This was an amazing venue!! I LOVE Bristol Event Center! Sarah Johnson was so great to work with! She made this process as smooth as possible for planning a wedding in less than 6 months! The grounds were BEAUTIFUL, so spacious, perfect for our 200 people wedding. The bridal and grooms suites were one of the best parts, helped the make the experience top tier- enough space for 6 bridesmaids and 2 hair stylists and 2 makeup artists! The connecting hotels were perfect for our out of town guests. I highly recommend this spot! So many people told us it was the best wedding they have ever been to!

We held a New Year’s Eve wedding on 12/31/24, and wow—we cannot thank Sarah and Julia enough for such an amazing night. Our guests are still talking about the wedding, using words like epic, incredible, and amazing—and it truly was. We had a clear vision that required close communication with the staff, and once we shared that vision, they made it happen seamlessly. They even timed the music and smoke perfectly for our entrance into the venue. The venue is clean and offers so much room for decorating, both electronically and within the space itself. The attached hotels were also a great touch, making it easy and convenient for guests to stay overnight. Thank you for giving us the best memories of our wedding day. For some reason, our photos won’t load onto this site, but if you’d like to see them, Sarah and Julia know how to reach us. Thank you again for making it the best night of our lives. Darren and Dan

The ballroom was beautiful and the perfect setting for any wedding. Having the hotel attached is also a huge plus for guests coming from out of town. 10/10 in every category and we would recommend the Bristol Event Center to anyone looking for a venue to have their special day!

ful—spacious and super clean—and the ballroom worked perfectly for 180 people that wanted dinner as well as a giant dance floor. In the weeks and months leading up to the wedding Sarah (the wedding specialist onsite) was fantastic to work with. She was quick to answer questions, very detail-oriented, and completely in sync with me on the actual wedding day, which made everything run smoothly and on time. Load-in and load-out for vendors was also very easy. The banquet staff was efficient and pleasant and there were plenty of them onsite that evening, so service moved quickly. The food displays were visually appealing, with the raw bar being a real highlight, and having such a large pre-function space and patio gave guests plenty of options to chat and relax when they wanted to step outside of the main ballroom. We had one guest that was in a wheelchair, but the entire venue is accessible and that was no issue. Overall, both the space and the team were excellent, and I’d absolutely recommend the BEC without any hesitation. Thank you for helping to make my job so easy!

A huge thank you to Sarah and Julia, who were absolute rockstars throughout the planning process. Their organization, responsiveness, and genuine care made us feel completely at ease every step of the way. They went above and beyond to make sure every detail was in place. On the day of the wedding, the onsite staff was exceptional—professional, attentive, and incredibly kind to us and our guests. Everything ran smoothly, and we received so many compliments on both the space and the service. If you're looking for a beautiful venue with an amazing team behind it, we can't recommend the Bristol Event Center enough. It was the perfect place to celebrate the most important day of our lives!

am wedding! I love the fact that Sarah made it so easy to approach her with anything we need. It’s not easy planning a wedding all the way from California, but she helped made it happen. I remember visiting BEC when it was still being built, having to tour with hard hats and everything was all framework and foundation. Sarah went over with us how BEC became established and also showed my wife and I how it’s going to look and we just decided to take that leap of faith and go with them due to how we were able to connect! When we came to check it out when we were visiting town, we were speechless on how beautiful everything was. My cousins and my wedding coordinator did the taste testing for us and they said BEC gave them an experience they never experienced before. If you’re booking a venue to please your crowd, your crowd will definitely have a positive experience they will remember for a very long time. I’ve been to numerous weddings myself and this venue definitely captured my eyes and my stomach (food is amazing). shes. Everything was sparkling and new. Having two spacious hospitality suites upstairs to get ready in (or to touch-up during the reception) was a huge bonus. The staff at the BEC was amazing, from our initial tour to the day of. They are experts in the hospitality industry. They got back to us quickly with any question and were extremely accommodating with all our requests. Even our vendors commented how great they were to work with! Food was very important to us and the BEC nailed it! It was difficult to narrow down our hors d'oeuvres choices because everything was so amazing at the tasting. The chef was extremely accommodating to all our requests, including a huge raw bar during cocktail hour which was the talk of the wedding. Lastly, I can’t emphasize how convenient it was for our guests to stay in the hotel next door. Our guests stayed at the DoubleTree which was a 2 minute walk, or they could take one of the shuttles that staff were running back and forth. We also had our afterparty in one of the hotel ballrooms. Staff from both the BEC and Doubletree worked together to make this seamless. It will be even more convenient now that the connected Home2Suites is open for guests! Overall, our experience with the Bristol Event Center was a 1000/10. If you’re looking for a brand-new, sparkling venue with amazing service, food, and convenience, this is your place. 😊
