Brio Italian Grille - Polaris

Brio was so wonderful for our rehearsal dinner. The space was perfect, the food delicious and the whole event was very affordable. It was wonderful to just walk in and have everything be set and ready to go! Thank you so much for hosting us!

Brio was a great location for our rehearsal dinner! I can't speak to how booking was because it was booked by my husband's parents, but the dinner itself was excellent and it was a perfect space for our rehearsal dinner. The food was very good and everyone enjoyed the light dessert that was served at the end. The staff was friendly and attentive. Overall, it was a very nice space with good food and good staff.

Brio Tuscan Grille has so many options to plan a rehearsal dinner! My husband and I called so many places, but with a small number of guests it was difficult to get a nice dinner for a reasonable budget, until we spoke with Brio. The room looked perfect when we arrived and the food was delicious. We even arrived early and they were able to accommodate us without an issue! My husband and I highly recommend Brio when choosing a rehearsal dinner venue.

We booked our wedding rehearsal dinner with Brio Tuscan Grille at Polaris and they had really done a lovely job making it a perfect evening for us and our guests. Anne, the Private Event Coordinator for Brio, was very nice and helpful, and she was quick to reply to our emails. She answered all our questions and was accommodating when we wanted to make changes. The menu they had created for our dinner, personalized with the groom’s and my names, was very sweet. We had the Toscano Room upstairs for our party of about 50 guests. It was nice having our private space. The atmosphere was cozy and the décor really pretty. The Italian restaurant had the perfect romantic feel that we were looking for. All the servers were very kind and did a wonderful job catering to our needs. It was a bit chilly in the room, but they tried to fix that for us right away. The food that we had selected was delicious! Our family and friends kept mentioning how good their meals were. The whole evening was wonderful! If you’re looking for a space to have a small event, do consider Brio at Polaris! Their food is very tasty, the service is great, and the restaurant is charming.
