I, the bride, hired Bro's Brew for my wedding this past weekend. As my now husband said in his reviews, I was extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism and honesty fr...
om this company. As a bride prepping for her big special day, this was supposed to be a fantastic extra gift to my guests and instead they were all disappointed which soured our special day. To make matters worse, our coordinators called them consistently to get ETA and they never answered phone calls, instead turning to answering in texts. I see so many reviews of how good the coffee and service is but I wouldn't know because we never got a chance to get the service we paid for. I cannot in good conscience recommend this business to anyone especially for such important events as a wedding
My now wife and I got married this past weekend and we hired Bro's Brew for 2 hours on our wedding day. When our guests found out we were going to be serving coffee, lattes, teas, ...
etc., needless to say they were very excited for it, especially with the weather being cold, windy, and rainy. We found out from our coordinators that they no called no showed us. Claiming they were told the wrong location which is a blatant lie as we have proof we told them the right location. Rather than being honest and up front with us, they decided to hide behind lies and point fingers. After several days of trying the get our money back they finally refunded it without an apology or anything. I have never delt with such unprofessionalism. I cannot recommend anyone using this company.
Ended up just NOT showing up to a wedding they were booked for! Claimed they got “lost” & stopped answer phone calls and texts. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!
