Brookville Flower Shop

This shop is not reasonable and not affordable. For the price I paid for my bouquet, 3bridesmaids bouquets, 20 centerpieces, boutonnières and flower girl petals ($3,050), I was so disappointed in the lack of customer service. Simply put, this place does not care if you are an unhappy customer. The Context: I met with her twice and showed her my palette and the perfect (and emphatically Non pastel) bouquet I wanted, but she ended up sending bright orange and white with pastel pink flowers that totally mismatched my dull gold, coral and pink bridesmaids dresses!! I called her briefly for just a minute or two after delivery of the bouquets the morning of the wedding, and without yelling, cursing, or calling names, I calmly said to her that this was not personal in any way and that I had nothing against her, but that the flower colors simply weren’t right. She said “ she would tear up the check for the second installment and would meet with me after the wedding to discuss a refund.” However, Brandy then went to the reception venue during the wedding ceremony and took all the vendor cash we had there and then refused to give any more of it back!! We then met with her twice after the wedding, but by then her behavior completely changed. Even though we were calm and respectful, she was belligerent, defensive and said she “didn’t care if I gave her a bad review”. Even though she admitted she could see where I was coming from, she insisted she did not do a single thing wrong with the order and that there would be no refund at all, not even $10! Confused, I asked her why she asked me to come discuss the refund if she wasn’t going to give me any refund, and she responded with tons of drama about how she was so upset at me for being displeased with her work and that she was just beside herself, etc. etc. I told her that though I was just another customer to her, this was MY wedding and that I was the one who had to look at mismatching flowers in my wedding pictures for the rest of my life. She responded that she took customer service extremely seriously and that she was very upset. I said “but not upset enough to actually try to resolve this...”. She agreed and said that it was her final decision and then concluded our second meeting. I have tried to be very reasonable with this woman but she cannot he reasoned with. My husband speculated that she possibly tried to switch out the flowers with cheaper versions to maximize her profits and then knew she didn’t get things right. I bent over backwards to be gracious and reasonable with Brandy, but she refused to meet me halfway. Save yourself a headache and look elsewhere!

I drove 5 hours round-trip to get my flowers from Brookville Flower Shop the Friday before my wedding. Everyone thought I was crazy, but it was SO worth it. I worked with Brandy and Molly via email. I sent her pictures of what I was looking and she created it for UNDER my budget. I got so many compliments on my boquets, boutiners and corsages. I even added some on last minute and she accommodated me with no problems. I walked in my flowers were on the counter, I paid my balance, and drove back to my venue. I would recommend this flower shop to anyone, even if it's a bit of a drive!

I was looking for something unique and different for my wedding bouquet. The team at Brookville Flower Shop was able to capture my vision beautifully. Brandy and Molly were great to work with. I highly recommend them!

After making an appointment, I went to the Brookville Flower Shop to discuss my ideas for bouquets, centerpieces, and boutonnieres. Brandy was very friendly and took her time with me to make sure she understood exactly what I was picturing. She asked my price range, our color scheme and was very thorough on details of which flowers I liked and which I didn't. When our big day came, she delivered absolutely STUNNING bouquets, extremely UNIQUE centerpieces, and the AWESOME boutonnieres I had envisioned. She truly helped make our day PERFECT at a completely reasonable price! I could NOT have done it better myself! I would recommend her a million times over! First rate staff, awesome prices, fantastic service, and GORGEOUS arrangements!
