Would like to give Bristol Event Center another applause, from the architecture, the food, down to the staffs, and very special shout-out to Sarah J., for helping us create our dream wedding! I love the fact that Sarah made it so easy to approach her with anything we need. It’s not easy planning a wedding all the way from California, but she helped made it happen. I remember visiting BEC when it was still being built, having to tour with hard hats and everything was all framework and foundation. Sarah went over with us how BEC became established and also showed my wife and I how it’s going to look and we just decided to take that leap of faith and go with them due to how we were able to connect! When we came to check it out when we were visiting town, we were speechless on how beautiful everything was. My cousins and my wedding coordinator did the taste testing for us and they said BEC gave them an experience they never experienced before. If you’re booking a venue to please your crowd, your crowd will definitely have a positive experience they will remember for a very long time. I’ve been to numerous weddings myself and this venue definitely captured my eyes and my stomach (food is amazing). My daughter's wedding reception was held in the Century Ballroom at the Bristol Event Center and coordinated by Sarah. The team at BEC made the event seamless. They were professional, responsive and easy to work with. The venue itself is gorgeous and the food received rave reviews from everyone. I do not hesitate to recommend the Bristol Event Center as a fabulous venue all around!

The Bristol Event Center made all our NYE wedding dreams come true! The venue is absolutely gorgeous, from the floor to ceiling windows, tall ceilings, huge bars, and high-end finishes. Everything was sparkling and new. Having two spacious hospitality suites upstairs to get ready in (or to touch-up during the reception) was a huge bonus. The staff at the BEC was amazing, from our initial tour to the day of. They are experts in the hospitality industry. They got back to us quickly with any question and were extremely accommodating with all our requests. Even our vendors commented how great they were to work with! Food was very important to us and the BEC nailed it! It was difficult to narrow down our hors d'oeuvres choices because everything was so amazing at the tasting. The chef was extremely accommodating to all our requests, including a huge raw bar during cocktail hour which was the talk of the wedding. Lastly, I can’t emphasize how convenient it was for our guests to stay in the hotel next door. Our guests stayed at the DoubleTree which was a 2 minute walk, or they could take one of the shuttles that staff were running back and forth. We also had our afterparty in one of the hotel ballrooms. Staff from both the BEC and Doubletree worked together to make this seamless. It will be even more convenient now that the connected Home2Suites is open for guests! Overall, our experience with the Bristol Event Center was a 1000/10. If you’re looking for a brand-new, sparkling venue with amazing service, food, and convenience, this is your place. 😊
