Broadway Elite Weddings!
Broadway Elite made our wedding transportation so easy! We had a morning wedding, and the wedding party had to be out of the hotel before 6am. There were also multiple vehicles later in the day to transport our guests to and from the venue. All rides were executed perfectly and the planning process was made so easy. Brian even gave us complimentary additional vehicles so our one bus wouldn't have to make multiple trips and leave guests waiting, slowing down the start of our after party. All of the drivers were on time and the vehicles were all clean and ran smoothly. Brian and his team were so attentive and checked in on us multiple times throughout the planning process to make sure our needs didn't change. We had a perfect experience with Broadway Elite and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for stress free and reliable transportation. Thank you!

choice to work with them. They were on the more expensive side but had the biggest variety of vehicles to choose from for all of our needs that day. It was very important to us that guests had a good experience on the hotel shuttles since the ride was over 30 minutes long. We worked with Brian who was informative and gave us a lot of flexible options especially since we didn't know exactly how many guests would be staying at the hotel yet at the time of booking. We had a great experience on the actual day and even got some vehicle upgrades because they were available.
The one hiccup we experienced was the strange deposit process - each vehicle/trip is booked separately and a deposit is taken separately, (and not a % but a flat dollar amount for each trip) which resulted in 8 different transactions pulling out of my bank account in the same 5 minutes. By the last one my bank fraud alert paused the transaction to confirm with me. Broadway Elite's system read this as my card declining the transaction and so recharged me for the entire trip rather than just the deposit amount. Ultimately this was fine but I wish their system would just be able to combine all vehicles/trips into a single invoice and single deposit so that this could be avoided. It was also very difficult to keep track of all 8+ confirmation emails for each separate trip and figure out which one was for the limo or the shuttle bus and how much had been paid and still owed for each one. Other than that annoyance we had a great experience and we're glad we trusted them with our wedding.

Our guests did mention that the heat was too high so the ride was uncomfortable but no other issues. Also, there is a fee for vomiting during the rides so make sure your guests are aware too!

He shared advice on timing and how to communicate with our guests and always made time to call us back and talk through our questions. He even offered to upgrade us on our limo party bus at no fee. A few weeks prior we reached out to say our numbers changed and we didn't need one of the shuttles and he was completely accommodating to removing that from our invoice. Definitely recommend working with Gary and Broadway. I would make sure you ask ahead of time how much over-time fees are so you're prepared; we were charged day of our wedding for this and we weren't sure what it was. Gary was able to respond with the details very quickly though. Not a big deal though since they were so accommodating with everything else!
*NOTE: if you're going to book a classic/old car/limo for your wedding they don't go that fast!

sh. We had everything booked early on, hassle free. Then we had an issue with our hotel block. Broadway Elite immediately assisted in providing additional transport options to fix the issue. They were timely and extremely polite. They helped a guest find their correct hotel when they got lost. They also helped shuttle our guests to and from the ceremony to the venue because it was raining, and they did not want our guests getting wet crossing the parking lot. They were extremely professional and very easy to work with. Brian and Gary in the office made our potential logistical nightmare turn into an absolute breeze. I would 1000% recommend Broadway Elite for any transport needs

all in to the general number to check availability and convert my reservation into a contract, even though he shared top-line pricing. I called in to the number he provided, got transferred to his voicemail…left my first & last name, details of our correspondence via the knot, and my number. He did call back quickly but had me repeat all of the information I had already supplied through my inquiry, huffed and puffed on the phone for a minute or two before telling me they only have one bus available and they can’t help me. Why bother wasting peoples time with BS generic impersonal responses. Why share pricing if you don’t have availability. Why send a credit card authorization form if you don’t have availability. This is not how you continue to succeed in this industry, I don’t care how much business you have on the books!
