. The only reason for 4 stars was that they delivered my dress/accessories after what their originally told me (Bought in November, told would come in by June, received in July). They also gave me an exact time/date to pick this up but I ended up waiting 40 minutes past this time for them to finally give it to me. Overall large selection of dresses and would recommend!

. I had a very specific style in mind and she put me in things that exactly fit my vision. She also pushed me to try things that I wouldn’t have put on normally, which I appreciated. The shop had samples in my size (14), so I really knew what each dress looked like on me. I did a fitting at a different shop that had only smaller samples and it was a much worse experience. I ended up with an amazing dress that I got tons of complements on. I had alterations done there as well. They hemmed it, took in the bust a little, and added custom off-the-shoulder sleeves. All of the alterations looked great. I do have a couple negatives to my over-all positive experience. A bridal appointment requires a $50 deposit that goes to your dress if you buy with them. They only allow 3 guests to come with you. They do not allow you to take photos in the dresses. The alterations were extremely expensive. When purchasing the dress, which was $2,000, we were prompted to leave a 20% tip.

Ana made me feel beautiful in every dress I tried on and was very attentive to my preferences. She really listened to what I liked and didn’t like about each dress and used that information to help me find the perfect dress. Ana was also fantastic at helping me envision what each dress would look like with alterations, which was incredibly helpful. Thanks to her, I found everything I was looking for in a dress, and she truly made my day special. I cannot thank her enough for helping me find my dream dress! If you're looking for a wedding dress, I highly recommend Bri’Zan Couture and asking for Ana. She is a gem!

y recent visit to Bri’Zan Couture, despite my initial excitement, was marred by several disappointments. I had chosen this shop due to the Disney Fairy Tale collection, even though it meant a 2.5-hour drive from my home. However, my dress alterations appointment yielded no results, and my "final alterations" appointment left me waiting for 60 minutes , with a lack of empathy from the staff. The first initial first negative experience was when I came in for my first appointment, they mentioned I could only have 3 guests, which was already disappointing, I followed the rules , came in and the girl next to me trying on dresses had 6 guests to experience her big day . This made me frustrated since I could not bring my bridesmaids due to this rule . The rush during the fitting resulted in a broken zipper. I was only allowed to try on the dress after insisting to after it was fixed, and we realized on our way home that we hadn't been taught how to bustle it. We made another appointment to be taught on how to bustle the dress and we were again kept waiting another 25 minutes. I was disappointed that my maid of honor wasn't included without my advocacy, and the overall feeling I left with was one of disappointment and frustration. Regrettably, no acknowledgment or compensation was offered to alleviate the inconvenience I experienced. I genuinely hope this feedback is taken constructively, as I believe this store has the potential to provide a truly remarkable bridal shopping experience for future brides. Despite the challenges, the end result does look great. If you are looking for an experience like no other I would go elsewhere.

very nervous going into my appointment as I had no idea what the experience was going to be like and she made me super comfortable and made it easy to find what I liked and didn't like about the dresses I tried on. I brought my friends and family and they also felt Bri'Zan was professional and the right place to find my dress. I 100% recommend coming here as my consultant was amazing and the atmosphere was inviting!

I came back 2 days later to hopefully seal the deal and run by some ideas with them and they were so helpful and patient! My sister came with me to get my dress and I’m hoping in a few years I can bring her back here! At Bri'Zan, I felt special - they spent a good hour to an hour and a half helping me find my dress. Alex was so helpful and I felt so at ease with her. Even during the time during my fitting where I got vertigo and needed to sit down and drink some water (lol) I felt very comfortable and helped there. The dresses are GORGEOUS and the moments they make for your dress fitting are magical. I'm not even a "dream dress" kind of girl...but Bri'Zan made the experience really lovely and memorable anyway.

The dress I ended up loving a truck show piece and she made me aware that I didn’t have to buy today if I wasn’t ready, that they could order it at anytime since they carry that couture. She was so helpful about giving suggestions on how I could make little subtle alterations to make it exactly what I wanted, which I assumed wouldn’t be possible with the wedding only 4 months away. They will take great care of you at this salon and make sure you get everything you want! I highly recommend any bride check this place out, you will NOT be disappointed!!

I arrived today for my final fitting, on time at 5pm, only to be told after waiting for 30 minutes that the seamstress was behind from her first appointment of the day (which was at 11am) and they wouldn’t be able to take me until 7pm….2 HOURS after my original appointment time. This might not sound like much, but almost the exact same situation happened with my first fitting appointment, when they made up the same story about being behind, turns out the seamstress wasn’t even at the shop that day and strolled into the business an hour after my start time, not running behind, just not there. Since I sensed a pattern of deceit, naturally I became upset and asked to speak to a manager or the owner, and was told that they don’t come in to the shop and they weren’t at liberty to give out their phone numbers, when I asked for their email, I was presented with a generic email for the store with a name to address it to. After a quick social media search, I discovered that in fact I was lied to AGAIN, and was given a false name for the owner! At this point, I just wanted to leave with my dress and have any final tweaks done elsewhere since I was’t able to wait the additional hour half, and honestly, didn’t trust a word they were saying anymore and no longer felt comfortable doing business with them. 30 minutes later, the girl (still NOT the owner or manager) came up with my dress concealed in a garment bag and told me I would need to sign a waiver to take it. Excuse me…I own this dress outright, what do I need to sign anything for?? I demanded a print out of said waiver before I signed anything, and was given the run around that she couldn’t print it. They could in fact print it after I insisted multiple times I would not be signing anything without reading it on paper because you couldn’t see what was actually on it on their little electronic pad. Well…..they were trying to be sneaky and get me sign something that said I was taking the dress after examining it and was happy and they wouldn’t be held responsible for any damages! She was trying to tell me that she couldn’t print it out so I could not read exactly what I was signing. Once I saw this, I walked over to my dress, unzipped it and pulled it out……NOTHING had been done, the hem was still cut from scissors, the lace is peeling off there’s no bustle, and its STAINED!!!! They weren’t running behind from a bridal appointment, they were in fact, trying to start all of my alterations at the time of my appointment!!!! Wait…it gets better……guess who decides to show up now….the OWNER who “never comes in”, who was actually in back the entire time, and her only offer to rectify the situation was to complete the alterations, ha YEA RIGHT!!!! Very very long story short, spend your money elsewhere where they value their customers instead of lying through their teeth, have ZERO accountability and leave you hanging with a very expensive dress all cut up a week before your wedding.

. I went into it with low expectations based on what I saw/experienced at 2 other places. So glad I went to Bri’zan!! Kennedy helped me from the moment I walked in. She was really friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The very first dress she picked for me ended up being my dress! Thanks Kennedy!! I highly recommend Bri’zan and Kennedy!

. The dress was gorgeous! Alterations were a different story. My first fitting was 3 months prior to the wedding. The seamstress was not friendly at all, and at one point stabbed me with one of the pins. I told her that the pin was cutting into me, so she adjusted it. Shortly after she adjusted it, the pin fell off, so I mentioned this to her. She told me "yeah, yeah I know i've got it." She didn't fix the pin, but I figured she knew what she was doing. For my next fitting three weeks before the wedding, there were SEVERAL issues, including the area where the pin had fallen out (which was loose). The bottom of the dress was also uneven (how that happened still baffles me) and there were dirt marks on the dress. The bustle was also HIDEOUS and had these obnoxious hooks on the satin part of the dress. Total eye sore. All of this would have been fine, if it had been corrected by the next fitting. I went back the following week, and the dress was now too short on one side (still uneven). They said they needed several hours to fix this. At this point I was pretty annoyed considering I live in the city and was driving to Naperville each time to get this done. My mom also was coming in from Madison WI for each alteration. Eventually everything got fixed, but the staff was not apologetic considering all of the inconvenience and stress this was causing me. Finally, the pricing of alterations was increased by quite a bit from what they had originally told me when buying the dress. They added an extra $200 to the original price and didn't explain what it was for. They told me they had emailed me about a price increase. I never received any emails from them. After telling them I was upset about the price increase considering all of the hassle I had been through, they did knock off the extra $200, but honestly they should have taken off even more considering that that extra $200 was nonsense anyways. Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else.

I was put at ease that this was an option. Kennedy then reassured me that we would find the right dress, and we did. She read the info that I submitted when I scheduled, so she was prepared. She explained that dresses look completely different on than they do hanging and encouraged me to try dresses I would not have chosen. The dress I selected off the rack and initially loved was trounced by a dress Kennedy picked for me. The fabric and details suit my beach wedding and my body type perfectly. Kennedy was fantastic with my family and made me feel super comfortable. Kennedy was knowledgeable, personable, down to earth, funny, and honest. All very important qualities when assisting with wedding dress selection! She and Bri’zan were great and I would definitely recommend this bridal salon to anyone.

She was very respectful of the budget I gave her and didn't even have me try on any dresses that were above budget, which I really appreciated. She was very methodical in her approach and helped me narrow down the silhouette and color that I wanted, and then find my dream dress in that style. She was kind, supportive, energetic, and very gracefully deflected any pressure from family & friends to buy a certain dress or a certain silhouette. I had a great experience here! The one word of caution I would give is that there's a rush fee of $375 if you buy your wedding dress within 6 months of your wedding date. I understand why this is necessary but I wanted to share this so that other brides reading this review can plan for this in their budget, if necessary! :)
