Brookdale Farms Weddings and Events

Our daughter's wedding day was absolutely gorgeous. We booked Silo Point when construction just started. Danyelle was great with communication at first. We paid deposit, set up meetings, etc. The last 2 appointments with Danyelle, we clearly explained exactly what we wanted. Fast forward to the wedding day... nothing was set up the way we had asked. Welcome signs were thrown on the table(not on easel like we asked), table cloths extremely wrinkly, no charger plates as promised. Extremely disappointed in the way the place was decorated.. Seems as if it was just "thrown together" in 15 mins. We had so much hope and trust in Danyelle and the Brookdale team, but they simply let us down. We also did not receive some of our own personal light up candles, as well as a ton of extra batteries we had brought. At the end of the night, all decor was thrown at us to take right then and there. We were told it would be ready a week later so that we didn't have to load our truck on our daughters wedding night. Instead, it was 11pm and we were in dress clothes loading a truck in the dark. The evening went smoothly, bar staff was amazing, the mechanical bull attendant was awesome. We just were not satisfied at all with the way the set up was done and the fact that we paid extra for it all to be done the exact way we had talked about. The lack of communication and care was just disheartening. Not to mention Brookdale switched owners and some of the Wedding contract rules changed and were not once brought to our attention. This place is getting way too ahead of themselves with all the different activities going on. Hire more help so one coordinator isn't stretched between multiple weddings at once. Not sure I would ever recommend this venue to another bride.

I went with their new venue at Brookdale Farms - Silo Point and it was the best experience. We were one of the couples affected by Sugar Spring Ranch burning down (we were 5 weeks away from our wedding date). Danyelle & the whole team at Brookdale Farms were accommodating, helpful and SO positive throughout those 5 weeks. We were given the autonomy we wanted in creating our day while being supported the entire time. Such a wonderful experience and we'll forever have a special place in our hearts for Brookdale.

I can't put into words how amazing Brookdale Farms and the wedding coordinator, Danyelle, were to work with. The owners graciously opened their doors to us and were very responsive to our needs and wants. Working with Danyelle was a breeze (even during quarantine). She created an itinerary for us and the rehearsal and wedding day without any problems. She definitely knows what she is doing. I highly recommend Brookdale Farms for any of your wedding or party planning needs.

The farm has many spots and angles you can play with to build onto the perfect day. They are very accommidating to the bride's vast number of visions and requests and are timely on answering and approving requests. Danielle did a fantastic job of decorating and tying in my ideas with touches of her own. I highly recommend having the reheasal dinner on the farm at the barn. Great venue and its all there. Food catered through their contracter was hot, on time, and delicious. Since the venue is outdoors most couples will find themselves in need of a DJ for the ceremony music. Ask to be connected with Deandre... He was AMAZING.

We just had our wedding at Brookdale Farms at the Barn, and we cannot recommend Brookdale Farms enough! The venue itself is absolutely gorgeous - from the beautiful views to the gorgeous rustic touches inside and outside the barn, our wedding looked absolutely gorgeous! We loved how we didn’t have to overdo it with decorations because the venue is just gorgeous as is. The patio for dancing and hanging out was beautiful at night with the twinkling lights strung around! The owners are fantastic - we got married during the COVID mess and they were so supportive and encouraging for us, which was huge. They relieved any stress we had by answering any questions and making accommodations for us due to the virus. On our wedding day we had the hayless hat ride take us to different spots for pictures and it was absolutely gorgeous! Highly recommend this add on. Food and drink was done with Brookdale’s caterer - Andres! So delicious and strong and yummy drinks! Finally, We had Danyelle as our day of coordinator and for any bride getting married at Brookdale Farms - USE DANYELLE! She was absolutely amazing and made my wedding vision come to life and I got to enjoy my wedding day without any stress or worries! She set up everything, took everything down, and made sure my husband and I were always taken care of and happy! She is absolutely amazing and made our wedding day so seamless and easy and FUN! We can’t recommend Brookdale Farms enough - we had the best wedding because of them!! ❤️

We recently had our ceremony and reception at Brookdale Farms. Everyone we worked with was amazing, from start to finish. They were so sweet easy to work with plus the farm is breathtakingly gorgeous. So many guests commented on what a great venue it was. If choosing Brookdale Farms, you MUST use their coordinator Danyelle, she's like having a fairy god mother for the day. The Barn is clean and spacious, the outside areas are well kept, and there are countless opportunities for great pictures throughout the property. My only suggestion would be to have the bridal parties get ready off-site, as there is no dedicated space for both parties to get ready. However, they're always making improvements, so hopefully that's on their list! We had absolutely no regrets choosing Brookdale Farms for our big day.

Brookdale Farms is absolutely beautiful! The venue was set up beautifully. Andres did a spectacular job with the catering. Laura and Jerry Kirk were a pleasure to work with. Thanks for making our son and daughter in law’s wedding a monumental day!

Brookdale Farms is a great venue to host weddings and events at! I’m a hired in wedding coordinator for Blushing Lilies Rental and Design Co. and the owners as well as staff are always on point leading up to their events and weddings With our clients as well as our team. It’s a beautiful venue with adequate space and decorates very nice for rustic, chic and even contemporary as well! The fireplace is a lovely touch especially on those cool fall nights for your guests. The outdoor bar space is also a great addition for weddings with more guests! This is a great turnkey venue that provides a great space for your big day! Venue provides tables, chairs and linens for your big day! As a bride and groom it’s your responsibility to ensure you have a smooth day, investing in a great wedding day of coordinator! Their bar service as well as their office staff/bartender Jess is fantastic and makes sure your every question is answered! Hands down one of my favorite venues to work with my clients! Close to St. Louis with a beautiful farm landscape!

The venue was gorgeous! We loved the scenery and there were so many places to take photos. We had a few hiccups in the planning process with Brookdale, however. First of all, there were a lot of over promising including talk about a bridal suite and the road to be paved before our big day. They forgot to have us sign a contract and forgot to mark our date off their website as unavailable as well (Someone could’ve booked our date!). I was paranoid that they would double book us with someone else! I am very organized and need to know what’s going on at all times so this was an issue for me. During the rehearsal, no one from Brookdale even showed up to greet us. We were doing our rehearsal in the dark because no one was there to turn the lights on for us. On the day of the wedding, I was told there would be someone there to let us in the office to start getting ready. Once we arrived, no one was there so I had to text and call one of the owners. After a few minutes of waiting, we decided to just go on inside. She finally responded with yes we could go in, but I would’ve appreciated her being there to greet us and make us feel welcome. During us getting ready, random people were coming in and out of the office space but none were the owners. My coordinator I hired didn’t see any Brookdale employee or owner during our whole wedding. It felt very unorganized from their side. They reassured me that they would be there during the day so I was taken back that not one person came up to me or the coordinator all day. There was old decor from the night before that my coordinator had to take down and clean up after. If I didn’t hire her it would’ve been a nightmare for me to handle by myself. Overall, it was a great day! Everything was beautiful, I just wish Brookdale was a little more organized and involved.

Jerry and Laura are amazing! When we first booked The Barn, it was still in it's very early stages of construction. They let us come by whenever and see the progress, they kept us updated on the venue and were very quick to respond to the million questions I had about wedding planning. We even held our rehearsal dinner at The Barn, too! Both evenings, the food was great. Just a few things to point out about our day... -We took the tractor ride around and got pictures after our ceremony and before our reception. They turned out great and it was really fun to tour the farm. -We had a large number of guests (around 200) and they were able to accommodate everyone in the barn without it feeling crowded. -My wedding was in June, and I was afraid it would be too hot, but they took care of the air/window situation and it was perfect! -The bartenders were WONDERFUL! I didn't have to leave the dance floor all night because they brought my drink right to me! I cannot say enough great things about this venue...it really was the perfect wedding!

Brookdale went above and beyond to make our day unforgettable. They are very easy to work with and the venue is absolutely amazing. I was so blown away at how beautiful everything is there. Having the entire farm to ourselves was the best. We got to go anywhere we wanted on the property and they had great suggestions on where to take pictures for the ideal I had. Brookdale is amazing venue for a rustic country wedding!!
