Jamie helped us so much through our wedding process! As our officiant, she created our ceremony and wrote a beautiful and personalized vows that we loved. She also helped manage the ceremony and rehearsal dinner and sent us reminders of all the small details throughout the wedding process.

Date of Event: May 31, 2024 Location: The Barn at Villa Venezia, Middletown, NY Giana DeGeiso from Broadly Entertaining provided a beautifully customized and heartfelt officiation for our wedding at The Barn at Villa Venezia. From the initial call to the ceremony itself, every step of the process was handled with care, professionalism, and genuine warmth. Initial Consultation: Our initial consultation was with Jamie Rosler, and right away, we felt a connection. Jamie understood our vibe, our sense of humor, and what we envisioned for our ceremony. When she informed us that Giana would be our officiant, we were confident we were in great hands. Customized Officiation Package: We chose the Customized Officiation Package, which included a series of onboarding questions, both group and individual. These questions helped craft a ceremony that was uniquely ours. We appreciated that the ceremony didn’t recount our entire relationship history but still managed to tell our story in a genuine and heartfelt way. Ceremony Execution: Even with only one FaceTime call beforehand, Giana wrote and delivered a ceremony that felt as if she had known us for years. Her ability to capture the essence of our relationship was remarkable. We found that providing detailed answers to the onboarding questions was crucial, as it gave her plenty of material to work with. On the day of the ceremony, Giana’s delivery was warm, engaging, and perfectly tailored to us. Personal Touches: Giana provided us with a printed copy of the ceremony and both sets of our onboarding answers. Since we hadn’t read each other’s answers beforehand, going through them together after the wedding was a delightful and intimate experience. Overall Experience: Giana DeGeiso and Broadly Entertaining delivered a ceremony that exceeded our expectations. The personal touches, attention to detail, and genuine care made our wedding day truly special. We had such a wonderful experience with Broadly Entertaining, starting with a helpful and warm introductory call, down to our amazing wedding experience. We utilized Broadly Entertaining's day-of wedding coordination services. Our coordinator, Robyn, was thoughtful and engaged, and helped us think through important details in the final preparations, and worked seamlessly with the venue and other vendors. She managed all issues that emerged quickly and collaboratively. Wonderful! The Broadly Entertaining team was also great with communication and follow-up.

Jamie did a beautiful job officiating my wedding. My husband and I felt like she really listened to us and delivered exactly the ceremony we wanted!

We cannot say enough good things about Broadly Entertaining. We met with them in 2019 for our wedding that was supposed to be in 2020, had to cancel the wedding, rescheduled it for 2023, and were in touch with them the entire dang time. Not only were they professional and responsive, their hard work, organization, and positive attitude helped our wedding day go off without a hitch. Giana came in as our day of coordinator and made sure everyone knew where they were supposed to be, that we were fed, that our vendors were doing well and had everything they needed, and that we didn't have to think about/worry/stress about a dang thing the entire night. They plan a heck of a great party - they were truly instrumental in making our wedding one of the best days of our lives!

We cannot begin to express how excellent Jamie was throughout the process. I wish I could give her more than five stars because she deserves that. She was excellent at keeping in touch and helping us with the planning of the ceremony, and her ceremony had people laughing and crying in the most fantastic way. I appreciate how she took the time to get to know us and went with the flow of the entire process without missing a beat. She was honestly our favorite vendor, and we are so grateful for her and what she did.

Jaime was incredible start to finish. She helped to keep things organized, was prompt with messages and answering questions and created the most beautiful ceremony specific to us. We filled out the wedding questionnaire and Jaime printed our responses and gave them to us after the ceremony and it was such a sweet gesture. I could not be more thrilled with the choice we made in working with Jaime.

Monique officiated our somewhat traditional, 100-person wedding. We loved the ceremony and everyone was in tears. We wanted a female-lead company for a short, secular ceremony. We filled out some questionnaires and spoke to Monique on the phone to craft our ceremony. She was very positive and personable and I could tell she was actually honored to take part in our wedding! I would not change anything except the storm that kept her from enjoying our reception because her ride had to leave.

Jamie was absolutely lovely. She is inclusive, easy to talk to, and flexible. We were both writing our own vows but really nervous as to how to convey something unique but meaningful. Jamie provided us with a questionnaire (which was honestly fun to do!) that majorly constructed our vows for us as well as with several examples. Honestly the vows turned out so well I can’t believe we wrote them. Not only is Jamie prepared (even to help you with your reception as an extra set of hands), she is willing to learn new skills to make your experience perfect. Highly recommend!

Giana and Jamie were absolutely great! They were with us from the very beginning to help us sort through locations, catering vendors - you name it, they helped with it. They met with us regularly and were super responsive to all of our questions and concerns. Giana did our day of coordination and it was great to know that our wedding was in good hands. We didn't have to worry about a thing as we were getting ready knowing that she was at the wheel! She had great communication with all of our other vendors to ensure everything went smoothly. We cannot thank her and Jamie enough for helping us make our wedding day come to life!

We hired Broadly Entertaining to officiate and DJ for our wedding and couldn’t have been happier. Giana met with us several times before the wedding not only to go over what the ceremony would look like, but to get to know us as a couple. She crafted such a wonderful officiant speech for the ceremony that all our guests assumed she must have known us for years! Colin, the DJ, was great as well. He listened to our requests and incorporated an eclectic mix of songs into an awesome playlist that kept the party going. Overall, working with Broadly Entertaining was one of the most fun and easy parts of our wedding planning.

From day one, Jamie Rosler was responsive to all of our needs. Our wedding was unique in that there was many family dynamics we had to navigate and timelines we had to nail down. Jamie never disappointed in all that she did and there was never a time that didn't line up for her to meet with us via zoom. On the wedding day, she arrived right on time, maybe even early, and was super attentive to the day of coordinator, us, and our vows. She is an amazing human being and would definitely recommend her to anyone and everyone!!

We worked with Jamie for our wedding and justy had the BEST experience! She met with us multiple times prior to our event and gave a personalized and perfect ceremony for US. So many of our guests asked us how long we had known Jamie because she was able to pull in so many personal touches. We also received so many compliments on the ceremony for how it was so joyful and full of love. In addition to all that, on our rehearsal day, Jamie gifted us with keepsake copies of our responses to a questionnaire she had us secretly fill out about each other to help create the ceremony. We are planning to open and read these on our one year anniversary! We truly cannot recommend Jamie and Broadly Entertaining enough. We had a wonderful experience working with them in preparation for the wedding as far as responsiveness and organization and then our ceremony was such a perfect representation of us as a couple and hit the nail on the head for our vision of the day! Working with Jamie was an absolute delight! She was very prompt, professional, and did a wonderful job customizing our ceremony and guiding us through the process. Our ceremony was beautiful and everything we wanted it to be! She also dressed according to our theme with a purple wig which was the icing on top! Would highly recommend her for your special day!

Nelson, Giana, and Jamie were amazing to work with, and we are so glad we booked Broadly Entertaining to DJ our wedding! We first heard of BE when they ran trivia night at our neighborhood bar pre-pandemic, so when we learned they did weddings we were immediately interested. From the beginning, the team made the process so easy and straightforward– they were proactive with communicating and setting up calls and had a shared Google Doc for planning that was very well organized and further simplified everything. Giana and Jamie’s experience with wedding planning was evident, and they really helped take the stress out of the process. Nelson Lugo was our DJ, and he did an excellent job! The dance floor was never empty, and every guest we’ve talked to had a wonderful time–thank you so, so much for helping to make this happen!

Jamie was absolutely incredible to work with, and we could not imagine entrusting our ceremony to anyone else. We loved the way in which she added personality and liveliness to what can often be dry and so formal. She asked us to complete a questionnaire about each other and our relationship, and then crafted the most beautiful, personalized, and intimate ceremony script for us with our answers. We cried when we read the draft, and were absolute messes day of. Jamie is compassionate, fun, personable, and someone that I would be glad to call a friend! Finding Giana and Jamie is just the key to make our dream wedding come true! We couldn't be happier to have them involved in our wedding! We had our elopement marriage ceremony at the center of a frozen lake in Upstate New York. It's the perfect wedding that we always dreamed about but never dare to think of conducting it. With their passion and profession, we made it within only one week preparation. They offered additional supports and tackled the issues we faced without any hesitation. Also, they are proactive and super easy to communicate with from the beginning. Broadly Entertaining, and Jamie Rosler in particular officiated our wedding and they were amazing. They worked with us to build out the ceremony script, incorporated events such as signing our Ketubah and the blessing of the wine, and provided services for turning in the marriage license after the wedding. Much of the planning was conducted over the course of several Zoom calls and they were extremely responsive with follow-up emails. When it came time, Jamie did a fantastic job organizing us for the ceremony rehearsal and then leading us through the ceremony itself. We wanted a short, but impactful ceremony and Jamie helped us make it a reality. Our guests not only commented on how beautiful our ceremony was they complimented how great Jamie did and asked where we found her(TheKnot). If you want a personal touch to your wedding, pick Broadly Entertaining. Giana and Colin made us feel comfortable from the minute we started speaking to them. They are knowledgeable and have a wide variety of songs. If you have a specific style, they can build a playlist around that and offer helpful suggestions if you need a push in the right direction. Giana & Colin checked in multiple times before the wedding and were great about giving timelines for the event. They were able to work with shy toast givers and people who live on the dance floor, alike. It was a pleasure to work with them. Our guests were complementing their professionalism and song choices the whole night.

Giana stepped in after our first wedding was postponed due to Covid and we were in the midst of finalizing the second one. She helped pull together all of the last minute details, found vendors in an area where there are very few, and saved the day after our caterer cancelled and we needed servers, bartenders, and booze. Our wedding was no small task because it was at our house and we were bringing in everything from outside. The day of the wedding I didn’t worry about a thing because I knew everything would get done with Giana in charge and her husband Colin assisting. I was completely blown away when I saw how everything came together and no little detail was overlooked. Giana and her team took care of everything including set up and parking control, putting together displays, making flavored water and custom cocktails - you name it, they did it. She made sure my husband and I got drinks and ate and that the schedule of events was followed. She was a complete rockstar and source of support throughout the entire process. I’d hire her 20x over and couldn’t recommend her and BE more! Giana, thank you so much for the most perfect wedding!

Jamie is polite, friendly, and organized. Jamie went above and beyond her role as our officiant. She took her time the day before our wedding for a rehearsal to make sure everyone was on the same page. We did our wedding at a public park, so Jamie came early on the day of the wedding to pick out and effectively secure a beautiful spot for the ceremony. She is easy to talk to and all the family members loved her. We are so happy that Jamie officiated us! :)

My husband and I had a small ceremony in April in Prospect Park. We reached out to Jamie two months before our ceremony. We had a zoom call with her at the beginning of our conversation. Jaime was very friendly and passionate. Not like most officiants I reached out to, she really wanted to know us and help us. Before our ceremony, we had several email discussions with Jaime. She always replied patiently and offered whatever we might need. As the bride and groom, we didn’t have any experience with this. Jamie helped us think through everything from before to after the ceremony. Because of COVID, we had to set up a live stream for our family and friends who couldn’t attend. We also had to make our ceremony a bit different from a traditional one so our virtual guests could have the best experience. Jaime accommodated all our requests. On our ceremony day, Jamie arrived 30 minutes before the time we told her so she could help us reserve the spot we like in Prospect Park. We really appreciate that. Jamie always went beyond what an officiant is responsible for. She helped us organized a simple yet memorable ceremony. We highly recommend her.

Jamie was a delight to work with! She made our entire ceremony stress-free, smooth, and easy from start to finish. They helped us set up a Zoom ceremony in what was a fairly chaotic and crazy time (COVID-19) and did it all without any hiccups.
