Cannot say enough about how great Brittanie and her team is and how seamless she will make your wedding day! From just talking with her on our very first phone call she reaffirmed our decision to go ahead with having the full wedding (we were on the fence). Her energy is infectious, she is approachable but professional, completely non-judgmental about any ideas, and is a wizard with getting the vision together on the day of the event. We planned our wedding from out of state and went with "day of" planning. Brittanie was excellent in keeping us on track with the planning phone calls and following up on any emails/questions we had. She has an incredible eye and talent for design and collaboration. Brittanie is a gem in this industry and you should absolutely have her on your team for your wedding! Thank you, BRE!

Kinsey from Brittanie Raquel Events and Brittanie were both so helpful! The day of the wedding I barely had to do anything, they took care of it all! I just got to sit back and enjoy the day! It was absolutely perfect!!

Kinsey was amazing in helping plan the biggest day of our lives. I couldn’t take on the task of planning a destination wedding all the way from Texas. The second I found BRE I knew I would be just fine. She eased my stress in every moment even when I had mental breakdowns at 12am about choosing the wrong photographer (who ended up being the best). She helped with every little detail months before, weeks before, and especially the days surrounding wedding day. Kinsey gets her work done in a timely manner and is a pleasure to work with!! I wish I could do it all over again 100x!!!

BRE made our vision for a special rehearsal evening come together even more beautifully than we imagined. Communication was timely and recommendations were spot-on. Brittanie and Kinsey ensured we could just walk into our event after months of planning and enjoy it with no worries. They were not only professional but really genuine and fun to work with and the fees were reasonable. Our evening’s schedule ran smoothly, they made sure our vendors carried out the plans, and they put the final touches on the atmosphere. After the event, they worked so quickly and efficiently to facilitate clean-up and organization of our belongings that we were able just to focus on our guests leaving. Destination wedding in Ocean Isle Beach, NC, we planned our wedding from Michigan. We hired a day of/month of coordinator to assist with the final planning and coordinating of the wedding. We booked Brittanie and her team based off their experience, social media presents and the vibe we were looking for. Amanda was our lead coordinator for the day of the wedding, she worked her butt off with all the obstacles she had day of. From vendors not showing up on time to the catering company giving out cold food, she did the best she could to manage everything for the day of the wedding. There were a few things i thought she should have known that i had to remind her of, the catering company was supposed to service the guests at the buffet line, there was no sticky tap in her emergency kit, this needs to be added for future brides, and wedding favors almost got forgotten. For the Floral, the boutonniere and corsage were not what I sent for my inspiration phots, and they were ugly. There was supposed to be more fabric to cover the bamboo arch for the ceremony and there was barley any on it. Overall, I really enjoyed working with the team and the wedding day basket they gave was a great touch!

Brittanie & her team were so amazing to work with! At first I thought I could do it all myself - needless to say having Brittanie as my planner was the best decision I could have ever made! I knew we were on the same page leading up to the wedding and when I made my own decor it was such a good feeling knowing I could drop it off and she would make it into my vision! She said the most amazing thing to me a few weeks before my wedding - "You don't have to worry about that anymore, now it is my job" - literally I could feel the weight of the stress lifted and I knew I didn't have to stress about the details - because she always had my back. (They were even bringing water to the beer pong table we set up & handled a stressful miscommunication with other vendors like a true professional!)

Amanda and her team did such an amazing job bringing our wedding day vision to life and the day could not have gone more smoothly. We hired the BRE team for our wedding at the River Room and it was the best decision we could have made. I cut a lot of corners to keep costs down for our big day but Brittanie’s month of/day of package was reasonably priced and worth every penny! Our planning meetings were enjoyable and efficient. I did not have to worry about a single thing on the day of the wedding thanks to Brittanie and her team. I made all of my own decorations and was unsure of how everything would come together. Brittanie exceeded my expectations and ensured that everything looked perfect. We could not have asked for a better planner!

I don't know where to begin! I literally decided on a whim after being engaged for over 3 years to plan my wedding in less than a month, and I stumbled across BRE. Brittanie got back to me in like 20 minutes (which is crazy because I know how busy she is) and in our initial conversation she basically told me I wasn't crazy. She may have changed her opinion as time went on - LOL - but she literally made my wedding a dream come true, and it was as if we had been planning for months. I don't know if they make everyone feel this way, but it felt like I knew the right people so I had the hookup. She thought of everything, and I could not have asked for a more laid back, enjoyable experience. I never could have done it without them. I would recommend Brittanie and Kinsey to anyone - really I was just sad I couldn't keep them with me after the day was over. Thank you, thank you BRE - y'all are amazing.

Kinsey and Brittanie are the best!!! If you aren't sure about hiring a coordinator, DO IT! We basically did all the planning then hired Kinsey for the month of and day of coordination and it was SO WORTH IT! You need someone there to make sure all of the details fall into place, and have someone to help the day of, and Kinsey was so perfect. All of the planning leading up to it was easy with Kinsey, she was so organized and really got us excited for our big day. Everything went perfectly the day of, even if anything did go wrong I would never have known because of how great Kinsey was. One small thing I loved was that she always had a drink ready for me! I will be recommending Kinsey and Brittanie to anyone because of how great they were. Thank you so much ladies!!

Our wedding was amazing thanks to Brittanie! She responded quickly to all of my many questions and made the planning process much easier for me. She was awesome at coordinating all the vendors for us and making sure everyone and everything was set up on time. She is extremely hardworking and highly experienced. From unloading decor to setting everything up perfectly and even making sure we had drinks throughout the night, she didn’t miss a thing! I booked with Brittanie very last-minute, as soon as I realized I bit off more than I could chew for a beach house DIY wedding. Hiring her to be my day-of coordinator was honestly the best decision I made through the process. She double-checked all my invoices and vendor orders, and was onsite at the wedding dealing with any and all hiccups along the way. The tablescape she set up was perfect; my guests are still posting photos of it! Could not have pulled it off without her & Kinsey's organization and attention to detail.

I knew from the very beginning of planning that I wanted a coordinator, at least for the month of if not the entire wedding. In our normal life, I’m usually the “hostess with the mostest” in every situation, and I didn’t want to be so preoccupied with table settings, emotional meltdowns of family members, wardrobe malfunctions etc… when I should be enjoying marrying the love of my life. Brittanie happened to be the point of contact for the venue we chose, and when we met her to see the venue, I knew immediately that I wanted her to be our coordinator. She had such a lightness about her and I felt like she could not only see my vision through but also tame all the craziness that comes out with family based events. I was totally right. We had meetings leading up, answered questions I didn’t even consider in all of my own planning, and I actually felt relaxed at the thought of the wedding day. On the actual day, Brittanie and Kinsey were on site already setting up when I got there and (after being reminded by my family that I was to relax today) I let them do their thing. When I got out of their way, they just ran with it! All of my visions were seen to and then some. They were incredibly attentive outside the normal scope of work as well! They met us with water while the photographer was getting photos outside, they brought me drinks to the sweetheart table so I could relax after the first dance and just eat. Honestly, they put out fires I didn’t even know were happening until after the wedding was over. I couldn’t be more grateful for Brittanie and Kinsey for making it safe for me to just be a bride for a day, and marry the man I love with no stress headaches. If you’re considering hiring Brittanie, stop considering. Do it. It’s worth every penny for your peace and happiness on the most important day of your life!

Brittanie and her team are absolutely AMAZING!!!!! If you are needing a wedding planner and are considering going through Brittanie Raquel Events just do it! I had my wedding in Wilmington, NC and was trying to plan it from out of state because I live in Texas and have no ties to NC. I had absolutely no idea what I was doing and that’s when Brittanie came in! Brittanie truly cares about her clients and is so incredibly talented! She’s super personable and can make your vision come to life, even if you’re on a budget! Her pricing is VERY reasonable for all of the work she puts in. My biggest worry was finding vendors that were reasonably priced and fit in with my vision for my big day and Brittanie matched me perfectly with every single vendor! She also did all of the communication with the vendors up until contract signing and that took a HUGE stress off of my shoulders! Weddings can be super expensive and of course I was always worried about money, but Brittanie has so many cost effective tricks up her sleeve it’s crazy! She made things happen with my budget that I didn’t think were possible! Leading up to the day of the wedding I was of course stressed because we were getting so close. I was originally planning on having the wedding ceremony outdoors, but there was terrible rain the entire week leading up to the day. Brittanie was on top of it and already had a plan for the worst case scenario. When we got to the weekend of the wedding, Brittanie and her team took over and made the day stress free and everything I ever wanted it to be (even with it being inside)! I cannot recommend Brittanie Raquel Events enough because they are just so amazing!!! I am so lucky that i found Brittanie!

Brittanie and specifically Kinsey made our day perfect and seamless. From our initial phone call I immediately felt like they shared and understood my vision for the day. I definitely knew what I wanted for our wedding and I felt like they enhanced it and captured my exact hopes and dreams for what our day would look like. They were responsive, professional, fun and SO organized. I used their month-of coordination package and at our walkthrough they went through every detail with a fine tooth comb and sent me back a detailed summary of all that we had discussed and a timeline. We followed up with multiple phone calls, they adapted when I changed my mind on things, and they took over all communication with vendors so I didn’t have much to worry about but marrying the love of my life! The day of the wedding, they showed up early, stayed late, perfected every detail, were my total hype girls, and didn’t let us go more than 1 minute without a drink in hand. They cleaned up spilled drinks, bustled my dress, made sure we were always in the right spot, handled awkward conversations, dealt with a our rambunctious bridal party, danced with us and truly felt like friends at the end of it all. I want to be a part of BRE when I grow up, we had such a great experience with them. We would honestly pay them double what they charged us because they were a priceless part of our day.

Brittanie and Kinsey could not have done a better job with our wedding! They were attentive, quick to get back to us if we had any questions and so friendly! I felt like I was meeting with friends for each consultation. I needed them for a Month of Planning and Day of Coordination and they went above and beyond! We knew exactly what our special day was going to look like weeks in advance because of her planning and everything went so smoothly! I never felt any stress because they had everything handled. I don't know if we will have enough characters to write our review about Brittanie and Kinsey and their team, but I will do my best! My husband and I got married on 2/20/21 in Wilmington, and we hired Brittanie (Brittanie Raquel Events) for our month of and day of coordination, as well as having her and her team set up our reception space. Safe to say...she went above and beyond. The River Room is already such a beautiful space, but everything was so carefully done, down to the beautiful floating candles we had surrounding our sweetheart table and the velvet table cloths we rented through Brittanie! Brittanie truly made our vision come to life with her attention to detail, checking in to make sure each of us had everything we needing leading up to and on the day of the wedding, and just in general going out of her way to make sure the day was perfect in every way. I cannot stress how important a day and/or month of coordinator is SUCH a blessing, it let our families enjoy the weekend. I can't recommend Brittanie and her team enough!!!

Our experience with Brittanie was excellent. She really helped us put together the details during likely the most complicated era of our lives. I have known Brittanie and Kinsey for a long time and have worked several weddings with them in the past. It was so special for me to have them for my own wedding! Brittanie met with me several times- either over FaceTime or in person, even the my venue was in Lincolnton, NC, and she was about 3 hours away. She was there for me when I would have my normal wedding planning stressed out moments and gave me comfort/guidance on everything. Not only that, but she planned and executed the whole thing with COVID-19 being a factor. When it came to the day of, both ladies were so amazing. They were able to make sure everything was in place and just how we had planned for it to be! I could not have wished or prayed for it to go any smoother than it did! Spencer and I are so thankful that Brittanie was willing to be our coordinator and it was such as bonus that Kinsey was there too! They are a DREAM team that made my dream wedding possible (even in the midst of COVID)!

This girl is AMAZING! Very professional, easy to work with, and the most organized and creative consultant! We were so pleased with her abilities at our daughter's winter wedding. Brittanie brought my daughter's vision to reality. It was wonderful not to worry about the details as Brittanie and her team took control. She and Kinsey attended to every detail and any obstacles were soon resolved by their quick thinking. My daughter was blown away when she stepped into the ceremony and dining hall for the first time. It was more beautiful than she had envisioned thanks to Brittanie and her team. We only had to soak up the memories of the day while Brittanie worked her magic.

When I saw both the ceremony and reception spaces for the first time, I was blown away because they both surpassed my wildest dreams. We started planning a small intimate wedding due to covid in late July and quickly realized that we needed a professional wedding planners expertise. We found Brittanie on Wedding Wire and she was also highly recommended by several of our vendors. We originally wanted to have an outdoor wedding but began exploring other options after realizing how much effort would be required and not to mention the uncertainty of the weather. We had already booked Brittanie as our wedding planner and she is conveniently the manager of the venue at the River Room. Without hesitation she informed us that it was available on our date after a recent cancellation. In just a few short months Brittanie helped us work out all the fine details with insightful advice and input. We let Brittanie do all of the decorating with our supplies and it turned out absolutely STUNNING!!! Our wedding couldn't have been more beautiful than it was without the help of Brittanie and her team; everyone was punctual and professional! My husband and I are both over the moon with how our special day turned out and would 100% do it all over again. When we first started planning our wedding and picking our venue, we hadn’t even considered a planner to help us out. She was so supportive and reassuring when COVID threatened our plans, and was there to support us through any tough decisions along the way. We had the PERFECT day and could not have asked for anything to go any smoother. Originally my husband and I planned to get married May 16, 2020 – and then Covid. It was late March when we realized we would have to postpone our wedding. By that time, we really had everything set, but when we rescheduled there were several vendors that were not available on our new wedding day, that included our wedding planner. Fortunately for us someone recommended Brittanie and guys, she’s a Rockstar! Working with Brittanie far surpassed my experience with my original planner – let’s just say all wedding planners are not created equal and it was such a blessing that we fell into her hands. Brittanie was always on her A-game. She never had a problem meeting with us and she always responded to every phone call, email and text promptly. She thought of everything and ran the planning process flawlessly. Leading up to our day we were worried about rain, but if Brittanie ever was she never showed it. She had a plan for everything! By the day of our wedding we trusted her with every detail. I never even saw the space until I walked down the aisle. Brittanie always made us feel as though she had everything 100% under control. The day of the wedding ran so smoothly – I mean zero stress for the entire wedding party. Words cannot express my gratitude for Brittanie and her staff. Our wedding was absolutely PERFECT and it's all because of them. If you think you don't need a wedding planner, think again and if you think you can go with just any planner think again. Trust me, you need her to plan your wedding!

I highly recommend Brittanie for all your wedding needs! She was attentive, easy to get along with and listened to any concerns, wants or needs. For someone like myself who had a strict budget, she was super budget friendly which was important for us. We ended our wedding extremely happy with how everything turned out and we would pick Brittanie to do it all over again! It was such an organized and beautiful night and it couldn't have happened without her.

Brittanie Raquel Events is AMAZING!! Brittanie helped us plan our wedding before COVID-19 as well as during COVID-19 and is the reason we were able to have such a lovely wedding celebration in the midst of a pandemic! She is creative, professional, and so much fun to work with!
