask all of those questions we couldn't ask vendors directly. Kristen communicated efficiently and relayed all details to everyone who needed to know them. The day of our wedding went even more smoothly than expected thanks to Kristen and the B+O team. She checked in with us and kept everything running on time. If there were any hiccups, we had no idea, which is a clear indication of a job well done. We had a very positive experience with Brindle and Oak from the initial meeting to the last moment of the reception and would recommend them to anyone looking for a coordinator.

Where do I even begin? Without Caitlyn, there is absolutely no way we would have made it past the morning. Throughout the planning process, she always were so easy to work with. Her ability to remain calm in all situations along with always being responsive is something our extremely type A group appreciated! The wedding party stated it was the most organized wedding they have been a part of (and they have been a part of a ton :) ), and Caitlyn was the main reason it was such a stress free day! On the day of, she was the true HERO! In between, running to Starbucks for all the ladies, steaming my veil and dress, running around finding all our people and making sure they were in the right spot, ensuring our venue had everything organized the way we envisioned, and always being in the right spot at the right time, it was truly incredible. Highly recommend B&O for the day of if you don't want a whole year planner, we did the day of and it was more like 3 months before planning, which without this I know our day would not have been nearly what it is. We had Brindle + Oak planning start 45 days out from our wedding and it was so wonderful! Kenzie had everything organized for us, coordinated with our vendors, created the most perfect timeline and even reminded us of details that we definitely would have overlooked without her suggestions. Hiring Megan was hands down our best decision ever. She was the most wonderful person & made the entire process make sense! I never had to stress about when to do something or who to contact because I had an actual expert guiding me along the way! Megan was the lead planner for our wedding and we could not be more thrilled with her! From the very first day we met Megan and Michelle, they were responsive, enthusiastic, kind, and made us feel completely at ease and excited about our wedding. We are not particularly trendy or picky people, and while we had a vision for what we wanted, Megan made it come to life in the most beautiful way possible. She sent us vendor recs whenever we needed them, made decisions that we didn't have opinions on (hello, napkin color), and organized each and every detail for the day. She even drove from Denver to Fort Collins to attend our rehearsal dinner. Megan's cheer and charm was one of my favorite things about this whole process. I can't imagine having gotten married without Megan cheering us on!

There is no way I would have survived my wedding without this team. Kristen from Brindle + Oak made my wedding day a dream!! B+O came as a day of wedding coordinator with my venue and I cannot tell you how amazing it was to know that someone had every detail taken care of on my wedding day. We could not be more happy to have chosen Brindle + Oak as full-time planners. I loved my experience at The St Vrain and with Brindle and Oak! The venue is absolutely beautiful! Annie is so nice and was easy to communicate with through the entire wedding planning process. She was extremely accommodating, and let us come view the venue any time. This was so helpful as my mom lives out-of-state. Megan from Brindle and Oak was fantastic to work with! She understood our vision and helped us take care of all the details! She was so organized and helpful, especially on our wedding day. She even delivered Starbucks to me at 7 a.m. while I started to get ready!

Kristen was my saving grace leading up to my wedding and on my wedding day! She made sure to help calm my nerves before the ceremony and continued throughout the night; as well as making sure my guests were also having a wonderful time. My day went perfectly thanks to her!

Brindle + Oak was worth every penny we spent. From the very first conference call to the follow up after the wedding, there was never a moment that I wondered whether something was taken care of because Megan had already thought of it! She is very kind and professional, not a pushover (she'll give you her honest advice/opinion but leave the decision up to you), and is incredibly thorough. The day of the wedding, the wind knocked over and broke my program board, but she was there to improvise and make it work. I can honestly say that I didn't have to worry about a single thing because Brindle + Oak was there. My husband and I were able to enjoy every moment of the rehearsal and the wedding.

I initially started planning on my own, booking all of my vendors, but as soon as I hit the details like decor and linens, I knew I needed help. Brindle + Oak was referred to me as the chosen vendor at my venue (The St Vrain), and I am so glad they were referred! I chose the partial planning package (Brindle) to help me wrap up all the details in a very short 3 months. Megan was a joy to work with--she was not only my planner, but my friend, therapist, and problem solver. She made our day run smoothly, and it turned out more beautiful than I could have hoped for! Michelle with Brindle and Oak is incredible. We got married outside of Denver, where I had only lived for a few years and going into this my mom and I were worried because we didn't know any locations or vendors. From the beginning she was so open with suggestions and recommended vendors and always paid close attention to the budget to make sure nothing that she recommended was out of reach. She also ran our day of scheduling and I couldn't have survived the day without her. She made sure everything looked exactly as I had imagined and that everyone was where they needed to be. I couldn't recommend them enough. Everyone needs a wedding planner who is as easy to work with and knowledgable and fun as Michelle is.

We could not be happier with our experience working with Michelle. What sets Michelle apart from the rest is that she genuinely cared that we had the best wedding we could; she wasn't just doing it as a job. Hiring Megan Grose from Brindle & Oak was the wisest decision we made in our entire planning process. My wife and I both have event planning experience and the initial steps of wedding planning were not things we felt we needed help with. However, once the big decisions were made all the details started to pile up, as well as the heightened emotion of dealing with family and approaching a pivotal moment in our lives. I knew for SURE that I did not want to deal with any of those little details on my actual wedding day, and Megan made sure I didn't have to. From the moment I first spoke with her on the phone, I noticed my shoulders relax and a sense of ease come over me. We hired her for what is called, "day of coordination" which is a HUGE understatement of the result B&O actual provides. In virtual meetings leading up to our big day (we live in Chicago & she is in MI), Megan totally took the reigns, earned our full trust and got a crystal clear understanding of our vision so that she could execute it throughout our wedding weekend. By the time we were 10 days out, she was the MAIN contact with all of our vendors; she was also on call for us for both big and little problems. There was one night I called her at 9:30pm because my father wanted to make sure she understood how he wanted the liquor and ice cream to be set up... she was kind, calm and supported us all to relax and be fully present. She arrived in Chicago 2 days before our event. We met at the venue and handed off 3 boxes of stuff including our rings and important ceremonial items. After that we just left to go relax with our wedding party. She "stage managed" our entire wedding weekend. All we needed to do throughout the weekend was show up and savor every sweet moment. The experience her was absolutely priceless.

Okay, first and foremost - hiring a wedding planner was something that my partner/I went back and forth on after we got engaged. Of course in the beginning, you grapple with, "We COULD probably do it all ourselves and do a day of planner" - on top of "would it really be worth the money?". Regardless, I convinced my partner to meet with with Brindle + Oak after I saw they had glowing reviews on The Knot (I also get a vibe from a company's website since I work in advertising - and I had good vibes from B+O's style). My partner was SO resistant, but then we met Michelle. Michelle was incredibly nice, genuine, laid-back and COOL. She exuded professionalism, knowledge of the industry/vendors - but was not pushy or over the top peppy (that's not our style). It's hard to capture in a written review, but Michelle is just awesome - she's someone you would want to hang out with in your spare time and that you immediately feel comfortable with. Not only that - but Michelle owns an incredible joint-work space for wedding vendors. This was a huge selling point for us, because she was stacked with vendor recommendations for us based on our vision and budget and took of our plates having to do a crazy amount of research. She is the ultimate connector for all things weddings and has virtually worked with everyone in the business. After our first meeting - I had my partner onboard to hire Michelle. The package we got included EVERYTHING we needed - a healthy amount of in-person consults and Michelle was always available to us via email to answer any questions. A HUGE thing Michelle provided us with was our wedding story-board. When we met with her, we told her (in very, very general terms that likely provided zero direction, haha), what we were going for. She put together this AMAZING story-board, which essentially brought together all the design components and ideas for our wedding day based off our theme, wedding colors and some really unique and beautiful ideas she had for us! We saw it and it was exactly what we wanted (and so much more than we could have thought of on our own) - Michelle's vision is unparalleled. She just gets it and has impeccable taste. Additionally, Michelle is calm and cool under pressure and is quick to offer solution and was the perfect third party when my partner and I were unsure of something. Michelle stuck with us throughout the whole wedding planning process - for all things decor, budget, logistics, vendor recommendations - she was our go-to and I cannot imagine how stressed we would have been or how much time we would have spent doing all of this ourselves. In the weeks leading up to the wedding - she fully took the reigns in coordinating with the vendors, building out detailed schedules, checking-in with us on outstanding invoices - it really was incredible! The day before and day of - she did everything for us and I was speechless when I saw our venue, because Michelle just made our vision come to life. My bridal party/friends ALL commented how amazing Michelle was to work with and how friendly she was. All I can say is that hiring a planner, but especially Michelle, was worth every single penny and we would have been a complete stressed out mess without her - she allowed us to be fully present and enjoy our wedding. I know I'm just rambling at this point but if you're looking for a planner, please, don't waste your time looking any further. Michelle is the best you could ever hope for. She is the ultimate!
