Broward Limousine deserves a five star rating for sure!! I got married on July 27, 2018 and we had the Rolls Royce, a party bus and a regular car. Their service was impeccable! They provided me and my husband with a bottle of champagne for our ride to the Mansion at Oyster Bay and our driver was super friendly and professional. I highly recommend using Broward. The Rolls Royce was like a fairytale and my wedding party had a blast in the party bus!! Their service added to my dream wedding and made it that much better. Our driver was also very safe while taking the trip from Oceanside NY to Woodbury NY, I felt very comfortable the entire time and there was air conditioner in the vehicle. Perfection all around !!

Top of the line service!!! I am extremely happy with Broward and I will make sure I share with anyone I know who is looking for transportation services!! I was married in May and we had an old fashion Cadillac and it was the best entrance and exit to the church. I felt like royalty and our driver was a 15 on a scale of 1-10!! The shuttle service was on the brand spanking new bus that could not have been more perfect!! THANK YOU!!!

Broward was great! We used them for our wedding in October and everything went very smoothly. Our wedding day schedule was a bit hectic with multiple pickups and drop offs but they got everyone where they needed to be and on time! Would definitely recommend them!

We used Broward Limo to shuttle guests from the hotel to the venue and back for our 12/9/17 wedding, and we had no complaints. Chick, the owner, had contacted me the day before and gave me our driver's name and telephone number and told me where the bus would be waiting for the guests outside the hotel to go to the venue. The driver had also called my husband to let him know where he was parked when he got to the hotel. After the wedding we could not fit on the one bus, so the driver made two trips, which we had warned about. My only complaint would be that the driver did not know our names when one of our guests asked if she was on the correct bus. In my opinion, the driver should know the name of the bride and/or groom before he starts driving away with people. Overall, we were happy with the shuttle service.

I was married on December 2,2017 and wanted to write a review about Broward Limo. The service my guests received was exceptional!! The buses sent for my guests were beautiful and the driver couldn't of been more professional. At last minute we needed extra cars and Bob the owner made it happen My guests arrived on time, safe and happy!!! I recommend this company to anyone looking for Limos on their wedding day

I was just married on Nov 3rd 2017 and used this company to pick up my guests in Rockaway Beach and drive them to Bridgeview Yacht Club in Island Park. A seemingly easy task for a bus company. I paid for 2 coach buses to pick up my guests at 5PM and drive them to the ceremony at Bridgeview. However, on the day of my wedding, only 1 bus showed up and it was 30 minutes late. All of the guests were crammed and a lot were forced to drive their cars. The owners told me it wasn't their fault, the other bus was there he was parked around the corner because he couldn't fit down the street. This is a busy street and in the 100 weddings I've had from Rockaway, they always just park up the block where it's clear and guests just have to walk to the corner where they see two giant buses. There must be some sort of stipulation in the driver's contract that forbids the use of common sense at any point in time while operating the vehicle. Why he wouldn't tell my guests there are 2 buses and say, "Hey let me call the other driver who is around the corner and tell him to pull up since we are about to leave. It looks like there are 2 coolers, I'm assuming one goes on each. Don't want to cram you all on here when there is plenty of room on 2 buses." This will forever baffle me. I had my contact who was there ask the one driver if there was another bus he said he had no idea, as far as he knew he was the only bus. The driver was parked around the block and didn't see anyone so he left. That usually happens when you park around a corner. The owners claimed that it wasn't their fault, all they were only responsible for was sending two buses there and that's it. I guess it is my fault for not expecting drivers to play hide-and-seek with 100 guests, in which the driver won because my guests couldn't find him so kudos to you for that. Call me crazy but I always thought bus drivers did this thing where they open the bus door and tell people to have a seat and then drive them to a location. Fortunately, the driver, when he emerged from his hiding spot, left me a voicemail telling me he went in the bar at 5:45 but no one was there which was awesome because that's exactly what I wanted to hear 20 mins before I was walked down the aisle. If you're a bride or groom, don't use this company. There are plenty out there trust me.

We cannot say enough how great It’s Showtime Limos was from service to the cars themselves! When we met with Steve and he showed us how much care he gives his vehicles we knew right away to look no further. We selected a classic Rolls Royce and an 8 passenger limo and they were in pristine condition! Butch and Frank were our drivers for the day. They were on time, professional, and helpful throughout the whole day! From getting everyone to Church and our venue safely, to helping the bridal party before Mass began, to waiting for pictures with us, they were the best! Definitely recommending It’s Showtime to family, friends, and all in search of a quality car service,!

*** EXEMPLARY WORLD CLASS CUSTOMER SERVICE*** I can't praise enough the level of professionalism and friendliness that Steve (the owner) provided me and my wife throughout our whole wedding planning process and especially on the day of the wedding. Steve would always follow up with us and was always available to answer any questions or if need be to meet with us. We rented 2 2016 Cadillac Escalade limos and a retro Rolls Royce for me and my wife. The vehicles were IMMACULATE from inside and out! The drivers were very personable and interactive with everyone during our wedding. I can say enough of how satisfied I was with Showtime Limousines after the wedding the owner picked me and my wife up in a town car and drove us at 12am to our home which was located 25 miles away from our venue. If you're looking for a limousine service who will provide you with a great vehicle,world class customer service , peace of mind, reliability, and confidence with the service they provide then please call Steve ASAP and book his services. My wife's sister is getting married in December and she booked her limos with Showtime Limousines . Me and my wife will also book him in the future for any transportation services we need in the future! Overall amazing company!!!!! The knot should allow me to give a million star rating!!!!

Beware! Expensive, unprofessional and ultimately does not deliver on service. We had many out of town guests that needed to get from the hotel to the venue for my daughter's wedding. The bus we hired from Broward showed up 40 minutes late. We will never get that time back. Broward would not take responsibility for the late arrival. I should have known something was up because we never received a proposal or any paperwork before the wedding. The only thing we did receive was a credit card receipt for the deposit. I had to chase them down to finalize details before the wedding. In short - do not trust them on your special day.

You hear a lot of horror stories about wedding transportation - from cars not arriving on time to vehicles not being in good condition and breaking down, but, you can rest easy with Showtime. Hiring them for our wedding transportation was the best decision because it was one aspect of the wedding that went totally as planned. We worked with Stevie to rent a Rolls Royce and Mercedes Party Bus for the bridal party. Both vehicles arrived promptly, were in great condition and transported us to multiple locations without a problem (LI to NYC to Brooklyn). What's more is the driver, Dominic, was fantastic and went above and beyond for us. Always helping me in and out of the Rolls and making sure the vehicle was ready and in a convenient location. I definitely recommend requesting him as your driver if it's possible. Overall, I was so impressed with Showtime and after looking at a lot of companies in the NYC/LI, it's the only one I would trust. Thank you for all your help, Stevie!!

If I could give them more stars I would! from the first meeting with Steve we knew we picked the best company you could find. He is awesome. showed us exactly what we were looking for (Cadillac Escalade Limo) not to mention brand new, extremely clean, all around flawless! Tom was our driver. from the moment he picked us up I knew everything was going to go smoothly. he was so attentive, he helped with picture of me exiting the limo with my father, to hiding me from the groom. he organized my bridal party before walking down the aisle. To top it all off he fixed my train and veil before sending me down the aisle. Tom got everyone to the church on time. and he also got all of us to the venue (witch was 40 minute away) with time to spare. I was amazed because his driving was smooth and steady. I could honestly go all night about how awesome this company is. If you are looking for a reliable and flawless company for any occasion look no more you found them!, they will get you to your event without a hitch!

We hired Showtime for my daughters wedding they were excellent. We made all arrangements with Steve who was great. Jason was the limo driver he arrived early he was very friendly, courteous, & precessional. We would use Showtime Limousines again in a heartbeat.

Excellent service, selection and experience with Showtime Limousine! Extremely clean and well-maintained cars, we got a Rolls Royce Silver Wraith and a Lincoln Stretch for our wedding and they were on time, fully stocked and very comfortable. Great experience!

My wife and I used It's Showtime Limousine for our wedding day to pick up our bridal parties individually and then drive the whole group from our church to the reception (50-minute ride). The owner takes a lot of pride in the preparation and execution of each client's agenda and is available during the week to answer any questions you have. The limo was prompt and the driver was extremely friendly and helped my wife out of the vehicle with her dress and was just so cooperative throughout our five-hour window. After our ceremony, we realized we forgot the overtime money at my house a few blocks away, and the driver didn't panic and was more than happy to drive us back. The limo itself was a clean, state-of-the-art white Cadillac Escalade with USB capability so you can plug in your iPhone and play the music of your choice on the ride. It's Showtime is just an all-around classy company that arrived in timely fashion, drove carefully and was a pleasure to work with throughout our special day.

If you want the most incredible, luxurious limo service, you HAVE to use It's Showtime. Steve and his team are the kindest people I have ever met and treated myself, husband and our families like their own. We are SO incredibly grateful for Steve for providing our vintage Rolls Royce which made the ride from Long Island to Staten Island and back on our hot wedding day as well as for the classic limos for our immediate families and super-sized party bus for our bridal party. I can promise you I am an EXTREMELY PICKY bride, and if you want your day to be perfect and have drivers that are always on time, you've got to use It's Showtime. I rented a 50 person party bus to take my guests home from my wedding. The driver Rene was there on time for pickup, waited patiently as I rounded up my guests, and got us all to our destination safely. The bus very clean with an incredible sound system and everyone really enjoyed their ride home! I highly recommend Broward Limousine.

My husband and I used It's Showtime Limousines for our July 12, 2014 wedding transportation and we were very pleased with their prices and service. We were a little behind in booking our transportation services for our summer wedding and after calling over twenty limousine companies we found that either all of their vehicles were booked or we were quoted rates outside our budget. Finally, we came across It's Showtime Limousine (on the Knot!) and I have to admit that I was a little hesitant because it had no reviews, but here I am, writing their first review, and I'm SO surprised because they were FANTASTIC! Perhaps It's Showtime is still a hidden gem? It's Showtime Limousine is a very small company, so please don't get discouraged by their lack of answering services or fancy showrooms. I wanted to see the vintage car, limousine, and bus before booking. Steve invited me to their garage in North Bellmore to check out their Rolls Royces and limousines. Upon pulling up, it did feel sketchy at first, but Steve explained that they recently purchased the garage and were waiting on outside signage. Inside, it was clear that he maintained his vintage cars and limousines with the utmost care. As for the bus, Steve planned on outsourcing it from Broward Limousines in Island Park (since he is a small company and does not own his own personal fleet of buses) and set me up with an appointment to see the bus at their location. We booked a package, which included a vintage Rolls Royce to transport my father and I to church, a nine passenger limousine to transport our small bridal party of seven, and a thirty passenger bus to transport our guests from the hotel to the reception and back, continuously throughout the night. Overall, we spent under $1,800 for our transportation services! On top of that, after all the other vendor deposits and payments, my husband could not have smiled any bigger or been more happy when Steve did not charge us a deposit, but instead just held our credit card number. Throughout the entire process, it was very easy to work with Steve as he made sure all our transportation needs were met. Most importantly, he did not try to nickel and dime us. He gave us the BEST rates of all the companies we called throughout Long Island, which is evident because our total transportation cost was less than the price some companies were quoting us for the bus alone! Although Steve was an absolute pleasure to work with, I did find that he was not the quickest to respond, which I think is important for brides to know, but don't want to get discouraged by. Also important to note is they split up the trips for the bridal party in the limousine to be most cost-effective. First, providing transportation for the groomsmen from the hotel to the church, and then picking up the bridesmaids from my house and taking them to the church. The bridal party then took the one limo to the reception together. Finally, the drivers were on-time and professional! THANK YOU STEVE AND IT'S SHOWTIME LIMOUSINES!!

We used Broward for our May 2012 wedding to provide transportation for our guests. We called and spoke to Bob and he immediately steered us into the right vehicle for our special day!. The office called the day before to confirm and put our nerves at ease! They are a credit to the profession and everyone got to the church on time! We would highly recommend them!

we didnt use them for long but for the time we had them, they were on time, professional and very helpful with all wedding things. My driver was very helpful in getting me in and out. We had a great time in the stretch SUV. My guests also appreciated the shuttle bus I reserved for the whole night for an excellent price from our hotel to the venue.

The limo I requested pick me up from my house to take us to the church has difficulty finding the entrance to the complex making us a little late for the church. The driver was very nice and really helped out with everything he could. He put everyone at ease. Later, I requested a car drive my parents home which was late due to a flat tire. When the driver arrived he was very nice and accommodating!

My son was married recently, and the ONLY vendor we had any issue with was Broward Limousine. They were contracted to take guests from the hotel in Rockville Center to and from the Woodmere Club (a trip of about 15 minutes). The driver got lost and ended up arriving at the club less than 5 minutes before the ceremony. When we spoke to the owner Robert McDonald two days later, he denied that the driver got lost, saying that he "missed the turn a few times." In fact, Mr. McDonald refused to admit that his company had done anything wrong. A simple "I am sorry" would have made us feel a lot better, but it was not forthcoming. My recommendation - avoid this company at all costs.

This company is one of the most unprofessional vendors I have ever dealt with. First, the bus got lost (my guest had to tell them they were lost by using the GPS on his phone). Next, he had trouble putting the lights on the bus. Worst of all, we were supposed to get a shuttle to take our guests back and forth to the hotel numerous times throughout the night. The bus driver told me the morning of that 3 shuttles were fine with the times that I asked for were also fine. In reality he did one shuttle and my guests sat on the bus for well over 45 minutes. I was totally embarrassed. After I got back from my honeymoon, I called the owner Bob to complain and he wouldn't admit any wrong doing. He said it was our responsibility to run these times by the company, even though they gave us the drivers phone number to work it out with him directly. My parents went by his office a few days prior to pay him and asked him if he had any questions for them and he said no. Apparently when you hire a Broward, the onus is on YOU to predict and ask the proper questions in exactly the form that they want it. He was absolutely unprofessional, nasty, arrogant, and yelling at my wife that it was all our fault. More so than screwing the event up, Bob's unprofessional attitude after the fact was the real kicker. His behavior was so deplorable I have never ever dealt with somebody who is so rude, unapologetic, and obnoxious. We heard good reviews of this company too, but their true colors showed in this experience. Mistakes happen, but disrespect and dishonesty is unforgivable. If zero stars was a possible review, that is what I would give it.

Although we didn't use them for our limo, we did rent buses from them. The staff is courteous and helpful.

THIS COMPANY IS TOP NOTCH BOB THE OWNER AND CHICKY WERE GREAT. THE DRIVERS WERE PUNCTUAL AND PROFESSIONAL AND THE LIMOS WERE GORGEOUS. WE WOULD NOT HESITATE TO RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE LOOKING FOR LIMO'S OR TOWN CAR SERVICE..

They were on time. The limo driver helped organize the wedding party in the church.
