Brian was great! We should have booked earlier with a fall wedding but Brian let us know what was available and was extremely communicative & prompt and everything worked out. Zero issues on the day off, buses were clean. Would recommend!

Our hotel works with Broadway Elite and recommended we book all of our transportation needs through them. We worked with Gary Wecksler (one of the owners); we booked limo, bridal party bus and shuttles. Gary was extremely patient, kind and thoughtful in all of our communications. He shared advice on timing and how to communicate with our guests and always made time to call us back and talk through our questions. He even offered to upgrade us on our limo party bus at no fee. A few weeks prior we reached out to say our numbers changed and we didn't need one of the shuttles and he was completely accommodating to removing that from our invoice. Definitely recommend working with Gary and Broadway. I would make sure you ask ahead of time how much over-time fees are so you're prepared; we were charged day of our wedding for this and we weren't sure what it was. Gary was able to respond with the details very quickly though. Not a big deal though since they were so accommodating with everything else! *NOTE: if you're going to book a classic/old car/limo for your wedding they don't go that fast!

We booked with broadway elite for a 24 person shuttle to take us back to our hotel from our wedding venue. They were great, on time, our driver was quiet, kind & got the job done! For the shuttle one way it is pretty affordable. I do reccomend this company.

We never typically think that our top vendors for our wedding would be the transportation company but boy were we wrong. Broadway Elite was fabulous to work with from start to finish. We had everything booked early on, hassle free. Then we had an issue with our hotel block. Broadway Elite immediately assisted in providing additional transport options to fix the issue. They were timely and extremely polite. They helped a guest find their correct hotel when they got lost. They also helped shuttle our guests to and from the ceremony to the venue because it was raining, and they did not want our guests getting wet crossing the parking lot. They were extremely professional and very easy to work with. Brian and Gary in the office made our potential logistical nightmare turn into an absolute breeze. I would 1000% recommend Broadway Elite for any transport needs

Our daughter's wedding was in August 2022. We are so very happy we chose Broadway Elite Limousine of Hanover NJ to provide transportation for our guests to and from hotel to wedding venue. My son in law also hired them for transportation from the hotel to rehearsal party at his home 30 minutes away. As an anxious parent wanting everything perfect, Broadway Elite delivered! Brian was responsive to all my many questions and he gave great advice for the most economical choice of buses that would work best for our needs . The buses were clean , cool and comfortable. My husband and I could not have asked for a better transportation service company for our wedding day! Our wedding venue shared with us a list of transportation referrals. After looking through each option and breaking down the most reasonable costs and services offered, we looked no further than Broadway Elite Limousine! Communicating with Brian over the phone and via email could not have been more efficient, strategic, and helpful. Brian’s answers to our questions were always provided in a quick turnaround. Every email or phone exchange he always offered the best solution and advice, which resulted in a perfect execution. Don’t waste your time! I’ve been corresponding with Brian via the knot for nearly two weeks, asking for a price estimate, contract terms, etc. His final message back to me was to call in to the general number to check availability and convert my reservation into a contract, even though he shared top-line pricing. I called in to the number he provided, got transferred to his voicemail…left my first & last name, details of our correspondence via the knot, and my number. He did call back quickly but had me repeat all of the information I had already supplied through my inquiry, huffed and puffed on the phone for a minute or two before telling me they only have one bus available and they can’t help me. Why bother wasting peoples time with BS generic impersonal responses. Why share pricing if you don’t have availability. Why send a credit card authorization form if you don’t have availability. This is not how you continue to succeed in this industry, I don’t care how much business you have on the books!

We used them to shuttle guests from the hotel to our venue and back on May 21 2022. The shuttle driver was fantastic and super friendly! The shuttles were clean and well kept and arrived on time. Scheduling was super easy and they were always willing to answer any questions we had along the way. We also booked a car service the following morning to take us to the airport for our honeymoon and when we got back from our honeymoon to the house. The drivers were both super friendly and safe while driving. Highly recommend for any car service needs!

We used Broadway to shuttle our guests to and from our hotel to our venue as they were a suggested vendor from our hotel room block - they were very timely and I even received compliments from guests that it was one of the nicer shuttle services / transportation they’ve had for any wedding they have been to! Booking with them is easy - we had to switch shuttle size / add an additional shuttle in a couple weeks before our wedding and everything was so smooth and no hassle. I’d definitely recommend Broadway!

Brian, Gary and the whole staff at Broadway Elite are wonderful! We booked them for a variety of transportation to and from our wedding at Bear Brook Valley last month. They were helpful, extremely quick to respond, and gave us peace of mind in knowing our bridal party and guests had a means of getting to our venue and hotel safely and reliably. I hired Broadway Elite as transportation for my wedding. We booked the 13 passenger bus for immediate family and bridal party and it was PERFECT. The driver arrived early, which eased my nerves of being late and got everyone to the location in a timely fashion. I highly recommend Broadway Elite for transportation.

Brian was amazing to work with, and the drivers we had for the day of our wedding were amazing!!! We had a limo for our wedding party and a vintage Rolls Royce for my husband and I. Unfortunately, it was raining when we arrived to the church, however both drivers went out of their way to make sure all of the girls were covered walking into church with large umbrellas and that I was covered when I was walking in as well. They were incredible and I was so grateful for all of their help that day, especially with the unfortunate weather.

Brian was incredible to work with. He offered advice, walked me through all of the steps of creating a wedding day timeline for transportation, and was available to answer any and all questions. We hired a party bus for our daughter's wedding and could not have been more pleased with the entire experience! They were very flexible (I needed to adjust the time just a few days beforehand), courteous, on time, professional and fun! I highly recommend their services.

I worked with Brian and he was super responsive and worked with us to only charge us for what we really needed. They are a preferred vendor for PC. We had a limo for the bridal parties in the morning to the venue and then a 32 passenger mini bus to and from the hotel for guests. The drivers were on time, the vehicles were nice, and we had no issues!

Our driver, Eduardo David was fabulous. Our Bentley and shuttle showed up on time and everything was immaculate. Our driver helped with everything from boutonnières, to holding bouquets, to getting us waters and champagne. Wonderful!

John our driver was amazing. Our wedding venue was a military base and they needed the name of driver a week in advance. The office gave me a little back and forth since they don’t assign the driver until the night before. The price was decent. I would recommend them.

We found Broadway Elite on The Knot and were very happy with their services, communication, price and professionalism. Brian was great to work with and his response times were always quick. The driver showed up a few minutes early (always a good thing) and had everything organized and under control. After dropping the ladies off at our venue, he went to the hotel to pick up all the men. Everything ran very smoothly and on time. I would def use them again.

The beginning of the night we had no issues. The end of the night the driver made the decision to not follow the specified times and came earlier than he was supposed to shuttle guests home. There were two things agreed upon for the shuttle home that they would leave later than what the driver actually did AND that the last shuttle is not to leave without the bride and groom. Both of those were failures.

We had some complicated logistics for our affair, involving 3 hotels, many guests, plus transportation for the bridal party. His pricing was better than anything else we found, even for an event that is not exactly within his main geography. Everything went off without a hitch on the day of the wedding and our guests were well taken care of. He was very accommodating and extremely helpful with my many phone calls and questions trying to figure out transportation for my daughter’s wedding on June 2, 2017. The shuttles we used from the hotel to the venue and back again were clean, the drivers were punctual, professional and went out of their way to keep us in the loop, which I very much appreciated. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Broadway Elite to anyone!

Brian ruined the morning after my wedding. He called us at 10:00 am the morning after our wedding while we had to say good bye to all our guests to get all the additional fees squared away. We were running late so I anticipated having to pay more but I missed saying goodbye to all my guests including my own father because we had to figure out the limo service charges! DO NOT USE them! Especially if you are going to be late. The driver kept telling the GROOM that he had somewhere else to be and at that point we were only 20 minutes late! Let's face it most brides run late on their wedding day! Again I expected extra charges but why at 10:00am the morning after my wedding!!! He cursed at the groom over the phone and even left a nasty voice mail for us to enjoy over and over agin! Everything about my wedding was perfect EXCEPT this company!!!!! Do NOT give them the opportunity to do that to you!

Broadway Elite made my wedding transportation SO EASY! Brian is so great to work with - super responsive and extremely accommodating. I was able to change my schedule around last minute with no problem. They provided transportation for the bridesmaids and groomsmen at separate hours and busing to and from our venue and hotel for my 150 guests! They were on time, professional, and their vehicles are clean and comfortable. Loved working with them!

IF YOU DON'T WANT TO BE TREATED POORLY AND HAVE A VENDOR CHARGE YOUR CREDIT CARD WITHOUT YOUR CONSENT AND MAKE UP BOGUS STORIES, THEN DO NOT CHOOSE THIS PROVIDER. ARROGANT AND DECEITFUL. BRIAN L. WECKSLER IS ONE OF THE RUDEST PEOPLE YOU WILL EVER MEET. My wedding hotel’s go-to shuttle provider was Broadway Elite so I thought they would be professional and reliable. I was wrong. After pre-agreeing an EXACT dollar amt with Broadway and giving my credit card info to them, they decided that it was ok to charge me extra hours without my permission. Unbeknownst to me my day-of planner, who was just being nice, called the dispatcher and asked if the shuttle would come back for any stragglers. They said sure but no mention of costs or asking who the person calling was; they just tacked on the extra cost. It could have been santa-claus calling for all they knew. Post wedding, I called and politely asked what the extra charge on my card was. I was immediately forwarded to Brian who decided that the best first impression was to be hostile and use a lot of exclamation marks in his emails to me. I asked simply who had called and he boasted he could provide gps tracking of his vehicles. I asked nicely why he thought he had the right for anyone to call in and extend a reservation without asking the cardholder to which he responded that's not his problem. Really? It seems common sense you ask the card holder/payor first before authorizing an addl charge. Upon checking the gps records , Brian's shuttle randomly made 2 roundtrips to/from the hotel AFTER I was the last to leave the venue. He claims that a phantom girl was running around outside the venue begging to be picked up. He didn’t even try to make up a good lie. Overall a horrible experience; Brian really needs to work on his manners. If it's a special celebration or event you'll be hosting and you need your guests to be taken care of and don't want to deal with headaches, DO NOT use this provider!

We used Broadway Elite for our wedding in October 2015. It was easy to book the transportation, the shuttle buses were on-time and the pre/post event communication (e.g. confirmations, receipts, etc.) was timely and thorough. Highly recommend!

Working with Brian from the start was great! He helped us figure out the best combination of shuttles for our wedding to and from hotel and venue and it all worked out just perfectly! The shuttles and limos all arrived early prior to boarding time and the drivers were friendly, polite, and professional. The shuttles and limos were new, clean and modern and offered our guests, wedding party, and ourselves safe transportation to and from our wedding! I had absolutely no issues at all and would 100% use them again and recommend to friends and family!

Brian was very flexible with our transportation plans as we pieced together more and more details and adjusted our plans closer to our wedding day. Their staff was friendly and professional. We had discussed a few alternate plans and added an additional bus a few days before the event that didn’t end up showing up, but things worked fine anyways.

We arranged for transportation for my daughters wedding from the hotel to the venue for all of our guests. Everything was great except I was promised they would take a more picturesque (for lack of a better word) route instead we went through the roughest part of the town which was my initial request not to when I booked it/

My husband and I wanted to be able to have a wedding reception where people could drink and not have to worry about driving. Broadway Elite provided an excellent shuttle service for us that did just that for our guests. They were reliable, clean, and the staff was organized, friendly, and professional. Booking the shuttles was easy and convenient and the staff was very accommodating. They stood by their word and did not leave anyone behind. We have been to one too many weddings in which the shuttle doesn't come or can't accommodate the amount of people that need a ride. Our Shuttle was exactly the opposite and was exactly what we needed. They not only met but exceed our expectations! We used Broadway Elite as our shuttle service for our guests to and from our reception. They were very prompt and patient while waiting for the groomsmen to get to the shuttle after the wedding! The shuttles were very nice and clean!

I found Broadway Elite at a local wedding show and am so happy I followed up with them. I actually met with one of the owners and he showed us the car warehouse and the exact party bus (we opted out of the traditional limo) that we would be getting. They showed up early and the party bus was immaculate and included a bottle of champagne. They even ended up throwing in a complimentary town car for me and my dad to go to the church from my house. We were so happy with the service and car quality that after the wedding we also booked them to get to/from the airport for our honeymoon and again received the great service and car quality. We definitely plan to use them in the future if ever needed.

I used this company because the Saddlebrook Marriott recommended them. I will say that Brian was a doll and was easy to work with. He changed my times for shuttles and limos as often as I needed. The day of, however, my family was on their way down to the limo and my grandmother needed some time because she can't walk. The limo driver told my dad that she better hurry or else he would have to pay for overtime. Also, the shuttles going home were a bit of an issue. Both weddings at the Venetian were using Broadway Elite and it wasn't clear whose shuttles were who. The company winded up sending a limo for my family and I don't even know if that was in lieu of a shuttle. My in-laws winded up having to wait for a shuttle to come back because it was crazy out front.

I must have changed my reservations almost 10 times, and everytime they worked with me and sent me new confirmations and never once messed up. The limo's arrived early to the event, were clean, and the drivers were nice and professional. I would use them again for another event.
