Although I didn’t find my dress here, I had a great experience! Grace was very nice and did a great job helping me in and out of dresses. She clipped and tucked so I could truly see what the dress would look like in my size. They even had some clips with elastic in the middle for dresses that were too small for me. It was my first time ever trying on gowns of any kind and it was a good experience. I think they had a wide selection and was appreciative of the opportunity to look at the off the rack dresses as well. Grace didn’t try to steer us one way or another, she simply asked what I liked and Walmart I didn’t like about each one so she could suggest other designs or styles. I would recommend this store. They even had a sign when we walked in welcoming me by name. That was really sweet and made me feel welcome right away. A very good experience!

I have to disagree with all these NEGATIVE comments about Fat shame/ being rude/ and not letting you try on more gowns. I have never felt more loved and appreciated at this store. The slow steady pace they kept me at while trying on dresses kept me out of over stressing and keeping my cool. I tried on so many gowns i couldn’t count and not one worker ever had hesitation towards me wanting to try more gowns. They offer on the rack dresses where you can order the dress of your dreams and also SAMPLE SALE gowns that are discounted dresses that are either discontinued or pulled off to get rid of for cheap!! They have options for all $$$ ranges and also have a HUGE VARIETY of sizes! Thanks (:

Went for my sisters bridal party try on and had her pick out 6 dresses for her to try on and she struggled with one dress . Associate went to get another dress and it wouldn’t go over her hips and associate kept forcing dress and ripped it . She was looking for something that fit her style and her shape and size and kept giving her dirty looks because she’s a plus sized more figured woman . My sister felt fat shamed without being fat shamed and walked out super upset . She also wanted to try on another dress and the associate wouldn’t let her because they were samples in which 99.995% of the dresses in store were samples . Super disappointed and don’t ever recommend going there unless your petite and fit dresses in sizes 8-14 pretty sad I would say for a bridal store . Also couldn’t visually see the bridesmaids dresses because they were tucked away in a corner next to the bathroom area the front was all bridal dresses and they hardly had any tuxedos in store to look at and associates didn’t make us feel comfortable with being there . The associate had her put on a robe that didn’t even cover her fully and all the accessories for the dresses were tucked away in the corner by the dress stand and they were all on the floor .

I was shocked to find that I could get a Casablanca dress in the middle of no where Kansas. I found my dream dress here and I was the only bride in the store since I made an appointment so all focus was on me from the staff. The girl was honest in telling me that all my sizes varied so much it would be cheaper to custom size it rather than do all the alterations after. The next day I was had another appointment set up at David’s bridal in case I had no luck here and it was the polar opposite. We got no help people were everywhere and we couldn’t find a dress for my maid of honor since the one she tried on and loved they no longer sold. Brooklyn and co was everything I could hope for and made the wedding planning process start off on the right foot.
