We had a fantastic experience using Brookshire for our wedding. As someone who planned a wedding while completing grad school, it was SO nice to have the all-inclusive venue which really took a lot off my plate. Our DJ was awesome, our coordinator took care of everyone on the day of, and we had great communication leading up to the day itself. We also loved that this venue had both an indoor and an outdoor ceremony space, as the weather was touch and go for a bit on our wedding day, but we were so happy to be able to use the outdoor space as planned because it is so beautiful and peaceful. I would definitely recommend Brookshire!

I am so happy with my wedding at Brookshire. The selling point for us was the all-inclusive aspect. We loved the pressure being taken off the search for a caterer, florals, cake, bar, and DJ. They hosted a fun Vendor Preview event for all couples to eat the food, taste the cake flavors, try the cocktails, listen to music, and see the florals. They were always responsive to emails and took notes on all the small things that we wanted. The outdoor ceremony space was absolutely incredible and our pictures turned out amazing. For couples who are worried about all the vendors they need to book and keep track of, an all-inclusive may be for you and Brookshire was very easy to work with!

Many thanks to Brookshire and their entire staff for creating one of the most extraordinary days we could have ever asked for. From the very beginning, every aspect of our wedding planning was handled with such care and professionalism that I never once felt overwhelmed. Their talented team took the time to truly understand our vision and brought it to life with impeccable attention to detail. With nearly every element included (aside from a photographer and our attire, though they had recommendations for just about everything else we could have wanted), the process was remarkably stress-free. Each vendor reached out proactively, making appointments easy to schedule and always remaining responsive to our needs. Our coordinators, Emily and Kira, kept everything running seamlessly so that on our wedding day, I was free to simply enjoy the moment. They really made sure my day was exactly how I imagined it. The catering staff were wonderfully kind, and the food was absolutely fantastic. The cake was exactly as I had envisioned in both design and flavor (shout out to Cindy!) —while the floral centerpieces and bouquets perfectly captured the essence of my Pinterest inspirations (thank you Kristen!). Our DJ, Mark, took great care in handling the ceremony music and did an amazing job with making announcements (even though there were a few changes and last minute additions) and keeping the dance floor buzzing all night long. I wish I had the names out our bartenders as well because they were also top tier, I don’t think there was a line the entire evening and I know that’s not because the bar was not being used! Overall, Brookshire exceeded every expectation and made our wedding day an unforgettable celebration of love and joy.

You always hear that wedding planning is a nightmare. It was the opposite with Brookshire. Kira (our coordinator), Lindey (our setup coordinator), Mya (our florist), and Matt (our DJ) made the process so easy and a lot of fun. We had a very specific theme in mind that we thought would be difficult to pull off well (formal gothic), but with Kira and Mya's help, the day ended up being so much more beautiful than we dared imagine. The day was so perfect and effortless on our part. I can't recommend Brookshire enough for any wedding, but especially for couples with a dream wedding outside the norm. This venue is one of the most customizable in central Ohio (and I looked at them all).

After looking at several venues, the last one we looked at was brookshire. I was waiting for that “this is the one” moment and it didn’t come until i toured there. it was so nice that so much was included there (DJ, floral table arrangements, cake, food, (alcohol)) & the add ons too (fire pit, lawn games, photo booth, etc); a day of coordinator; all of that really made my life a thousand times easier, i didn’t have to do a ton of research or make phone calls to find vendors. having the day of coordinator included was amazing, Kira and her team were absolutely amazing, so nice and attentive they made our day go so smooth and helped make it the best day ever. The bartenders were amazing! The food was excellent! Our cake was so delicious and beautiful! Dj Matt was wonderful, he kept us on our schedule but was flexible too & got the dance party started! Fiori florals met & exceeded my expectations, so much so that my mom cried when she saw them. i could go on and on about brookshire. i couldn’t recommend it enough, im so so so glad we picked this venue. if i could married there every year i would!

Brookshire was the perfect venue for our wedding day and we could not recommend it more. We had so many of our guests tell us it was the best wedding they have ever been to and it's all thanks to team who managed to organize and execute the day without a hitch. All of the in-house and recommended vendors that Brookshire works with were so amazing and helpful. The outdoor ceremony space was so beautiful and we were so lucky that this is one of the few venues that lets you wait out the rain until only a few hours before. Our guests especially enjoyed the fire pit in the evening.

We had an amazing experience with Brookshire! We had our wedding day coordinator change a few months before our wedding. Although it was stressful at first, our new coordinator, Emily was amazing and learned all the details of our wedding so we could have a stress free day and lead up to the wedding. She was patient with all our questions and went above and beyond on our wedding day. It was supposed to rain on our wedding day and Emily set up both outdoor and indoor ceremony spaces so we could make a last minute decision because I really wanted an outdoor ceremony. I would 100% recommend using an all inclusive for any couple who feels overwhelmed by the idea of planning a wedding. It was amazing and was so nice to not have to worry about anything. Everything was set up and taken down for us and we had to make minimal descions. I had a vision for how I wanted my wedding day to look and they executed it all and it was so beautiful. I wish I would relive the day over again. Everyone told me to always expect something to go wrong on the wedding day but our day went so smoothly because of Brookshire. They made us feel so loved and celebrated and handled all the little and stressful details that come along with a wedding. The flowers were beautiful and the food was great as well. So many guests commented on how great the food was and guests were so appreciative of the meal accomdations for allergy’s. We had so many guests tell us how pretty our wedding was and how much fun they had as well. We are so thankful for Brookshire and our coordinator, Emily! If you’re considering Brookshire, just do it! It’s so worth the extra bit of money :)

Where do I even begin? From the very beginning of my husband and I's engagement, we knew we wanted quality, a wow factor, and timeless elegance. When we stumbled upon Brookshire we quickly booked a walk through of the venue to see the space and meet the team. We had many other venue appointments with other spaces, but as soon as we visited Brookshire, we cancelled every other appointment we had and placed our deposit with them. It was a no brainer. We legitimately has not seen a SINGLE other space. It was the BEST decision we made for our planning process. We booked with them 2 years before our big day. The timeline that they created for us to get everything done was perfect. There wasn't an ounce of stress for either my husband or myself and we were entirely confident with our teams' vision for us. From Kira sitting us down and talking floor layout for the day of, to the food, to the flowers and DJ. Nothing could have been more perfect or stress-free. Our wedding was a fairytale. An absolute dream come true. It was everything that we could have EVER wanted. The Brookshire staff was phenomenal, especially our day of coordinator Ms. Kira!! 💖 There was never a time where I felt like the staff was lacking, they were always 100 steps ahead of me and my wedding party. And it was so freeing being able to tell guests to ask my coordinator if they had any questions. EVERYTHING was taken care of. My husband and I brought in a tote of our own decorations and our seating chart and the staff took care of everything. Nothing could have looked better (have I said that yet? lol). Some highlights of our day with Kira and Brookshire: - The absolutely gorgeous photos we got from their gardens, woods area, and patio. - The amazing bar staff! Drinks were phenomenal and well received! - The food got SOOO many compliments. Especially our appetizers (strawberry bruschetta and shrimp shooters? Yum!). - THE FLOWERS?! Like what?! I could NOT have asked for better. I can't even begin. Kristin and her team at Fiori is spectacular. - Kira was ALWAYS there. She was so down to earth and wonderful to work with. My husband and I did our first look outside and after it was all done she had fans and drinks ready for us! Our cocktails and water?? She made us feel like royalty. - The staff always had a smile on their face. Like they were marrying family. They didn't at all act like it was their job. It was their joy. - Mark the DJ was amazing!! So much fun, and his transitions for music were perfect. Lastly: My photographers (Sierra Elizabeth) and videographers (Sebastian with Poveda Films) pulled me aside towards the end of the night and actually complimented the staff and venue itself. They said they'd never worked with such an amazingly staffed venue. They were treated like family the entire time and the staff made their job incredibly easy to do. It warmed my heart so much to hear this. All in all. I can't give this venue enough stars. If I could do it all over again I would chose Brookshire again and again without hesitation. If you have the extra money to spend on a venue that does it all...I promise you won't regret it for a minute.

We are so happy we chose Brookshire for our wedding venue! The outside ceremony space was absolutely beautiful. All of the outdoor aesthetics— the greenery, pergola that our florist decorated with beautiful florals, white chairs, twinkly lights, fire pits — were all extremely visually appealing and created a classy, elegant atmosphere. The field behind the ceremony space was also great for sunset photos! Brookshire included additional vendors with their wedding package, which was super helpful (and lessened the amount of decisions we needed to make) and made things run seamlessly. It was so nice to have the catering company, pastry chef for the cake, and the DJ chosen for us. The centerpieces were provided from their preferred florist, Fiori Florals, as well. Fiori Florals worked with my florist who designed the remaining flowers, Sweet Blossom Floral, so so well! Everything was very cohesive. All of the food was delicious, and the chef made separate plates for guests with dietary restrictions. Those guests really appreciated that and said their food was delicious! The ballroom is very spacious, and was perfect for our guest count of 200. The layout of the ballroom worked really well for the large amount of people, especially having the bar in the back right corner. We were able to utilize the new veranda bar during cocktail hour to spread out the space as well. Our DJ James, with D and M Entertainment, was amazing! He kept the party going until the very end of the night — he stuck to our music playlists and picked the perfect sequence of music to keep everybody dancing & celebrating the whole night! Our wedding coordinator Emily was great to work with! She was thorough, responsive, flexible and friendly. She made sure our vision and vibes were met! She and Jenna made sure things ran smoothly during the ceremony and during key events of the reception. Overall, I would highly recommend Brookshire for large weddings. The outdoor space especially was what sold us, and it exceeded our expectations with how gorgeous it was for our ceremony! We truly had a perfect wedding day, and Brookshire was a huge part of that.

Brookshire caught our attention when searching for venues for their beautiful ceremony outdoor space and the all inclusive aspects of the venue. Both of those impressed us throughout the whole wedding planning process and afterwards when seeing our wedding photos. Kira was our amazing coordinator through Brookshire and she was very easy to communicate with and helped us plan the details for our big day. Leading up to it and on the day of we felt confident that with her and the staff everything would run smoothly. With Brookshire being all-inclusive it was very easy to pick out the details we wanted regarding cake, centerpieces, linens, food/drink, dj and more because Brookshire had all of those vendors booked for us. We just got to tell each vendor our ideas and then they took care of the work making it come to life at Brookshire. We were glad we could also bring some personal touches into Brookshire and have the coordinators help us arrange those. All of our guests were impressed with the food quality, the outdoor and indoor space along with the smoothness of how the wedding day ran. We truly got to enjoy our day as Brookshire was very organized and made sure our day was just how we wanted it to be. Thank you for the attention to detail, open communication and great staff making it our best day ever!

We had the BEST experience having our wedding at Brookshire. Wedding planning was not stressful because they have so many vendors and details handled. Our venue coordinator Hannah was absolutely incredible during the whole planning process and on the day of. She ran the whole thing and it was so seamless. I don’t know how we could’ve done it without her. We received so many compliments about how beautiful everything was in the venue, how good the food was, and how fun our DJ was. We had the most incredible wedding and are so extremely happy with how our big day went! We couldn’t be more grateful for all the lovely people at Brookshire and the whole BTTS company!

We were married at Brookshire on 3/30/2024. I cannot recommend Brookshire enough for the couple who wants a hassle free, stress free wedding process. The included vendors are for food, centerpieces only (can use the florist for additional decor for extra expense), cake, DJ, and Wedding Coordinator. They also work with someone who does fabric backdrops, aisle runners, etc. Therefore I only needed to coordinate a photographer and officiant. All their vendors work together to allow for effective communication, which added that extra peace of mind. Kira was patient and extremely helpful in communicating all of the ins and outs, answering the many questions that arose throughout the process. Kira was fantastic the day of and checked in and made sure we didn't need anything. We utilized their new "veranda" for our ceremony space with the personal touch of greenery on the fireplace wall (additional purchase from their florist) By utilizing the veranda instead of inside the reception space, it allowed for decreased time of turning the reception room for ease of guest (tables were already set up, just needed to move the chairs!) Their DJ (Kurt was awesome) assisted with making timeline and helped us navigate the choosing of songs/ their software. Many guest complemented the food choices and the timeliness of utilizing the buffet - we had the blackened chicken and short rib. The only thing that didn't go according to plan was that our flower girl had a tantrum right before and wasn't able to be a part of the ceremony- but that was out of everyone's control! It was a beautiful time and was effortless for us on the day of because of everyone else doing their job so well! I wouldn't change a thing and loved our wedding!

I cannot say enough about the team at Brookshire! We pushed our date from 2/8/25 to 3/23/24 and they were more than happy to accommodate! The all inclusive factor is a game changer! The only coordination I had to do was the photographer and Photo Booth. All of the other vendors work at the venue and know how things run, which was a huge load off of me! The response time was very timely. The documents provided by Brookshire were a life saver. Multiple people made comments about how I didn’t seem stressed on the wedding day, it’s because I wasn’t!!! They took care of every little detail and it turned out better than I could have imagined. We chose the silver package and upgraded the bar. The food was phenomenal, even our picky guests enjoyed the food. Hannah was very organized and detailed oriented. She made sure we didn’t forget anything. I would use Brookshire again for any big event. Every person we encounters at Brookshire was kind and attentive.

Brookshire made our wedding day perfect! Wedding planning can be very stressful, but the Brookshire team makes wedding planning so easy. My husband and I told our planner (Hannah) what we wanted and she took care of it all. The florals, food, cake and DJ services were nothing but amazing!! Brookshire is the way to go! A special thank you to Hannah! She took care of us all day. She coordinated everything, always asking me if I needed anything and packed all of our decorations up at the end of the night. Brookshire was the only venue my husband and I toured and we were sold IMMEDIATELY!!! Hannah, Kira, and Kayla went above and beyond for us! We cannot thank them enough for making our wedding day perfect. This venue took everything off of our hands and made wedding planning so enjoyable. When it came down to the wedding day Brookshire delivered again and again. All of our guests were in awe of the beauty of the venue, the professionalism of the staff, and the phenomenal food! When I say the food was fantastic, I mean it was FANTASTIC! We are still receiving compliments from guests! The biggest descriptors of our day were "perfect" and "a fairytale." During wedding planning people say how you should prepare for the inevitable and that there is only so much you can plan for. Brookshire expertly curated every detail of our wedding day and executed it perfectly! I really cannot say enough about Hannah, Kira, and Kayla. These wonderful ladies made our day feel magical! Thank you so much!

The Brookshire staff is very professional and great at communicating!

My fiance and I toured a different venues before Brookshire, and felt a little overwhelmed as it can be hard to find the "one" when they all sort of blend together. We scheduled a tour with them and a couple minutes in to the tour, we were blown away! We both looked at each other and knew we had to get married there!! We loved the fact it was a private venue, with a gorgeous outdoor ceremony space and a bright, spacious & gorgeous reception room with the lights and draping. The all inclusive aspect of Brookshire really appealed to us because we had a shorter engagement, so less decisions we had to make & organize! The cake vendor, flower vendor, and DJ vendor that Brookshire partners with were all were super professional, kind, and organized. Our coordinator, Kira, was the best and helped us every step of the day with all the planning! Our wedding day was even better than we could of imagined! We got married during Labor Day weekend and it was hot -but with all the trees and greenery at the outdoor ceremony site, it felt perfect! The appetizers and dinner service were AMAZING- we had so many guests tell us the food was the best wedding food they have had. The whole night went so smoothly. Our DJ, Jake, was amazing as well and kept the dance floor packed the whole night! Kira and her team checked on us the entire day to make sure we were good - always made sure we had everything we needed! We had SO many guests tell us after the fact how much they loved our venue. People always say "something goes wrong" on your wedding day, but we are happy to say we can't think of one thing that went wrong, and that's due to the staff at Brookshire being on top of everything! If we could get married again we would chose Brookshire 10x over :)
