Great company to work with! I had my wedding at the Bordone and they required basic rentals from Broadway Party Rentals. The company is very responsive by email - I worked closely with Ingrid over many months - and they are honest about the condition of items to ensure your event looks great. The website is easy to review and the team will provide you with any prices you need. A visit to the showroom definitely helped in confirming our selections and the showroom is very well stocked. They are a reliable company and easy to work with!
I have worked with many rental company's throughout my time in the hospitality business. The team was incredibly responsive, easy to work with and flexible. They offered a beautiful product and at short notice.
Rented rectangular tables and linens from BPR and was extremely impressed with their professionalism, punctuality, and the quality of their tables and linens. Highly recommend this company for all rental needs; they were on time and stuck to their word regarding delivery and pick up times and answered all emails and calls in a prompt matter. Highly recommend- look no further!
I would give 0 stars if possible. Gail who I worked with is an unorganized mess who can’t take responsibility or accountability for the mistakes she makes. I ordered my rentals for my DIY backyard wedding (tables chairs linens and some cake stands/bar ware) to arrive the morning/afternoon before my wedding (10-2 window). When I asked for a specific delivery time, Gail told me that if I needed a specific time there would be an extra charge— otherwise it gets delivered on 9/11 between 10 and 2pm. I agreed to the time window and cleared my day of wedding preparations to set up the rentals and backyard. At 10:30 1 truck comes with 1 table, a few chairs, and a cake stand. The driver is an absolute moron and won’t communicate about the worried and confused look on his face despite me asking what was wrong several times. He finally tells my husband and I that the remainder of the rentals are on a SECOND truck (meanwhile these trucks can fit rentals for weddings up to 1000 people they’re enormous) that’s in New Jersey and will be here before 2pm.
Well 3pm rolls around and I call Gail (my only sales contact at Broadway) and she tells me “Oh the caterer didn’t tell you? He said we can deliver the remainder of the items tomorrow!” 1) why are you calling my caterer and making decisions about my wedding with the company who handles the food. 2) why didn’t you communicate with me this FUCK UP instead of trying to slither behind my back and make sure the late arrival isn’t going to mess up the caterer the following day? 3) why didn’t you call me at 10:30 am when 80% of our rentals were missing from the first truck? Why was I left in the dark until 3pm when the order was an hour late already? Would I have sat there all night waiting for something to never arrive?
Long story short: I refused to accept Gail and Broadway’s incompetency and made them deliver to me on the day they promised. She then told me the new window would be 6-7pm and the delivery came just shy of 10pm. And the best part, they were on the way and I just confirmed for shits and giggles the items that were on the truck...and they weren’t on the truck. They had to literally turn around and go get the missing items from our rental order.
A complete HOT mess. Disgusting service, I hope nobody uses their service. Meanwhile, I’m an experienced restaurant manager so when speaking to Gail I used managerial problem solving language and simply asked her why I must chase her down to clean up her company’s mess and the best she could do was call me mean and a bridezilla (???), blame her warehouse staff, and take 0 responsibility for her gigantic mistake that cost me my entire day of wedding prep.
I would literally not wish this level of chaos and disgrace on anyone getting married. The funniest part of all of this: she called me a “bridezilla” for getting upset at her mistake and my wedding was a DIY, handmade, produced from scratch, humble and intimate backyard gathering. We built everything ourselves and had an amazing peaceful experience bonding with everyone who contributed to helping us make a little slice of normalcy during a chaotic time. I wasn’t bugging out because there was a slight color discrepancy or scratch on my rentals—they literally were not at the wedding hours before the wedding. But sure...I’ll take bridezilla because Bridezilla refused to accept anything less than 20% off my invoice.

BPR has a great selection and got us exactly what we needed for our wedding. They also have specialty furniture designed especially for our venue (The Foundry). We went once to design our look and everything was taken care of by our lovely team—rentals we of no stress for us. You’ll pay NYC prices for BPC—but the service and quality is top notch.
I can’t say Thank you enough to Broadway Party Rentals! Diane and Katie went above and beyond for our Wedding Rentals and made sure all of our items were in perfect condition and delivered on time!
I was forced to use Broadway Party Rentals since The Foundry exclusively uses them for the rentals that your caterer works with. But I really was turned off by them by the day of my wedding. For one, there's no cost transparency with them. Even when you go to the showroom, the staff there doesn't know exact costs, just some relative costs, and you have to pry the information out of them. It makes it hard to tell whether you're staying within a reasonable budget. Then, even though they knew which chairs we wanted and our initial count of them was entered into their system about 4 weeks prior to our wedding, they didn't tell our caterer until 3 days prior to our wedding that they might not have enough chairs in the color we wanted. Thankfully everything showed up as expected and things did turn out looking as we wanted them to.
We had an excellent experience working with Broadway Rentals. I went to the showroom and had a lovely experience chatting with the specialist ( I wish I remembered her name, she was wonderful!). She listened to the look I was going for and was really mindful of my budget. They have quite a range of items and can fit whatever your needs are.
Broadway Rentals worked very closely with our Catering team (Bon Soir) to make the whole night seamless. We definitely recommend working with them!
Our experience with Broadway Party Rentals was great. We visited their showroom in SoHo and were helped by Dorann. She was knowledgeable about their products and helped us with suggestions, but did not pressure us to get more that what we needed. We needed to make some last minute changes to our order, but that was not a problem. Everything else ran like clockwork. On time & efficient delivery and pickup. Nice, capable delivery men. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to others needing party rentals.

Broadway Party Rentals has EVERYTHING you can imagine to make your dream wedding a reality. We went with the natural barn tables (no linen) and we couldn't have been happier with the rustic effect. The staff is super helpful in helping decide on quantities, and I would recommend them to anyone!
We used Broadway because they're the exclusive partner of The Foundry, and they have rentals that are custom fit for the space, which is great. I loved going to their showroom to choose all of the elements, although the costs add up quickly! They also went MIA for weeks at a time, and were very difficult to get a hold of. However, everything looked absolutely perfect, and arrived on time, despite the fact that my wedding was in NYC just a few days after Hurricane Sandy.

love this rental house and showroom conveniently located in lower manhattan. they were very helpful and everything was delivered as planned
When I went to their showroom I was impressed by the quality and how beautiful they were able to make a table look. We wanted something different and we got it.
However, I was disappointed because I took care of my own rentals and I spent half a day on the phone with them because they kept sending me the wrong estimate.
Also, on the day of delivery, they messed up or order and the staffing agency we hired had to step in and handle it. I was really upset that they had such great quality stuff but their customer service was all over the place.
I think I would use them again but I'd make sure I could work with ONE person from start to finish.
